I am sharing the letter written to Neeta Volvo service availed from Goa to Pune on 5th Mar'11. They charged exorbitantly but ave a very bad service. Please see my Mail Below.

Hi,
I am sad to share your Bus Service, Quality of Bus, Cleanliness all is third class in contrast to what you project as world class. Whereas you charge so much of Money. Me and my wife travelled from Goa to Pune in Volvo bus no MH-04/G 6374 on 5th Mar'11

Note my Observation and Improve them else you loose good business and customer.

1-We went to Mapsa at 9:15pm no one was there at your booth/stall to attend. Someone came after 10 mins and didnt have courtesy to explain or inform about the status of the bus. Bus finally came at 9:45 as promised 9:15 by your Schedule.No one knew why and we were not told either.

2-We found the Bus dirty - no cleaning done, No bed sheet, one AC vent missing - one top of it AC was hardly working. We requested 5-6 times to your staff - no one listened. The blankets given were stinking and seems they were never cleaned.

3-Your staff/(conductor) lacked basic communication ettiquettes.They never bothered to answer any question we had.

4-Suddenly at night the AC was so high(Cold) we were shivering - Request to turn it low was not heard.

5-We wanted to know where will the Bus drop us - Initially someone told us at Pune station but without any information we were dropped at Swar Gate.

6-The bus reached Swar Gate at 7:40 in contrast to your promise of 7:00am.


Whereas we travelled by Raj Travels on MH-34/M 7306 ( Driver Raju) on 2nd Mar'11. We had a wonderful service, Both Sleeper Volvo, Fair Charged at 550/ whereas you charged 750/. On Time, Clean, Courteous staff and on time reached at Goa.

Compare and find whether you people are not bluffing the public in the name of Volvo World Class. I and many other term your service as Third class. This was my 3rd travel in your Bus. I am also going to write this in the newspaper.

Neeta Travels (Neeta Volvo) — Dropping places

I travelled from Mumbai - Pune by a Volvo by Neeta travels. While booking the ticket, thy had shown the dropping places which included Swargate and hence we booked the ticket after confirming that it ill be stopping at Swargate. When we reached Pune the driver said Ideal colony was the last stop and the bus won't b going to Swargate. We wasted a lot of time to get to the house. When asked about Swargate, the driver reciprocated saying that the ticket people just want to fill the bus hence next time confirm with the driver.

Please book you tickets at neeta tours and travels at the risk of being treated like a scumbag, by scumbags who perhaps are underpaid or plainly, uncivilized.

I consider it nothing less than unfortunate that I booked my tickets on Neeta travels from Pune to Panjim and back last weekend. This is an account of what happened.

I had booked 4 tickets with boarding point being Jahangir Hospital Pune (boarding time 8:45 PM). A shuttle arrived at the designated place at 9:00 and unless I had asked, I would not have known that I am supposed to board the shuttle (there was no announcement to this effect). Then to my utter surprise, I realized there are not even enough seats for 4 people!! After much pursuing, we were sent in an auto to the main boarding point (somewhere near swargate). All this while, I was trying to reach out to the 'responsible' people at Neeta travels in Pune (their numbers are: [protected] and [protected]) to face utter irresponsible behaviour - my calls were dropped unceremoniously and not picked up on multiple trials. When I called their so called call center, I was shocked by their tone too..(I mean, you have a grivience and you call the call center to hear the person on the other end to say - "haan bolo kya hai?".. completely missed evolution!)

Promoters at Neeta tours and travels genuinely think that they are doing a favor to the customer by addressing their travel related issues and critical ones like inability to board because of criminally stupid logistics or planning!!

I had some more bad experience at Panjim in the hands of their underpaid, good for nothing staff members (who really think they can speak rudely to customers and get away with it) too, but there is no point writing about if the intended reader has got a clue by now about what to expect.

I am pretty determined to save unsuspecting travelers from the arrogance that Neeta tours has to offer in return for their money.

Avoid neeta travels by all means!

    We had a lonavala package deal all inclusive with Neeta ..The Neeta in hotel is pathetic ..we had super deluxe room..in which the AC was not working, Fan which makes noise..No Hot water..the intercom was not working..they promised us a whole day site seeing..which actually covered 3 spot..

    The service was really pathetic at the hotel..They fool the consumers by the nice pics of their hotel on the webiste.. the rooms were not even cleaned n on top of the stinky..

    Also, while traveliing wid Neeta , the Bus provided was not even volvo which was obciously promised to us..with no time schedule of it..they keep us waiting one -two hors for the bus tomumbai in the morning ..with no proper time schedule..

    they will charge u for even bisleri..which should be inclusive in the package..Poor cheap service n attitude of the staff..

