NDPL is wrongly calculating the current demand and is fleecing the people of Delhi at large . The consumer is entitled to subsidy by the Govt but the subsidy is not being deducted from the current demand and the benefit is not passing on to the consumer. There is no Net current demand is current demand -subsidy.The matter is of grave concern and the press /media /forums need to take it up to logical conclusions .

    sir,
    I am resident of AG 348, shalimar bagh. We have your electricity pillar just touching our primises and got chances for fire in raininy season. And next to this the other pillars of our roads are removed and the load of all connections are on this pillar. This cause fear of fire in our house, so please solve this problem as soon as possible

      I would like to your kind attention about using monopoly of power Distribution Company in Delhi name as MS NORTH DELHI POWER LIMITED.

      Subject: [Forcefully wrong or fake booked the theft case on our premises vide on connection no. [protected] w as on 1762009]

      On dated[protected] ndpl team member came out my premises and without any permission get to check my meter, for this I have no objection because of I am not thief of electricity. But they booked me case of theft of electricity .I give you brief details as they mention
      1.My meter seals are tempered
      2.Meter found 15% slow
      3.Give me bill as penalty of Rs. 36k

      My clauses are reply as serial wise.
      For No.1 seals found tempered
      This connection installed from the year 1977 and the seals are makes with copper wires and stamped also DVB property and I sure it is not tempered it looked as.becuase of too much old life and meet with soil, paints and other dust materials you may again check my seals.

      For No.2 meter found 15 % slow
      This point is too much conflicts .if some one wants to tempering in meter and he only used the marking as only 15 % why he not using 90 % because on the same percentage of tempering bill has to raised same amount.
      My meter condition is that it is made of iron body and too much old mechanical meter which move with round plate. keep this point in your mind from the 1977 to 2009 how to things that the meter condition works properly.NDPL provides the services from the last 7 years they why they not changed my old meter .why they booked the cases on old DVB meter. Why NDPL says to best service provide to consumer by them. it is too monopoly of ndpl.when we always to rushing the stone it also to be finished they this is iron make meter.

      I also attached my year wise consumption charts to see this you can understand my query clearly that I am the true and I am not using any tempering in my meter.

      So it is request to concerned persons that please give immediate response to my true feedback either I will contact to TATA POWER chairman and Mr Rattan Tata to show ndpl services feedback.

      I am agree with Mr sumit that ndpl booked the fake theft cases.In case of sumit there is old iron meter which was installed from the 1977 ovousuly it running from the that time it may be moving slow by 15 % why not changed this meter by ndpl in their regular practise why they harres to general people .Mr sumit you have to go for court and claming for mentaly harresment by ndpl
      I am fully agree with complainant. How can NDPL lodge a theft case for 15% slow meter without changing the meter with new meter.In many cases NDPL meter run as much as >50% fast.Can for all such cases theft case may register against NDPL.Mr.Sumit Goyal you must forward your case to court if NDPL not return there decision for implement of 36k and apollogi for his behave to register a theft case against a good citizen.
      Dear, no need to be angry might be the NDPL person has wrongly booked a theft case on your premise.
      now you have a good solution is to go NDPL consumer care and file your complaint there, they would understand your problem and resolve that soon.

      buddy, you are 100% right.the problem you are into i am also facing same problem only difference is that in my case they made inspection report in absence of consumer.These ndpl people are big mafias who move hand to hand with police.They do unlawful acts with support of police.Only court is option and if you are lucky then only you are going to get justice.

          There has been frequent power cut of around 5-6 hours every other
          night for the last 4 months. This has been submitted even in written
          but till now there is no relief. Please go through my mail given in

          Hi,

          I think you didnt go through my mail completely. I said this problem
          has been there for more than 3 months now. Even today I am logging
          this complaint from my laptop at 11:30 PM in the dark while neighbors
          around us are taking a nap in their home. The solution you said "HAS
          BEEN RECTIFIED", I have been listening this for last 3 months and its
          still the same every other day.

          Even your helpline number says they cant do anything as day shift
          people will look into this. A written complaint was also submitted a
          week back but seems like nobody cares about it.

          We suffered through the whole summer at least give us some respite now.

