I have taken facial frm naturals janvary 13th kormangala firsblock where swapna beautician checked my skin and sugested me ans told me to take complete package and made me to take membership as well which costed me 9, 200 rupees that day itself beautician did facial next day itslf I got lot f pimples and patches my face bcm so ugly and I have to consulted dctor and told me because of facial I got this this is experience they have customer will trust blindly and whterver service thy vl tell will agree with them I lost my trust with them after dctor sugestion I went parlar explained them and they have seen my face and no do facial they sugested me and I asked money back but they ignoring saying me take other service so cheap whn they need business thy vl talk all the way positives but when customer face problem this is how they behaves very worst am requesting you every one dont trust blindly I have gone through it and any one help me on this fight against this mistake and get my money back please suggest

I went for the first time for this parlor in sector 62 Noida for the haircut as well the clean up. In result, the face clean up turned out to be very severe as they burnt my nose by waxing my nose and then applying face packs over it. Upon asking for some deductions in the bill, the in-charge of the store started yelling at me. Rude service and the service wasn't satisfying either.

I had booked naturals beauty salon for my wedding and had gone for trial makeup with an additional fee for the same..the day before the wedding I was informed a totally new lady and 2 assistants would arrive (2assistants I can't stress this fact enough)..after much persuasion they agreed to let the same lady come.and she was like "I don't remember how ur trial went". And after explaining again we thought the rest would be okay..2hours before the wedding and still no sign of beautician..and when we called them they said we were supposed to send a car of which I was not informed..after again sending the car and one hour into the wedding one lady came(one!)and the most flustered one too..she had no idea what she had to do..in the end I did my makeup and draping myself..they ruined my wedding day ..and I would have let it go if not for the accusatory fone conversation with the " manager"..not even an apology!the salon is not fit to function.similar complaints for 3 of my friends from the same branch and 2 friends from another branch of naturals salon

I have done a facial from naturals Capitol mall Kannur the experience was horrible the beautician boy really he was not aware of anything, they don't know how to do massages he was just kidding in-between, .He was very careless in handling me as a customer I am totally disatified my money and my time is gone I will never visit naturals Kannur again and I will never refer anyone again,

For kids hair cut it's 75 and for hair wash for kid they charged 85 which is for men charges. I'm a perple member card holder. Discount amount 40 was not deducted. Total bill amount was 184. Which was paid by me. And discount of 40was not deducted. Dated if issue: 19-Jan- 2017.

I checked in this store at around 12:30 pm, and there were around 3 staffs inside the room. Nobody did care about the customers and their urgency. I was waiting till 2:00 pm and nobody turned out. Such mess and such laziness. The staff working here were just enjoying their day, hearing music etc. and zero percent concern about their work. Probably they are employed only to just doze off in working hours. Such stores can better be closed.

As i gone for hair cut, pedicure and facial, once i entered into the saloon nobody will come and recive me at the same i told them i came for layer hair cut then i told her previouly i used to go with green trends, they are good for service, i am expecting same from you too but she repiled better you can go and do there,
i was shocked and i compilant to the branch inchare he called her and convinced her but she is arguing with him and said i'll not do for hir then she suggest one male to do that, i don't know in mane itself your saying its a unisex sallon, then how one male do the hair cut of me, i am fully diappointed with you, i am working with the corporate and i never reffer my friends to go there at naturals, the worresr exprience in my life ( place : fagun mansion, near to eithiraj college )

I went to naturals salon kotturpuram branch. There my hair stylist recommended System professionals shampoo for dandruff and hair fall. So I bought that shampoo. Now hair fall has increased and dandruff has not reduced. I paid so much for that shampoo. Its better to buy shampoos which is long running in the market like sunsilk etc. Never trust the shampoos recommended in salons. They say its professional shampoo. I don't understand why they give false assurances. i know I wont get any reply for this. I will recommend everyone not to buy shampoo from naturals salon.

I wanted to get a fringe cut so i had tried the naturals salon at express avenue mall.
The hair dresser mohan was hopeless and pathetic. I had asked for a layer in the front. Even an amature will know layer starts from short to long. That dumb guy don't even know how to hold a scissor neither did he spray water and he cut my first fringe long and last short. He dint accept his fault and he claimed that's how it is.. On complaining i found out that he is just 1 week into the field.. How can an inexperience be appointed on such a high end salon.
V v v disappointed.. Will never ever visit naturals.. I want action to be taken against him. I look like a total buffon now.

Im highly dissapointed by the service offered by naturals nagerkovil chettikulam branch. Below are the complete details of what had happened.

My marriage held on sep 4th in nagarkovil. Since im residing in chennai i booked for the bridal makeup through phone. So from that day i booked i used to converse with lady named christy in naturals.

I booked for kryolan makeup. So i clearly communicated with christy that i need the kryolan make up, hair do (Jada will be bought by beautician) andsaree drape.

So i spent 3500 for jada rental jewellery and 2500 for jada flowers that was brought from thovalai. Which was of total waste and not able to use the flowers and rental jewels for my marriage. Im totally dissapointed for that happenned for me which i did not expect from naturals parlour. I trusted naturals service so much and i booked maturals for my marriage make over.

Christy have not communicated my expectations to the beautician. And i got to know from the beautician that she have not instructed the beautician to bring kryolan product and jada hair. Since it is very last time and early morning im not able to do anything.

I have raised the complaint to the manager of nagarkovil chettikulam branch. But he has not taken any action on this and not responding for my compliant and messages.

