My 14-15 policy number is policy number :[protected], which has been renewed on 27oct2015, but i have not received this policy document yet. After continuous follow up also help. My policy is expiring tomorrow, i need to renew it. But without policy number i am not able to do this. Please look in to this. What i need is just policy number of my policy which is expiring on 30 oct 2016 mid night.

    I am customer of national insurance company and today I was going for renewal of motor insurance policy but the staff working process was very slow and lazy. They were also force me to write a sentence in another customer documents who was not there. I had never done this because it's illegal and unauthorized but staff was misbehaved him. They use unofficial language for me.

    My name is Sandeep and I am customer of national insurance company.Today I was going for renewal of motor insurance policy in najafgarh branch but the staff was misbehaved him and they use unofficial language for me. They were also force me to do write a sentence in another customer documents who was not present there. I never done this task because it's illegal or unauthorised. That's why they were wasted my time by delaying of policy making and the time taken for renewal was1:30 hour.

      And i have claimed same date to insurance company with the delay of document i have submitted all relevant documents within two months but till date amt not disbursed. when i call to any agent of the insurance company they are linger on and show excuse. plz help me out and do the needful for disbursements

        This is with reference to rejection letter dated 22/09/2016 (Copy enclosed) received from National Insurance Company Ltd – for the captioned policy No 240100/48/14/[protected].

        In this connection, I have been given to understand from TPA - Medsave Healthcarre (TPA) Ltd. that the claim is not settled as my policy has completed only four years.

        In this regard, I would like to bring to your notice that my wife Mrs Shobhana Nitin Kakaiya had no previous history of illness. This is the story of not 4 – 5 years but it is of 3-4 months only. During June – July 2015 she had back pain below neck. So we consulted our family doctor. He gave us medicines. This has happened repeatedly for 2-3 times. So our family doctor advise us to take out X-ray. Accordingly we had taken out x-ray. On examine the x-ray, he advised us to see another surgeon doctor for better treatment. As per his advise we consulted another Doctor who gave us medicines for 3 weeks & advised us to meet him with MRI report after 3 weeks. But unfortunately, just within one week my wife started pain on her shoulders & her hand-grip was becoming weak. Immediately we consulted the Doctor. Doctor advised us to take out MRI immediately. Accordingly we had taken out MRI. On examining MRI report he said my wife has to be operated. In this connection we had taken other two doctors opinion also. They also said us the same “operation is must”.

        Accordingly on 5th October, 2015 my wife had been admitted in Global Hospital for operation. On 6th & 7th she was operated. After one week of the operation she developed Neumonia in hospital itself. She suffered for almost one & half months and passed away on 11th November 2015.

        Heavy expenses (Around Rs 11 Lacs) was spent for the Medical treatment of my wife late Mrs Shobhana Nitin Kakaiya. I have borrowed lots of money from my relatives and friends to clear the hospital bills.

        So, there was not a past history for her illness, not more than six-months.

        I therefore, request your honor, that my claim be passed at the earliest.

