Sir my car insurance policy[protected] with nic @25% ncb. My car kept at home on 10/08/18 when i came back to indore get noticed that windshield glass n cawltop grill of my car was broken the car start but not moving frwrd or reverse. I contact repairer motocraft car care they towed the car to wrkshp their they found rainwater ingress in car and two module gear control module n radio remote module were drowned in logged water they open the module n found it badly damaged n inoperative due to water ingres
Then i reported the said loss n claim to nic the surwyr survey the loss n now nic people allowing only windshield and deny the claim for module damaged due to rain water. I m a layman and they were asking for technical clarification from me
As more then 85 days are passed n case is still pending no action yet initiated so i need to file a complaint against nic
Kindly look into the matter n do the need ful to resolve the issue

    My policy no is[protected] and have lodged mediclaim with TPA Medsave. They have approved the claim on 22.10.2018 for Rs 161908/-. But NICL(insurer) has not paid the amount till date. we request you to instruct them to arrange to credit the amount in my account immediately. Please do the needful. Your action at an early date will be appreciated.

      My Bike has got damaged in an accident on 2nd Nov 2018 at night around 12:15 am in Noida, sector 127, UP, and since then I have been calling on the toll free number [protected] and its being three days now however could not get any help.

          Dear sir,

          2 months ago, i have submitted all documents to your office related to claim.
          Then i got reply from your tpa regarding shortage of documents. After that i re submitted documents which they need. All this things happen in august-2018. Now its end of the october still my claim not settled. No one from your office pickup our calls[protected]. How can i track my claim.
          Your people don't have time to attend phone calls?
          So we are also not free for coming to your office regularly for enqury.
          No body replying on emails also.
          What to do?
          Can you please solve my problem.
          How long we have to wait?

                I, mr. Jivaji atmaram. Thakarda, resident of bhagirath villa, kathwada, ahmedabad-382430, under my last mediclaim policy no 302/101/48/17/850000/8785 git cataract operation. Treatment of by left eye at oculus eye & ent hospital, ahmedabad -380007 on 20/10/2018. The operation and treatment charges incurred to me was rs. 37171/- (Thirty seven thousand one hundred seventy one only). I submitted my file to national insurance co ltd. Through my agent on 29/9/2018. To my surprise the company has sanctioned /deposited only rs. 24000/- 9 rs. Twenty four thousand only) against my claim. Hence, i request your good office to do needful to help me get the remaining /balance amount rs. 13171/-

                  Sir,
                  It is regarding that accident vehicle kl-34-d-5421 alto k10 which was admitted to avg podimattom kanjirappally showroom on 22-july-2018 along with the following documents (Rc book, insurance policy, fir and dl copy).

                  The work is likely to be finished and problem created by mr:ansad hussain mob:no:[protected] (National insurance kanjirappally area survior) ie; the original dl to be produced forth edelivery or otherwise the vehicle cannot release without cash payment. Then the approch to rto kanjirappally kerala to get the dl for submitting to avg, my dl has been suspended in connection with the accident for 12 months. They issued for insurance claim purpose only. Mr ansad hussain and showroom manager both of them harrased mentally and the block the delivery for commission purpose.

                  The avg and national insurance company deal with the customer that very poor standard and this failed th there moto. The requisted to further submitthe dl particulars to national insurance company for non delivery of vehicle with out cash payment.

                  That sir, kindly provide the customer relationship traning to mr:ansad hussain to avoid such misbehaviour with your valuable customer. If the customers is not satisfied your dealing is goingdown day by day.

                  Now iam planning to legal move with the concerned document shortlty. If is clear indicating that they need gift from me.

                      I made the payment to renew my bike insurance on 5th October 2018. but the policy is not generated. The transaction number is EASI[protected]. But the policy is not sent to me.
                      Hence i have sent an email on the same day to NIC.[protected]@nic.co.in.
                      Still they have not sent me the policy and not responding to email. I am forced to drive my vehicle without insurance copy as the old policy is expired.

                        My safari car insurance is with national insurance policy no. ([protected]), i have submitted the claim for rear bumper, for which insurance company not paid full amount of labour and paining, the total amount of bill was 12, 670/- out of which i service center asked me to pay 8, 630/- amount.

                        Only 4, 040/- is the amount which insurance company paid for this claim.