The people working in Natuarals salon are very worst .They dont know how to beheave with customers.They are charging extra amount for everything like hair cut, facial etc.If it will continue like this soon the Naturals going to be closed.
If customer says she needs only hair cut no need of other stuffs like hair wash and all they forcibly charging extra amount.If someone dynyes they are becoming very rude and telling unneccessary thing to customers.

I had been for a haircut, expected good quality and standards but ended up with disappointments.. Very poor service... So called experienced lady brags herself that she has got 25yrs of service... She jus damaged my hair completely using blow drier.. Hair cut was really not so good.. After having a haircut, my hair had so dried ends and frizzy as well unlike any other popular salons in the city i never had this kind off experience... Also she had left few hair uncut, due to this i had to go back again n make it done properly.. I jus had really bad day because of this.. Its not all worth paying so much.. This kind off salon has to be shut down.. They are just minting money without providing good quality service...

It was good few months back. But it is really very worst now. There is no proper rate for any specific services. They simply charge extra using few new terms. But still the service will be the same as basic package or even less than that. The way they treat customers is also very poor. Sometimes we can spend large amount for our treatments and during some other visits we have budget constraints so that we cannot spend Rs.7000 or above (as everyone work hard for earning money). But treat us bad if we did not spend Rs.6000 or above. There is different in the way they treat if we are opting services only for less amount say Rs.3000. During my first visit I did hair straightening (smoothening) for Rs.8000. The hair became very rough within 3 months. So when visiting the saloon for third time for hair spa, the service was so bad just because I did'nt go for the package which they suggested which is around Rs.6000 +taxes and I opted for Rs.3000+taxes. My hair is still the same and there is no any use in taking up the spa ( Just coz I din pay more thaan Rs.6000). Where is the result for Rs.3000 + taxes which I paid that is my question...

I visited naturals w salon at selaiyur (Land mark: near selaiyur police station) on 22nd october for threading and waxing service.
The stylist did not do threading properly. I requested her to remove extras as my eye brows are very thin. She made it very thin and did not shape it properly. When i checked after the service and raised a complaint, instead of accepting her mistake, she was arguing that she just tried to remove the extras and this is the best she could do. They charged me for the service which was not done properly and later apologized for the improper service they have provided.
Franchisees like these are spoiling the brand name of naturals and request you to inspect and have regular check on the customer service executives employed there. I will never visit nor recommend any one for naturals salon.

On 15th October 2016, v went on a bridal make over for my sister. A very bad service from the beautician and also the owner of the parlour. Actually I already intimated them that v need to start by 6pm, but those ladies leisurely sent us only by 7pm. The hair style which they did was usual and did not do what v asked for. While getting money they will say that many beautian are available, but only one girl who did for both brides. When I was about to pay money, they said many beautians will be available and only one girl was their for bridal makeover. It was a very worst experience with naturals, gowriwakkam and I kindly request the people their not to choose that salon. I ask the head office people of naturals to take action.

I visited kodungaiyur branch on 16th October and I had to wait for more than 45mins to get a waxing done. Staffs were leisurely sitting and said they have AC in only one room so i have to wait until that room becames vacant . They have 3 rooms and the staff says three Ac's are not working at the same time. What a poor service? You get money from us and can't you maintain a parlor properly. That too on a weekend, you cannot expect your customers to wait for such a poor reason. Staffs are not professional enough to handle the situation. Chit chatting and leaving the customers un attended. I had to ask several times regarding the service and no proper responsibility was taken. It would be great if I receive a proper feedback on this

I got my hair smoothened in naturals salon at ananth nagar branch. They charged 6900 for the smoothening. The straightener kit they used is wella which costs only 450 to 500. That to i have very thin hair 1 straightening kit suffice for my hair. I don't know what they are thinking about their clients. They are fooling all their clients. After smoothening they asked me visit again for hair wash and hair spas which will again a money grabbing idea. They even suggested me to use the shampoo and conditioner which they suggest actually which they had is costs around 1350+1200.

Its the matter of hike in rate that more 50%, ie rs. 150 to 350,
How the hair salon can hike the hair cut rates with in two months in from 150 to 350 - naturals hair salon, (above kfc restaurant) mehdipatnam, hyderabad.

There is no hot water to wash, no greaser feasibility also.

We have taken bridal package for my marriage for myself and my wife on 07th August 2016 from naturals Kadapa branch. All we have got from naturals is rude behavior professionals who are not at all friendly and made my fiancee's face darker than what she looks normally. They are laughing by seeing us and talking in themselves if we ask to help in anything. We are completely dissatisfied with the service and are ready to lodge a complaint with what we got as the service from you people. My marriage is a total disappointment just because of we believed in naturals.

I have been their branch in ekkaduthangal today for a haircut expecting that they will be more neat than a local barber because of the publicity and appearance of the shop. I waited for 40 minutes for my turn. Then the guy brought a dirty plastic sheet to put on me. Normal barbershop uses washed cloths and still uses a tissue paper band over your neck to avoid contact with neck. This guy was not bothered to that. The he tied to use a dirty comb used for the customer before me and the same scissors without even washing in water. I asked him how can you use the same dirty comb and scissors without washing and sterilizing it and what is the use of having a posh shop if you cannot follow basic hygiene? He was surprised as if totally unaware that you have to wash it atleast before using for next customer. Since he had no other set of scissors and not ready to change it i prevented him from cutting my hair and left. These people are running training center also it seems. They collect so much money compared to a poor barber who does the job better and giving us diseases for the money we pay because of their dirty and unhygienic practices. Please question them next time if you happen to go there so that they will learn some hygiene and train their staff.
