Sir,
I am md kalam ansari customer of state bank of india, branch-ghanghari, dist.-hazaribag, state - jharkhand, pin code - 825405.
I have submitted all type of document to bank like aadhar, e-kyc to bank. But they are linked aadhar to bank, it was done before 15 days ago, but when i visit https://resident.uidai.gov.in/bank-mapper website then bank linking status show inactive.
Sir please help me. I always visit bank but bank staff say i have done my work.
Please help me
