I have visited naturals unisex saloon in yelhanka new town club for hair cut for me and my friend... From outside the saloon looks good but inside its worst maintainance... I don't know how naturals give franchise to these kind of people... I saw a child might get in to trouble while running in this worst maintained area of the saloon... They charge soo much... Why cant they keep the saloon clean and well maintained... Worst saloon

    I have enquired about smoothening in theradi naturals they told 3999/- offer +tax, have accepted and went they gave bill for 4720/- and swiped my card for 5898/-, the lady named ramya done smoothening for me said nothing a lady came in middle and told that extra money for mask they didn't put any mask, i have bill proof and my card swiped proof, kindly enquire the concern people and ask them to don't cheat i know the smoothening process they didn't done correctly..

      I had a smoothening at naturals salon, before doing smoothening my hair was healthy and good but was coloured.
      After smoothening my hair got completely damaged also the hair is falling a lot.
      When i asked for the solution they are telling that my hair is damaged due to hair colouring and they are also known in advance this will happen after smoothening but still they went ahead and did smoothening just for money.
      Now they are not ready to make any treatment to us.
      Please help!!

      During weekends and other days as well their are not accepting any appointments. Customer service is very bad and really feeling very bad on their service. I dnt faced this kind of service before in Natulals outlets.

      I'm complaining about the service I have got it done in naturals salon habsiguda branch..I have undergone eyebrows n upperlip n lower lip threading..they did very rashly n skin got damaged near my upper lip..very harsh service she did..though I was telling her to do very slowly..but she did very vigorously..

        Last 3 day i went to the shop for hear cutting thay not give an appointment after 7:45 pm frist day i went to shop thay told me today is not fear pls call this number and get an appointment and come to shop next day i get an appointment after 7:45 pm and evening 6o clock i call and confirm my appointment that person told me i checked and confirm but that no call me at all yesterday i went to shop thay told same reason

          I am never going back to naturals again. Firsr of all what is this regressive separate women's section with only women employees. Which century do u live in? Waxing chambers i can understand but not anything else. Dumb woman turned me into a mushroom promising a razor cut and when i washed my hair it was so uneven that no other salon wants to fix it. Advised me to wait for a few months before the next cut. I am going for a vacation in 2 days which i had told her and ppl at the other salon laughed at what she did. So do not ever go to naturals they are just looters o[censored]r hard earned money

            Hello everybody,
            Never ever approach naturals saloon. I had a very bitter experiences with respect to hair cut. They hire some stupids as hair stylist's who even don't know the basics of hair cut. This happened in many branches.
            And no other saloon service in india will charge as high as naturals. So please never approach them and make yourself fools. Thank you.

              I am dr. Umarani from bharathi nagar, old perungalathur, chennai 600063

              I have my dental clinic in the same building, in the ground floor as of naturals, while naturals is in the 1st floor.

              I would like to bring to your kind notice and my agonised grievince the naturals has placed its lollipop board right in front of my led main board literally hiding my main board and its erection. Photos attached.

              This is really saddening that naturals has placed its lolipop board without even contacting me, to ask me if they can erect it in front of my clinic nor did they really take in to the consideration not to disturb nor spoil others business by placing a board hiding or main board and completly spoiling our board errection.

              I really do expect more ethical practice in business with such a legendary chain of parlour.

              Would you please kindly tke this request to replace this lolipop board else where than in front of my main led board blocking my view.

              Happy to talk about it.

                I am a regular client for naturals.
                I live in hyderabad.
                Iudualy visit habsoguda and nacharam branch past two years.
                Recently i was croding by manikonda area and dropped by to shape my eyebrows.

                Pethatic service at the manikond area branch o. U colony.
                The service provider is unprofessional and the beauticien who are suppose to be professional i think are inexperienced. They spoiled my eyebrows shape inspite of giving thorough instructions they still went ahead and ruined my eyebroe shape and instee of accepting their mistake they were denying, more over were not even acknowledging.
                To add to the worst.
                The ac is not working.
                There are house flys flying around.
                I mean what us this place???
                Now i am doubting the hygien standards.
                Do you guys conduct audit???
                Or just give the franchaise to any person who pays the membership.

                I am extremely unhappy and that's is the reason i have taken my valuable time to only write to see brand like yours.