    A final wors..do not travel or stay at Neeta

    Neeta Travel Services — Wrong Information

    The company has agents at Dadar, Mumbai, which operate Air Conditioned Bus Services between Mumbai and Pune. My wife and her relation with 2 children were to travel to Pune. I dropped them at the booking office at 9:15 am at Dadar. We were told that a bus was available, and would leave in about 15 minutes. So we booked the tickets, and my wife and company boarded the bus.
    It was shocking when, at 10:50 am, my wife called up and told me that the bus had still not yet left. The agents cited that the bus would leave only after all seats were filled up. Finally the bus left at 11:00 am.
    My complaint is that the agent should have informed us of the facts, and we would have taken an alternate bus. The agents just take customers for a ride.
    I informed Neeta Travels of this problem, but they put up their hands saying that the bus had been contracted to the agent and that they were only interested in recovering their money.
    It is high time that private companies pull up their socks and ensure customer satisfaction, otherwise they will lose all their customers.
    I have decided that I shall not use or recommend Neeta Travel Services in future.
    I would also like to know if I can take any punitive action on the company or the agent, so that this does not repeat in the future.
    Neeta volvo bus no 4372 pune ahemadabad service is extremly bad. bus is late by 4-5 hours, due to loading unauthorised luggeages. Neeta staff did not co-operate with customer. this must be my last trip with Neeta. and also i will never recommand other to travel with neeta. it is real bull service.
    This is to highlight that i dont know how seriously this matter will be taken up, the bus drver along with the cleaner and the bus supervisor jumped the route that they were supposed to take. I was travelling from Mahaleshwar to Mumbai, when the bus entered the Mumbai region ie Mankhurd, instead of taking the Sion-Trombay route, the bus driver took the Shivaji nagar route to the Kurla highway and then Sion. Why he did that was because he was paid under the table by a group so that they could get down at Chedda Nagar. Never should any one travel by this Travels if only these complaints keep happening by such employees who should be booked and punished. please understand that if required travel by some other travels so that innocent people like us are not taken for a ride.
    I was traveling from Udaipur to Mumbai by AC sleeper volvo. Ticket was booked by friend from Udaipur from Shree Nath Travels. I boarded the bus from Nathdawar at 04:30 hrs. Bus left Udaipur after 06:00hrs. ( It took about 2:00 hrs to cross Udaipur.) Somewhere around 08:00 PM it stopped for dinner at hotel. While leaving hotel staff of bus did not check whether all passenger boarded the bus or not. Around 11:00 PM bus stopped at some petrol pump, few passengers went to wash room so I also went to washroom by informing bus staff. When I came back I found that bus was leaving so I ran after the bus I do not how bus was stopped & I could board the bus. My age is 62 years. During the travel staff was smoking inside AC. This is standard of your service & you are claiming that your service is world class. Bus no was 8090. Seat no A-6.
    Service was bad. Bus staff was bad. Seat was very uncomfortable.

      I just had the worst experience of my life with Neeta Travels staff. I booked Pune-Hyderabad bus on 16 Jan and the bus was late. So we called the contact number that was on the ticke, the person on the phone was rude and arrogant, and when we said 'Aap itana battamizi se kyun bat kar rahe ho' the guy hung up the phone, came down to the pickup location and started beating us.

      This is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable behavior. The neeta travels staff is rude, arrogant, abusive and practicing complete 'dadagiri'

      This incident happened at Sai Ram travels, in wakad, Pune. I don't know the name of the person but he is the owner. I am also attaching a picture which clearly has is number as contact for neeta travels

      the people ( drivers of neeta volvo ) i got experienced they was from up and bihar. then i understood that raj thakre is doing better with this type of people.

        I travelled from Pune to Indore and back on 24th and 25th Dec 2010 by Neeta Volvo - AC 2x1 sleeper coach. This experience was horrrible and will not recommend anyone to travel by Neeta in future. Quality of the bus i.e. - Engine, vibrations, interior was not upto the mark. Bus model was 5 years old and it was technically not in a good condition to travel. This was agreed by the driver. Neeta charged Rs 1500 and Rs 1200 for Pune to Indore and back.Bus No- MH-02-XA-1718

        While coming back from Indore, as the engine was not 100% working, driver was running the bus in 30-40 kms per hour and was not able to run it in 4th and 5th gear. Finally at Shirdi, the bus engine took a final breath and stopped.

        The driver called his supervisor to address the concern and requested for a replacement. There was no replacement and all passangers were accomodated in other bus (different travel company) after waiting for 45 mins.

        Neeta tours advertises as - "Towards the world class". Definitely this experience was not towards any class.
        I am totally dissatified with this level of customer service.

