I went to Naturals Domlur Bangalore and it was my BIGGEST MISTAKE. I was getting my hair cut when my stylist, who seemed tired and distracted, slipped and snipped my ear with his scissors. I rushed to the hospital immediately and get the dressing done to stop the bleeding. Later I consult a doctor on this issue and he suggested it require stitches after hearing that my temper was raised and I was very angry with the service and quality of employees.
These guys call themselves as India's No-1 Salon and this is how you treat your customer. They should be very ashamed with this kind of service provided to your customer. This incident has triggered a fear inside me to have a hair cut in future or trust any stylist with the scissor near my face.

Yesterday i went to naturals, k. K. Nagar chennai branch for eyebrows. I am member of naturals for past 1.5 years. I am not satisfied with the eyebrow service. The staff have spoiled my eyebrow shape and all of them were not responsive and argued with me. Although there were many staff they made us to wait for mlre than 30 minutes. I am not satisfied. I hope my feedback can be taken into consideration

I got a coupon for free head and neck massage at naturals home saloon... That's the only reason why i had to go for this naturals, even though i had bad experiences with them previously at saloon... I booked an appointment on june 22, 2016 informing about the coupon & i even got a bill amount in sms... The girl came and she told that first she would do the head massage... I rejected & asked for the massage last, she accepted... Later she informed me that head massage would be charged & back massage can be given for free... (That's the reason y she told me that she would do it first... Because once the service is done, i can't say no) i argued n argued n finally spoke through phone with the concerned person in saloon at arumbakkam and got i free... They made my home nasty and ackward... Naturals don't even bring a sheet to put it in floor... Moreover the girl was asking me to bring the stool, water each and every time... She wants me to take the waste & throw it in dustbin... Is this the way to behave to customers??
Pamperazi saloon home was awesome... They don't trouble us... They bring everything with them, don't make our home nasty, bring even portable stool with them & behave so decent...
When i asked her, she told me arrogant that they will not bring any such things with them... Then y d hell r you running a home saloon? The prices are too high...
Please don't opt for naturals.. They irritate u to the core... With an indecent behaviour at your home...

My most wonderful day was spoiled by this naturals salon, i meant my wedding day.One lady from this salon, with an unpleasant face did my wedding makeup horrible, i asked her to remove my makeup but the lady charged me 1000 rs for extra time since she came 1 hour late.I contacted customers service persons several time, no response and now they blocked my phone number also.worst salon, worst makeup, worst charge...its not a naturals salon and its an worst salon...worst at allllll

I am a regular customer of naturals salon, sahakar nagar, bangalore from the past 24 months. I visit them every month. I visited them yesterday (11/05/16) for waxing and threading. Since the time they have introduced ricca wax (Cream wax), they have been trying to persuade me to try that instead of the normal wax. I decline politely every time saying i don't want to try and that my pocket doesn't allow that much expenditure on waxing alone (It's far more expensive than normal wax.) it's been happening continuously from past 5-6 months. Sometimes they just keep on going on and on about it and even complain while waxing with the normal wax, that you should try that one, it is better than this one. Yesterday they crossed all limits. They refused to provide service to me unless i went for ricca wax. They said that its difficult to do it with normal wax and they have to apply it 2-3 times to remove all hair and its time consuming, so other customers keep waiting.
Who wouldn't lose their mind on such bull logic and reasoning? Just so they can service more customers, they want to me shell out so much extra money from my pocket! There are so many salons. None of them forces you to this extent to try new products. All of them do normal waxing withouit any complaints because that is how it is. If you are unable to remove some hair in one go, you will have to apply it again to get rid of the leftover hair.

I never expected such unprofessional and insulting behavoiur from a brand like this that too to a regular customer.
Never going back there again.

From cauvery nagar, thanjavur branch of naturals. Worst experience I've ever had. Staff named pradeepa, & other servicewomen, never know the worth of customers...waited for more than 45 mins for threading but next customer who came after me had her facial within 10 mins of waiting... what the hell??! Finally gotta go out in anger without threading.. Showing partiality? Never expected this from naturals. Plz take necessary actions to avoid future complaints.. my humble request! Thank u

I had come to Naurals Salon, (Velachery Main Road, Opp to Police Station) on 15th April 2016 in the evening. I had come for doing eyebrows. Ms.Shanthi attended to me. She was arrogant, incompetent and scant regard for the customer. I would not like her to attend me hereafter.

