Dear NIC,

We had claim Car Toe (1500RS with recipet). But they had approved only 800 RS. If other insurance company had claer total amount what is the problem with this company. To get this amount We have to visit Kataria service centre more than 3 times as per confirmation of MR.CB Patel. I have wasted approx 600 Rs By phone call & petrol allowance to get this amount. Still I am not getting amount form 2 Months. It is very very bad service regarding amount claim & pathetic servece what the company ahd offered.

      Dear sir, my Varistha Mediclaim policy No.[protected] has been renewed from 25/10/2016 for one year after receiving payment of Rs 5975. But till date I did not receive the Health Card and necessary papers. The matter was taken up with the agent Mr Vivekananda Bagchi, Code :[protected] number of times in last two months. He promised that no further complaints are necessary as he will take action and will provide me the Health Card and the insurance amount will be amended.He fails to do anything as I did not receive any communication from the company neither the Health Card. Mr Bagchi is not responding to my calls and I m feeling helpless. Being an elderly person of 68yrs of age, it is not possible for me to run offices. Hope, you will look into the matter and resolve it at an early date. With regards. Prodeep Kumar Patra.

        I was unwell and went to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Delhi. There few reports were done and I was diagnosed with Hepatitis. Since there was no beds available, they admitted to their other hospital Sir Ganga Ram Kolmet Delhi. The doctor who was treating me remained the same during the period when I was admitted.

        When I filled my mediclaim, I was given claim of room rent per day of only Rs 2, 750/ whereas I am eligible for Rs 4, 000/- stating that this is not a major hospital (this is the first time I am hearing such a thing for giving partial payment).

        With the decreased room rent amount I was also not given Doctor Charges/DMO/RMO of Rs.3666.00 and Labs/Bio/Micro/Pathology of Rs.1684 stating "Restriction as per entitled ROOM category"

        In total I was rejected a valid claim of Rs. 15, 550/-

            This is regarding the insurance claim for my two wheeler(CG04-KY-9182) . My claim no 31/16/[protected]

            My Two wheeler has met with an accident last year at november . As a result the front right portion of the Activa is damaged badly .
            When the incident took place, I immediately contacted the exicuitive and gave them all the information related. I have gone through my insurance papers and came to know that I can get a claim.

            i have repair all damage part of my two wheeler and paid somthing amount to showroom (workshop )department as per your representative and policy guideline.

            I understand that according to the terms and conditions, only somthing percent will be returned to me as the deadline for any changes has already passed. I have attached the invoice and all related paper along with documents.

            But i am still waiting for bill amount which i have paid on last year at december, even i am asking for late payment of my bill to your executive/representative (Mr Sahu )but he misbehave withme badly.

            Please send the bill amount check or transfer to my bank account as soon as posssible.

              The aforementioned policy belongs to my mother Bijali Mukherjee who is financially dependent on me . However, I am the proposer for the same. The agent was categorically informed and was requested to put the name of the proposer as me, but after selling the policy he was least interested in servicing the account except when the time came for renewing the policy.
              Going forward, I would want to change the name of the proposer as myself such that it gives me benefits on Section 80(D).
              Also, I would want to renew the policy only without routing the same through the agent. I don’t mind if he gets a commission for the same.
              Request your kind support in this.

                I have admitted on 08/11/2016 at Ramachandra hospital porur chennai in emergency ward due to vomitting etc.I have already undergone double valve replacement 20 months back. I have been discharged the same day.Since I am a sr cititizen and undergonr DVR they used various medical equipment like CT scane etc to treat my ill health.I submitted a medical bill to MD India health insurance on 17/11/2016., for reimbursement.Last week When I made enquiry through mail, they send me reply claim is rejected.
                Why there is this much delay to reject the claim.Original papers have not been returned so far.Since it is already delayed, I cannot claim with any other company now,
                I am the National Insurance customer since 2009and paying premium rgularly.Policy number[protected] Issued by Poonamalee Branch Chennai.
                I request you to take all the above factors into account and use your discreationary power to reimburse my claim amount of Rs.7946.79

                  I have visited the company office9to 10 time in jalgaon branch maharatha in india. but thay not paid a policy

                    For the last one week I am trying to talk to your toll free number, your delhi office number, your Kolkata office number, but nobody answers the call.

                    This is one of the biggest reason that people don't want to take policy from Govt. owned companies, I am trying to get my policy renewed but I am not able to talk to your officials.

                    If such situation would have been there in case of any non-govt. owned company, their customer care would have called me before the date of renewal... but as you are Govt. company so nobody takes initiative and nobody cares for its customers...

