Unauthorised debit of rs.3600.00 from my sb a/c no [protected] on 17.11.2018

On 17.11.2018 there was a unauthorized transaction from sbi account to yes bank through upi.
As directed by sbi bank on 17.11.2017, i have sent emails to [protected]@yesbank.in, [protected]@obc.co.in regarding the above unauthorised transaction in my account.
I am very frustrated to say that in spite of many emails sent to your customer service centres at yes bank, epg. [protected]@sbi.co.in, on 17.11.2018 and upi. [protected]@sbi.co.in, i have not received any reply from them. I have also sent a email reminder to your branch on 24.11.2018 with request to solve issue and credit my above sb a/c rs.3600 immediately.
Thereafter i have sent a reminder by email to your btm 4th stage branch on 11th dec 2018 to follow up the same and credit my above sb a/c no.[protected] a sum of rs.3600 immediately and oblige, but no action from your side till date.
Sbi branch had taken up the matter with yes bank. Howver yes bank didn't paid back as per pss act
National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
