My name is joginder singh my vehicle no is pb08bw2331 is full insured by national insurance company i have left my car in amritsar toyota castle to repair on last friday after long time surveyer appeared yesterday to survey because i reached them to do so. Now i have subbmitted all the required documents already but the staff is asking me to submit the original again i have come to amritsar today to show originals now malkit singh virdi is saying he is not available at this time and no one else can deal me so i have to come tomorrow again. Dear sir / madam i have no time to come tomorow or later i am a working man i want you to fix this up this for me because this staff has already harrased me a alot i am with national insurance for last five years now i have decided to join other company this is very inconvient.     With reference to the claim no[protected]Policy no. 302000/48/16/[protected]) this is to inform you that as on dtd 24/11/2017 i had been operated of cataract i my left eye. Regarding this claim for the same amounted to rs. 20804/- but it is regret that the claim was passed by the company is only of rs. 14613/-. To best of my knowledge your norms for cataract is rs 24000/- considering for each eye.in this case the amount claimed by me is only rs 20804/- and claim passed by you is rs.14613/- only so i am bearing loss of rs 6130/- which i can't understand.

    This is for your kind information that as on dtd 9/5/2017 i was operated of cataract in my right eye for which i claimed rs. 20788/- and it claim was settled by company rs. 20156/-.

    (1) first operation - dtd 9/5/2017 in right eye.
    (2) second operation - dtd 24/11/2017 in left eye.

    It is very clear that both the operation of different eye at different time.

    It is regret to inform you that the above matter was communicated personally, telephonically & by complain to shri hiteshbhai rajkot & shri mananbhai ahmedabad with your officers but result is zero.

    So you are requested to reconsider this case.

    I have renewed my two wheeler insurance policy on line, but policy details not down loaded stating error in system . Checked my e mail and no policy details . My policy number is [protected].

      My wife under gone total knee replacement on 24/3/2018. For settlement of claim. 20 year old policy with no previous claim. At time of submission iwas told to get the amount in 30 days. Policy number[protected]. Divisional office jabalpur. M p. No additional documents were asked at submission. I was intitled for cashless facility, but they assured us to fast track our application. The surgery was performed at medstar hospital meera baugh outer ring road, paschim vihar new delhi. The concerned officer fail to give us the details of our pending claim.

        I had filed 3 claims from my policy since january and i had a big vasculitis ulcer on my left leg. I was admitted to kokilaben hospital thrice and after discharge i was advised by my doctor to use vac therapy untill my ulcer healed and later followed by skin grafting. I am not paid the charges of vac therapy. Request to provide reimbursement of same.

        I had provided letters from my doctor stating that he has asked to continue VAC Therapy even after discharge and VAC Therapy dressing had to be changed every 5 days, but still i was not paid charges for the same and i did not receive any clarification also from the company. And the company has paid me VAC Therapy charges when admitted to hospital, but not after discharge.

          I am Birendra Kumar having Two Wheeler Insurance No.[protected], sent my bike to service center for accidental claim on 31/01/2018, but at the time of payment Insurance company said that you have to pay 100% billing amount and later on we will reimbursement you entire amount.

          But after many reminder and follow ups, still i didn't get my hard earned money.

          Insurance and Bill copy is attached herewith.

          Request you to please look in to the matter and help me.

                My vehicle mahindra bolero jh10ax3947 stolen from patna on 2 days back, we did fir in patna my policy number is[protected].
                Kindly settle my insurance in priority also let me know if any document required from my end. My vehicle was parked nh 30, bailey road, raja bazar, patna, bihar 800014 near paras hmri hospital patna and when i go for walk in morning did not found my vehicle there. I checked my vehicle in rto and inform to police there also try to get more information from local people there but so far did not heard any information about my vehicle.

                  They had taken my money for the insurance and when my mobile phone was broken then they said that i can get it repaired by apple and they will reimburse me later. But i haven’t received my money yet they always ask for more time and it’s been more than 1.5 years they are still asking for more time. They are not refunding my money. It was from your sub dealer warranty asia. The guy always ask for one month and after one month he ask for more time. It’s been more than a year i need my money back as soon as possible.

                      The claim is made for treatment expenses for right eye upper lid full thickness tear. You have subsequently rejected my claim above policy on basis that: suturing o[censored]pper lid is done on daycare basis.
                      I refute your dicision to rejected my claim. For following reasons :-
                      This is daycare procedure which not required 24 hours stay in hospital. My claim is duly covered by above policy.
                      If i do not hear from you within this time i may refer the matter to the financial ombudsman without further worning.