        Neeta Tours And Travels — False Boarding Address

        I booked online ticket from Thane to Baroda thorugh redbus.in. The borading address was clearly mentioned as Godbandar Road, Suraj Water Park/ Dongari Pada, Race Taravels.with Phone No. :[protected]. But when we reached the spot, we were told that our boarding is from Fountain Hotel, which is apporx. 10km from the mentioend location. When we called the Neeat travels we got reply that you have to reach the Fountain Hotel. The same location is no where mentioned in the complete ticket.

        We now require our Ticket money Rs.3000 back from Neeta tours & Travels & redbus.in.

        Neeta Tours And Travels — Non-receipt of refund amount - ticket cancellation

        I have cancelled an online ticket on May,2011. I am yet to get the refund amount credited back inspite of repeated reminders over mail and phone. The ticket no is NTT1522352.

        Neeta Tours And Travels — not keep up their commitment

        i bought the bus ticket for mercedes benz of neeta travel paying more for the same ,journey dated 26 dec 2011 .but we were not boarded on that bus and when all the customers shouted they said they would refund the amount but they did not do so .....plz do the needful...
        they cant simply fool the customers ....

          It seems Neeta has put its worst and oldest Volvos in the Mumbai Shirdi routes. I and my friends had booked the tickets online and had got the last seats of the bus.
          While returning from Shirdi on 5-Dec-2010 we had been alloted a oldest Volvo which was surprising had black interiors like Soot.. giving a look either was bus was partially burnt, but anway it was not our problem.

          The problem lies ahead with the AC, the vents were badly damaged and there by letting out high pressure cold (not cool) air on us.
          Repeated requests to the driver to reduce the temperature landed on deaf ears due to which me and my friends tried to adjust on other seats as the bus was empty. But as the bus reached Nashik more passengers started filling due to which we had to return back.

          After an altercation with the local travel agent he made the driver to reduce the temperature and switch if off in regular intervals.

          I am in search of proper source where by I can complaint directly to the Neeta travel, let me know if anybody can help. Also now I am not surprised that the web is filled with complaints of Neeta

          My complaints are supported by the pictures of the bus AC vents.

          Private bus services - Neeta travels — Unreasonable prices for private buses

          The unreasonable demands of the private bus services for Metros is becoming a great pain for travellers. A no. of scenarios which we have faced:

          1. My brother had to travel from Pune to Hyd to visit my ailing mom. I was trying to book his return tickets. The travel agents at lakdi ka pool - Neeta travels charged 850 rupees for a Volvo bus seat for a normal 550 rupees ticket. After discussion he confirmed ticket for 850 rupees. When I again called him up at 9:00Pm in the night, he started asking for 1250 rupees stating that the bus owner is demanding that amount.
          2. Once we were travelling from Mumbai to Hyd and had already made advacne booking for a private bus. When we reached in the evening to baord the bus, the cncerned person said bus is cancelled and that we had to buy new tickets at 350 additional charges PER ticket. This was really disgusting.

          Not sure who would be able to solve these problems. I sincerely hope, the concerend authorities would take some strict steps to curb these uncivil activities and unreasonble demands. I am sincerely and deeply hoping some action to be taken in this regard by the consumer form and the Govt of India.

            I had a jouney on 4th November 2010 from Pune to Mumbai by Neeat Volvo at 00:10 AM (Mid-night). I had carried an LCD TV along with me and the Driver asked me to pay 200 ruppes when i asked for the receipt for the payed amount then he took me to the Wakad Neeta volvo and a person named Amol charged me 350 rupees for the same and gave me the slip. when in the morning i confirmed from their corporate office then they said they have a policy that 1 laguage will be charged at max 200 rupees. Then they told me that they will refund the amount and get back to me with in aa short span of time. But till now, i have not received any call. I usually call to different-2 offices but no body is responding.

            Please solve my problem.

            The staff in the Neeta Bus has no sense of operating AC .In any weather the temp of ac is set on 22, which chills too much .on several requests they do not change it .my son got pneumonitis and my friend had fever after Neet Travel .ATtention should be given in teaching the driver about changing temp of ac as per the requirement.one driver said -Bus will blast if temp is higher than 22 .such ignorance .

            Pathetic service

            Pathetic service by neeta travels and cheated on faface by writing on redbus as volvo which it was not. Ac not working. I want to sue both redbus and neeta travels.

              Hi,

              I was out of town and had to book a ticket urgently for my aged mother to travel from Mumbai to Pune (for personal reasons). I booked a convenient seat for her, online, at neetabus.in and expected professionalism and peace of mind that would normally be expected from a private setup.

              However,I was in for a rude shock when I found out that my aged mother was not offered the seat that I had booked and was asked to sit far back.Also the behaviour of the helper/crew was not courteous taking into account her health/age.

