Policy no is-[protected]. After few days my bike theft but no body giving response i visted to neelam chowk faridabad branch and met to mr vikrant and mr, sushul no body giving respoinse, and also i reaised complaint.

    Dear sir,
    I am an insurance policy holder of the national insurance co. Ltd..
    On 11th october of 2017 i had intimated the claim of "personal accident liability and own damage" regarding the policy no.[protected] when my bike bajaj avenger 200 dtsi es, bearing registration no wb66h3570, had met an accident on 6th oct of 2017's night. It took five days to intimate the fact as i was hospitalised thereafter and on complete bed for four days.
    On 17th october of 2017 i received a letter from the kokata regional office - i of the national insurance co. Ltd. Where it was directed to contact the garia business center, kolkata as the policy had been issued by the garia business center of the national insurance co. Ltd.. I had contacted them immediately with the entire file. They assured me that i will get the claim within four months.
    Now nine months have been elapsed but i have not got neither the claim nor any report of the claim. Hence i request you to look into the matter immediately. I would be glad if i get the amount of the claim.

      Patient: gitasree choudhury.
      My wife, suffering from ankyoloising spondylosis, is under the treatment of dr sukumar mukherjee since aug'2014. She is subjected to the only treatment of infusion of remicade injection from time to time. About 13 time, the expenses have been paid by you in the past, last paid in aug'17.
      Current claim submitted on 11/06/18. After a lapse of 1 month, i enquired with tpa's office on 09/07/18 &15/07/18. But no concrete reply was given.
      So i visited your desk officer at div10 on 17/07/18 7 submitted a representation.
      On no response for payment of the claim, i visited the sr dm in div10 on02/08/18 who assured me to look into the case. I submitted another representation under acknowledgement on 02/08/18.
      It is unfortunate that there is no response till date. Pl intervene in the matter & arrange for early settlement.

      They are miss behave the workshop manager with some slag language.

        My original mediclaim policy was done in jammu. On my tr to gurdaspur l renewed the policy there on 03.08.16 with policy no401502/48/16/[protected]. At gurdaspur. I renewed it on 3.8.17 but did not receive my new policy& cards. I complained to park mediclaim & they did not sent my new policy no & duplicate cards. Now at this juncture i approached jammu main shalamar br do renewal and they informed that it can be renewed at gurdaspur & my new policynotheycould nottrace. Since i havebeenretransferred to jammu mynative place pl resolve the issue of renewal at jammu. Officialshave not been cooperative. This is urgent pl as my policy can lapse.

          I have national insurance policy, & my third party claim process company is paramount tpa, my claim no. Is 3963637, i have a below grievance for this tpa company & i here attached my final approval letter.

          Please kindly justify for this room rent deducted as per room rent not justify time of admission & time of discharge & please provide me circular for same, how paramount tpa deducted & what it's mean for that i paid third day room & nursing charge as per doctor visit & treatment on that date 25/07/2018. Please give a circular for this type of wrongly deduction. The claint paid his hospital amount hardly & this type of company paramount tpa deducted lam sam amount how dare this type of capping

            I am grand son of parvatiben gajera and my policy number is 251100/46/17/[protected] and my claim number is HI-NIC[protected].00) & claim number HI-NIC[protected].I hearty request to recheck my claim file because i am not satisfied with your decision and also I show the policy terms & conditions. I mark it only 20% co payment is applicable to cut. also i attachment of doctor case complication note

            (1) {for claim number is HI-NIC[protected].00) total hospital bill is 304892 at 20% co-payment is 60978 + your total approval is 179332 then total amount 240310 and our pending amount is 64582.}

            (2) {for claim number HI-NIC[protected] total hospital bill amount is 235419 at 20% co-payment is 47083 + your total approval is (60, 000+26327 = 86327) then total amount 133410 and our pending amount is 102009.}

            So i requested to you please reconsider this case.
            I am waiting for your valuable answer as soon as possible.

              Dear sir,
              This is to inform you that my mediclaim joint policy no.[protected] in connection to my boi savings account (Number [protected]) borivali branch was terminated as sufficient money was there in my account it was not sent to national insurance through ecs. Last 10 years boi was sending the premium via ecs. This year it was not send due to they telling they have not received the renewal intimation. We were out of mumbai. After coming back when contacted national insurance and boi i found my policy was terminated. My point is if national insurance have not received my premium from boi they & boi have not inform me before terminating my policy.
              Hence i paid for my new policy at borivali (W) office, but requesting you kindly consider my continuation for the same policy as i have never claimed for last 10years.

