Dear Sir,
I had renewed the insurance of my Motor cycle from National Insurance Co. Ltd on 23.08.2016 through their website www.niconline.in. But unfortunately after the deduction of renewal premium from my account the policy was not generated. I waited for the policy for the next day as they use to send the policy to my mail id earlier.
But this time no policy was sent to my mail id. I have already given 8 complains/reminders...

The current agent is irresponsible, ill mannered, not reachable to phone during emergency and not at all a trust worthy person.

Dear sir/madam please look in to this matter that i have cataract surgery done in my left eye on aug 30 2016 and insurance approved and paid full proposed amount of rs.26000. Now my another eye also have cataract surgery scheduled for sept 6 2016 but eye q hospital called me and said i have to manage and pay rs.14000 because insurance approved rs.10000.
I am calling everyday to insurance representative and hospital but no proper answer...

My mediclaim policy no:[protected], expiry date: 18.09.2016. I've made online payment yesterday for renewal premium and it was successfully done vide transaction no: easi[protected] but i did not receive the renewed policy. The attached document is evidence of the same.

Kindly do the needful to send me the policy documents at the earliest....

My old policy no is 100600/48/15/[protected] and I renewed it on 26/08/2016. The renewal fee was Rs. 8443.00 and I paid through net banking. The transaction date is 26/08/2016 and time 12.16pm. Due to sudden power fault, I could not take the print of policy copy and transaction no. But as per bank report mt transaction is complete. Please arrange to send me my policy copy....

I applied for accidental claim five months ago. I am attaching the Insurance document with this complaint. I tried to call and check the status of my claim a lot of time but they didn't respond well. I renewed my car insurance before the due date through online on 4th july 2016 by paying rs. 3, 144/- but did not got the policy immediately. After following up with national insurance team i got to policy but the vehicle idv value is just rs. 20, 000/- as it was rs. 2, 65, 000/- last year. There was no claims made during last year.
