Sir/madam
Staff are not issuing polices on time because of that i losing my customer. They coming by 10.30 and having there food for long time. We are waiting for long time if we they will tell we cannot issue it fastly you should wait. Like that if customer came with policy for renewal to office they are sending them to other insurance company. Thare are not putting policy. It is mainly happening in tambaram office chennai region.

    I have submitted all original documents to Park Mediclaim TPA insurance comp.. And they submitted to you 3 months back. As per checking with TPA, claim process has been completed and approved from TPA side, but still the payment is pending for more than 3 months. TPA is stating that they have sent my claim file to National insurance before 3 months and national insurance is making delay in payment posting. While i tried to call both TPA and national insurance for the past 3 months but no one is picking up the call and responding. Actual claim intimation date for the said claim was on july 2017 and it is pending for almost 10 months.

    Good Evening, My name is Sathyamurthy. My claim no is NICMRO-3/13853 - PARK Mediclaim TPA
    I have submitted all original documents to Park Mediclaim TPA insurance comp.. And they submitted to you 3 months back. As per checking with TPA, claim process has been completed and approved from TPA side, but still the payment is pending for more than 3 months. TPA is stating that they have sent my claim file to National insurance before 3 months and national insurance is making delay in payment posting. While i tried to call both TPA and national insurance for the past 3 months but no one is picking up the call and responding.     i still had not received the amount yet I try to escalate this with several emails but no one is bothered about it and it's me who have to suffer without money Company's want the payments on time but when it comes to customer to claim and get money back they have 1000 of reason why there is a delay and why they can not pay but if you miss one of their instalment they don't know you at the time of claim.

        I had renewed my bike insurance of model 2012 supar splendor and 21/04/18 i got accident and lots of damage occur. Then i visited to service center kailash auto ajency rajgarh to claim my insurance but they said insurance is not verified but i had paid. They said that they will verify in some days from last 15 days. Kindly help me to overcome the problem.

          I am policy holder of nic from many years. My previous policy number is 420800/48/16/[protected].in month of november 2017 i approached nic office jammu for repair of microwave oven. They appointed surveyor who gave report to them and told me to repair the same from service centre jammu. Then i submit my bill to concerned surveyor.
          On[protected]i got sms from insurance that my claim number[protected]has been settled. On[protected] i got sms that endorsment number[protected] been passed but till date i got nothing.
          Now i request ur good self to do what ever is necessary to release my payment.

            I, vallabhbhai paghdar, hv continuous renewal of my family under boi national swasthya bima u/p[protected] lodged claim for l e ratinal detachment on 3.11.17 my 1st policy effected on 3.2 2015
            I was operated for le cataract operation on 24.2.15 after insuring my family, so it was not mentioned in proposal form. So i hv not concealed any information. Moreover as per dr. Certi retina detachment has no relavance with cataract operation. Kindky judiciously review and settle my claim & oblige.

              Have since received no comminication from the company.

              Request earliest possible settlement of balance amount.

                    Sir,
                    I have submitted renewal of bank of baroda mediclaim policy no.[protected] with enhancement of sum insured from rs.200000/- to rs.250000/-application on 23.03.2018 with a cheque no.000009 date 23.03.2018 for rs.4266/- of bank of baroda, chakdah branch at barrackpore branch at atindra complex, 87/20, ghosh patra road, barrackpore, dist. North twenty four parganas, w. B.-700120 and the cheque cleared but still lapse of so many days i have not received policy certificate. On 23.03.2018 the branch did not provided me with certificate with excuse of printer problem. Branch manager promissed me to send my certificate in my personal mail or he will send hard copy to my permanent address. I am a staff of bank of baroda and have to attend office, so i could not visit your office on several times. I also contacted the branch manager over telephone number [protected], [protected] but still the branch manager is not sending the renewed policy.

                    Kindly look into the matter.

                    My car front glass damaged & i was repaied from ratnaprabha motors in feb 18 for total cost 8000, however agent has settled rs[protected] only morever the said amt was not received by my still date.