                  Hi naturals management team,

                  Here i would like to put a very serious matter in your notice.
                  I visited naturals salon at bellandur with my 2 kids (6 year and 2 year old respectively) for hair cut of my 2 year old kid.
                  I booked an appointment and visited accordingly.

                  After waiting for few minutes, as my 2 year old was crying due to fear of hair cut, i said if they can start it faster. The staff replied very rudely saying you finish your thing we are toh waiting for you.
                  Then i said, as my kid will cry, instead of doing it outside can we do it inside or else it may create chaos. He replies very rudely that we will do it outside only.
                  I said i always get it done inside here in this branch, he again rudely say i am seeing you first time.

                  After hair cut, i could not control myself of bad attitude shown by this staff of naturals salon, so i asked him that he should show right attitude and behave properly with customers else they may get frustrated.
                  He again rudely replies that how i am talking and i should talk properly.
                  He also showed very rude behavior in front of my kids and whole staff.

                  I will not visit this branch of naturals and would really request all to take a step and take alternate options nearby in bellandur.

                  Attaching a photo i took and marked the person with worst attitude i have seen in my life in all the salons i have visited all over india.

                  Please note that he started showing reverse attitude to my compliants so much that i had to leave place immediately with my 2 kids. It was totally unbearable to even stay for a single second.
                  Such a bad unprofessional attitude and staff in your salon will only kill your business.

                  So feel free to take advice or feel free to ignore it and show reverse attitude as your employee.

                  A customer visits to get service and not to face shopkeepers attitude and get humiliated.

                    Hiii...on yesterday I went to Natural’s perambur branch[protected] near by Railway ground...it’s not opened till 10.30 every day they are doing the same...after they open by 10.35 staff has not came...I went to do hair cut & beard trimming...I missed my office CAB because of them...The staff came by 11.00AM...worst service...please cancel their franchise & give to some other one...they are spoiling the BRAND NAME...
                    I booked for bridal makeup in naturals cholikulam Madurai.worst parlour ever seen.so rude lady manager behaved.and the girl who done make up for me.i booked for Mac makeup.but they are not at all using the products from Mac instead mixing the products from krylon.naturals seriously Ur brand name is getting spoiled.
                    Today I went for naturals (Kodambakkam, Chennai) regarding dandruff treatment after service they billed for 1800 + tax, I requested for the details and they confirmed using SP product, however they mentioned in the bill as argon oil spa treatment. Kindly check and let me know the price for dandruff treatment.

                      I am regular customer of naturals past 5+ years in coimbatore jothipuram branch. Today is a very bad day. I went for doing eyebrows. The staff abi suggested me to take a tan pack with peel. She initially said it's 300+500+tax. I said okay as i had that in mind. She took me to the service room which had no light, when i asked she said it isn't working and she asked me to turn on my mobile flash light. After applying the mask, that covered my mouth and i couldn't be able to talk, she told me to renew my membership card for 500 so that i get discount of 250 approximately from my bill this time. I couldn't talk at all so i nodded head and remained silent. She applied the mask and billed my service as soon as she left the room. When the service was over, the total bill amount was 1780. I was really shocked. 2 weeks back i referred a friend, so she told i can avail offer or discount for that this time, that wasn't added to the bill and she also renewed my membership card without my permission. When i complained this to the supervisor and told him to remove the membership card from bill, he said he can't because he can't alter the bill, as he did three more after mine. When i asked about the referral discount, he said he wasn't kept informed and we will see next time. That was very irresponsible behaviour. And totally disappointed with the service

                      The staffs shouldn't be this cunning to cheat the customer. My fault is i trusted her and didn't ask for the catalogue to check the prices. She said 800 + tax initially, and later she billed for 1200 and said 200 discount for the membership renewal and 1000+tax.. Completely cheating.

                        Today we faced a worst experience in naturals adyar, being women's day we were interested in knowing the current offer which we had called the naturals adyar and immediately they asked for appointment time, had asked for a specific beautician on her availablity confirmed at 12, before leaving home again we reconfirmed on the beautician availability and only started from home, reached parlour in 5 minutes when the manager said she has only one hair stylist and i will have to adjust with available beautician for which she accepted but she again made it very clear to the manager but hair spa should be done by that senior beautician as we had fixed the appointment in this parlour for her only, post facial the same girl started washing my wife's hair for hair spa and confirmed that she was only asked to do hair spa as the other senior beautician was busy with a customer who has walked in for a hair straightening.