          Looking for some favourable action from your side than just these
          excuses. I am not sure when other big people copied on this mail will
          get some time to look this and understand our problem.

          Respectfully Sir,
          I am a resident of dhakka village(H.No.1-B). We take electricity connection in 2005, from that period of time we never consumed the units more than 400 for the period of 2 months.This time, we coul'dnt understand that how u gave us the bill of 630 units as there were not any leakage or problem of internal wiring.There must be some problem in our metre.

          Dear Sir,
          I am in receipt of your letter No NDPL/APC/2010/4969 dated 30th March 2012 through e.mail as reply of my mail dated 9th March 2012. regarding case of dishonest abstraction of Energy (DAE) on the inspection of the connection carried by your Enforcement Team on 21st February 2012.

          As per your letter you have observed the following three irregularities.

          Seals of Meter box were found missing.
          Seals of the meter terminal were also found missing.
          Huge unauthorised load of 10.792 KW was found connected as against meagure sanctioned load of 1KW.
          In reply of your points of irregulaties, please note that:
          1. Seals of Meter box were broken on 21.03.2012 at around 3.30 PM by your inspection team under supervision of Mr. KPS Yadav. So your point No 1 is forfeited outrightly.

          2. Fortunately, on tracing the old records, on my complain, Number 68498 dated 15.03.2006 your electrician, Mr. Pramod Kumar, opened the meter terminal seal for restoring electricity and next day he found fault in cable and rectifed the electric supply. He gave me four details B-195893, B-195892, B-195891 and 593564 for future references, like this instances. Please catch your concerned employee and book him for neglience if your terminal seal is still broken. It is your department responsibility to put further fresh seals if they break it at any point of time to restrore the electric supply in emergency cases. Meter is your property.

          It is also very strange that your meter reader, who is reqularly vising the meter to get reading did not noticed that seals are broken. Now suddenly you have accused me with electricity theft. Is it not to drage me forcefully in electricity theft case? So your point No 2 has no validity in itself. It is your internal issue to be resolved by yourself at your level.

          3. How you have calculated that 10.792 KW load is connected. Keeping electronic item at home is connected load? May i know your calculations of connected load of 10.792KW?

          If you are really very transparent and interested to award a fair decision, your hounorable impartial inspection team should go to my neighbours to verified the fact that wheter we have removed the outer cover of our AC during the last 2 years or not. You would have got the clear position automatically on my consumption. As a result there would not be one sided decision o[censored]nfair practice adopted for tampering meter.

          As per your letter, average recorded consumption has also been found only 160 units per month with use of ...water pump which constitute 30% of the computed consumption on the connected load. This further corroborates unfair practice having been adopted for tampering of meter.

          Regarding this allegation imposed on me, please note:

          Date 21.02.2012 (Your inspection team pasted paper seal No. 131126 to maintain the Status Quo with meter reading of 18964 Units),
          Date 13.03.2012 (For generating bill of March Cycle, your meter reader took the meter reading of 19066 Units),
          Date 13.04.2012 (Self Reading of 19186 Units for analysis) You may taken further reading with your soucrces

          Consumption from 21.02.2012 to 13.03.2012 (22 days) is 102 units making an average of 139 units for 30 days and
          Consumtion from 21.02.2012 to 13.04.2012 (52 days) is 222 units making an average of 128 units for 30 days

          So these three readings figues of my consumption is still less than 160 units.

          So all your allegations and statement "that irregularities clearaly substantiates adoption o[censored]nfair practices with ulterior motive of theft of electricity and it is concluded that case stands rightly booked beyond and doubt" are baseless and false. It clearly proves your intentions and decision purely one sided being imposed forcefully to harras a small common customer. So you are advised to withdrawn all the allegations immediately.

          Otherwise even, if you are not still ok with the above consumption pattern after your inspection and seals on the meter, It is suggested that let us wait for next 12 months to get the consumption pattern from meter reading from 21.02.2012 (Date on which your inspection team pasted paper seal No. 131126 to maintain the Status Quo), and analyse the same after that period to take the necessary action accordingly. It is not fair to call any common customer as theaf or using "unfair practice adopted for tampering meter".

