You have deducted amount of inr 3200 respective from each account of mr. Pratap as well as mre. Manju from their sbbj account and after that asked for more amount and shows your inconvenience for renewing the policy with increased sum insured, hence policy has not been issued and no when we asking for refund from almost last one year your. You are showing your inconvenience to do the same, at the same time you have refund the amount to mr. Nirmal saruparia for the same issue,

    My hero hf delux bike insurance form national insurance which theaft in march i sumit all the document of bike and fir and other document which they ask me and thier fess of 2500/- but now they ask we sand a latter at your add. but i dont recive any latter and when i go in there office national insurance jind haryana branch they ask the persan which handal your file have 15 days off and then i go again they ask my same more document. its happen last 3 month they ask other document and then they ask we send a latter. its totally harasment on me and they ask indirect for rishwat. my bike number-hr31k6079 and

      With reference to subject mention i have a policy (Baroda Health Policy No. 450402/48/14/[protected]) since 2007.
      The premium is debited from my account (SB/CA A/C no. [protected]) through ECS annually.
      But on last year 2015 policy was not renewed and get lapsed without any notification by insurer.
      When i ask the same to the Branch Manager of Govind nagar Kanpur, he said due to bank mistake premium amount not send to insurer and deny to renew it.
      My last receipt date and no was 10/10/2014, 450402/81/14/[protected].
      I kindly request you to look into this issue and renew this policy again.

        Dear Sir,
        I had renewed the insurance of my Motor cycle from National Insurance Co. Ltd on 23.08.2016 through their website www.niconline.in. But unfortunately after the deduction of renewal premium from my account the policy was not generated. I waited for the policy for the next day as they use to send the policy to my mail id earlier.
        But this time no policy was sent to my mail id. I have already given 8 complains/reminders on various dates to the concerned company through their representatives. Every Representative assures to solve the problem within 2 days.But no one is concerned about my problem.

        My request was booked under Case Number[protected] on Dtd 27.08.2016. Till now almost 23 days passed but no results

        Once again i would be highly obeliged if you solve my problem as soon as possible. Due to the absence of policy I am unable to run the motor cycle on the road.

        I have renewed my car insurance policy no[protected]customer I'd [protected] on line on 27/01/2018 16:17 &payment for the amount of Rs 6708 has been made to your company by sbi netbanking of which your transaction I'd EASI[protected] but still I have not received my policy document after the lapse of eleven days of time how can you be so insensitive. After the repeated request of govt of India to promote the digital India your company can behave like this.Regarding the problem I also called your customer care no when I have been assured to receive my document in two working days but it is of no use I kindly request you to kindly resolve my problem &send me policy document in electronic form on my e mail address earliest.

            Dear sir/madam please look in to this matter that i have cataract surgery done in my left eye on aug 30 2016 and insurance approved and paid full proposed amount of rs.26000. Now my another eye also have cataract surgery scheduled for sept 6 2016 but eye q hospital called me and said i have to manage and pay rs.14000 because insurance approved rs.10000.
            I am calling everyday to insurance representative and hospital but no proper answer from both, this hospital is in the network of nic and should be cashless and my cataract is need to be removed asap.

The transaction date is 26/08/2016 and time 12.16pm. Due to sudden power fault, I could not take the print of policy copy and transaction no. But as per bank report mt transaction is complete. Please arrange to send me my policy copy.

This car was stolen on dated 29.01.2016 all formalities is completed by me to insurance company but till date not received claim, company is harass to me for settle the claim after deduction of 25%, 15% and 10% of Sum insured, Company says no spot witness is provide by me i am also inform you that my car was stolen from near one shopkeeper and shopkeeper was given the written statement to company but company is not consider the same, National Insurance is harrass to me and delay the claim without any reason, So i request to you please settle the claim without any deduction.

                          I am Sabyasachi Ghosh and staying at Kolkata.In the month of February 2016 my son Joyraj Ghosh was admitted to hospital due to Pneumonia. After three days he was released from hospital.After that I have claimed the hospitalazation claim through National Insurance and still I do not get hospitalization claim.My agent is not co- operate with me.I have waiting from March 2016 & now it August 2016.How long I have to wait for this.My agent tells only date but unable to solve my problem.My policy no 154300/48/14/[protected].

                                I one of your policy holder policy no.[protected]. I bought a car from marina motor calicut kerala state. I paid the whole amout on 9th august and i got my vehicle delivered on 12th august unfortunately my bad luck while going to park my vehicle in my house it hit the pillar of my gate and the front bumper was damaged.

                                I took the vehicle to marina motor to get it repaired on 16th august they told me they will register today and tomorrow after the surveier will come for varification to get the claim. Then on 17th august they called me telling that it will take 21days. Then i got confused i started enquiry about it with other insurance persons and surveier also they told me as soon as claim is regitered within 2 days surveier will come to attend the site so i called in this no.[protected] to know the status they told only intimation has come its not registered contact the dealer. I went to the dealer and asked why you didnt register their answer was form 64vb could not be generated so they are helpless i again called in same no to know what to do they gave me another no to contact [protected] i called in this no they asked me are you a customer i told yes his answer was ask the dealer to call i was disappointed when i am paying the insurance amount i dont have the right to know the status of my claim so what is this what should i do the next. Its now 6 days passed away

                                  I have my old car insurance with 50% ncb and my policy no is "[protected]" from the person name rajendra raj
                                  Agent code no[protected] ph-no [protected] office from - add - 13 mahatma ghandhi marg agra uttar pradesh pin -282001
                                  On 8th of march 2016 i have transfered my policy to the new owner of the car and my ncb was 50% on that day which was taken as a print out by the agent on the same day. now on 17th of the march 2016 i went to claim the ncb certificate to get the insurance rebate in the new car,, but no one in the office is providing me the certificate of ncb inuraence.
                                  Istead of helping me in getting me the certificate they are harrashing me and blackmailing by demanding the amount 2000 (two thousand) rs for that.
                                  Ncb is my legal right and nobody has no right to stop me.
                                  Please help me to solve thi problem. i am sending recording of that rajender in which he denies to provide me ncb and in the 2nd recording he is demanding 2000 rs from me i have all cal recording also but its not attach in this email

                                      Dear sir,
                                      The patient hairunnisha was sufferring from severe back pain due to fall at her residence on 11.08.2016. She was rushed to emergency in srinivasa hospital, mukka, mangalore. Doctor advised to admit in same hospital.
                                      As per doctor advice patient discharged on 16.08.2016.
                                      Pre - authorisation form was filledup and sent to insurance company dedicated health service for avail cashless facility benifit, our claim request was denied without any reason. No sms were sent to the registered mobile number stating the "claim was denial". When asked for email of claim denial "internet connection down" was the reponse.
                                      We have a horrible experience with dhs mangalore staff.
                                      Please advice insurance company to behave properly with customers and do needful action to get my medical expense amount as early as possible.
                                      All further details will be provided if required.

He works in Rohtak office. He abused me on phone and said do whatever you can. Please help me and grant me my claim otherwise i will lodge a case against your company in Consumer Form and Court. You will be responsible for Case Charges.
