This is on saturday the 13th oct i had called up the naturals salon in kaggadaspura asking for appointment and the manager picked up the call and asked for the services to be done after hearing he gave the time. After reaching there he provided a new girl to provide the service he was very inefficient and untrained. She took two hours to complete only waxing and threading which she spoiled big time. By 8 o clock the manager informed that the lady is new so she doesn't know properly how to assist customers and also informed that the parlour would be closing now and any other service cannot be provided whichwad ridiculous firstly coz of providing untrained professional secondly the manager was pretty rude and adament. This is the second occurrence with this branch of naturals where this happened and the manager is pretty reluctant to even listen to any customer!! All trained pathetic services provided by this branch specifically i want my money back for wasting my time!!

I visited the naturals in pattabiram, chennai. I took a head massage for rs.400/- in which i received a massage by using navarathna oil.in two days i got itching and small small bubbles on my head. First i thought problem is with my skin because previous massage in the same place also gave me a same trouble but when i enquirer it with my wife, she said that she was also facing such problems. Fro that time in she stopped going to naturals.
How can such a reputed parlour do such stupid work like unhygienic and expired product.

Naturals has to seariously think about this issue and remove licence for people who run such worst parlours under naturals. Naturals loosing its identity, if it continues naturals will loose its market in the country.

My humble request is to cancel the licence for using unhygienic and expired products.

This is regarding naturals saloon hyderabad near lingampally.. I have taken 1947 coupen to get 1947 worth service free they have forcefully made me to take their own service with that.. I asked to wax my hand which costs 300 but they said with that wax hair won't go.. Then why did they kept that in list of services.. They offered me to take 1200rs wax.. What??? 1200rs for hand wax that too anormal one.. Then i have taken facial by an untrained person who doesn't even know what should be applied one after other.. Ohh my god... Pathetic service... I won't suggest at all.. Money minded people and i can't evan tell about tax😫they took 450 for 1947 coupen also... For free coupen i no need to pay money so why should they charge me tax!!! Really bad experience.. I just hate it.. They spoiled my face and hair..

I visited naturals medavakkam. I did upperlip, eyebrows and chin. But they took cost for upperlip bleach, eyebrows and chin and neck. I found that they have cost me for upperlip bleach and asked the reception lady that why they have taken 60rs extra. She told me there is software update. I checked in naturals in shollinganallur and found that there is no update in cost. Medavakkam naturals are cheating customers and i have noticed not many people go there. Please don't visit medavakkam naturals. It is near the tendor cut shop.

I went for a hair wash and only facial mask (Without the whole package), and i was told the cost would be 100 bucks each, so it must be totally around 200 bucks plus tax. And even before getting the facial mask applied, i enquired and make sure of the cost. But once done, i got a bill amount of rupees 590. This is looting. I have been using the naturals spa and salon service for years, i know about all their billing process that's why i ensured the price beforehand. But still they did this. And when i ask for a band to get my hair knotted, the staff did not agreed to provide a single band. Are you guys that much low standard not providing essentials the customers asking for. Any ways you guys are charging extra money, why can't you provide a single band. This is a shame. (Branch - aditiya complex, thiruvananthapuram)

I have took a mobile back cover in this app, this is 1st time I have been taken from this such a wrost product I didn't not seen by any one I'm not satisfied with the product I have received, three sides scratches on the cover, I don't want take any more, I want to return this cover and I need rly as soon as possible, so plss take immediate action about this..

I had hair spa service yesterday in naturals salon. I had the worst experience ever. I don't think i have been availed proper hair spa service on account of spending 3500+taxes, i have seen hair spa procedure before, it also includes hair steam but the service provided to me didn't include hair steam. I was told that my hair will not turn out frizzy any more but the next day itself it turned out to be worst. I also availed hand waxing where the professional almost burnt my hand. I had to literally scream in order to protect my hand. Almost feel disappointed and cheated after availing service from india's best professional salon "naturals". I would not like to visit natural's again.