                    I want the settled amt in full with national [protected]@12% from the dt of servers to till dt.

                        I'm a mediclaim policy holder of national insurance co. For atleast 15 yrs. Policy is in the jt. Names of kamal krishna roy & debadyuti roy. Suddenly my son debadyuti fell illon 31st. March with high fever. Itried my best to recover him by treatment with my house physician but unfortunately i had to take the decision of getting him admitted to kothari medical centre as his condition was detoriated. I got him admitted to kothari medical centre under the supervision of dr. Anil malhotra on 6th april 2018. He was under the treatment of dr. Malhotra upto 11th. April 2018 & released on 11th. April 2018. Total bill amount was rs.73839.26 out of which your good office has sanctioned only rs.35000/- with hospital bed charges upto 8th april 2018 only with a doctor's note as under-
                        Covered for active med mgmnt upto 08/04/18. Room [protected]@2750/day for normal. Service charges to be collected from the member. Ext to rs.35000/-. Please clarify me why i'm not eligible for reimbursement upto 11th. April 2018. Only dr. Malhotra was enough competent at that momemt to release him from hospital & not we at that momemt. Then why i'll be the victim? According to your doctor's note i had no other way but to release him forcefully against the doctor's opinion.

                        I want a justified clarification of the incident that has happened with me with your irda rules regading this matter otherwise i'll go too far in this matter.
                        Please note that this is my first claim during 15- 16 yrs.

                        Hope i'll get a satisfactory reply in the matter.

After repeated communication by emails we always got a reply that file is under process. No concrete could be achieved. Pl help.

                            Hi team,

                            As per the vehicle insurance submitted with national insurance, i have received just rs.10, 678, whiile the bill amount was rs.20400. There is no proper communication given by the insurance company regarding the lesser settlement. Vehicle (Bike - pulsar 180) is the new vehicle with full coverage and the same was serviced at authorized service center post the accident. This is a complete cheating and no proper reason was given by the company. Expecting an immediate resolution. The accident occurred on 26th january 2018. All the deails are submitted at the insurance office.

                                On 12.3.18 i got myself operated for cataract in my left eye from mirchia laser eye clinic sco 833-34 sector 22a chandigarh. Since i did not avail cash less treatment, he charged me 40000/- excluding cost of medicines.
                                I submitted my claim with vipul medcorp insurance pvt ltd sci 98, industrial area chandigarh for 46103/- on 13.03.18 against their reference no. Ack[protected].
                                My claim has been settled for 29686 against bill of 46103/-.
                                Since there is difference of rs.16417/-, i enquired from vipul, they advised that we pay for cataract surgery 24000+cost of medicines.
                                Whereas i have been charged 40000 by mirchia laser eye clinic excluding cost of medicines.
                                Though i have been reimbursed in full cost of medicines but there is difference of 16000 between what mirchia laser eye clinic charged and reimbursed by vipul.
                                Who will reimburse me 16000/-

                                      Sir, my customer id [protected]. Agent mr. K. E. Suresh (C c;[protected]) is my ins agent. He speaking very worst words during filing policy. He don't have even sticky tape for copying the chassis number. He told me that is no necessary for specimen copy of chassis number for the office use. Last time i have policy with an another insurance company. My first experience with your company is unfortunately very sad and very worst. Sorry to say this. Please take need full steps for customer's respect and response.

                                        Mediclaim policy number 361800/48/17/[protected] and tpa health card number nic-ihi[protected]
                                        Our policy has been continued in your company and we are paying our premium from last 3 years without any interruption. Now a deniel letter i received from max hospital today stating that you can’t avail any kind of cashless claim for the disease which arises due to alcohol/tobacco consumption. What we can do if any diseases occurs at any time, as we are human, it’s a natural thing that anyone could have any type of disease at any time, we can’t change our destiny or you can say future that’s why a person opt for a health insurance. Do you have any answer for that. I need an answer asap within 24hrs other wise i will discontinue our family policy and will take a legal action for that.