            Sir I am a salaried person. Sir i have met an accident last friday (1.00 pm appx.) i.e on 21/10/2016. In such accident my cars Maruti Suzuki Swift VDI front and back bumper get damaged. Back bumper get fully damaged for that surveyor agreed to provide claim but in front bumper i got damage of fog lamp glass due to stone or brick in front of my car. This accident happened due to another car fault. Actually my car was parked beside the private bus at the sindhicamp bus stand, Jaipur. Suddenly a car came and hit my car from behind due to this i got such damage. Back bumper is totally damaged and front bumper fog lamp damaged. After that i can go for insurance claim at Prem Motors, VKI, Jaipur on 21/10/2016 3.00pm appx.for the front and the back bumper insurance claim. Surveyor (Girraj Sharma [protected]) came on next day and passed my back bumper claim at 2.00 pm (Saturday 22/10/2016) then i got call from Prem Motors that i can get only back bumper claim. Then i called Girraj Ji for front bumper claim. He replyed me it was not covered under this accident. Then i req uested him to conduct his survey report once again if possible then he replyed me sure i'll. At 5.00pm i called again at Prem Motors for my insurance claim then they called me that they cannot get any such call in regards of front bumper claim. At 5.00 pm i called National Insurance, Jaipur head Atul Dixit Ji ([protected]) and tell him all such situation, for that i have our telephonic recording as a proof. In which i can convey all the situation and satisfy his all such quries, after wards he told me that he'll handel my claim and communicate with the Girraj Ji (Surveyor) and text him a mail. After that i can not get any response. Then i called again Atul Ji because i have some urgent work next day so thats why i called him again and again so that i can get my car as soon as possible. Earlier before i can called maruti showroom (PREM MOTORS) for the availability of the back and the front bumper. They called me they only need permission from Insurance Company bumpers are ready. They only took 3-4 hours for fixing such bumpers. When i called Atul Ji again then he called me that he'll send a mail to Girraj ji in regards of Front Bumper. My cars back bumper get repaired at that time only the problem was that of front bumper. Then Atul Ji told me its too late all the service centre are closed now then i told them I was at the Prem Motors for my car, i wanna to get this car urgently due to some urgent work. But Atul Ji told me that he can send mail to the Girraj Ji and he can review my case tomorrow Sunday (23/10/2016). Then i asked sir tomorrow surly the claim can be done. Atul Ji replyed sure tomorrow we can finalize our decision that we can provide you a claim or not. On sunday i called Girraj ji near about 12.00 pm for my claim. He told me that he didnot get any such mail. Then i called Atul Ji for the confirmation that he can deliver such mail or not, he told me that he can already delivered such mail. For that i have telephonic recording. Then i called Girraj ji that Atul ji told me that he can delivered mail to Girraj Ji. Girraj Ji told me that today he was not available at office so he can't access the mail. Then i again called back to Atul ji about such situation then he called me that he himsel talk Girraj ji and requested him to access such mail. But i did not get any response. Near about 2.00 pm i called (Ashok Ji [protected]) is there any updates about my claim then he asked me my car details and told me to wait for 5 min. he called me again. After 5 min. i got Ashok ji call he called me that there were no such updates. After that Ashok ji called Girraj Ji and Atul Ji they told him that tomorrow we all together went to accident place ans start our investigation again. Sir i did not understand what was the meaning of that. Till now they told me wait we call photographs of your car and clear your insurance claim. Now they called me wait and we can conduct survey again, only for little thing i.e. front bumper. I did not ask for big claim its too small. In such claim they can wasted my 3 days. What was the meaning for our insurance claim? If i did not get such claim when we needed. There were no clear information about any thing. Every body tell me that i can called such person. That person help you out. Sir literally i got totally puzzled that what i can do, I have my own vehicle but i did not use such vehicle when i needed alot only because of insurance claim. Sir please help me out as i told you earlier i am a salaried person so thats why i did not have much time to waste on daily basis. It is clearly visible that the damage occur is only because of accident then where is the need to prove that. That it is because of accident or any thing else. Or when i visit very first to showroom for purchase this car about 11 months ago they told me its an your 0 dept insurance. This insurance covers all your accidental damages or any type of damages. Then this is totally a misleading statement that they can promises for alot but in live situation they can't do any thing. Just passes their time and provides misleading statements. Sir i requested you to please clear my insurance claim as soon as possible.

            Sir as i told you earlier today on monday 24/10/2016 Surveyor (Girraj Ji) called me in the morning at 9:50 a.m to show him the place where we met an accident. Than i told him sure sir we'll meet at accident place at Sindhi Camp, Jaipur (Rajasthan). Near about 10:40 a.m we met at Sindhi Camp, Jaipur. Than i convey him whole incident from the starting. After getting whole incident surveyor called me for a photograph at that place. After that we come together near the surveyor vehicle. Surveyor told us to write the whole incident in a blank page from the starting that was happened with me and how i can get such damages? I can explained whole thing in an accurate manner that i can convey to him on his very first call. After that surveyor called me that i can mention totally different reason in my previously submitted report that can be written by an maruti employee. I told him that sir i can convey right message to him but i did not right on that report. The report can be prepared by the maruti employee not by me. Maruti employee told me to sign certain document as a mandatory requirement to get claim. I can signed such document. Now the condition happened that there were difference arises in my report and the already submitted report. Both are totally different. After completing the survey procedure by Mr. Girraj Ji, I asked him that when i can get my vehicle than he replied me that lets see my only work is submitting such report, the final decision can be taken by Mr. Atul Dixit Ji (Jaipur Head). Near about 1:30pm i can make a call to Mr. Atul Ji to know about my claim than he told me that your front bumper claim is rejected due to misrepresentation than i told him that sir hows this possible. You know whole case from the starting that what was written in the report and what i am conveying to you. You know everything and you ask me again and again that what happened, how such incident happened? and now after 3-4 days you told me that such case is the case of misrepresentation How?
            You told me such thing on the very first day, when my statement or my report did not match? Now after 3-4 days after getting whole things thrice or more times you told me such things. Than i told him sir i used to go to court for notice because you already wasted my 3-4 days and after that you told me such things. Sir, this is not fair.
            Sir please help me out from such foolish activities and please let them know that they are public servant, they can be here to solve out our inssues not to stole money from us. I paid money to insurance company so that i can be assured too get the required help when i am in need of it.

                Yesterday i did online renewal of my two wealer insurance with national insurance india but till now i haven't get cover note or policy documet today i have asked them to provide me atleast cover note if traffic police asked for my two wealer insurance so i can show them, but they their executive told me that it will take 7to 8 working days to get the policy by email.in the time on renewal of policy the time has not been mentioned... I just want to know from national insurance india company if traffic police charged a penalty for not having a valid insurance, should they will reimburse the amount...