We visited the Naturals Iyyapanthangal on 2nd June for a bridal package for my friend. One of the staff - revathy- suggested to go for three sittings of radiance facial, where the last two sittings will include manicure and pedicure.
She convinced us to pay the entire amount of 12k approx stating that otherwise we'll be charged more tax.
In the first sitting, my friend asked if she could get a threading done and she said she will do it and it's gonna be complimentary.
The facial was very unprofessional. People kept on coming inside while the client tried to get relaxed. The last pack was on her face for a very long time bcz revathy had gone out or forgotten. She came running and apologized to her. Post the facial, my friend asked her to get the threading done. She kept on insisting that the eyebrows, have to be thick and just the extras need to be plucked, however, revathy did her own thing and made it very thin. She was not at all focusing on the job at hand and was gossiping with the other staff members. Post the threading when my friend complained, she said that her eyebrows were out of shape so she just tried to style it.
Bcz of this horrible service, we wanted to get a refund of the rest of the amount paid as there's no way we want to go for another round of torture there. But the staff of Naturals are stalling us and not refunding. They are asking us to get the coupons instead. What is the use of the coupons if we don't want any service there bcz of the incompetent and inexperienced staff?
Just to collect money, they wrote something on the bill and collected it. Nowhere in the bill its mentioned that the amount is non refundable. It's been a month now and every time we call, they say that the area manager will call or the finance team will call but no one ever gets back.

Seeing the brand name, I went for a haircut today at Naturals, Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. I asked one employee to do a simple U - cut. My hair was very badly cut, it was not all even, when I combed my hair some portions of my hair were dangling uneven.
Very unprofessional experience, in the brand name "Naturals" some mediocre haircut service is being offered.
Extremely disappointed with Naturals, Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore.

Am customer with naturals for over 8 years. Having done my hair cut with the finest guys in Chennai from. Naturals like Shankar, Ram Kumar in adyar, Chennai and KK nagar. I have moved to Bangalore since 2015 and continued with Bellandur gate above hdfc Bank and today Iam very disappointed with the behavior of the front desk personnel.

Never came across with anyone like this at naturals before. I did not carry my membership card and I assume we have a centralized system and I told him number and for some reason he said it does not show up. I. Told him Iam a member you can contact the other branch where I started going last 4 months. Then he says I will give you the discount but next time please bring the card. I politely told him I can't carry too many cards it's kinda inconvenient I guess I will continue going to the other branch as they have my details. He could have just left it at that and took it on an offensive and started telling yes please go there. I tell him you don't have to be rude and he sacarsticaly says if you find me rude it's not my. Problem. I have been polite an just having a casual conversation which he turned into a very uncomfortable conversation.

It's people like these guys spoils a brand and put down a branch. You should either warn him or take stern action. Or else loyal customers who usual have a good experience for so many years may turn interest of business else where. Iam never stepping a foot into that branch ever again. If he is this casual even after I tell him that I will definitely give a feedback on this behavior he says please go ahead and do it. It indicates to me that naturals don't take customer feedback seriously that he is taking it casual without even apologising for his behavior and he goes back watching a movie on his mobile phone. Which he had been doing all day.

Naturals iyyapanthangal near kfc provides horrible service on the pretext of bridal package. They deducted the package bill but have not refunded any amount even though we complained about the service. No where in the bill it states that the service is non refundable. They also didn't write about bridal package anywhere. They are not answering our calls now and it's difficult to resolve this now. I have approximately 8k pending.
The staff is inexperienced and do not have any sense of professionalism. They didn't listen to our complaint and now have stopped responding.

I went to naturals at ekkatutangal chennai.. Stylist suggested me to cut layer cut. But she cut my hair so shortly as their wish not as per my words.. I'm very much worried about my hair.. After cuttted my hair so shortly stylish didn't accept that she cut my hair shortly instead of she said i told to cut my hair short.. Which is fake one.. Dnt go to this parlour i[censored] need a style as per ur wish..