          It will be your responsibilty to protect and guard the paper seal pasted by you. I will not be responsible if that seal got broken by any body including your inspection team members to save themselves.

          Also your email dated 11th April 2012 has closed the chapter without considering my points stated in my e.mail dated 30.03.2012 by stating, regretting to inform that there is no further scope for review.


          I have given you date, time, name of your staff who have tampered the seals. If action is required, please take it against your employee, not me.

          Again as a good customer, in my mail dated March 18, .2012, i have offered, "Keeping in view the above scenario, it is requested to review the decision sympathetically with replacing the meter from 1kwh to 2kwh or max 5kwh".

          I am a small employee working in a private firm in Noida (U.P.). Hope you will understand the hardships of common customer and will co operate in providing a suitable solution and not imposing one sided, autocratic decision as given by your inspection team to save themselves.

          Meter is install on the basis of electronic items lying (may be damaged) in the house or on the basis of the consumption or on the points provided by the electrician for the convenience of the consumer.



          My consumption for the last 41 months approx. (03.10.2008 to 13.03.2012) is 181 units per month or say 6 units a day. Average Bill inclusive of taxes is Rs.545/ = and Rs. 444/= per month with subsidy provided by Delhi Government. This is beyond my immagination that your "authority concern" is still sure (after review) that meter capacity should be increased from 1kwh to 10kwh.



          How may residents are having 10kwh meter with same electricity consumption / electricty bills in my neighbourhood?



          10kwh will be a big Burdon on my financial budget, as your officers told me rough calculations of financial aspect on my pocket which is beyound my financial health and autocratic behaviour in the assesment procedure.



          Please advise,

          I can sell / dispose off my microwave oven/ TV, Washing Machine and some other electric items if your decision is based on the items lying in my home.

          I can remove the points if your calculations are on the basis of points. Consumption chart is enclosed herewith for your reference.



          Requestiong again to intervene in sympathetically manner so that matter can be resolved in justifiable manner, otherwise i have no option to knock the door of legal agencies / authorities. In that case all the cost, charges, legal and other all expenses will be on your part.



          As you have mentioned your in ability to proceed further with the request ".I shall be greatful if you provide me the Name, address and contact No. of the senior Officer / chairman of your "authority concerned", company and office of Enforcement Assessment Cell or Consumer Grivences Cell for their intervention.



          It is purely one sided, autocratic decision and is being imposed on me forcefully by mentioning "advised to follow the instructions as and when issued by the office of Enforcement Assessment Cell".

          On March 9, 2012, I came to know that Meter of 10KWA has been recommended/ sanctioned by your inspection team ignoring and sidelining my appeals, facts, figures and presentation during the hearing.



          Again on Friday, March 09, 2012 21:05 I provided all the facts through e.mail.



          Keeping in view the sensitivity of the case and your mail of Friday, March 16, 2012 15:15 that “as such issues could not be processed/resolved through e-mails.” I personally visited your office discussed the facts with your officers (Names not quoted) submitted the written representation in your office. Your officers told me that there is a provision of revaluation of the decision.



          So you are hereby requested to reopen the case, revaluate the decision which has been taken one-sided, absolutely ignoring my appeals.



          I am a small serviceman and using very less power. Please don’t harass me by imposing one sided autocratic decisions.



          Keeping in view the above scenario, it is requested to review the decision sympathetically with replacing the meter from 1kwh to 2kwh or max 5kwh.

          As a result of your decision (onesided), your lineman today came with 10kwh meter for installing / replacing in my house.



          As stated in the presentation we are a very small family of four members.(two members during the day four members in the night). and mostly out of station as my native place is Allahabad.



          During inspection of my house, your inspection team made the list of electrical items present in my home as below.



          1. There is Two TV in my home, but we are using one TV, and another is not in use.



          2. Washing machine, which is used only occasionally as we have a maid servant to wash the clothes available at cheap rate.



          3. There are two bathrooms, so obliviously there will be two geysers. But usage is only on the basis of members present.



          4. There are five fans fitted in the house, but all the members will not run the fans separately as end of the month we have to pay the electricity bill.



          5. One computer with printer, as I am a serviceman and computer is available with me in the office, so usage is very vey less. It is used only to check personal important / emergency mails some times.



