        Sir i changed my ford figo windshield in gurugram last 27/06/2017 but my claim not recieved till 02/08/2017 and your agent nirmal rai, mob. No.[protected] demanded 1400 rs for survivor charges, i refuse the demand so he delayed my file and say to me you individually come and find your file in gurugram office. Dear sir please help me i am an armed force personal i can't come again and again in your offices.2 times i visit in your gohana and gurugram office but no response.

          With reference to policy number[protected], it is submitted that i have a policy of motor cycle with your company which will be expired on 01 august 2017 midnight. On 26 july 2017 i applied for the renewal of policy on line and the amount of rs. 850/- successfully debited from my account and no transaction massage is received due to your system error. Next day i clicked on the download option for obtaining renewal documents but it’s showing last year documents.
          I earnestly request you to go through the matter and get me the right way to receive the current documents.

            This email is regarding an reimbursement of medical insurance of my policy no: policy number 360702/50/16/10001406.

            I have submitted all required documents in april 2017 and as per md india my reimbursement has been setteled on 25 may 17 and payment was pending from national india insurance company.

            After so many follow ups there is no response from national india insurance company branch ashok vihar delhi and md india customer care amd nothing has happend so far.

              Dear national
              I submitted the post hospitalization claim on 22nd may 2017 and its almost over 40 days, i am not receiving any output from tpa. I submitted all the document related to the query raised by them on 15th july but after 15 days they are saying we do not have any document related to query whereas i have a proof that the document is accepted by park.
              I need a reimbursement in this week only as it is very difficult for me to finance the post bill every month. I would claim the finance charges from you only.
              Kindly take the necessary action.

                This is to inform you that mrs rima bhattacharya has submitted mediclaim of rs 84527.00 on 27.04.2017 against her mediclaim policy no[protected] but till date the claim was not settled and the amount was not reimbursed. Though we have contacted several times to the tpa m/s genins india tpa ltd - kolkata but no result was obtained.

                  Its been 5 months, the claim disbursement hasnt been done yet, it was not cashless so i had already paid the repair workshopand the claim was passed by national insuramce but no claim settlement has been done till today.

                  My bike got damages in an accident on[protected], my bike got repaired and i got the delivery on[protected], the claim was passed by the surveyor, and till today i havnt got any disbursement so far.

I had purchased the baroda health policy by national insurance company limited in the last 2 years through bank of baroda from laxmipura branch. I have got renewed my mediclaim policy through the bank of baroda in 10th july 2017 by cheque. The policy number allotted is 310304/48/15/[protected] as shown in the first mediclaim policy. The issuing branch is third floor, samarth building, opposite ushakiran building, raopura, baroda, vadodara, gujarat, pin 390001. But still i did not receive hard copy of renewal policy documents. I request you to kindly provide me soft copy of mediclaim policy on my email id ([protected]@yahoo.com) as soon as possible.

And submitted the bill for clearance. But i don't get the estimated and granted value of the bill. Please let me know what i have to do now. Please help me and solve my problem at your best.                               Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I would like to draw your attention towards rejection of my claim when It has been given before under same circumstances and TPA Park Mediclaim asking for reversal of claim already given for treatment on July 29th, 2016 and before also as shown below.

                              I would like to submit as follows:
                              1. Undertaking by head of the department, AIIMS- Suhit is suffering from Post Traumatic Dystomia of left foot since[protected].
                              2. Details of claims received against the previous policy.

                              NOW THE TPA IS REFUSING CLAIM AND ASKING FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF THE SAME FOR THE CLAIM WHICH IT HAD PAID EARLIER..

                              This is breach of trust on the part of TPA. Had I known earlier, I would not have continued with the same POLICY.

                              I was asked by doctors from AIIMS that I would need overnight stay as papers have been submitted for short stay but then they felt I can be released earlier. This is the best institute for my problem which is not cosmetic by any standards as it is done in many cases but it is a neurological treatment (very specialised treatment given under EMG BY SPECIALISED DOCTORS). NOT EVERY NEUROLOGIST CAN DO IT.

