I have a mediclaim policy under boi national swasthya bima, policy number[protected]. I have been continuing this policy since 2013 with regular premium. Suddenly i received the letter intimating that the company is withdrawing the product because the cost of health care has seen a sharp increase and this product is unsustainable with existing price and terms and conditions. After giving all the premium without a single claim for so many years my policy became invalid according to the wish of company. Please do the needful so that i get justice to continue my policy and avail the facility under that.

    Myself siddarth owing a car as01 db 5833 & i already claimed for insurance coverage via dealer apa color works. But this is the 3rd month that i am not getting the car back or repaired.       My Policy No.[protected], I had applied for Cash less pre-authotrization on 16/03/2019, my expected date of Admission was 19/03/2019. I was asked documents to process the claim . All the required documents, Reports etc which I had ( all I have nothing more) was submitted.
      Investigation Reports was also submitted along with the history of ailment . . They kept on asking for revised estimate for conventional surgery as robotic surgery is not payable as per policy. Our Dr. Vinay Mahendra, specifically said that the surgery in a conventional way was dangerous for the patient, he even gave a written statement to the Insurance Co. letter is attached. Kindly see to the above . I have been going through a turmoil as now I have to arrange money on my own, I wonder why I have been paying premium all these years.

        I am writing to complain about my father insurance claim being rejected.

        My father had a surgery on left urs during the time he undergone for high grade fever treatment also. After that we got final bill with amount 155370/-. Only 30000/- is got as part of cashless claim.

        I have submitted post hospitalization claim on[protected]. Claim is denied by mentioning ‘excess of ailment cappinf’. But i have clearly mentioned all the medical treatment details with this claim.

        I have just received a letter informing me that my insurance policy will not cover my father’s surgery with below reason-
        “the claim pertains to expenses incurred for the treatment of left ureteric calculus. On scrutiny of papers it is observed that the sub limit of sum insured is exhausted under the present policy. Hence the claim stands repudiated under the condition 3.36 of the policy.”

        During the treatment on kidney stone, my father had treatment for high grade fever also.
        Those medical details are already shared with insurance company.
        But still insurance company is not responding on this.

        I am attaching the medical details with this mail. I request that you review this case.

          My parents have a health insurance policy from national insurance (Policy no.[protected]. They have been holding this policy from past 6-7 years without any claim. But in january 2019 they took a claim of appox. Rs. 18000/- for angiography of my mother. The test result was normal which means her heart is healthy. But when they tried to renew the policy online in the month of february, they got the message that as they have a claim in last policy year they can not renew it online and have to contact the policy issuing office which is in punjabi bagh. On 27/02/2019, my parents contacted punjabi bagh office, they were told that they have to pay approximately rs. 40000/- to renew their existing police, which is more than 5 times of what they were paying earlier. Their last year premium was rs. 7434/-. My parents can't afford to pay this hiked price and so they are without any health insurance cover right now and moreover buying a new health insurance policy at their age is also not easy. Kindly help with the renewal of their insurance.

              My previous insurance policy no.[protected] had NCB of 20% and my current insurance policy no[protected]e48 has NCB of 50%.

              The insurance company surveyed my vehicle(WB38AA2312) and estimated amount 14, 758/- to be charged for repairing and they will pay some amount as per NCB mentioned in my policy.

              But they denied to pay the same mentioning that I had misrepresented NCB value while renewing the policy online but the fact is that I have not done any thing like that.
              And I have to pay whole amount.