          6. We have five tube lights fitted long back in my house but we are using CFL bulbs only to reduce the bill. Removing the Tube lights is difficult as it will deface the walls.



          7. Yes, one air conditioner is there. I am sorry to say that I was doing night shift and my wife was out of town during the period under question. It is just for my relative (my sister) staying in Australia. She can not live without AC when she visits us.



          8 Micro oven, which is of our relative staying abroad and is for repair.



          In the end, if we consume more power, we have to pay more. As mentioned earlier, I am a small serviceman and fully aware of energy saving using less energy consuming electrical items.



          Keeping in view the above scenario, it is requested to review the decision sympathetically with replacing the meter from 1kwh to 2kwh or max 5kwh.



          10kwh will be a big Burdon on my financial budget. Alternatively, please suggest, I can pack and or sell my microvace oven/ TV, Washing Machine and some other electric items.

          I, Pankaj Kumar Arya R/o House No 31, Pocket No A-3, sector-4, Near Santan Dharam Mandir, Rohini, Delhi-110085. Yesterday Mr. KPS Yadav and his inspection team visit our premise at 15.30. Without proper checking, they told us that you had opened the meter seal. So, your electricity consumption bill is coming low amount. In this connection, we are informing you that in my family; there are four people, myself, wife and my parents. My Parents was not here from January 2011 to October 2011, and my wife is also not here in this summer. I am working at Noida in private company, and I am using electricity only at night. If you have not trusted upon us, you may confirm from our surrounding area people.



          In my home only two people are present in a daytime, and four persons are present at Night. Your inspection team made my home electrical items list.

          1. There is Two TV in my home, but we are using one TV, and another is not in use.

          2. One washing machine, which is use one or two times in a month.

          3. Two geysers but we are using one geyser 5 to 10 minutes in day.

          4. There are five fans but in summer maximum, two fans in use at a same time.

          5. One computer with printer but we are using 2 or three hour in a week, and printer is using one time in the month.

          6. There are five tubes in my house but no tube in use because we are using CFL bulb for this purpose.

          7. One air conditioner, which is used three to four times in whole summer. In this period, I am doing night duty, and my wife is out of town.

          8.Water pump is not required for filling water tank because water is coming full force morning 5.30 to 8.30 and evening 6 to 8.30 last five months.



          Can you tell me please if any person uses all electric items at a same time? For your kind information, we are using energy saving electrical items. Power ministry and NDPL are publishing to save energy and why your people tell use more electricity?



          For your information, Mr. Pramod Kumar, your electrician came to my house on 15.03.2006 against our Complain Number 68498. Mr. Pramod Kumar open meter seal for providing temporary electricity on 15.3.2006 night and next day he found fault in cable and rectify our electric connection. And he told us if any person asks, then you will tell these four details B-195893, B-195892, B-195891 and 593564. Your meter readers regularly visit my home why your people not intimate to you?

          Your inspection team behavior was not good. They force my wife for singing of dishonest abstraction of Energy (DAE) form. And I am unable to attain your office because I am working in private company. There is no leave in March if you required any documents; I will provide you through email.

          Kindly consider my case and remove dishonest abstraction of Energy charge from us.

            sir...i have registered a complaint against fast meter reading . they came near by almost a month.they said meter is OK. but another person come for NDPL he say ur meter is very fast, it s loading is 6 times more than usual. what should i do. I[censored] not able to do some thing soon.i am registering a complaint against NDPL carelessness and false checking, through news channel and consumer court.

            We had already submit a complaint before for fast running of meter.After that an engineer came and checked our electricity meter and found that it is running 35% faster than the normal meter but nothing had been done on that . It is our merely request to replace or repair our meter.

                my electricity snapped off at 3pm on 8 july and at 4:45 i had got my complaint registered at nangli puna @ [protected] and again on call center at 6:45 and they given me complaint no.51171204 and till now after more than 18 hrs my electricity has not been restored, and i had called them so many times but there was no response from them. and same happened on 3rd july and light restored on 6th. we are very fed up with this service.

                there is no electricity since 4:30 am in pocket 1 sector -23 rohini delhi-85 in one phase while two others are working.this is a regular phenomenon which creates unnecessary confrontations between ones who are without electricity and same neighbours with airconditioners and cooling working fine.

