I am gurvinder singh. My account no. Is [protected] and customer id[protected]. My problem is that i have send two payement of rs 2500 on 08/03/2019 from orbc bank to sbi through upi by paytm app. But both payment is still not credited in sbi bank. Moreover, the status of both transaction is success. On same day, i did one more transaction which was get failed but amount has been debited from my account. After that, i did contact to orbc customer care on 8/3/2019 regarding this problem and they suggested me to wait till monday for 24 hours. Failed transaction can be credited refund back in your account and other both is credited in the receiver bank. If it is not credited after that you can mail with clear screenshot. I have also mail on [protected]@obc.co.in but no revert received till now.
