    I sonu goyal a customer of sbi jankpuri branch delhi. I had made a payment of rs 10, 000/ through paytm by using you phonepay on dated 01.02.2019 with reference number[protected] but payment could not make and amount deducted from my account. I reuest to refund the amount paytm same day and paytm send the amount same day. But still i don't get any money in my account. Kindly look into the matter and inform me that how much time does it take to solve

      My aadhaar number[protected] is linked with lpg connection as well as with my sbi bank account, but for the last eleven months subsidy amount in respect of lpg cylinder delivered to me has not been transferred to my bank account. I have knocked doors of my lpg distributor as well as my concerned bank many times but i haven't found any fruitful solutions. Accordingly, i lodged a complaint to the bharat gas and i have been informed that npci is inactive and being suggested, i again visited the bank to send aadhaar information to npci mapper, but the bank has stated that there is nothing to do from their part. Please take necessary action to solve the problem as i have realized that visiting the bank and the distributor any more the problem cannot be solved. Regards

          I have received money from mr. Hemraj sharma on 20/01/2019 of amount 12499 rupees via google pay but next it is deducted from my account same transaction id without any information and action. My account state ment is attached against complain and complaint have been done by me but they have told that payment is clear from our side but it is problem from npci side.
          Please resolve the issue asap and i am waiting for your positive response.

            I have transfered some money from my SBI A/C to Union Bank A/C on 01/02/2019 through CoinTab app from my mobile as usual. But till today my account not credited the amount. I have visited both the bank and also provide them concerned Transaction ID. But as it is a third party app, they denied to help. I have communicate with CoinTab several time. They answered every time that "Your transaction is successful and money is deposited with beneficiary bank.". So kindly look at the matter and solve as early as possible.

              Subsidy amount is not getting credited for 1 year, . Even i gave aadhar to bank and and bank details to lakshmi gas service.. Raised lot of complaints but no response.Each time I call customer care, they ask me to delink and link aadhar in bank I did more than 20 times but of no use.I have account in canara bank now, But in lpg portal shows sbi, where i do not have account in sbi. Its been a year i opened gas connection and i did not get any subsidy . Please look into it.I did not get any response for any of the complaints i raised.

                Dear team,
                I'm sivarama krishna,
                Aadhar number:[protected],
                I went to icici bank to update my number with npci, they said it will be done in 24hrs. There after i received text stating "aadhar has been mapped" but still when i'm applying for andhra pradesh government schemes "mukhyamantri yuvanestam" it was showing again... Aadhar seeded bank account not found...
                What should i do...
                Please suggest

                  My daughter muskan dhiren solanki. Bank account was not linked with the aadhar card. Then afterwards i got my aadhar card linked by the bank. Aadhar card but not linked on your site (Npci) so i requested my bank to do it for me. Then suddenly i got know that even after mapping on your site my aadhar card is not showing linked with my bank account. And i would like to know whether my aadhar card is linked or not. If it is linked then please let me know with proof also aadhar card no is[protected]

                    Money gets deducted from my account but it does not credit to the payee. Or my family is does not receive it . Now I'm waiting for one week but still now no reply and not credit to money. Deducte date 23/01/2019 to still now 29/01/2019 .Already complain raising but still now no answer.

                        Bank account linked to Aadhaaar with SBI:

                        I have not received subsidy till date, despite having linked my Bank account with Aadhaar and the Bank has also now linked this to NPCI.
                        The Indane App shows that Now the account is "seeded consumer", But the Indane Gas Agency says that the account is not linked and therefore Subsidy is not credited.
                        Bank Manager has confirmed linkage of Aadhaar linked account with NPCI.

                        Pl verify and arrange for credit of Subsidy since the First cylinder was delivered.

                          It is submitted that i have made a payment of rs. 20000 from sbi bank account linked with bhim app to another account o[censored]nion bank of india on 1st-feb - 2019 at about 6.36pm vide transaction number[protected]. But the amount of 20000rs got deducted from my sbi account and neither credited in beneficiary account nor refunded back in my account. The transaction details are still showing the pending status. Please help and refund my amount as soon as possible.

                              I transferred money through google pay from idbi bank to federal bank. Transaction was shown successful in google pay and money got debited from account but is not credited to federal bank account. I raised a dispute before a month but no response from google pay customer service. Please say me contact details for which i can send the transaction details.

                                I am nikhil mohod, student of govt. College of engineering karad, maharashtra.
                                I am eligible candidate for scholarship under govt. Post martix scholarship. I have filled my online form and verified the same from college helpdesk. I have received sms from mahagov.in which it was mentioned that i need to link my aadhaar card with my bank account to receive the scholarship. I have linked my aadhaar card with my bank account. I have got confirmation from bank that my aadhaar card is linked my bank account.
                                But due to some error, the addhaar - bank link status is showing incomplete on the uidai website. And due to this the scholarship is not being processed.
                                With this background, i urge you to look into the matter and help me to solve the issue.

                                      Sir i was make a transaction from paytm upi but due to some technical issue with bank the transaction has been failed but money has been deducted from my account the transaction was of 20jan, 2018 but till now i didn't get refund the amount which have deducted from my account for failed transaction.. I complained to paytm customer care he suggest me that to contact to bank but bank also didn't get responsible... I m student, how can i get amount if no one take responsibility... I am very frustrated.

                                        I did a transaction of 2000rs on 20/01/2019 through paytm upi it was failed but amount was deducted from sbi a upi linked account since then i am waiting for refund.. No one of the paytm or sbi is helping me in this regard. As per paytm they says it is beyond our control and same statement from sbi i am feeling helpless now
