The Premium of Rs 44446 for renewal for above policy was paid by NEFT on[protected]. This was acknowledged by Ms Priyanka Nawale of National Insurance Co.Ltd., DAB - XII[protected] th Flr., Sterling Cinema Bldg.,
65, Murzban Street, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001. I yhave not received the new policy in spite of repeated reminders over phone and email.
A second issue has not been taken care, the inception date for my policy was 13/6/2006, Earlier the premium used to be paid through the following gentleman:

Since 2013 I have been paying directly to the branch. However, the inception date is now shown as 13/06/2013, in the last policy of 2016. this too needs to be corrected to 13/06/2006.
National Insurance Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
