please support.

Kindly note that my premium falls due on 20 th june and i am going out of india in april.so went to bank of india to give advance cheque they refused to accept stating that we can not make payment so early.

Kindly guide me how i can make payment in this week.

    As deceased had taken pmsby policy for his bank branch state bank of india rs pura jammu bank account no [protected]. We have submitted all the claim related document in the concerned bank branch in july 2016 and according to bank bank has submitt all document to concerned national insurance company for settlement of claim still year has been passed claim is not settled. At this stage neither bank nor national insurance company provide status of claim
    We have submitted related documents to the concerned branch sbi rs pura jammu in the month of july 2016 such as copy of fir, post martem report/ puchnama report statement of account from which the insurance amount deducted, beneficiary
    Detail along with account number and kyc document, claim from as well beneficiary kyc documentand all other formalities/ document require by branch at that point of time. It is request to you please look up the matter. We shall be highly thankful to you for your immediate action

    Its almost 4 months submitted claim PMSBY through United Bank of India Arambagh-Westbengal.Still no update from National Insurance.Please provide the contact details so that claim can be settled as early as possible.

      Today I renewed my national mediclaim policy online from
      https://nationalinsuranceindia.nic.co.in/portal/page/portal/Corporate/Home/Renew... as per the link provided by live chat agent.

      My payment of 12058 was successful and my account also got debited by 12058 but after long time of processing the page showed that though payment was successful it failed to generate the new policy paper and instead I am just provided with a transaction number EASI[protected] .
      I mailed to NIC.[protected]@nic.co.in but no reply.

      I am enclosing both the screenshot of that page and also my bank account debit screenshot as proof.

              My Mother Pushpa have NIC mediclaim policy ( 302000/48/15/[protected]) since last 6 years ( All premiums all paid in time almost amount Rs. 54000). We filed the claim ( Claim No.[protected]against her hospitalization ( 20th dec 2016 to 24th Dec 2016) on 4th January 2017 to medi assist Ahmedabad. Claim amount is Rs. 37000 only.
              The settlement is yet to clear by Mediassist. Initially last two months they kept on asking me various documents like Discharge Summary, Bank details etc. All the required documents are provided to them.
              Before that they cleared two claims within 20 to 30 days.
              This claim is unnecessarily taking huge time to get settle.
              In fact this hospitalization is supposed to be cashless, which Mediassist could not send their representative to hospital in time, hence we paid the amount to hospital and filed the claim. request to help us to reimburse the amount.

                  Hi. My name is Amarjit singh.my motorcycle PB46H0647 got stolen in 2014. I made a complaint in police station and informed to national Insurance on tge same time . He asked me to wait and asked to me get a copy of non traceable certificate from police. When i got this certificate, i went straight to insurance officer but he said its too late know. He didn't listen any thing. It was very disappointing. Please look into this matter and help to get my claim. i was a regular customer of national insurance.                     One of my relatives has taken a health Insurance for Rs. 1 lac. This year they wanted to enhance the limit to 3 lacs. Their age is 60. I understand that you can increase the limit upto 5 lacs upto the age of 65. The Branch pretext is that enhancement cannot be done as the claim ratio is more. The policy is 5 years old. Please let me know upto what age the limit can be enhanced and i[censored]ptoi the age of 65 then the branch should be instructed to increase the limit. The policy is a floater taken from Bank of India. If this is the attitude of few Branches the poor will suffer. Normally the limits are gradually increased so to make 5 lacs at the age of 65. Please let me know URGENTLY.

                      Dear sir
                      I am a senior citizen of 63 years of age from pune maharashtra.
                      I have mediclaim policy worth rs 5 lakhs through bank of india pune.
                      I lost my wife to cancer in 2012 and have one son of 36 years handicapped, slow learner, disable brain, dependent on me.

                      I applied for further mediclaim policy of rs 5 lakhs through bank of baroda aundh, pune.

                      The proposal was rejected without giving any reason.

                      Not only it was rejected but i was insulted and humiliated by your staff name ms sujata paranjape (Ph no. [protected]). She was very rude and abusive and shut the phone.

                      I asked for reason of rejection, she said:

                      A) "did i ask you to apply"
                      B) "why are you taking national insurance because it is cheaper than others, why are you not taking other company' insurance"
                      C) "it is my wish to reject i will not give you the policy"
                      D) "i don't have time to talk to you'
                      E)"go and apply to other company"

                      Her tone was very high and rough.

