Very bad service, staffs are not approachable and doesn't value customer time. And they are least bothered even if people are waiting for they services to get done. On the face of the customer they just say we can't provide the service we are busy. And salons like naturals are not expected to have staff like this who doesn't even know to treat the customer well. And this is not first time, every time i go there i see these incidents. They sent back two customers saying they are busy and just a threading would need them 1 hour and when i went to the salon it was just 3pm. Though the salon is open till 9 and senior hairstylist is available till 6. They just didn't wanted to entertain their customer even if the customer is ready to wait. They just replied we can't do it today. You can come tomorrow. This is really ridiculous. Though i have the membership with naturals, i would never go to their branch in chandapura. I would never recommend any of my friends or relatives to naturals chandapura branch.

Every one knows how much huge charges are taken by saloons for getting the hair straightening done.

My wife had utilised the hair straightening services in naturals located at gowrivakkam, tambaram east-medavakkam road, chennai. They initially agreed to use sp wella products for hair straightening.

But while hair straightening, they were bringing some products by going inside the store room and bring some in bowl. It was not sure which local product they had used.

I had paid ₹5500/- for hair straightening as there was offer running. After 2-3 hours of hair straightening, i had gone home. Next for 3 days, i was informed not to wash the hair. I had to visit out of station after 3 days for attending the marriage.
When i had washed the hair, i came to know that they had not done hair straightening properly.

When i gave call to saloon for the issue faced during hair straightening, instead of resolving the issue they directly refused and said that they had done the service properly and no further solution can be provided.

I would request members to stop visiting this saloon so that these cheaters must shut off their saloon and innocent people hard earned money could be saved.

Naturals in dhandeeswaram velachery is one of the worst parlour i have ever visited. Basic service threading was done horrible for me. The labour named seema done the worst job and the owner of the salon didn't treat me well indeed. Lethargically they told me not to pay bill for the service instead of apologizing. Basic manners is not with them. I will never visit or suggest your salon anymore

Visiting ambattur red hills road, chennai branch for about 2+ years now. Only the person billing knows tamil in the particular branch.90% people who comes here knows only tamil and english whereas the persons giving services doesn’t know both. What are we supposed to convey and how are we supposed to convey. Not sure about ladies section but it’s how it is in gents section even after so many complaints. The service provider has to know the common languages and they can’t expect the customer to know the language that they are familiar with be it any language.

I've visited the naturals salon west maredpally on november 27th.. N was charged tax of18, %.. That was my first n last visit to that place. Whereas lakme just charged 6% tax. Charging a customer of 18 % tax is #. 18% tax which is near to 700 bugs. 😣😣😣 my bill was 3500 n they made it 4150 by adding the tax. And u doubt on the guy working over there. As he was only one taking care of the bill.. N he even came downstairs to collect cash from me. N the bill literally shocked me.. Just full arm wax is 360/- nonsense. They just fool the customers. This should be resolved and i am eager to know the tax charged my naturals. The actual tax percentage charged my naturals. N i need a reply on this to my email.. Thanks

Recently i visited naturals maduravoyal branch and i am still thinking why did i go there. Had taken service for eyebrows trimming, the girl who did the service was just a beginner, i had to sit for 30 min to do eyebrow trimming and she is so unsure of what she's doing. They can't even hire a person who knows the work. And i came to know that i don't provide bill whenever you go, but still they collect tax. Very very worst and they are cheating with the name naturals

I went for waxing and they screwed my skin and sent with burnt, black patches on skin. Such an pathetic service from naturals even after paying 5k n above bill. When spoke to manager they just gave me no marks cream to apply which didn’t work and they never bothered to check with me about their mistake. I was quite even after 1month i still have the same problem and they don’t respond to my concern. Now next month is my wedding and the have patches all over my legs n under arms which is not letting me to wear all kind of dress. I’am done with naturals n i suggest everyone not to visit naturals especially hoodi branch

Incidence occurred in naturals, jeevan bhima nagar, bangalore.
Naturals is running a new year scam. I utilized services worth 1680, was asked to pay 2065 with tax (Unsure how 18% tax resulted in so much). When i produced the coupons for 2018, first i was denied telling i can't use both coupons at one go (Which they conveniently misinformed me the previous month while they asked me to take services worth 2017 rs).
Later they decided that i would require to pay tax on coupons, i. E, tax on 2018rs = 363rs. When i asked for a receipt they denied my customer rights to give me a receipt as well.
This is pure violation of customer rights and avoiding of taxation. This business is a scam.

