My name is md allauddin, i have summitted all document after 2 week, i called for know my status. He told me hospital query pending than i go to kolkata hospital and want query answer and summitted to 15 ganesh chandra avenue, kolkata-7000013. Officer received that paper and told me, call after one week but query status not change.

Each week i call her, she told me your cleaim not clear yet.
3 month near no response from national insurance claim office.

    I have taken insurance policy of my car from National Insurance co Ltd through policy no[protected] for the period 29/1/2018 to 28/1/2019. My vehicle meet an accident in Feb 2018 and it was repaired by J.P. Motor, Solan ( Authorised Service Centre of tata Motors). The claim was lodged by them on my behalf and surveyor report was submitted in Soaln B.O. of National Insurance co Ltd . The claim was forwarded by Solan Branch office on 26.02.2018 to Gurugram office form where my Insurance policy was issued.

    My claim is being regularly followed up by Policy Bazar.com team also as I have taken online Policy from their platform.
    I am regularly trying the phone numbers [protected], [protected] & [protected], but nobody pics these phone numbers.

      My policy no is[protected] and renewal date was 26/11/18. My vehicle no is WB52 K5033. I have purchased the policy from Tehatta business centre, Tehatta, nadia, 741160, WEST BENGAL. I have been purchasing policy since 2010.
      But surprisingly your officials send me a letter for renewal on 25/01/2019. How careless your officials...? Now tell me what to be done against you...?

        My name is susanta kumar basu aged 73 years i have one mediclaim insurance policy no[protected] customer code-[protected] next date of renewal is 11th. March 2019 at division-xxi at bidhan nagore road kolkata700067 contact no[protected]. My present agent had never visited my resendence he works through sub agent last year ihad personally telephoned him for collection of premium cheque but he bluntly refused to see me and refused to do any service to me but it is partinent that he got his share of commission out of my premium paid i tried last year complaining against his mis behaviour to the divisional manager of national insurance co. Bidhannagore road division-xxi however at the last moment i was able to pay the premium through other agent of other division after much difficulties now this year also identical incident shall happen i donot know how shall i get rid of that arrogant agent arunjyoti mondal ihad written several mails to customer care and other top officials but received no reply till today. I want immediate change of agent so that commission out of my premium may not reach pocket of that agent.

          I am holding the health insurance policy no[protected] since last four years being claim free. As per the provision i claimed 1% of the sum assured rs.5000/- towards health check up. I submitted my claim with all original papers on 29.10.2018 at your kalwa office. It has been informed that they inadvertently forwarded my claim to the tpa, e meditek which has been discontinued by them.
          Thereafter they got transfer of claim to other tpa. I received sms from them on 28.12.18 being claim no[protected] and [protected]. I have been following since then but till date i have not received the reimbursement of the claim amount inspite of repeated follow up.
          I am repenting of having taken the policy and continuing for 4 years. Had there been any requirement of any claim during these four years period, i would have faced such difficulty in getting the claim.

          Please arrange to get my claim reimbursed.

            In this policy madiclaim amount already approved but not still given i don't know how is this happen but branch office answer is, there is a problem from it department but i don't know what is actual problem.. And plz replay and take some action for corrections as soon as possible...

              It is intimated that your national policy agent mr narender chauchan insured my above said vehicle on 22 dec 18. He promised me to providing the above said gift for taking the insurance of the vehicle hr 19 m 3056. But till date he have not provided above said gift. I contacted to him so my time about my gift but he always said that above gift are not received from my company. If you are unable to providing the such types of free gift then why you gave commitments. So many insurance company are available in the market and they give 100 o/o satisfaction.
              I am your old customer. Hence it's not good for your reputed company.

                Iam sadanand ghode having mediclaim policy boi national swasthya bima policy no.321001/50/17/10000041 md i'd no [protected] claim no.4294799, availed health check-up under the terms of policy at rajshree apollo hospital indore on dt7/8/2018 and submitted all the required documents to tpa md india indore office on dt7 21/8/18. After several requests for settlement of claim but they are still not done any thing about this only sent messages that you claim is process.

                      I am working as a agent for national insurance company, nagaon branch, assam.company give commission to me after deducted my tds and after income tax return i get partial of those amount.but 2017-18 financial year company didn't submitted the whole deducted amount to income tax department and i will not get eligible amount from income tax department.

                        My father got cataract and we had 8 yrs old mediclaim policy and this is tha second time we had a issue regarding payment last time also didnt get our medicines bill reimbursement. There is no contact number working to check approval or status all are showing not in use. This time they asked for last 4 years policy, i provide the same.
                        Than they asked for some vb64 payment certificate, i provide to them. Now we got a call that your approval is rejected. Why all gov department work like that we are suffeeing from last 15 days. That is the benifits received by 8year old customer. Sir if i calculate we submit around 80000 of our hard earned money to national insurance and got nothing.

                        Please help me.

                          One h s sagar rps ngf shivanna filed a claim petition during 2015 before mact, mandya in mvc. No.646/2015, after contesting the matter the mact, maddur was pleased to passed the judgment and award on[protected], counsel appearing on behalf of national insurance company-shivanna did not taken any steps to deposit the award amount before the court. Without alternative the petitioner now filed a execution petition in ex. No.86/2018, same is come to the knowledge of the said counsel, but the said counsel is not taken any legal steps in depositing the award amount before the court of law, due to that interest amount is raising, hence this complaint be pleased to issue necessary directions to the concerned staffs or officers of other penal advocates to deposit the award amount as early as possible.

                              I have been their client from 15 - 20 years, after paying premium for so long, when i finally submitted my first claim their tpa refused 1/3rd of my claim.

                              Even when i repeatedly gave them the clause numbers of my policy documents proving my claim as right they continued to refuse my claim. When i esclated the matter to national insurance higher managers, they just forwarded my mails to the tpa and did nothing about my issues.

                              Out of my total claim of rs. 2, 75, 000/- rs. 72000/- of genuine claim was refused.

                                  1. My mother-in-law, suffered itbvro (Internal branch retinal vein occlusion) in 2017 during the 1st year of health insurance policy (Sr. Citizen's policy with national insurance corpn).
                                  2. She was treated at disha eye hospitals, twice on 3/4/17 & 6/5/17. But nic rejected the mediclaims saying it is not payable as one of the medicines (Accentrix injection) used in treatment is not payable.
                                  3. When contacted, the nic barrackpore office and medsave (The tpa) told me that accentrix injection is also used in cataract surgery and cataract surgery is not payable (As per clause 4.3 of the policy) in 1st year of policy.
                                  4. They asked for the clarification of the doctor at disha hospitals, who (The surgeon at disha) certified on 20/12/17, that this disease (Itbvro) is not related to cataract.
                                  5. Still nic rejected the claim on 4/5/18.
                                  6. When contacted again, medsave, the tpa, asked me to submit a certification from the doctor at disha that the treatment was not just for administering accentrix injection, which the doctor certified in september 2018 and the claim file was again sent from nic to medsave.
                                  7. Now medsave/nic is rejecting the claim saying itbvro is not covered under 1st policy year.
                                  8. But as per the policy prospectus except cataract surgery, all other eye surgeries are payable.
                                  So please look into the matter and the harassment by the nic/medsave.

                                        My car is ford figo aspire up93ay6333 has been damage so it has a claim price about 310000approx rupees. It has been 2 months over and 3 is going on but there no money came in my account of claim..
                                        So sir please check it what is the matter. It cover 3 months almost.. Please gave my claim soon as posible to get my balance
