Dear sir,
May kindly be informed that i quamar alam, executive engineer at harduaganj thermal power station, kasimpur, aligarh an owner of a new ertiga car having registration no:- up-81bk-6418 purchased from m/s dev motors, aligarh, uttar pradesh in may-2016. The insurance policy for the aforesaid car purchased this year and last year also from your esteemed company. Details of policy are as below:-

Period of insurance:- 00:00:00 am 02-may-2017 to midnight on 01-may-2018.
It is the matter of great regret that my vehicle met a minor accident at aligarh some days ago and i firstly asked mr. Mayank at m/s vineet automobiles (An authorzed dealer of m/s maruti) at talanagri, aligarh, uttar pradesh to change the damaged parts as per insurance claim in policy. But the authorized person did not co-operate me in this regard and made an excuse to take your vehicle there from where you purchased it. It was really ridiculous. Now again i moved to m/s dev motors they kept my car there since 15/05/2017 and still the problem has not been solved there.
In view of above it is requested to kindly look into the matter seriously so that as per your insurance policy claim may be settled down.

    Dear sir, we own a business of hero bikes in small town mandawa located in jhunjhunu district (Raj.) 333704. Our complain is regarding delaying in my payment from last year of policy commission (2.21 lacs) and bike accidental claim rupees (5.20 lac). The branch manager of jhunjhunu of nic is not working is proper manner. I and my staff member went in office many time but still there is no action, payment date is shifting day by day. My business with nic is from last 7 years and i want to continue with it. I and my staff member are facing problems with staff member of nic jhunjhunu branch and might be other companies owner too.
    So, please try to clear payment as much as possible and take action about those person

      My wagon-R car UP32BP-0373 insured by National Insurance Co Ltd, by Maruti Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd, policy no-[protected] was stolen on 30/05/2016 mid night, for which FIR was lodged on 31/05/2016 and informed in writing to Maruti Insurance Office at KTL ltd, Faizabad Road, Opp- HAL, Lucknow along with necessary papers. After getting Final Report from court of my FIR, I submitted the same to National insurance Co. Ltd, Divisional Office, Jeevan Bhawan, Hazratganj, Lucknow to Mr Shashikant, Dy. Manager on 25/01/2017. He told that you have informed to our office late and as such 75% claim will be settled. Since then we are following up with their office now and then and every time some or other new documents are demanded.I am servicing as Manager in Bank of India and presently posted at Delhi. I had to come to Lucknow to submit the documents for more than 4-5 times.i Nearly one year has passed but I have not received my claim. As I have already intimated to insurance co well in time and around four months have passed after submitting my FIR final report, such delay in their process has given me financial and mental loss. Please look into the matter and arrange to settle the claim at earliest.

        My car honda brio registration no. Rj 27 cd 0132 met an accident near hotal rajputana palace in jodhpur rajasthan.
        But the surveyor mr dipak rathi is responding properly and allowed less claim amount than the actual damage on my car.
        I made contact with him but he said that the accident doesn't seem like it happen in one accident without giving any proper reseon.
        It's seems like he made his own preview on this matter.
        I am in jodhpur from 16 to 28 may 2017 for government duty assigned to me from my department and on 16may i have crossed 6 toll booths between bhilwara to jodhpur.
        The surveyor can check the condition of my car before and after accident.
        So it is hummble request to you sir kindly look into the matter and resolve this matter as soon as possible.

            My name is Motilal Nathalal Shah and i am holding a National Insurance Mediclaim Policy. My policy number is[protected]. I have submitted all the documents for Reimbursement Claim well on time. It has been more then 4 months now but still the amount has not been credited to my account. My claim number is 20170116B00520097. Date of admission is 18th January 2017. I have submitted all the necessary documents for Reimbursement claim to the TPA ie MEDSAVE Health Insurance TPA Ltd. The claim amount is Rs.18438 and the approved amount is Rs.18442 but the same is not yet received.

              Dear Sir,
              I would like to inform you that I have renewed the above Policy for the year[protected] and for the renewal an amount of Rs.9056/- had been deducted from my Bank A/C ( of Bank Of India, Uttarpara Branch, Hooghly, West Bengal ) on last 03/02/2017. But unfortunately till date I did not receive the Policy Document and the money Receipt.
              Under such circumstances, I would request you to please do the needful at the earliest so that I may receive the Policy documents and the Money Receipt otherwise I shall not be able to receive any medical assistance if needed. It may be noted that I have been harassed in this way last year also.
              So please expedite the case and send the above documents in my prescribed address.

                  This is to bring to your kind notice that we have a policy by the name of Paras Kalra. Its Policy number is[protected] and Policy Schedule is Parivar Mediclaim and Policy starts from 18/12/16 to 17/12/16.
                  This month we got the intimation from your executive that the Cheque(The Cheque which we gave in December) got bounce because of the insufficient funds.So we gave cash to your executive, so that we can avail the same benefits through out our policy. But, according to your executive, we cannot take advantage of the existing policy and instead w"ll have to start with a new policy . Its number is[protected], starting from 16-02-17 to 15-02-17.
                  But, the fact is that the executive did not even presented the cheque. We even crossed check with our Bank Manager. Here is the Bank Statement attached with Sufficient Balance in our Account. Kindly look into the matter and help to continue our existing policy benefits in our New Policy. Looking forward for your positive response. (Bank Statement attached in the next mail.)
                  I've mailed this letter to v.[protected]@nic.co.in on 9/3/17 . After repeated reminders till date, I haven't got any revert from this ID. Kindly look into this matter and try to resolve it ASAP so that I can avail the benefits of my existing policy.