                        I'm not sure why i have to go for a claim if major part i have to pay only. Also the information at the first place provided me incorrect on the estimate and send i have not been intimated with the pre-inspection report. Even i was not aware what has been written into the report.

                        As a customer i have right to know what is in my insurance policy, to know what is cover and not cover into policy. This is misleading the customer and selling the policy incorrectly without knowing your customer about the policy coverage.

                        I want some strict and legal action on this on the behalf of all customers and for my claim amount reimbursement.

                        Please help me in resolving my issue.

                          We had applied for marine insurance against our damaged consignment which was dispatched from ahmedabad to bangalore. All the required details were provided as required. The surveyor completed the process and we asked him to add our gst number in his fee receipt. He agreed. But now on constantly contacting him regarding sending the updated documents to us, he keeps on making excuses. His excuses are - i am out i will send tomorrow, right now i dont have details will check and send it tomorow. Now today his excuse is of not having our gst number. This complete conversion has taken a month now, after which he is asking us for gst number that too when we are calling him and asking for the status. Is this the way to handle an issue by the surveyor of such a big company. A simple document in which gst number is to be added and send to us is taking more than a month by the surveyor. This is completely intolerable, inacceptable and very disappointing.

                            Sir i have a maruti suzuki swift vdi car and insurance of which was purchased from ur company through shakti motor fatehabad haryana. My car registration no. Is hr22k8298. On my insurance 35% ncb. Now i want to transfer my ncb on my new car which i want to purchase today on first navratra. I did all formalities on 7.10.2018.                               Dear sir,
                              On 5/07/2018 my hero bike met with an accident and i become hospitalized for two days. There happened a severe damage to my bike. I went to national insurance company branch kottarakara, kerala for submitting my claim application. They asked me for estimate of maintenance cost from dealer. Next day i submitted my application along with estimate, driving licence, rc book, adhaar card, police report, medical certificate and reason for late submission. The surveyor visited and grant permission to start the work.

                              After repair i submitted the bill. It was necessary to change the chassis of my bike and it already mentioned in estimate and surveyor granted to change it. Now insurance company is blaming me upon the change of chassis without the permission of rto. But sir i was ignorant about this procedure and neither insurance company or dealer informed me about it. I am using the same chassis number on my new chassis (Rc book chassis number). I went to the insurance office with the cut piece of removed chassis but they were not ready to even have a look at it. For this reason they are not ready to settle my claim.

                              But sir how i can submit an application in rto office for the permission to change the chassis after changed it? At least 10 times i visited the insurance office for this purpose but always they are treating me on a negative way.

                              Sir, for the last 26 years i am driving my own vehicle but never came a claim. I am working in a private property and it is very difficult to get continuous leave.

                              So i am earnestly requesting you for an appropriate decision upon my problem.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  My royal enfield, kl27-f-2721, two wheeler was immersed in water during the kerala flood on 15 aug 2018 at my house, ushus, thalayar, kuttoor p. O., thiruvalla.
                                  I gave the vehicle to the nearest service center and the surveyor of national insurance company, mr. Abhilash (Mob.[protected]) approved to their estimate.
                                  I have submitted the final invoice of rs. 4800/- to mrs. Laila, office of the national insurance company, thiruvalla on 15 sep 2018. She handed over the papers to the surveyor to send the report to the office for the final settlement.
                                  I was following it up for the last two weeks for crediting the amount to my a/c.
                                  Now the surveyor, mr. Abhilash is telling that he couldn't trace out the bills of my vehicle and it may be misplaced.
                                  We are not expecting such a reaction and irresponsibility from the staff of a reputed and well established insurance company.
                                  Kindly look into this matter seriously.

                                    Respected sir, my patient mr babu ram sharma is hospitalized on 01-oct-2018 (Fortis hospital, noida). As he has a cashless card (Policy no[protected], i presented it to the hospital. They generated a bill and sent a bill to tpa, because doctor said for discharge and advice to take rest at home. But till now they haven't paid my patient bill. The hospital request a mail for approval of claim but insurance company don't take interest in it. Please see in this matter, otherwise i'll make a legal action against national insurance company. I have constantly paid premium for the policies. I think national insurance company (Md india) played a false game with us. Thanking u yours truly shivam kumar.