                      Your customers that too senior citizens who want to be secured are treated as dirt and don't know where to go for shelter. If your employees behave the way she did shows you do not value the customers.

                      I expect immediate action from you and a written apology by the said staff.

                          Respected Sir,
                          This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a new agent started working with National Insurance Company Ltd. from April 2016. I belong to a business family who has wide scope of business through our relations and can procure a premium of minimum 50 lacs in a year. Initially I started to place my business in your DO III, Chd. Being a new agent I have been disturbed by Mr Anil Dua, your Agency Manager posted in DO III who tried to disturb and harass me by delaying the release of my incentives as per scheme generated by the system in full as he was expecting something to share from our incentives which some other agents may be obliging him with. When I asked the reasons for this unnecessary harassment and delay in releasing my payment to which he replied me saying "Ap hume khush rakho toh hum apko khush rakhenge". Even then I remained silent and tried to ignore this but the attitude of this person started becoming totally biased day by day. I brought this in the notice of the Divisional Manager for the delay and deductions from my incentives but no action seems to be seen. After that Mr. Dua tried to disturb me even more and threatened and challenged me that he wouldn't allow me to work in DO III as an agent.
                          After facing such inconvenience by concerned officer, I shifted my agency in your Branch office, Sector 17Panchkula. With the full cooperation and coordination by the Branch Manager Shri. Harpreet Singh, I submitted my business in Sep 2016 (fire premium of Rs 8 lacs) from our family relative industrialist in his branch which was brought with the best efforts and duly mandate from the insured in writing that the business is placed by our agent Aarti Pahwa. The policy and the commission was released on time to me. On this business, I was also entitled for the incentives as per the Agent Scheme (for the period 1st April 2016 to 31 st Dec 2016) issued by your good self. The incentive sheet generated by the system and duly checked and recommended by the Branch Manager was sent to DO III for approval where due to some personal grudge by Mr. Dua, when he found my name is also in the list of incentive sheet, he hold my incentives only from that list without any reason with remarks on the sheet as "under process". When I asked the branch manager of why were my incentives not released where he confirmed that it was forwarded to the Divisional Office duly recommended as per scheme but failed to understand why it has been held by the DO for so long.
                          In spite of my various requests through mail and personally to the Branch Manager and Divisional Manager and the other officials dealing with the concerned department neither any response received under which clause or condition of the circular issued for the period April 16 to Dec 16, nor my incentives released till date for the period of Sep-Oct-Nov 2016.
                          I have been compelled to place my business through some other agent's code in the same branch then the incentives are released as per normal procedure without any deductions or delay. Sometimes I have to place my business through some brokers in some other companies as your officer Mr. Dua has challenged that he will not allow me to work with any office of National and will not release my incentives as per scheme.
                          It is also confirmed from Regional Office on the following points -
                          1. Whether an insured has the RIGHT to choose or select an agent/ broker to renew our policies?
                          2. Whether an insured has the right to shift his insurance renewal to any agent/broker ?
                          3. Whether an insured has the right to shift his Insurance renewal from one branch to another branch at his own choice?
                          4. Whether that agent will be eligible to get the agency benefits of commission/ incentives to whom the business is passed by an insured?

                          in response of the above, the reply from CHRO was "YES".

                          When it is not prohibited anywhere that a new agent cannot procure renewal business from the market and an insured has the right to select/choose the agent at his own choice then why my benefits of incentives are being delayed.

                          I fail to understand how can he disobey to the instructions as per Agent Scheme issued by you. All the other agents working in DO III and the branches attached with DO III are getting their incentives without any queries but I can notice some sort of personal grudge against me that too for no reason.

                          You are requested to please look into the matter to release my incentives without any further delay and also help me to place my business in my agency as an agent in my code of your company without any hindrance by such officials.
                          I shall be highly thankful for your quick and favorable response.

                            I have Purchase a Policy (zero dept) From your company for my commercial car MP 090TA 7167 in the name of Mr. Pawan Singh . And i have taken 3 claims in year 2016. My 2 claim is pass as a zero dept but my last claim l.e. 3rd claim have not approved as zero dept. They approved as a normal claim.