                        They only prioritize customers based on the expensive treatment they take, i[censored] take a economical package then the other customer who comes for hair straightening or smoothening would be given priority as thats expensive and they are vvvip customers who can just walk in and avail services as and when they wish...

                        Manager was so chicken scared in facing customers after all this my wife said that she needs to talk to manager, where we were very sure that the manager would have over heard all the hue nd cry as the pantry is just next to the service area even if someone whispers people can very well hear, even after insisting to call the manager to solve the issue, the manager had conveyed to the staff that she is having her lunch even after coming out she did not have the courtesy to come and check what has happened, after all this the senior stylist came to attend my wife, but she made it clear only after meeting manager will decide on any service here also manager finally had no other choice than meeting my wife, the minute she saw my wife she has asked what was the issue as if she was from a different planet also she has told that we are creating unnecessary dramas, is this the way a manager will talk to customers, she blows her own trumpet that she is a senior resource and is in the same parlour since parlour's emergence. We were forced to ask her to correct her tone and learn to pacify customers instead of fueling the emotions, she was so pathetically scared of customers even while my wife went to settle her bills she rushed herself to service area keeping her away from reception, guy in the reception apologized but it was none of their mistake or business to pacify customers which is the managers job, the attitude of manager has to change and entire show looks like its run by the guy in reception even he joined the manager while my wife's discussion happened with the manager, can't she manage it single handedly???
                        Manager is not at all adding any value other than adding discomfort to vintage customers.
                        Won't any manager feel sorry for the discomfort
                        They have made a customer to undergo???

                        I am sorry naturals will make sure will never visit any of your parlour at any point of time, neither any of my family or friend visits your brand... These days it has become so money minded with unqualified managers leading the floor. Hope u r staffs are aware that they are paid with our money and its not a free service...

                          I would like to give feedback on my hair service this month. I’m one of your regular member but used hair service for first time.
                          They charged me 900 for so called hair cut which was just trimming my hair.
                          I also colored my hair which done by one of the worst hair stylist. Color application was really bad. Color started fading after 1 week o[censored]se. Its no more golden but chnqge to bronze. Pathetic hair service

                            I had the worst experience ever today. Your employees doesn't understand what the customer wants. They just forces and does things what they want. She made a complete disaster of my hair. I asked to do 8 streax and not to accumulate at the same area. She did the exact same thing leaving the back portion all blank. I look like a joker now. Even the color is not the same as promised. This is the worst service ever. If you can decide on your own what to do then don't ask your customer to tell you things. Just go for it and do it. I bloody spent 3000 rs just to look like a joker. This is unacceptable. I would like to have a refund. How can your employees not listen to what the customer wants and do things according to them. What kind of service is that. This is really really not acceptable.

                              Google doesn't give an option to post review with 0 star.. I think this shop deserves 0 star.

                              Worst experience ever.. The person (Male) who sits on the counter will always try to fraud charge you.. Scam artist.. There concern is to charge you anyhow by providing fake and false information.

                              The information that they are providing is almost fake information/ wont be telling how the plan works. They convinced me to purchase unlimited cut by saying "once when you purchase it, you can have hair cut twice a month.. You will get almost all the benefits the naturals has.." this is what the information they have given.. However i kept digging and asking more info about the plan.. And im 100% sure they said that you can have hair cut twice per month regardless of days i. E if i have my 1st cut on 1st week.. I can still have my 2nd cut on next week or upcoming week in that month — which is totally a fake promise. — truth is you can have only 1 cut in 15 days.. If you visit naturals within 15 days period you will be charged.

                              My experience each time when i complete my haircut will be like:

                              After purchasing the so called unlimited cut,

                              Once when i reach the counter after my hair cut first thing they will ask is mobile number.. I am pretty much sure that by providing the mobile number they will be able to identify if a customer has membership or not.. Even after identifying that you are a customer who has already purchased unlimited cut.. They will ask you to pay 150 unless you inform that you have already purchased unlimited cut.

                              I am not fed up with the staff who does your hair cut.. Staffs are very professional. But the person who sits on the counter wont provide detailed information about the plans.