Very first time very bad experience. My spouce took eyebrow, upperlip and chin service. Staff was very unprofessional and applied wax on lip. Because of this her lip got wounded and bleed. Also staff did her eyebrow very bad. I request to change all staff from this outlet for better business.

Hi i m writing to create awareness among naturals salon clients. Pls be aware of this fraud branch. I wanted a head to toe service so the branch manager lady asked me to take the bridal package which had golf facial, haircut, full body bleach and pedicure manicure. Facial: was too short may be just cleansing and pack, time was around 30mins. And secondly the product was not used from the sealed package which usually all naturals salon does, instead they were using products in a cup and every time the beautician went out and got something. When i asked she pretended as if she doesn't understand my language which was english and intentionally spoke in tamil. Again all the services was like that, the products were smelling different and also the effect were very basic. I m a regular natural visitor and this is first time i felt a difference in both the product and service with a premium rate that i paid.
When i complained to the manager, she also pretended as if she doesn't understands anything. And very cleverly during bill payment, she said her machine is not working and didn't give me the receipt or bill. She is just a chaotic and stupid lady, wasted my time.
It's a completely fraud branch, probably this way naturals is spoiling its brand image.
If this thing continues very soon customers will stop visiting naturals when so many competitors are flooding the market with best products and services.
Pls if your are concerned about increasing your sales, fame and market value then educate your franchisee owners and take care of your customer needs. Don't cheat people, you won't last

Really very bad sevice
They burnt my hair and not showing any concern at all. The owner priya too not showing any concerns to resolve the matter. Don't ever try to do hair services from naturals. I have been suffering with burnt hair. No spa, no treatment can help to overcome this kind of damage. I have spent a lot of amount on spa services and spa cream. But still no results.

I went to a naturals salon to get a layer cut. The woman who was cutting my hair did not even apply conditioner during the wash. And after cutting my hair, even after requesting a blow dry, since i'm paying for it, she refused and said the layer cut would be more visible if she didn't blow dry it.

After this, during billing, the amount to be paid was 1065 rs. I said i had a membership card and gave her my phone number but she said that she had already billed it and i had to pay.

Every single time i visit a naturals salon, there is a problem with the billing and i'm always charged extra. I'm highly unsatisfied with the service provided.

Today i went to natural salon in madhapur, hyd for hair oil massage priced 350 and this service generally by default includes hair wash after the massage.
But today i was charged 708 in total saying hair wash is chargeable during billing time. The receptionist name was mr raj.
I feel this is unfair because it's very illogical to charge extra for hair wash after a massage.

It was the first Time I had been to naturals salon to do my first hair smoothening the service was so worst that the day I finish my smoothening the next day my hair was completely wavy the procedure was not done well even while doing this during the steam pot session he burnt my skin and now they’re asking me to get back after 25 days to re-do the procedure really a waste of money and time I have never seen such worst service in any salon they are so unprofessional

The owner of the velachery salon asked me to renew my membership stating it has expired. The date mentioned on the card was expiry date was hat she said. I need to know the period of my membership and the details with regard to it. Am very much displeased. She dint even apply the offer price running in the month for womens day. This needs to be sorted immidiately.

I am writing this after a visit to a naturals outlet in maraimalai nagar, chennai. My wife had taken my one year old son to naturals this morning for a haircut.in order to make him comfortable during the process, (He was crying the whole time), my wife sat down next to him. Inadvertently, the glass stand under the mirror broke. My wife was then asked to repair the entire mirror since the store manager said it 'came in one piece'. He charged 5000rs. For the same. I asked if they could give me the store owners number so i can talk to him regarding payment terms etc. But he blindly refused. They ordered us to go to a store in chengalpet to buy a new mirror set or pay up rs. 5000. First of all, all we required was to talk to a person with authority who would correctly assess the damage and let us know. But all we could find was just a bunch of people trying to put us in a spot and extort money.