                              I am being discouraged from getting my treatment done and giving me agony. As doctors are very hopeful that I would not require too many or regular treatments but may be a few would cure me. I was supposed to have another episode of treatment in June but this has discouraged me and really agonised me.

                              It has already been 4 months since the claim has been submitted.

                              Please give me time frame under which I should expect the claim to be settled.

                              Our car MH 10BM 4670 met with an accident and is having the insurance policy number ([protected]) repair cost for car is 4.5L and National insurance is only ready to pay 2.59L amount against vehicle IDV (4.1L).we request them to consider our vehicle as total loss but they are not considering the same.

                                I have two health policies each for rs. 5 lacs which were valid till 28 june and was renewed before time, but till today i have not received the card and instead got a letter from vipul medcorp insurance tpa pvt ltd. That without photograph they cannot issue the card-
                                Why was i not informed at the time of renewal of the policy, a letter was sent on 3rd july received by me on 6th july 2017, for 6 days i was without any papers with me.
                                Vipul insurance has mentioned in my gender as male, so i was unable to avail medical facility on 8th july 2017.
                                The behaviour of the call centre guys was extremely rude.
                                However i have sent my photos and waiting for the card, in between if i fall sick i cannot avail of my policy.
                                I am waiting for the year to end and approach another agency with better services.

                                    I met with an accident which costed me around 2, 40000 to recover
                                    I claimed my amount and then company allotted me a estimator mr. A k lal,
                                    He urged me that an amount of 10% is it to be paid before getting claim as a bribe which is to be shared by all and i was insisted to pay and after i was refused to get my claim after deducting accordingly policy terms, and got just 120000 as claim.

                                      I met with an accident and the car have idv 2, 56, 000rs. The estimated cost to restore car is more than 6 lakhs. The surveyor is threatening me saying that if i do not agree to the settlement he says, he will put claim to repair and i should pay the sum after insurance liability which is the idv.

                                      I do not understand the point in repairing it with more than double the cost of car itself. He asked me to keep the salvage (Buyers ready to pay 65k) and he will arrange insurance to pay 1, 00, 000rs. I asked if i do not have the right to claim total loss and thus the idv for which i paid hectic premium to which he said 'cannot'!!

                                      Even after discussing with him so many times, he still insisted on salvage settlement basis and agreed to pay 1, 50, 000rs. From this, i need to pay for tow service, 5000rs. Estimation charges, 2000 insurance fee and more than 12000 for keeping my car in service center for this long time + the money to keep it there until the claim is settled.

                                      So where i have the right to get 2, 56, 000rs he pushed me to settle with 1, 80, 000rs by pressurizing me without submitting his report even after 2 months time.

                                      I am writing this with huge mental agony and helplessness. I still do not know how long it would take to settle the claim without which i cannot sell my salvage and keep paying the service center their daily rent.

                                        Medical card & other documents for renewed mediclaim policy no.[protected] has not been received after a lapse of 4 months. Photographs were provided to agent on wapp and reminders given on same mode several times is not yielding results.

                                        We gas identical problem last tear also when the card was issued after 6 months and after sending communication to c& md.

                                        Quite amazing that in this time there is no body to do follow up. It's a poor customer care & service. Perfect case to be taken to irda & pmo.

                                        There us another major problem for which need to meet ombudsman & cvo. A uncaring attitude has coated me over 2 lakhs and the best part is the national insurance office on 4th flr ansari road which did my mediclaim policy in 2011-12 has been shifted no one is giving info about location of the office. Second in command over there agreed to the mistake of having missed typing "condoned" could not be traced at all since office is closed. This second issue which need to be addressed. I being a sr. Citizen certainly seek help on this issue.
                                        National Insurance Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