I was in a hurry and i had my own plans so i called up naturals, nagarbhavi half an hour back and booked an appointment with my regular person so that he has to be free.. But here i faced an harrassment with these people there was no availability of that particular guy he was busy with some other customer...
No proper response from the staffs... Seriously, never expected this from naturals... Why was that... Pls is there anyone to respond to my complaint???

I took hair cut to valasaravakkam branch and they cheated me very badly. When first time i went there for the hai cut and trimming they charged me 254, but next time i went the staff where changed and they charged me unwantedly, when i asked them why it’s like that, even i told them that i took hair cut before also and they charged me 254, then why are you charging me 437 then they didn’t replied anything and then one guy told me like this hair cut is change of hairstyle. I’m highly disappointed with the way they cheated me because i took same haircut and they charged me different it totally show that they cheated me very badly. I request you all to not take haircut or any service without asking them that how much it will be charged otherwise they will fool you.

Last saturdayi took my daughter for hair styling in naturals, 455, r. K. Shanmugam salai, for the first time. On the previous day itself i enquired with them.
My daughter has hiplong hair. We just wish to trim it. We wish to go for feather cut.
But the lady attended us, convinced us layer cut would suit my daughter's face.
Though we didn't have any idea, we believed her and our only request was, didnt reduce the length much.
The lady started cutting, i was asking her in between y are you cutting so much, she said the final sight will be nice.

But finally the sight is so pathetic, that i was crying then. Length reduced, density reduced, nolayers at all. My daughter was shocked on seeing her beautiful hair was just cut like that.

When we asked about this to the lady inthe reception she cooly said it will grow again.

My daughter was in unsolvable. She is just started her job as a software engineer.
She keep on saying my lovely hair become such a mess by these naturals people.
Thank god we haven't go for any spa or buy your products.
The people there in that naturals didn't even try to smooth the hair and to restyle.

I know this complaint may won't evoke any changes in your branches, but on seeing my daughter's hair our whole family feel bad, everyday.

Finally you should have some conscience and ethics in running your business. But as a believer in god and nature, i hope you will get fue rewards.

This is the first time, i am registering a complaint on line and i don't know what procedures are to be followed.

I just vent out my sorrow and anxiety.

If any action is taken against them, your action will prevent this type of agony for some one else.

These people force us to take extra unwanted services and charge so much for them and torture us to buy their useless products. No wonder no one goes to that branch. Waste. Receptionist especially don’t know how to talk to customers and even threatens customers with other health problems degrading them about their hair. Useless # #. Dont know how they are still operating without closing down

I visited naturals unisex salon in cr park on date friday 27th 2017. I had done hair color and a keratin hair treatment. Sunday morning the salon person washed my hair and made them straight using dryer.
He asked me to buy the same shampoo and conditioner as he said using this shampoo you can carry this treatment for long time. But he didn't asked me to use this shampoo only. On 31st i went to goa and next day i washed my hair for the first time. After the wash my hair seemed as usual as there was not any keratin in my hair. I called to gk branch by mistake and they asked me to call cr park branch. Cr park manager asked me to come when i am back.
On the 6th november when i cane back to delhi i visited them. They asked me to visit next day. I went this evening and they asked me to wait for half an hour. After this the salon person denied that he didn't made me aware that i should only wash from the shampoo they recommend. He continuously debated and the manager didn't shown any supportive behavior. There behaviour was very rude and they just blamed me.

