National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — npci is showing that my bank account is not linked

Dear sir my bank account was not linked to NPCI already i submitted my aadhar xerox in bank but till it is showing that my bank account not linked with NPCI. I want to apply for Yuvanestham so when I'm applying for Yuvanestham it is showing that my bank account is not linked with NPCI. So, please seed my bank account with NPCI so I can get benefits from Government

For Gas Subsidy, Adhar linking with bank is not possible as it is rejected by npci (told by SBI )
Lots of tried by bank officer but unable to link so kindly suggest solution.