                My wife ms. Mridula basu admitted in rickland hospital at gurgaon on 22.06.2018 to 22.06.2018. It was intimated to my tpa e-meditake. As the cash less card was not with us as we were on short tour at gurgaon, i submitted the claim after wards. E meditek wrote to me the money receipt of rs 15000/- has to be submit though it was included in final bill. As i was in abroad that time and wrote to them that it will be submitted after returning to india and advised them to keep pending, i collected the money receipt personally from the hospital and could not submit in kolkata office at it was found closed. I send the bill to gurgaon e-meditek office by speed post. But i did not get any reply from them till january 2019 end. I took pain to travel gurgaon and visited e-meditek office personally. They told me receipt is not valid as it it has mentioned as duplicate. Again i collected a fresh receipt from the hospital and sdubmited personally to e meditek on 05.02.2019. They assured me i will get the money by 15 days, but it has not credited till date

                  Car got an accident, timely submitted the claim form in policy issuing office, due to my financial problem it takes 10 month time to repair my car. When i go for insurance for claim settlement they are treating my nil depreciation as nonstandard policy and giving 75 % of claim amount and also not sharing my claim details with me.                     Now tpa office has been changed as medi assit india tpa pvt ltd ahmedabad but the tpa id card number/id card is not issued to me.                       My claim number is 18708377. I had taken 5 lacs suminsured policy in that the room charge was ₹ 2000 × 5 days =₹10000. And tpa has cut all the room rent with giving reason that room rent is excess. They are not going to solve this issue after 3 months back to back. There was no support from local surat office and regionale office from ahmedabad. They literally not answering the call after hearing my claim number.

                              This is gowardhan lal dangi my private car was happend accident on 08/11/2018 night and i informed to insurance company and taken road side assistance and submit my car in veer motors workshop bhopal as per guidence of insurance company my policy is zero dep. Policy and my insurance policy no. Is[protected]. I have claimed insurance for my car (Tata tiago xm no. Mp 39 c-2912) on 09/11/2018.
                              Dear sir it have been approximately 3 months without any action taken by insurance company regarding approval of my insurance claim file. At the time of taking insurance your representative had insured me that i will not have any inconvenience in case of such scenario but the time your approval process have taken have really frustrated me.

                              Sir as your surveyor mr. Sanjay shriwastav ([protected]@yahoo.com) (Mob. No. [protected]) have visited my car and have also submitted report to his senior mr. Udhay dandwate sir, he is divisional officer bhopal (Ua. [protected]@nic.co.in) (Cont. No.[protected], but car is still being scraped in veer motors workshop bhopal. After that my report is forwarded to mr. Dheeraj soni (Mo. No-[protected]), he is regional officer national insurance company indore office, but still no proper response is coming by higher authorities please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                              Sir please let me know if something is lacking by my side weather my payment is due or i have submitted less amount but please help me to approve my claim as soon as possible. And if i will feel like abuse of my rights i may go in lap of legal support.

                                I had undergone surgery and submitted my claim to tpa m/s vipul medcorp.

                                The bill claimed was rs 75, 259 and tpa had approved rs 72, 185. This i had checked on official site of vipul medcorp.

                                I had contacted m/s vipul medcorp and they had intimated that my claim of sanctioned amount was sent to nic on 27th dec 2018.

                                I sent a mail to nic - mr sajjan singh and mr goswami of paonta sahib office on 8th jan 2019 in this regard.

                                But till date i have not received this amount.

He told me hospital query pending than i go to kolkata hospital and want query answer and summitted to 15 ganesh chandra avenue, kolkata-7000013. Officer received that paper and told me, call after one week but query status not change.

                                  Each week i call her, she told me your cleaim not clear yet.

                                    I have taken insurance policy of my car from National Insurance co Ltd through policy no[protected] for the period 29/1/2018 to 28/1/2019. My vehicle meet an accident in Feb 2018 and it was repaired by J.P. Motor, Solan ( Authorised Service Centre of tata Motors). The claim was lodged by them on my behalf and surveyor report was submitted in Soaln B.O. of National Insurance co Ltd . The claim was forwarded by Solan Branch office on 26.02.2018 to Gurugram office form where my Insurance policy was issued.

                                    My claim is being regularly followed up by Policy Bazar.com team also as I have taken online Policy from their platform.
                                    I am regularly trying the phone numbers [protected], [protected] & [protected], but nobody pics these phone numbers.