My question is a reputed salon (As you claim) can't take a one day responsibility of hair treatment of a customer? I invested 7000 rupees which in not a small amount and salon didn't shown and responsibility of one day hair treatment. I requested them to take responsibility but they just denied.
Now i just would request you to look into this matter and help in getting my money back as this matter is just one week old and in within one day i lost the 4000's keratin treatment.

One of worst saloon that i have ever been. I went for beard trim and he screwed up the entire beard with pathetic cutting. Naturals service is now pathetic and no professionals. Whoever did wasnt professionals. I kept beard for 3 months to make good style and finally ended up shaving due to naturals.
The person who did made me to close the eye and didn't make me to see while he was trimming.

Sited naturals which is located in buterhalli, bangalore... I had been there for eye brows and i haas to wait for 30 mins and very poor response, after that one lady came and immediately delete started cutting my eye browser without removing extras which missed my shape totally... Her name is mona.. I told her this is not the way... She is very rude and making me to sit again and she want to do later i have to check... She is not listening what am telling... With first cut itself i didn't feel like to continue and came to reception to leave, that lady mona came and stood very bad attitude and speaking in tamil to that manager... Very very worst behaviour of the lady like a road side lady... Since 1year am going to the same butterhalli branch and now am sick of this behaviour never want to go there, just next to your naturals we have lake saloon... Even am gonna write this in many forums about this branch and your staff ill behaviour until am satisfied... Worst staff attitude i think that lady mona is not even felt sorry for the mistake... This will make your brand value down.

I have visited the salon, the rate shown in menu was 700 later i told i will be charged with a bill of 1000 due to length of my hair than i was charged with 1180. I dont understand why the management is nt clear about the things and charges its kind of fooling a new customer. They must clear the issues before providing the service how the amount of 700 been raised to 1180

Today i used service from naturals salon kakkanad kochi.
I had a very nice hair cut from first stylist and as she got busy in a regular customer later my styling was done by another stylist. She was very rude and used heat in high intensity. I was feeling uncomfortable by that. But i thought of keeping quite as i tgt of not creating a scene. Then this stylist tell her co workers in the shop that this lady is having problem and started # about me. As i knew their language i understood the taunts and responded.
Please tell your stylists not to use their language and abuse customers in front of them. I had a very nice day but this ruined my mood.

Hi, this is prabu - i have scheduled a appointment at 11.30 for a concern person name akshay. I aske i have travelled 10 km for this saloon to reach and then they are telling he is leave for today. I asked the manager name : madhu, you might have intimate me before? He dint respond properly. He dint feel guilty. Such a worst experience i ever had

I am jeevan i am regular customer for naturals saloon but today the service so bad they not even caring the customer and even the head of the branch was too careless you need to take a serious action about this. Actually i take an oppointment at 7pm for oil massage. At 7pm i was in naturals saloon. The person have told me to sit in chair he put some half oil on my head and left me i was waiting for 30mins but he was not coming. The person was went to do another service for ladies and not even caring me. I told to the manager he to not caring me. I felt very guilty. So plz take a serious action on this. Thankyou

I have visited last month for facial, pedicure, waxing. When i asked for the price they informed waxing is 400 and underarms also less price. But when billing they informed me it's 460 and 180. When i asked for using the 1947 coupon since i have taken service worth 3000 they told they can't redeem now (In other naturals parlous they accept). I went calm and paid my bill. The pedicure service is horrible. Not an experienced or professional way. They just do for name sick.

To redeem my coupon i went this month and i took facial and pedicure worth 2800. When i asked to redeem the coupon she told me they can't take both the coupons at a time and it is mentioned in terms and condition. When i asked her to read terms and condition there is no point only one coupon at a time (Whereas in other naturals parlous they accept both the coupons). She was fighting with me and she was telling they have their own terms and conditions. I never experienced any branded parlous have individual rules or something. They just run for money. Not at all branded place. This parlor located above the panasonic shop in koramangala. Worst experience in my life. I have been best branded parlous like toni and guy, blunt etc. No where they treat like this. I request them please provide proper guidelines how to run a branded parlour and appoint well experienced ppl who have worked in branded parlours and how to behave with customers.