Service here is very poor. We are customers for the past six years and are card holders. They charge more than the other franchise. They do not have proper expertise for all services. Waiting time is too long though people are free. Also, they don't give discounts as advertised.

Had an unfortunate experience at Naturals, KotturGardens, Chennai.
It is my usual place from whr I get my hair (crown) smoothened. For the last 2 years it has been charging me in the range of[protected]. This yr when I started getting it done, the main guy called Mr. Ravi says it's 2500+taxes= 2800
When I asked the reason fr 500Rs additional charge within a year, his arrogant response was "that's how it s". I ask him to check my previous bill and it showed[protected] incl tax (more than 200 increase from the previous yr). After unnecessary & uncalled for haggling, he gave it fr 2519 net.

However when I went fr the complimentary wash 3days later. He said it ll charge 200more. When I was asked to come, nobody mentioned that it's paid. He said full hair wash will cost so much. I said wash the crown (it has been done fr the last two yrs). He refused. I walked out. N deeply regret going there. It was an unnecessary mental n physical stress fr me in the hot weather. I guess shifting to Habibs would b a much better option as there service quality s equally good, if not better, & prices are similar.
Eg. haircut at Habibs ~ Rs500, at Naturals Lounge - Rs 850

Request action against Naturals franchisee at Kottur Gardens, chennai for my bad treatment, mental harassment, incomplete information and overpricing (price haggling)?

However the staff s good, especially Sushmita & Deepa, except fr this arrogant chap, #Ravi.

Hi . This is Arpita Bhattacharya. I had visited Naturals Bannerghatta Road Parlor, the one in Arekere 2 days before my wedding and took a customized package. One in the package was underarm, hand and leg waxing. Must say I am super disappointed with the service as underarm I got burn patches soon after the waxing. Initially I thought these would go temporarily but nope these are permanent. I did have a doubt about the waxing procedure when it was being done as once waxing was done there was no immediate cooler or cream used.. It was used only when I reminded them at the end of all the services done. The wax used was too hot and no measures were taken to ensure there aren't any patches. I have been doing underarm waxing since years and did it first time in Naturals. DISSAPOINTED.

services I went to pay the bill where the receptionist ( a male aged around 60 years)

told me the amount of Rs 57 by mouth. I gave him Rs 60 and asked him for the bill

and change.. he rudely answered me that his computer was not working from

2 months for providing the bill and refused to give me the bill . I have asked him for

a manual/ written bill atleast but he started shouting like hell on us..

We told him that bill is a consumer's right, he with serious face barked at us..

Actually the cost of threading (eyebrows) is Rs 34/- instead he charged me Rs 57/-

This incident made me pass through mental harassment...


I request you to take serious action on them...

I have done a fascial for my marriage.a week before.. In trichy naturals saloon.. My black heads has been removed by a staff which gave me a bad deep scar a day before the marriage on my both cheeks.. And not gone even after 6weeks.. When we went and asked they said she is new staff... And they are ready for the refund..pls don't go to this spa..

This happened just few hours ago where I had been to the Razzak Garden road Naturals salon. The girl was helping me out with hands waxing and I found it was too unprofessional. Later When I asked her about her whereabouts I was shocked to hear that she has not undergone any beautician course! And second strange thing was that she was a minor of 17 years old and she has not completed her high school. The service was really bad but ofcourse can't blame her since its the mistake of the owner who allowed such a person to work for them with less salary.
Naturals is a brand by itself and we do expect quality service when we go there. We give ourselves to the people trusting that they will be trained and will return it to us in a beautiful way. Such things are really spoiling the brand.
Then I came across another buffoon in the parlor called the manager, who doesn't even know how to speak to the people.

I am a regular visitor of naturals, kartiknagar Bangalore. But from last time i went there staff members were behaving very rudely. Last time one of the beautician very rudely told me to take prior appointment even though I went there at odd hours when only one customer was present.
Last time I went there I had a coupon that offered a massage worth ₹ 200 with a service above ₹ 1000. I asked for a haircut, pedicure and manicure. But the staff there was trying hard that my bill doesn't reach ₹ 1000. The beautician (don't remember her name) was continuously telling me not to go for pedicure and manicure and was insisting on a lower priced haircut. This behaviour was contrary to her normal behaviour. And when everything was over and the bill was above ₹ 1000 the lady at front desk told me that the coupon was not applicable for members. As the coupon cannot be clubbed with membership discounts. This is not a way to behave with a customer. That too with a regular one.
Facepalm.

