1. I have submitted all paper related to claim to Mr damani in month of November 2016 but till date he not processed it.

2. I renewed policy by cheque Dt 01/01/17 no 304408 Rs 6574/- till date I not get policy paper after 2 month.

Please look into it as Mr Damani giving service I am loosing my trust.

    This is regarding the escalation against the National Insurance Company Limited policies of two commercial vehicles to be issued on 22nd Feb'17

    I have been regularly doing follow-up with the National Insurance Company team regarding the policies which were supposed to be issued on 22nd feb'2017 for the commercial vehicle no. HR55 X 3929 and HR55 X 4446 with the name of Gagandeep Singh Sethi. The payment of Rs.42316/- has been already done via NEFT on the same day on the below account number and scan copy has also been attached for your reference.

    Inspite of being on a regular follow up no response has been shown from the National Insurance Company Limited. They are not at all bothered about the loss which i had facing . The vendor has denied to run our vehicles in the company due to non availability of documented proof of the insurance that has been issued. The each day loss of per vehicle is 7000/- and the total of two vehicles for 5 days is (35000 +35000) =70, 000 from 23 to 27 Feb ‘17.

    Due to the negligance and iresponsible towards the service facing from last 5 days.This big loss i would be claiming against the National Insurance Company Limited. Otherwise if required i will take this concern to the high court.

    As of now since morning, I was continously in touch with the concern person Mr Tarun Mehta (Service Providor) who was trying to contact to Mr Sanjeev (Employee of National Insurance) however the policy soft/hard copy has not been sent to me yet.

    I am very much dis-satisfied to the National Insurance Company Limited service and when i had a last call with mr sanjeev at 8pm, i request him to provide me the insurance on an email atleast so that i can forward the same to my vendor that it would not impact on work however the same was not yet send.

    If the policy has been issued on system on 22nd feb'17 then why it has not been send to the customer yet?

    I would want the explanation and want the senior department
    would involve towards the negligance happened and atleast you should aware what kind of sevices your department has providing to the customer. I want my loss of 5 days should be bear and claimed by National Insurance Company Limited so that your department understand the value of customers and others should not suffer ahead.

    Kindly get in touch with your concern team and claimed the loss of 5 days.

          On 20/02/2017 two policies[protected]M/Cycle) &[protected]Car) were renewed by me after paying CASH (Rs.712/-&Rs.3250/-respectively) from N.I.Co, ASANSOL DIVl.OFFICE.But they are reluctant to deliver any Deposit/Money Receipt(s) against cash tendered by me/ received by them against the said policies for reasons best known to them.
          Would please let me know the reasons behind not issuing Money Receipts.
          Also, please let me know if the said policies are valid ones.

            Why my medicliam rejected? While i pay my emi on time & i took mediclaim policy 0n 06/01/2009 &it is continue without any break. Why i wasnot given written term&condition of policy &tpa. The same tpa had settled the same case of same patient &same hospital on 24/09/2014. My 65 family members are also running same policy since 06/01/2009&pay our emi before due date.               We have applied for claim through insurance policy no. 320303/48/16/[protected] for mr. Mukesh verma who is covered in this policy since jan 2014. The hospital named ehcc in jaipur has applied for cashless claim through e-meditek and rejection occurred as they ay this is just the investigation and no oral or other medication is given to him. But the fact is that he got angina pain and for that cath lab test was prescribed along with other related test. The hospital has give the package and we have availed the same in which all the medication, hospitalisation and test were covered. He was hospitalised for 30 hrs with all the medication at regular intervals.
              Earlier also he had a angioplasty in 2013 and your company has given the full claim and support and that's why we had opted one more policy of your's.

              Kindly look in to the matter and please approve our case

                With reference to the above subject, i would like to inform you that, i am suffer from chest pain as well as in hand and collapsing respiration simultaneously i consulted to the bhakti vedanta hospital dr. harminder singh (cardiologist) and following test have been done.
                1) ecg
                2) tmt
                3) electrocardiography
                All the report were positive and doctor suggested me that may be blockage in artery and refer me for angiography. i therefore file an application with bhakti vedanta hospital for cash less mediclaim and the hospital authority has sent the same to tpa that is heritage health (the id no. has stated above for your ready ref.) since three days have been passed and they are teasing and annoying me to asking various type of futile questions my date of angiography has fixed on[protected] and i have not yet received the cash less approval from tpa therefore i request you to pls look into this matter and oblige.