                            At the time of purchasing this zero dept policy your executive has not inform me that only 2 claim will approved as a zero dept in a year & also this is not menction in the zero dept policy any where.

                            so i request you to kindly approved my third claim as a zero dept.

                              I have policy of Sum insured 5 lacs, , claimed 1st time in 4 years, My wife Heena patel claim was lodge and was settled but deduction were done on higher side Rs. 17, 110/- when asked for the reason, I was informed that deduction was done for Rs 2000-co2 charge, Rs. 10, 000 Excess of Reasonable, Necessary & Customary Charge in Pharmacy & Medicine Charges., Rs. 300/-Linen, Rs. 810 gloves, needle, underpad, other excess of nme, ( What is nme ), Rs. 2, 000 oxygen charge.Rs. 2, 000 Excess of Reasonable, Necessary & Customary Charges in Surgery chg.
                              So charges which are required during surgery has been deducted, like Oxygen charge, CO2 charge, Pharmacy chg, needle chg, gloves chg, nme chg etc and excess chg, This all charges are done during Surgery So why charges are deducted.This is very unfair and illogical in terms of deduction made.So please credit my deducted amount as soon as possible.

                                I am a staff of bank of india satrana Dist sehore MP.I have given a loan for purchase of buffaloes on 07.12.15 and i have remitted premium of Rs 17446/- to your agent's account no. [protected] (Mr Santosh Keer) on 02.01.2016. But your agent in Nasrullaganj Dist sehore MP, haven' t given me policy for the same till date.Kindly look in this matter as he not responding my call and not available at office on regular time.We need the policy very urgent as our branch audit is going on.please look at service quality of your representators.

                                  I would like to inform you that i have submitted five numbers of claims of policy no: 200901/48/15/[protected] of mrs runu borah who was suffering from right ovarian epithelial carcinoma at e - meditek guwahati details is as under
                                  Sl no submission date chemo date amount claimed
                                  1 24/06/2016 10/06/[protected].00
                                  2 08/09/2016 08/07/[protected].00
                                  3 08/09/2016 09/08/[protected].00
                                  4 08/09/2016 06/09/[protected].00
                                  5 02/02/2017 04/10/[protected].00
                                  (Two lakhs twenty four thousand eight hundred sixty three only) 224863.00
                                  Later the authorized person of e-meditek guwahati mr. Bedanta informed me that they have made a single claim for sl no 1, 2, 3 and 4 and claim no was[protected].
                                  Total amount for these four nos of claim amount was 176093.00 (One lakhs seventy six thousand ninety three only)
                                  For fifth one claim no was[protected] and claim amount was 48770.00 (Forty eight thousand seven hundred seventy only)
                                  But surprisingly on march 08, 2017 e - meditek informed me that they have approved an amount of rs. 37684.00 (Thirty seven thousand six hundred eighty four only) for claim no:[protected] against claim amount 176093.00 (One lakhs seventy six thousand ninety three only) and rupees 43282.00 (Rupees forty three thousand two hundred eighty two only) against claim amount 48770.00 (Forty eight thousand seven hundred seventy only) for claim no:[protected].

                                    My Cousin is admitted to hospital for operation. Hospital says submit Policy papers. Which are not received. Policy is renewed in July 2016. We have group from pune who allways reniew through Sanjivani from Mumbai.
                                    My cousin,
                                    Mr. Anil Chadwa is admited to Pune Hospital on 2nd March 2017. Applied for cash less mediclaim. Hospital is asking for policy Number, which not received yet.

                                      I had taken bank ofbaroda health [olicy on 06/01/2009&it is continue with out any gap&break. I pay my premimum in time . my wife was hospitalised on 14/08/2014 & 07/01/2017 for lscsoperation but the SAFEWAY TPA &nic company denied to settle the case.                                         Dear team meri bike chori ho gai hai magar apni complain raise kardi claim form submit b kar diya hai... Abhi tak b koi response nhi hai... Meri bike chori hone k baad 1 week k andhar mene natinol insurance company m bata diya tha unhone claim form diya magar unhone ye nhi bataya ki ye form jaldi submit karna hai ya 1 din 2 din ya 5 din 10 ya 15 din form submit kar diya unka kehna hai aap late ho gaye hai.