                              If they would have said that you can have hair cut twice in a month with 15 day period. Which is impossible every time. I would have still opted for this plan as it is a good deal for 1600 rupees.

                              But the issue is he wont say how it woks..

                              He will only say things that will make you to purchase the membership or plan.. Later you will start to discover the truth.

                              I personally think a customer should be provided with detailed information on how things works rather than providing false promises. It is the choice of the customer to opted for it or to leg it go by knowing the truth
                              It is very true, i had same incident in Ambattur branch, they told 2 services in a month, but they will charge if the difference is less than 15 days, but if you don't take any service while month they won't give you your money back. Just extracting the money from customers, and their customer service is more ridiculous and stupid fellows, they wouldn't listen to you they would justify their outlet activities. Also they use to bill for other services like hair treatment etc and bill won't be given to you instantly stating their system proble. So they will collect the amount this month and pay GST next month or may be not.
                              Total fraud persons.

                                The sevice staff was extremly self oppesed like if they do not want any person or do not want toany service like foot massage they simply denied by not holding the leg properly very lightly in the hand poster it shows they are doing message but in actual they simply toucing the leg then i cant do this transfer bto other staff, only one staff service was good that was transfer by manager.

                                  We went to salon near infosys, kulathoor, thiruvananthapuram, kerala. There they are not ready to accept card payment and don't even bother to give bill for the service. We payed around 3700/- (Facial, hair spa, half arm wax, and eye brow). Later we had some confusion about the amount we payed and we went back to ask bill. But the were not ready to give the bill saying that the is some problem with the software and they cannot give bill.
                                  We are paying 18% extra amount from the brochure in the name of gst and the guys are not accepting card payment and not even ready to give bill. From this what we need to understand. The mistake happened from our side was we asked the bill after the payment.

                                    Off late korattur central avenue naturals has been refusing to hair wash

                                    I have been earlier to the same palour and all services was honoured last 3 visit my request for hair wash service has been been denied. One visit i understood that the service is denied purposely as it
                                    Does not give much profit. Hence i told facial and went for hair wash and did facial as well worst customer service.

                                    I went around 7pm today initially the guy in the cash counter told it would take 7.30pm i agreed later he asks the maid to check inside as to who is free maid states one
                                    Person is free but the guy at the cash counter stated no we can’t do hair wash

                                    Treat customers with respect because your customers are your future wealth.

                                    I need someone to take action on the same
                                    Very bad service. Beauticians don't do service as per our request. Keeps a grumpy face and have very bad attitude. I am talking about natural beauty parlour at kd Street mysore. I am extremely disappointed with natural salon and will sure not visit this salon nor recommend anyone to visit.

                                      Mr. Karthik came to do hair cut.
                                      I have instructed how to do and what's why style. He said ok but he did on his own.
                                      At the end i asked wat you have done??
                                      He said hair cut, oh i dint say anything like this
                                      He said you dint say anything itseems.
                                      After that i told to do a correction in my hair he went, then i asked for a hair wash he said he can't, i asked everyone whats happing,

                                      And i'm working in media he has done a worst cutting how can i face people with his cutting.

                                        Hi, i am dr. Saipooja from chennai. I am working in hospital in cuttack odisha. I recently checked in naturals outlet in cuttack. Owner priyanka mishra and manager tanisha. I went to have my mom's hair cut. A stylist in the name ronith matu made offensive comment on my mom comparing her hair to a broomstick. I was very upset and patiently explained that his manner of conduct is very poor. But he was so rude and told you can go and get your hair cut in any other saloon and did not even apologize. Manager and owner apologized but i personally feel tamilians are being humiliated by these staffs. Since i came from other state their treatment is very bad and don't feel the need to apologize a customer for hurting her feelings. They forgot that we are paying for treatment and not get it done free of cost. We came to naturals not for anyone but veena kumaravel. An independent tamilian woman and her extraordinary work in naturals. I came to naturals just for its brand and previous pleasant experience. But i am greatly disappointed by the behaviour of that staff and inability of owner to control their own staff. I am typing this message with a sad heart sitting in lakme saloon coz i want my mom hair cut and to make her happy. If naturals in other states are not respecting people then it's high time you guys prepare for huge fall.. I may be one customer but as a successful firm you know better how a single customer can change your life.