                There is lot of Power (Electric) failure in our locality. Now, it has become regular, there is no electric supply betwen 4.00pm - 5.00pm & 8.00pm to 9.00pm regulary. And sometime, light (power) does not come whole day as it happened on 29.7.09 & 28.7.2009. Even the date mentioned there is no light/power in Hardev Nagar only.

                Where as we find in our nearby locality Nirankari Colony, Mukherjee Nagar, Timarpur, Malkagunj, There is no power cut for such a long time.

                  I am residing in 354, Second Floor, Bhai Parmanand Colony, Delhi-110009. The load sanctioned on my electricity meter is 3 KW but the load on it on any given time does not exceed 2 KW. The voltage during remain so low that even the 40 Watt tubelight go off after 6 PM everyday and I have to remain in darkness during my night time. I complained several times on local numbers but they show their inability to set it right. I have also lodged complaint on the site of NDPL on 7-7-2009 and my complaint number is NDPL028501.

                    Respected Sir,

                    I, Deepak Jain, a resident of 29/80 gali No.-8, Village Samaipur, 110042, want to lodge a complaint against North Delhi Power Limited.
                    I made a request request no. [protected] for the removal of meter having K.No.[protected] and final bill at the above mentioned address on 16 March, 2009.
                    After that I have reminded them several times but there is no action has been taken by the department so far.
                    Kindly get it removed as soon as possible.

                    Received a letter from you asking for the amount due to me for faulty meter.Sir I represented myself so many times since 2001 in this regard but the situation is same.It has been ascertained by your JE that the meter is not faulty even then I am receiving the letters of dues.Infact you are supposed to refund me the amount I paid for several months on average basis till the settelment of the case as promised by you .Sir it is my request to look into the matter.

                      There is a daily power cut at 11pm for 1hour in pocket G-22 area of sector 7 rohini from past 15days. Although there is no such problem in adjacent block E-4 and all other blocks of sector 7. The complaint number[protected] always shows a busy tone.

                      i m the citizen of delhi nd living in mangol puri, new delhi. i want to express ur kind attention to my area. there is a usually problem of cuttig electricity in day or night. plz change the schedule of cut the power supply, instead the time of 6 p.m from 8 p.m to 9 p.m.

                        Now days, we are suffering with a bizarre issue of electricity in our area F-3 Block. I would appreciate that electricity condition was better than. But again there is no difference. Same as earlier your department also make lots of policy and implemented. But all these efforts to reform the condition of electricity have you checked are working fine of not. Let me tell you.

                        The condition of electricity is becoming deteriorated in our area day by day. We had seen a dream of better power supply for New Delhi. It seems now days the condition of electricity is hopeless.
                        As same NDPL electrician, NDPL’s customer care executive also becoming couch potatoes they people are not performing their duty honestly.
                        Last Night the entire limit had been crossed by NDPL customer care executive MR. ANIL, MR. VINAY and MR. RAJIV.
                        Last night when I reached home at 9:30 PM there was no power supply as usual daily routine. I waited for power come. Mean while I came to know that since morning power had been coming only for few minute and going for long time. I have compliant number of our local area sultan puri zonal office [protected]. I tried many time on this number [protected] bell was ringing but no one picked up my phone.
                        Then I dialed NDPL Customer care number[protected] at 10:12PM Monday 22/06/2009 for knowing the status of area.
                        1. Mr. Anil took my call. I made him understand the issue of my area F-3 Block of Sultan Puri New Delhi. Mr. Anil replied me that there was no updated information from Sultan Puri Area. Then I requested for lodging a call against regarding issue of Sultan Puri Area. When I asked for complaint number. Mr. Anil put me on hold and after waiting few minute my phone was cut.
                        2. Then again I re-dialed same number this time Mr. Vinay took my call I asked for Mr. Anil with whom my conversion was going on. Now Mr. Vinay didn’t reply me but I heard backward sound of gossip. They people were laughing at me one person said “fir usi ka phone hai kya Vinay rakh de yaar” I was about to ask that what was the fault why has power not been coming since morning continuously. After having my query my call was again cut.
                        3. Last time called again this time Mr. Rajiv took my call I heard again backward sound “ usi number se phone aa raha hai kya kaat de mat utha” I said HELLO………. Are you listening my voice or not but I am listening your gossip then Mr. Rajiv Replied me then again I made him understand. Then he informed that by the 11:15 PM your area will be rectified. I asked about the issue and Anil and Vinay. He assured me that within 10 minutes my senior will get back you for this issue.
                        I waited half an hour and I tried again to call again but this time I was completely stumped. My phone was blocked last night on[protected].