                        With ref to policy no.[protected] i had mistakenly paid 11480/-on 14.05.2018 rs in noida sec 16 branch for cancellation of which i had submitted all the documents on 15.05.2018. They said this refund is credited to my account within 15 days but till date no amount is credited. While contacting with executives they giving excuse of software. Plz update with the same.

But my transaction failed and money got debited.As 31/5/18 was the last day to pay for the policy I went to trichy national issurance office Next day to pay for my policy and new policy no[protected]
                          And paid 3265 to the cashier

                            Please note that while renewing existing two wheeler policy no[protected] by using credit card the amount inr 1111/- got debited and a transaction no easi[protected] was flashed on the screen however policy copy failed to generate.
                            Request to kindly email policy copy to my mail id [protected]@rediffmail.com and also courier me a hard copy at my address.

                              I carried out my car insurance through policy bazar platform from national insurance. My policy number is[protected] and it is valid till 31 january 2019. However, neither i received the policy on my home address nor it was sent on my email id. When i tried downloading it from the national insurance webpage an error is shown that give correct policy number.

                                Dear National Insurance team,
                                I am National Insurance policy holder for Tata Tiago Petrol XZ Vehicle registration No. UP80 DV 7812 My National insurance policy no is[protected] Pics Attached). This car meet an accident on dated 27.05.17 and totally damaged. I filed claim with insurance company, it’s been more than 1 year since I am following up with Insurance Company Agra office, but they are not able to settle the claim. Agent Mr. N K Tikkha ([protected]) who is assigned as my claim settlement officer, not taking my call since 1 year. He even not reply to my message or emails since 1 year (Please see chain mails). I had done all formalities even taken NOC of vehicle registration cancelation etc. from Agra RTO which was required for Insurance Company for claim. But even after submitting all related documents, my claim is not settled. As I live out o[censored]P due to my job, Evert time my family members or friends visit to Agra Office, Mr. N K Tikkha make promises that it will be done in few days. Even today on dated 18.06.18, he told my family that claim amount will be deposit in my bank account till 20.06.18. I am in great debt currently as in that accident, my cousin brother dead, and my father and uncle injured badly. There are still in medical supervision, I thought that by the insurance money I will be able to reduce my debt at least. But people in Agra office are not responding at my claim.

                                And I am very assured, that even after keeping Mr. N K Tikkha in CC of this mail, He will not respond.

                                Hence I request you all team members, kindly respond to this mail and please do the needful.

                                  My car (Maruti wagon-r) met with an accident on 8 june 2017 and i notified the insurance company (Nis) shortly after. I was advised to have my car towed to the nearest official maruti service station, which i promptly did. The workshop has estimated the repair costs of nearly inr 1 lacs (More than the insured value of car). A formal claim was submitted to nis and their surveyor came to inspect the damages, following which he advised me to take the car to a 'local' non-authorized mechanic for repairs. I have 2 problems with this -
                                  1. Why did nis advise me to bring the car to an official maruti workshop initially when their decision to pay depends on the costs of repairs?
                                  2. Why should i get my car repaired at a non-authorized place and compromise the quality of repairs?

                                  To me, this is a classic instance of an insurance company trying to avoid their liability.

                                    Mdi 4063952 & mdi 3840717 as i have met with an accident on 14/01/2018 and file the claim for reimbursement and till now i haven't received the same... Mdi co asking for the docs again and again which i already sent and no proper reply from the co againt my complain...

                                      Sir. I being the policey holder no.[protected] submitted my daughter's outdoor check-up papers through my agent mr. Swapan kumar mondal 4-5 months ago as said by my agent in anticipation that my 1%of total sum assured for yard health check up will be cleared. But till date that payment not cleared. Whenever i enquired into the matter with my agent mr mondal said the same is under process. If this is the fact that even clearance of such a small amount takes so much time than it is truly matter of concern. Pl. Do the needful. Kalyan chakraborty

                                        Sir, i (Krishan singh) am a holder of policy no[protected] for insurance of tata motors 4018 bearing registration no hr 63d 3685 from the your branch. Said vehicle was met an accident and repair cost has already paid my me. All the documents related to accident claim have been deposited in the month of december 2017 and verification & investigation has also done by your representative and no any doubt has been raised. Six months have been in passed but not any confirmation received from your office. After enquiring from rohtak branch, br manager mr ashok saroha asked different types of documents which have already submitted. Claim is to be passed in max two months as per your promise but due to demand o[censored]nauthorized documents from branch manager side the claim not yet been released. He is also harrassing me to getting the claim and passing the time which lead the financial loss to me. This behavior of br manager disappoint the customer. Please check the case and take action accordingly.
