I have insured my car with national insurance co. ltd policy no.[protected] of car no. rj03ca6273 in the name of rajendra kumar on 04 january 2016.
My car accident date is 06 january 2016
And i have claimed same date to insurance company with the delay of document i have submitted all relevant documents within two months but till date amt not disbursed. when i call to any agent of the insurance company...

I tooked a insurance claim on my vechile around 2 months ago.The company still not have settled my file.The problem I faced when asked for claim return was the absence of staff members, the behaviour of some people present there was not tolerable.