                        Really I would appreciate what I team work of NDPL customer care I saw last night and what a great service of NDPL service of Sultan Puri Area F-3 Block.

                          Today(20.06.2009) i visited at NDPL CMG hearing cell at keshavpuram such it was a bad experince, when i reached there NDPL staff says server is down so come at comoing monday i shocked becaouse i canceled all my today's shedule for this purpuse & i noted that server is working then i verbly complaint to concern body after that only my matter was taken. tell me what hapen to those poor people who come there through buses from difrent sides? NDPL concern authorty can check how many matter taken on (20.06.09) at CMG hearing cell Keshopuram They can also check is server is working or not, Then dessison is yours.abut NDPL

                          Dear Sir,
                          We are in Gupta Complex, we wann to name change of meter, our requiest no[protected], NDPL executive come in our office for the document we are submitted our document which they are required. NDPL executive take paper on28/7/09. after few days we ask our status, NDPL, helpline tell us pls. talk with CMG department. MY brother visit CMG department of NDPL. they ask registerd paper of property, we tell them this is commercial bldg. & this is trensfer by only builder, & that papers we are alredy submet to you . BUT offecer tell us, no pls. submet again, we are again submit all papers . He say you get SMS from NDPL after 5 to 7 days. But they are saying always, after 3 day, after 4 days.Today (7/09/09). they are saying that if you wann to name change you must give us registerd paper. We are not understand why they are hares. me longe time, why thay are take my paper two time, why they kil my time,
                          Pls. help me or give me advise in which department, i will go .
                          i came up in ur office in sant nagar burari to settle my bill. on settling the bill i came up with a small query, which the cashier and one other fellow handled by accusing and abussing me. i guess this is a good sign of ndpl prosperity.
                          later i spoke on the following no.s [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], 27468030, but i noone even bothered to listen to me. what shall i do? u should dismiss such staff even the security person was standing and watching like an .
                          ndpl staff serving in sant nagar, burari must be terminated they are not there to assist customers .instead they are there to make fun of consumer and to abuse them, they all are very insincere towards their duty. especially the cashier and the other fellow wearing glasses are very rude. they started swearing at me even though i was speaking politely and frankly with them. even there was no rush at all.
                          and u should depute some staff on this no. the no. is 27468030 to atleast pick the phone. today its monday an i guess u do work on mondays. i had a very bad experience today.
                          i need to approach some senior staff of ndpl to dismiss those in sant nagar burari office.

                            On returning from holidays i.e. 18 June 2009, we find that there was no electric current in our DDA LIG Flat No. 437, 4th floor, Sector B-2, Pocket D, Narela. My husband lodged complaint at about 2.50 p.m. the same day. We were assured that our complaint will be attended in two hours. Two days have passed, but our complaint is not attended to.

                              This is regarding my request of change of Load from 1 KW to 5 KW which was submitted by me on[protected] in your customer care at Pitam Pura where the reference number was [protected] given to me. After two days one representative came to my residence from NDPL and we had filled up the form as such required for the name changing (from my father – Late Shri Gulshan K. Behl to my mother Smt. Sneh Behl) however the death certificate of my father (Late Shri Gulshan K Behl) & the papers of house property with necessary documents had been submitted to him.



                              On 5th June, 2009, we came to know that there are some problem in address the words i.e. Second Floor which were not mentioned in your records even these two words are mentioned in the property papers as it means in our area i.e. 37 Ground Floor, 37A First Floor and 37B Second Floor. Any way I went to your Consumer Care Center at Keshav Puram, Laxmi Bai College and shown all original documents to Madam Himani Joshi # [protected], (Office: 27183001,[protected] & received the acknowledgement of my request again and i.e. [protected] for data modification – data correction/modification with notepad remarks i.e. Addition of Second floor in the current address and phone number i.e. 27106229.



