I am Abhijit Divate had logged an accidental claim for my Alto car MH11 AK2366 on 10th April 2017. However till date I haven't received any response from the company for the settlement. I am continuously following with company but not getting proper assistance. Appointed surviver does not submitted report to company yet also not giving any updates about claim. Each time I am getting an answer as "Sir, it will take time and at this stage we can not tell you anything". Just want to know what is the timeline to settle such claims.

I have renewed my two wheeler policy on[protected] online)but not received the new policy .My last policy no is[protected]. I tried to renew the policy again but it shows the the policy already renewed and the new policy no is[protected].
But I have not received the policy .

    I (along with my daddy) am holding National Mediclaim Policy no.[protected] since more than last 15 years.

    My daddy (total sum insured - Rs. 1, 50, 000/-) was operated for retention o[censored]rine due to prostate enlargement on 24/02/2017.
    i incurred total cost of Rs 79, 596/-, which I promptly claimed from Medsave TPA.
    The TPA has reimbursed Rs. 65, 123/- and has arbitrarily deducted a total of Rs. 14, 473/- from my total claim of Rs 79, 596/- without giving any valid reason.

    While deducting doctors' charges they have mentioned - exceeding Catg B Limit (25% of the sum insured), but they havn't even reimbursed Rs. 37, 500/- ( i.e. 25% of 1, 50, 000/-) in that category.

    They have also deducted instrument charges of Rs. 5000/- charged to me by the hospital, which I have paid from my pocket. Rejecting that as 'Instrument charges part of OT' is illegal, arbitrary, unfair and is just an excuse to cut corners. If you want to consider it as OT charges, please consider it so. But it needs to be reimbursed to me.

    The TPA has not even bothered to respond to my 3 mails and reminders, which is very unprofessional.

    Kindly look into the matter and reimburse me the same ASAP, lest I may have to escalate the matter to IRDA.

Kindly confirm the receipt of the amount and arrange policy document at the earliest. I sent e mail to nic... Which i got from your customer care. But i didnt get any reply to that mail till now.           I am a stage iv cancer patient and under treatment since january 2012. Now as per doctor's advice l am under hormonal chemotherapy with firmagon 80 mg. As cancer has spread to bone zolendric acid is also given along seth abireteron 250 mg 4 tablet daily. I am getting the medicines from other sources. I claimed only hospitalisation charges but my claim has been closed on flimsy ground with out going through my documents.
          Now l am metastatic stage iv cancer patient.
          I seek your kind consideration so that my claim is cleared early to continue my treatment at this fag end of life.

              I Kirpal Singh a class one officer of a Public cum Service Sector of GOI and owner of Swift Dzire UP 14 BF 6599 insured under captioned policy. My vehicle got accident on 20.4.17 around 1.15 am. Somehow I broughtvehicle to Ghaziabad and approached Bodyshop of Rohan Motors Ltd. Meerut Road Ghaziabad between 4.30 to 5.00 pm for repair under insurance. But I was harrased and treated very badly and one Mr. N.K. Tyagi started telling rules and regulations rather than to help. I am making a complaint to Rohan Motors but I am unable to mark copy of it to your Navyug Market Ghaziabad Div Off No.361200 due to not having its email id.                 ON 20 april 2017 when i completed the FORM RECRUITMENT OF 205 ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS (GENERALISTS) SCALE- 1,
                i was taken to payment page where i have done payment of Rs 612.05 from SBI netbanking but on NICL my login page show NO PAYMENT DONE.

                I also try to contact their NICL free customer care no. [protected] and select option no. 5 for CARRER related but it said no recruitment officer available every time I called.

                PLEASE resolve my issue as fast as possible as PAYMENT ALREADY DONE, and I want to just SUBMIT my Application.

                    I renewed policy for my vehicle no. Hr10u 7482 vide policy no.[protected] dated 29.03.2017 & amount of rs. 7359.00 paid vide cheque no. 093717 but cheque present on dated 18.04.2017 which is return unpaid. Now galaxy automobiles (National insurance agent) told that photo will be applicable of vehicle which is done in delhi while my residence & service in sonepat haryana.

                    My complaint that why cheque present after around 21 days from date while galaxy automobiles force me for renew my policy before 31.3.2017

                      I have got renewed my mediclaim policy through Bank of India in Jan. 2017. The policy number allotted is 360801/50/16/10004270/BOINSB/10004270 as shown in the ID cards. The issuing branch is New Subzi Mandi, Azadpur, Delhi-31. However, inspite of various phones by Bank of India, the policy has neither been sent to me nor to Bank. The reply of the branch head Mr. Jain over phone is very rude and irresponsible. Generally, he does not pick up phone OR if by mistake, he picks, the reply is very bad in taste. Kindly help me to get the policy as last year also I received after making complaint.BEING A SENIOR CITIZEN I AM NOT ABLE TO VISIT PERSONALLY TO INSURANCE CO. OFFICE.

                      I received a call from [protected] asking me to share my ATM card no. and password so that the company may charge Rs.2oo/- as fee for this complaint. I refused to share the details . Then the said person start abusing me and used very rude language. I am a senior citizen and retired from senior post of bank. Please see who was this person sitting on this phone and take necessary action. I am ready to pay any charges but cannot share the details of my card.

                          I p aruna having motor car vehicle policy at national insurance company - policy no -[protected] (Nil dep), in month of february my car met with an accident, according to procedure i intimated and they responded. The showroom people gave the surveyor the estimate and work done. The insurance company people told me to pay amount and get car back and submit the original bill to them for reimbursement of claim. Here comes the mater, the claim amount is approximately above rupees 36700, but the national insurance company reimbursed only rupees 24050. According to policy as it is nil dep, i have to get full amount.
                          Kindly do needful so that i can get my full insurance claim

                            My self chaitanya chavada holding mediclaim policy no.310304/48/16/[protected]. I was suffering from acute gastroenteritis. For that i was admitted at umiyahospital &i. C. C. U. Gorwa. I have paid rs.31712cash to doctor. When i. Claim this money from ins.co. Their tpa paramount health refused to pay stating that your hospitalisation is not justified so your claim has been repudiated. So sir look in the matter seriously and see that my claim money get paid to me as early as possible.

                                  I have opted a NIC mediclam policy[protected] for my parents via Indian Health Organization 2 years ago, which is due to be renewed on 15th of Apr'17 (as attached). But, recently I have received an sms stating "NIC has discontinued the group policy and need to be migrated to an individual Mediclam policy.
                                  But NIC is now denying to renew the same policy with same terms and condition and asking for new policy, email from NIC attached. I want to continue the same policy as it is now 2 years old and is now eligible to cover the existing diseases of my parents. Please help.

                                    I have deposited the above no claim on 5/01/2017 for my late father in law, your dept has refused the cashless facility when he was admitted at R.N Tagore hospital in Kolkata on 28/11/2016, after he died & submitted all documents with my letter on 5/01/2017 but till now have not received any thing.
                                    I heard that after a long period this documents in your office from your TPA office.
                                    He has admitted at hospital with respiratory problem as well as other problems & admitted after advised by Dr. Aratrika Das at OPD of the same hospital.
                                    This is a long pending case, required quick settlement.

                                      When I renew the insurance then they have not asked any thing and renew the insurance on my name .and when I claim the insurance then they said u taken no claim bonus, how I know u asked money I give u renew my insurance. But is internal term and condition when u don't know then how i know... At time of claim u reject then why u done insurance. I have not satisfied with nic insurance. When ur employee done insurance without know guidelines then how customer know.. ihave given full money and never trust on insurance companies rule because their agenet have no knowledge and customer are responsible for that
