subsidy amount is not getting credited for 1 year

Subsidy amount is not getting credited for 1 year, . Even i gave aadhar to bank and and bank details to lakshmi gas service.. Raised lot of complaints but no response.Each time I call customer care, they ask me to delink and link aadhar in bank I did more than 20 times but of no use.I have account in canara bank now, But in lpg portal shows sbi, where i do not have account in sbi. my aadhar mapping to npci

Dear team,
I'm sivarama krishna,
Aadhar number:[protected],
I went to icici bank to update my number with npci, they said it will be done in 24hrs. There after i received text stating "aadhar has been mapped" but still when i'm applying for andhra pradesh government schemes "mukhyamantri yuvanestam" it was showing again... Aadhar seeded bank account not found...
What should i do...

regarding deduction of money from bhim app.

money not reversed for failed transaction

I transferred money through google pay from idbi bank to federal bank. Transaction was shown successful in google pay and money got debited from account but is not credited to federal bank account. not getting refund

I did a transaction of 2000rs on 20/01/2019 through paytm upi it was failed but amount was deducted from sbi a upi linked account since then i am waiting for refund.. No one of the paytm or sbi is helping me in this regard. As per paytm they says it is beyond our control and same statement from sbi i am feeling helpless now

This is UPI ID by which money is sent. Money deducted from sender bank on 24/01/2019 at 7:29 pm but didn't receive by receiver bank yet. UPI reference id[protected]. The money transfer to this UPI [protected]@ybl. The money is transferred by an Paytm KYC officer in Guwahati.

I intiated the transaction via google pay and paid the amount through bharat qr as billdesk gateway
Payment got deducted but the website showed "transaction not done"
This transaction was done on 22nd jan 2019
This payment is pending with npci as of now and has never reached the merchant