                    In ref to above i wish to bring in your kind notice that i, surinder kumar khanna (65yrs) a sr citizen got issued ins cover for my two wheeler from court road branch amritsar. It is matter of great regret that

                    1. Your office mentioned the name of nominee as sh chander parkash, my father (52yrs), who was expired in oct 2003, which hurt my sentiments.

                    2 i handed over to them the copy of previous cover note issued by icici lombard at time of getting the new ins cover note. Your office charged excess amount on the pretext that no ncb allowed in thr first year if some one get the insurance from the different co.

                    today, i took up the matter with your branch head. Instead of realising the mistake he started to narrate me the rules that, now your to furnish the undertaking for change of nominee alongwith a cancelled cheque for remission of excess amt charged by them. I told him that i am sr citizen came to you from 5km in such a scorching heat. I requested that you amend the name of the nominee and for excess amt. Pl issue a cheque and send at my address. Instead of helping me, he showed his inability to do so. I said sir you are harassing a sr citizen for your own fault, which is matter of concern. I request your good self to take up the issue with your branch head & get the matter resolved at the earliest.

                    further, i request you to conduct an enquiry that the office is grabbing unauthorisedly the hard earn money of innocent people. Every one is not vigilant, inspite of my demand they are trying to avoid me. Oncr again i request you to take up the issue with your office, kerping in mind the reputation of no one company in the country

                      National Insurance Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      I have mediclaim policy with National India Insurance company limited .My 2 mediclaims were approved successfully for the same hospital however from the time Health India TPA has tied up with the company they are not willing to approve claim no HI-NIC[protected].On policy terms treatment is approved they don't check that neither past records.

                        Please not that we have taken mediclaim insurance under your company corporate sector M/s Jain International trade organisation on May 2016. Now I am asking for renewal the policy but they are denying the same. Please let me know whether you are responsible for issue of this policy or not before taking any legal action by me. We have paid huge premium amount to safe guard of our family and taken this insurance. Now the organisation is denying to continue the insurance without any proper reason.

                          I have raised a claim request against the 2-wheeler insurance policy number - 450107/31/16/[protected] on 14th march 2017. The inspection was performed on same day and the paper were processed from the service center with all the required documents required.
                          Since then I have been chasing the company for amount settlement, but the personals keep on saying "get in touch after 10 days". It has been 2 months now and the claim amount is still not processed.
                          I have tried to reach nodal office as well but the responds do not pick the phone or ask to get in touch with the claim department(which is not responding).

                            Sir i have filed a claim with your tpa vipul medcorp on 21\1\17
                            File no 17rb04nad0513 vide policy no 420600/48/[protected] in name of d. D. Singhal. Your tpa is delaying my claim making useless and irelevant qeries making false statements about surgery dates. I was admitted on 11/1/17 and dischared on 13/1/17 and there is no document like surgery was done on 26/11/17. I am 75 five year old person. They are trying to make a confusion and hrassing me. Please look in to the matter

                              I went to Rajiv Gandhi Gov. Hospital and Madras Medical College and park my car in the
                              campus on 6.7.2017 as routinely do everyday.

                              In the evening when I came to take a car at @ 5.20 I found that rear glass was completely broken

                              Kindly send your servior for inspection, I have left the car in the M/s. Sundaram Motors, Anna Salai.

                                When I tried to renew my policy online, it showing me error as "policy is not available for renewal." Kindly find the attached screenshot for the same. Can you please update how many days before I should be able to renew my policy. My policy number is:[protected]. Renewal last day is 23 May. Kindly guide me for the same.

                                  We have submitted settlement of death claim of two cows of s. Rajagopal 's dairy unit. So far claim has not settled. Whenever we approach they conveyed claim settlement server is not working. When we contacted on 20-04-17 they assured to settle by 24.04.2017 due to non availability of processing staff. On 24.04.17 they said accounts has not closed yet it will take a week's time. On 5-5-17 when we approached they said everything cleared in a week claim will be settled. But so far not settled. The loan account was over due for more than 90 days. If the account become npa it will be treated as serious irregularity. Kindly look in to the matter.

                                    I was an ex employee of National Insurance co.ltd. and on Jan 5th my husband had a cataract surgery for cashless. MD India was the TPA responsible for all the payments. But to my dismay inspite of several reminders, grievance letter given to the hospital and also personal visits n innumerable calls to TPA n Hospital they are not giving my deposit saying that National has not given them.My claim no. Is...MDI2991147. please look into the matter n solve it

                                        I contacted the kakinada, east godavari office a few seconds ago for renewal of my previous insurance and the officer in charge refusing to disclose his name answered to come to the office and note the details.
                                        Further i requested him to check the computer for the amount particulars which was vehemently denied and also carelessly replied "if you want to pay, come to the office or search other company".
                                        In the present situation where the agents are running for business the answer seemed a surprise adding that how the major government companies are put to loss.