                    Claim generate till 3 month after long time waiting claim will reject. Very bad service.

                    I was claim 25th may 2018. My policy purchase date is 23rd april 2018. And admit in hospital in 25th may 2018. After 3 month i received response from company. This claim is rejected due to the not 1 month completed for this policy.

                    But my 1 month finished in 23rd may 2018. So when i call customer care then no any response give to customer.

                      Greetings !!

                      I'm writing the letter in deep pain that Your insurance company is least bother about the open claims reported to your offices & no one even bothers to call the insured / repairer to know what is going in their minds in reference to the claim settlement strategy of NIC .
                      Surveyor S.M verma did the survey of PB22P0012 - A/c Mr. Sham Lal Chamb in our dealership on 17/08/2018 bearing policy no. 420205/31/16/[protected] & the vehicle got ready in & the same was released with taking the D.O from concerned branch manager . Since then the deputed surveyor is just making the fool of all the concerned officials in NIC as well in our dealership . Will request you to kindly put pressure on the local office to ask surveyour to release the report . Our dealership's Rs. 3.5 lakhs claim payment is struck & also will request to eliminate the surveyour to be deputed who can't even release his report on time .

                        Dear Sirs,
                        Above policy is in continuity with National Insurance Co Ltd since 2004 and before it was with New India Assurance Company since 1987. I have been paying premium before date.

                        Attitude of Mr. Malhotra at Roshanara Branch is rude as if he is the sole owner of the branch. He rejected intentionally the claim raised for Rs.77000.00 in above policy in may name on[protected] when I was in Fortis Hospital.

                        This was rejected because I must have the policy for four years with me when I was ill. I provided three MDID cards and one year policy for previous year even then he rejected the claim saying the policy record is not available.

                        He forgot to apply his mind to calculate three and four year.

                        Even on 12th July, 2018 I sent a letter enclosing the three MDID cards and policy from[protected]. Mr Malhotra was again on fault finding mission and wrote on my letter that Policy copy of year 2015 missing(The copy was enclosed.

                        Please register my claim for Mental agony and torture and harassment for rejecting my genuine claim for Rs.10 lacs and claimed amount of Rs, 77, 000.00 for which I have already lodged the complaint in Branch on 13th July, 2018.

                        I am producing the records and same is intentionally being denied reason best known to him.

                        Please ask branch to pay Rs. 10, 77, 000.00 immediately.

                              car met with an accident and company informed about this.
                              after so many calls and mails surveyor comes and check vehicle at body shop of nexa ludiana .estimate was done about rs 45000inr.but bill was rs 41163rs

                              instead of full insurance claim Which company asked about at the time of insurance .

                                On June 30th 2018, I met with an accident on my two wheeler. My scooter was hit by a car after which it rammed against a public bus resulting in scratches, damaged body, breaking of mud guard, horn not functioning etc. After a couple of days, I called my agent to know the procures of placing a claim with the insurance company for my vehicle. I was told that since the vehicle is 4-year-old, so I'll not be getting any claim amount and I better get it repaired from any local mechanic. Now my question is - notwithstanding the age of my vehicle (which is just 4-years old), as long as I've valid insurance papers why can I not place my claim? why is the agent misguiding me and not giving me proper information related to my queries. I'm a 74-year-old retired person and it's really not possible for me to run after mechanics to get my scooter repaired. At the time of selling the insurance the agent comes knocking at my door and at that time he's very punctual. Then why not now? Does the agent's responsibility hold good till the time he/ she can sell an insurance policy? Is there no after-sales service involved? Please help

                                  I am the Owner of the subject Alto Maruti Car bearing Regn. No. DL 9CR 4430 and as per the latest Insurance Policy (which is expiring in Sept'2018 from National Insurance Policy No.[protected]), No Claim Bonus has reached 50%. Further, till date I have not made any claim for the said Car. I am in the process of buying a new Maruti Car and want my NCB to be shifted to new Car under National Insurance Policy only. Hence, No Claim Bonus Certificate may kindly be provided to me at the earliest. Regards.

                                      The above policy has continously been renewed since inception in Mach, 2013.
                                      However, not a single time I have received a copy of the policy and Health Card without my refering /complaining the matter to you.
                                      I may further add that last year i.e in 2017, since I didn't persue, I never received those documents.
                                      This year also, I am yet to receive the same., though 3 months have passed since renewal.
                                      Should I expect a swift action at your end now ?
