The complaint is regarding, for not passing the claim for my vehicle . My car Swift ZDI, DL9CAA6181, was stolen from front of my house. The accident took place on 15th May, 2016 i.e it has been nearly around 10 months and i still have not got any response from your side. I have insurance from your gurugram branch (407, Qutab Plaza, DLF Phase-1, Gurugram - 122002) . First of all my documents was submitted late by your surveyor . He had not done our work properly . His name is MR. Rajkumar, he was assigned to us by this branch. When we had told them to change him they said its not under our control . Finally when he submitted our papers after 5 months then, the insurance company got some date issues in my claim ... when we managed to give them proof about our claim, they asked that they will revert us soon . but then they bought up another error in our case ... the error was told us by their DM, MR. Dave . When we had collected the sufficient amount of proof the Divisional Manager i.e MR Dave was changed. When we had explained our case to the new DM and had submitted him all the necessary documents he said that he'll revert soon.
Now, it has been a month when he said that and till now we had not received any response. Our case is complete and strong and we have all the necessary documents that you require to pass are claim. We already had waited for 10 months, now we won't wait .
If my complaint is not resolved within a week from now, i may take a large step towards you company by filing a case against you in consumer court..REVERT BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.. I CANT WAIT MORE...