                  MR. RANJEET KUMAR, Wish to inform you that my claim repudiation of theft of my bolero-UP43-R-4734 against policy no--450102311461000009329 has been settled through judgement in ombudsman office by ordering the company to pay the award amount of RS-418000/- against award number-IO/LCK/A/GI/0037/2016-17 on 22ND AUGUST-2016, but still dint received any amount till date. Kindly resolve the issue by ordering the concerned insurance company to pay the award asap.

                        My vechicle maruti suzuki wagonr hr 34 g 3097 and registered with the name of raj kumar policy no -[protected] issue on 25.09.2015 (period of policy 20-10-15 to[protected].
                        My vehicle accident on[protected]
                        After accident i have submitted my vechicle to pasco body shop gurgaon on[protected]there they duputed a surveyor mr. punit for my vachicle. i have submitted all paper/and documents related to accidental vehicle.
                        After that[protected] i receive call from pasco executive side that he informed me your vehicle all parts not pass in claim. after that i call to surveyor mr. punit - but his way of talking is so bad (he is not interested to leasten any word and misbehave with me)
                        After that next day i call to one senior person of national insurance person but still i am waiting for response.
                        My request to you pls. depute one more person for my vehiclel survey and approved my all part in claim because all damage part in one accident.
                        All though i have photo before and after accident of my vehicel.

                          I, kiran raosaheb shinde being a policy holder of healthfirst having policy no 251100/46/14/[protected]/217034 and Dhs id SE[protected], With Claim No-DHS16Z152180.
                          I Hereby declare that i was suffering from an accident at my native place dated 16/04/2016, meanwhile bajajallianz GIC was provided Rs 100000/-only to me related with the above claim, hence for remaining amount myself appeal to DHS TPA but still im not received proper reply.They only give me date on date.
                          Kindly note that from last 6 months im suffering from money problem because i cant attend my office, hence go through the above critical situation & provide me positive feedback.

                            My vechicle hero pleasure BR-31-U-1932 and resistered with the name of kumari kanchan policy/certificate no.[protected] issue on 14.12.2015 was got accident on 19.09.2016 for which I have informed to the national insurance at patna branch.
                            After accident I have submitted my vechicle to patliputra auto mobile service center on 22.09.2016.from there they duputed a surveyor mr.k.k.singh for my vachicle.i have submitted all paper/and documents related to accidental vachicle. I was being told by service center that claim will be passed by surveyor mr.k.k.singh of national insurance. From 22.09.2016 to till today not rcvd any call or update of my vachicle.so I called up mr.k.k.singh has refused to process my claim for repair. And I have taken N.D.COVER INSURANCE. and still they are not repairing my vachicle.
                            Sir.above process of sending and keeping the vachicle with the work shop
                            patliputra auto mobile in patna.it is still continuing which I feel is sort of harassment to me by the insurance company.
                            However I request to took into this matter as earliest as possible and expedite the process so that I may get claim earliest as possible.hope you will be cosider my request and do the need full. Thanks and best regards vivekanand pandey

                              i have an insurance policy of your company no.[protected] dated 09.04.16 from 09.04.15 to 08.04.16.
                              my vehicle met with an accident on dated 29.01.16. I submitted my claim on date 29.01.16 .I have not received claim even after nine month .please intimate me the reason of this delay
                              In case i don't receive my claim up to 10th October 2016. I shall be left with no option but to knock the door of law .

                              Really sorry to inform that inspite of depositing all related documents on time did not get my claim due to agent Code 204 Ranjit Dutta negligiency who ignored and did not submitted to company.If not getting the amount within week I will go to consumer court and take action against company and agent
                              I applied for accidental claim two months ago.I tried to call and check the status of my claim a lot of time but they didn't respond well. Please help me and grant me my claim otherwise i will lodge a case against your company in Consumer Form and Court.

                                I tooked a insurance claim on my vechile around 2 months ago.The company still not have settled my file.The problem I faced when asked for claim return was the absence of staff members, the behaviour of some people present there was not tolerable.
                                The surveyor took a lot of time in submission of my vehicle file and when submitted was not cleared by the staff member.
                                The answers given on asking on absence of staff was not proper.
                                Please take some strict action towards it.

                                  I have deposited my premium through bank of India Jangral (Patan) Branch through online service on[protected] but till date the policy is not renewed. My previous policy no. is[protected].
                                  later on premium was deposited through Demand Draft by Bank of India Jangral(Patan) Branch this premium was deposited double time so this premium should be reversed in my account (customer account) but NICL Patan Branch has renewed a new policy which premium was deposited by Demand Draft & Issued a New policy which is not actual policy so it is my humble request that my policy should be renewed by earlier premium on[protected] not by[protected] by Demand Draft.