                              As per the acknowledgement, the expected resolution date is[protected].

                              My main concern is to change the name i.e. from my father name to my mother name and secondly to increase the load i.e. 5 KW from 1 KW however the request was already made on above mentioned reference number [protected].



                              We are paying the bills regularly and you can check the same in your previous records or in database about the same. You are requested to please do the needful and complete such requirement on pronto basis vide two reference numbers as mentioned above.

                                With due respect would like to tell you the problem which we are facing since June 09 onwards of power cuts for more than 8 hours daily in Rama Park, Uttam Nagar area. When we try to contact them for knowing the reason for such long cuts, they never pick up the phone & make them engage. Please lookinto this matter as it is affecting our lives.                                   I AM RESIDENT C-644 JAHANGIRPURI. LIGHT OF THE HOUSE NUMBER FROM C-641 TO 645 AND 709 TO 712 NOT COM PROPERTLY. WE MAKE THE COMPALINT SO MANY TIMES. ON COMPLAINT SOME WORKERS CAME AND PULL OUT ALL THE WIRES FROM THE BOX AND MAKE IN ONE BUNCH AND ATTACHED IN ONE WIRE THEN FIX INTO THE BOX THEY LIVES ALL THE WIRES OPENLY OUT FROM THE BOX.. WHENEVER RAIN COME OR WIND BELOW IT MAKE A SPARKING. ALL THE WIRES SPREAD HERE AND THERE OPENLY OUT FROM THE BOX. IT CAN MAKE ACCIDENT ANY TIME. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO REPLACE THE BOX AND FIX ALL THE WIRES INTO THE BOX PROPERLY.

                                    This is regarding street light complaint. I had registered with sub-divisional office at Nangli Poona, Delhi-36 on 23rd September, 09 and again on 12th October, 09 (No. 437662) for the street light connection disconnected by the linemen while fixing another board on the pole having eleven electricity connections. This pole is located in Prajapti Mohalla ( the pole is without any number) in village Ibrahim Pur (Proper), in Nangli Poona Sub-division area. With no street light in the mohalla, we have been facing lot of hardships. We shall appreciate if an early action is taken for making the steet light in working order again.

                                      I applied for a meter on 18 th March but the meter has not been installed yet

                                      The payment for the demand note was done in time

                                      The Customer care says they have goofed up in writing the address of the place where the meter is to be installed
                                      Every time I call they say that they are looking into the matter and it will be resolved in 2 working days
                                      But I am calling them from the last 15 days and no progress was made on this front

                                      This is with reference to Request No. [protected] (K No. [protected] ). After all the formalities and payment of Rs. 4200.00 against Demand Note No. 468820, NDPL team has visited my house on 25.5.2010 to install the meter. But unfortunately, they refused to install the meter saying that the pole is more than 50 metres from my house and suggest me to get installed temporary meter. But it is not fair, there should be poles in our colony as there are many houses using the electricity now. Although, my house is very first from the nearer pole available (approx 50 metres).

                                      I want permanent meter only and have paid for the same already.

                                      Although due to much difficulties, I applied for temporary meter vide Request No. [protected], after all the formalities and I have made the payment of Rs. 900.00 against Demand Note No. 476130. But unfortunately, the meter has not been installed yet. I have been visiting the Narela Zonal Office regularly. I met with Mr. Mahesh regarding this and he sent a mail to issue the meter to the concerned department as well as to Zonal Manager Mr. Praveen Sharma ([protected]) of my area (Narela). I also met with Mr Praveeen Sharma and he assured me to install the meter soon. But no action has been taken yet.

                                      I request you to please forward my request to your concerned department to install meter/pole.

                                        I have booked a new Electriity Connection. I submitted the Booking Amount in Cash on dated 9 mar 2009. The Demand Note No. is 223994 and request no. is [protected] dated 21Feb 2009.

                                        I have approached the regarding NDPL Narela Office but they are demanding of some extra money of their work. Still, no action has been taken by them in this regard.

                                        Please take necessary action against them so that My new connection is properly installed at my location.