Worst service provided at the Naturals Hair & Beauty Salon, went for a trimming the trimmer used is poky trimming done is uneven, person whose doing is still sleepy at 11:00 am, after trimming he just wipes my face as if hes dusting dust at is house.No after face wash is provided.Of all the receptionist says we are following standards your just feeling it. This salon is at Serilingampally, Market Road, Hyderabad, Telangana

i went for hair coloring yesterday, when i went to pay the bill the cash collecting girl denied my membership card saying it doesn't match.. then i askd few of my friends card numbers even that was denied coz of that bloody girl's laziness. this mistake happened coz she dint check the database properly. i paid extra amount even though i had my membership card. i don't guess she s doing her work properly over there. there are few things that she did but i feel ashamed to tell that. she was doing nasty work . the best thing i would suggest is to fire her from tat branch, coz of her naturals would lose its clients

Hi This s Nandana. I visited ur naturals salon at salem main rd, Namakkal district, Tamil Nadu. I am telling you tat was d worst service I ever had... I went for eyebrows and upperlip threading n a hair downcurls blow dry. The girl(am not sure of her name. BT she told she recently joined n previously she worked at green trends ) while threading she cut my skin at 2 places which I said ok. BT while blow drying my hair I can she had no idea what was she doing. She did t so bad that my hair got stuck at d fan backside of d dryer. For which she didn't even apologise n acted with such an attitude. She n d other stylist both who wer Tamil speakin treated me so bad n with no feelings of sorry she cut of a bigg bunch f my hair. The worst part wen I complaint about this to d receptionist (who was a stylist herself cause the actual receptionist was on leave tat day) acted even worse blamin me that I turned away.. mine s a long hair n how on earth ll a long hair tat too on my crown part ll go gt stuck in d dryer. Till the end none of them apologised. I felt so irritated I left d salon. I want you people to take action for this act.. atleast warn them strictly. This such a worst thing to happen in such a reputed branded salon. - Nandana

I had visited the naturals salon in R.K Salai, chennai it was my worst experience ever, the staff working had no knowledge of the services and we had to keep telling them how it was to be done. When it was time to pay the bill they ignored my complaints and dint charge on membership price, when I had asked them about the offer price which was put up in the salon they said it was available for the month of august . We paid Rs.5184 for the services which were not worth and they dint apologise for the same neither did they give any offer in spite of offer mentioned in the salon . This was one of my worst experience and I would like to mention that the female staff working steal some products .

M yself and my daughter has done hair smoothening from a naturalsalon at capitol mall kanuur. It was not done properly and our hair is vry frizzy and dry.Llast two years I have done it from badagara salon and it was so good .Btw about the rate also they told 7500 and I was not prepared to do so..The people over there were bargaining the rates and last it was done for 5500..In my daughters case also same thing happened ..they told 6500 and was done for 5000..They didn't give us the brochure also..My daughters ear was burnt with the straighteners..Such a hopeless salon...They don't have experienced stylists..So please take this for granted and take necessary action..

This is Deepak, from Miyapur, Hyderabad. On[protected] evening I went to one of Naturals Salon branch in Miyapur (Above Reliance Fresh Supermarket, IDA Bollaram Road, Miyapur). Contact number:[protected] I faced very unfortunate, unethical and difficult situation at the branch. I got 1 male hair cut (Regular). But I was charged more than what is written on their price list. When I asked that why there is such a difference in the bill and price list, the manager (She did not revealed her name) told me that this is standard price and hair cut is given from Senior most artist in Naturals. Which I feel really a disgusting justification for the same. I have been charged Rs. 342 for male hair cut. I have the pics of the bill. The mentioned price in their price list is Rs. 175. Also they did not allow me to take the price list pic and all the staff have threatened me. I tried to contact customer care numbers mentioned on their websites. ([protected] and [protected]) but both the numbers provided on the website are not attending. Also I have written a mail to their customer care : [protected]@naturals.in but I did not get any response from them.