                    I am very much disappointed with the services of this NICL.

                    If you people have any interest in customer care, than call me on [protected], other I will be compelled to take my Mediclaim Policy from some other Company who cares for its customer.

                      I was holding a car insurance policy by National Insurance company for the year 2015-16 (No.[protected]). The policy renewal was tried to be carried out online vide transaction ID CMES[protected] for Rs. 6607/-. For this renewal; I have not received the renewed policy till date. It has been more than a month that this transaction was carried out. The money is deducted from my credit card and has not been refunded back. So it may be noted that I have neither received the new policy for the year 2016-17 nor money has been credited back.

                      It is therefore requested that my money may be refunded back at the earliest.

                        मैं आपके कंपनी का ग्राहक हूँ। मैंने जनवरी 2016 में mi की side से mi 4i का फोन लिया है और साथ ही mi protection भी लिया था अभी कुछ दिनों पहले मेरा फ़ोन गीर गया था और इसकी मैंने fir भी दर्ज करवाई थी । मेरा भाई ib में हैं तो उसने मेरा फ़ोन को track करके उस लड़के को पकड़ लिया जब मुझे मेरा फोन मिला तो उसका टच काम नही कर रहा था। मैंने आपके customer care में बात की उन्होंने मुझे अधिकतम 15 दिनों में फ़ोन सुधार कर देने का वादा किया पर मैंने कुछ दिनों में customer care कॉल लगा के बात की तो उन्होंने कहा की आपका फ़ोन जल्द ही pick हो जाएगा यह बात 05 dec की है जबकि मेरा फ़ोन 26 nov को ही pick हो चूका था वो तो मैंने बार बार कॉल लगा के उन लोगो को बताया की मेरा फ़ोन ले जाया जा चूका है तब जाके इन्होने 05 dec को अपडेट किया की फ़ोन pick हो गया है सबसे हँसने वाली बात ये है की आज तक मुझे मेरा फ़ोन ना ही मिला और ना ही किसी ने मुझे अब तक update दी है तो ऐसे में मैं क्या कदम उठाऊ?
                        और साथ ही मैं इन सवालो का भी जबाब चाहता हूँ।

                        1- जब मैंने फ़ोन mi की side से लिया और मुझे mi protction दिया गया तो ये one assist क्या हैं मैंने तो mi ब्रांड को चुना था तो ये क्या हैं हमे इसकी कोई जानकारी नही थीं
                        2- और हा जब mi के द्वारा ये लिया गया है तो mi इसमें help क्यों नही करती।
                        3- one assist अगर इसका insurance करती है तो ये nicl क्या हैं?
                        4- आपके exective जब वादा करते है तो टाइम पर पूरा क्यों नही?

                        The company is unable to explain the reason for not accepting/rejecting the claim of Theft for Mobile handset. Even after giving several reminders, there has been no response either on call or mails. They have not responded when the complaint was logged in Consumer affair. The company website states that claim will be accepted when handset is bought from the website though with a depreciated value. All protocols were followed by me while purchase but now the "No Response" from company Xiaomi Communications and OneAssist makes me feel cheated with policies. Need your help as it has crossed more than 30 days without any concrete reply from the company.

                            I own a Volkswagen Vento 2011 model. Recently i met with an accident and as a result the H beam connecting the rear wheels got deflected. I surrendered my vehicle at Volkswagen dealer named EVM PASSENGER CARS Pvt. Ltd at Kollam. Initially the surveyor came and recorded the quotation made . Unfortunately the 2011 VW model has been discontinued, the H beam has to be ordered directly from Germany via courier. With the consent of the insurance agent and surveyor, additional estimate has been submitted to the Insurance Company.

                            Unfortunately once the refund for the claim has been done, the amount is too less compared to the claim made by us. As we contacted with the insurance agent, they told that the surveyor failed to record the additional estimate submitted by the dealer.

                            Since the mistake happened from the side of the insurance company and as a customer who has every right to claim the so called estimated amount by authorized dealer, I would like to register a complaint regarding the same.

Who take extra 200 rs for late fine ... when we insure my motor my premium of Rs.1404 bt he take money 1604 ... But he gave me the billing of rs.1404 .. when i ask them why don;t ypu give me total blance of bill rs1604 then they say that there is no rule for this only the premium actul cost print on the billing .. sir tell me is this any rule for late fine ... what is a late fine???

On telephonic conversation Vipul TPA repeatedly saying that your claim of Rs. 10964.00 against Rs. 11314.00 have already been settled on[protected] and the same amount Rs. 10964.00 is being send in your bank account very soon.
                                      Till now i have not received the same amount.