                  Still in Hope! My first car Renault Kwid met with a major accident completely loosing itself in safegaurding the passengers without a scratch. The company as well as the NI surveyor rated it as Total loss. They opened a bid for the scrap sale of my Kwid and fixed an amount and informed us that they'll be paying the amount shortly. One fine day sryeor called us and said he cannot run behind the party who won the bid and banks for NOC, so he'll provide us a cheques with amount less than the bid value. And asked us to do whatever you widh with the vehicle. Now if he had to do this whats the benefit in taking insurance, when customers have to take the tits n bits and start selling in the market.

                  I would like to know if there is any set rule /procedure, so that the customer need not break nuts in such situations?

                    Grievance No.GRI[protected]/[protected] Under Policy No[protected] was surprisingly closed without resolving it I.e. without payment of claim amount of Rs 27915/- which was only requiring condone of delay in submission of claim papers. It was delayed due to looking after my ailing wife Mamta and late receipt of claim papers from hospital.
                    I had requested several times to Agra Branch of N I C for condone of delay in submission of claim papers and written emails to higher authorities of NIC.
                    Now I understood that Agra Branch of N I C and area office at Agra also recommended for condone of delay .I request that claim amount may please be paid immediately as it was already delayed.

                      Dear national insurance team,

                      With due respact, I would like to inform you that i have a car ( HR 55 V 7266 ) which is registered with name of Mohar singh, for which i am holding a policy of natinal insurance company policy no[protected].

                      Sir my car meeted an accident on 20th oct 2016, then i placed a claim in tak chand moters garage in Gurgaon. It was non cashless claim. So i puted claim request for reiumbushment of Rs 21533/- this file was handed over to national insurance surveyor mr. Farukh khan on date 25th oct 2016. After a month in November ending when i went to jhandewalan national insurance office for take the statues then found that they didnt had any file with them office, when same thing asked to surveyor mr farukh khan then he said that sorry i forget to submit this into insurance office. He submitted the file around December starting or Nov ending in jhandewalan office in delhi.

                      In jhandewalan Delhi office my file is taking care by mr. Avneet anand, he said that your reimbursement process will take time around 15 to 20 days. But in that duretion nothing happened. I tryed to connect with office and also try to call Mr. Avneet anand no body responding my call and if any one of their pick up tje call then only said will take around a week more.

                      Till now i visited the national insurance office jhandewalan delhi around 5 to 6 time but there is no response. Even yesterday Mr. Avneet anand said that you will come here again and again then we will reject the file and will not give any single penny. He also said that we are govt employee nobody can come againt us. Sir if i will not get any response then will go to IRDA also, and there will leagel action if required.

                      Sir i am a taxi driver, don't have much more free time to reach you. And also not a rich man so that i can leave it.

                      I would request you to kindly look into tje matter and do needful. I am sending this mail with the help of like you any well educated person . And hoping that you will take some action.

                            In the era of Digital India if we have to go to your branch to pay our renewals then it is very unfortunate.

                                The complaint is regarding, for not passing the claim for my vehicle . My car Swift ZDI, DL9CAA6181, was stolen from front of my house. The accident took place on 15th May, 2016 i.e it has been nearly around 10 months and i still have not got any response from your side. I have insurance from your gurugram branch (407, Qutab Plaza, DLF Phase-1, Gurugram - 122002) . First of all my documents was submitted late by your surveyor . He had not done our work properly . His name is MR. Rajkumar, he was assigned to us by this branch. When we had told them to change him they said its not under our control . Finally when he submitted our papers after 5 months then, the insurance company got some date issues in my claim ... when we managed to give them proof about our claim, they asked that they will revert us soon . but then they bought up another error in our case ... the error was told us by their DM, MR. Dave . When we had collected the sufficient amount of proof the Divisional Manager i.e MR Dave was changed. When we had explained our case to the new DM and had submitted him all the necessary documents he said that he'll revert soon.
                                Now, it has been a month when he said that and till now we had not received any response. Our case is complete and strong and we have all the necessary documents that you require to pass are claim. We already had waited for 10 months, now we won't wait .
                                If my complaint is not resolved within a week from now, i may take a large step towards you company by filing a case against you in consumer court..REVERT BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.. I CANT WAIT MORE...

                                        I have paid Rs 23538.00 vide bankers cheque no 818612 dtd 10.01.2017 through Agent Shri Gulson (Code-158) for renewal of mediclaim policy for my mother Smt Geeta bai for sum assured of Rs 400000/-which has to be enforced from 04.03.2017 to 03.03.2018 in continuation to last policy . I am a very old continue customer of NIC starting from yr 1996.
                                        My complaint is that even after so many reminders to NIC Dn office Jayendra Ganj Gwalior, Policy has not been issued to me. This has to be produced to my office for Income tax purpose urgently.
                                        Kindly, pursue the matter so that policy & receipt of money will be provided immeditely to me.
