Staff are not issuing polices on time because of that i losing my customer. They coming by 10.30 and having there food for long time. We are waiting for long time if we they will tell we cannot issue it fastly you should wait. Like that if customer came with policy for renewal to office they are sending them to other insurance company. Thare are not putting policy. It is mainly happening in tambaram office chennai region....