              This is a complete breach of business ethics [how can someone be denied a seat that they have booked for and paid extra(online booking) ].This only goes to show the complete lack of professionalism from Neeta. I would warn the consumers and would suggest them to travel by Shivneri/alternate travels instead.

                I am travelling by Neeta travels from last 4 years regularly Pune to dombivli. However, from last one year I have gone through 2-3 bad experiences. I hope, which is really a serious concern for your image, as your company is always customer oriented & focused. However unfortunately now it is not reflecting through your service. I want to register a customer complaint as follows.

                I have gone through a bad experience, driver & person who sits beside him (name -Mukesh) are very rude in behavior. They are talking like rubbish & arguing like anything without any reason & we as a customer always face such type of problems on regular basis. Which is really a bad to your image & I hope you will do necessary actions to improve your staff behavior with customer.
                I would like to know the corrective action from your side.

                    I am using Neeta Volvo bus service since 5/6 years. I was very happy with the service but off late it became a headache. As this is the best way to travel to Pune, we always travel with Neeta. As they have now fleet of buses plying to & fro through out the day they are only minting money and are not interested in maintaining the standard.

                    As neeta has its onwn stopage on the Mumbai Pune expressway they stop there only and it is compalsory for the customer to eat whatever is available there, which is not bad, but it it not Neeta' s duty to maintain good washrooms for there daily clients. Ladies wash rooms are in a very pathetic condition, one can not stand in the toilet, the space is very small, its not a gents toilet, where they can only stand and relieve themselves, they should keep in mind that it is a ladies toilet, secondly, the wash basisn are fully broken and the entire washroom area stinks. Because there is no other alternative, the ladies have to use it compalsarily.

                    Yesterday I traveled from Wakad to Goregaon by neeta Volvo No. 8303 (lemon yellow colour bus) Its condensing unit of AC was making too much noise. Initially I thought that it will stop as & when the bust will start, but sorry to say, through out my 4 hours journey I felt like sitting near a concreat Mixer. Other people were also had the problem, but no one was having enough guts to complain. I raised my voice and asked the cleaner to put off the AC, but as there is no other alternative to get fresh air, he also was not able to follow my orders and in turn through out 4 hours it was a torture and I had severe headache, which is still there, while writing this mail. We book Neeta Volvo to reach our destination comfortably and not to have headache afrer paying the full amount of ticket, or else we would have used train or other state transport bus service.

                    I am requesting Neeta Volvo to refund my payment of 2 tickets to me with compensation for 4 hours torture, which you are requested to look into and do the needful.

                      i was traveling from hyderabad to mumbai few days back...
                      neeta is having following faults....
                      (1) agent has booked ticket for semi sleeper and got seat of seating
                      (2) and asking for justification harassment by internal personas asking for extra 900Rs and that to in between after leaving hyderabad
                      (3) seating was a bit not comfortable.. leg was paining due to conjusted seating arrangement...
                      (4) frankly in bus for comfort ness maintenance only 44 seats should be ther... inspite that bus was having 51 seats
                      (5) stoppage of bus for refreshment was like never seen before and in some farm... no facility any more
                      (6) collection of passenger throughout journey
                      (7) Closing of Air condition when driver is not in bus
                      (8) 14-15 hours journey took 18-19 hours..
                      (9) charge was differing person to person
                      (9) ultimately wanna say..... it not world class neeta... its " world's worst volvo bus"

                        We had booked Neeta Travels for Mumbai to shirdi. We were told to wait at Kurar Village (Malad) at 10.15. After waiting for an hour, i saw the bus crossed us without stoping there. i called the mobile number given to me by Neeta Travels of the bus operator. The guy was talking so harshly and said we have already crossed Kurar Village and that he called me, but i didn't got his call. He said that now nothing can be done in very abbusive language. As it was urgent for me to go to Shirdi, we literally pleaded to him to on mobile. After 10-15 minutes, he said his next stop is at Andheri and if you can catch there within 10 minutes or he will give the seats to other people. Somehow we reached there by Taxi, still he was not ready to accomodate us. We had to plead a lot and after talking very abusively he gave us the seat. I think something must be done with Neeta Travels as they are always behaving badly and late in their service. We know they are private operators, but something need to be done to control them.
                        i have book packege of 3 d/n in mahabaleshvar and 3 d/n in goa. i send Rs. 15500/- to mr. shailesh pathak employ of nita travels via midium of anookul travels, amreli(guj). he give me conformation date of packege tour that 18-6-10 to 25-6-10. but due to heavy rain in maharashtra i decided to cancel tour inform shailesh pathak to cancel our tour. i agree with him to diduct 20% as cancellation charge and remaining Rs.12400/- repay via anookul travels, amreli(guj). but mr. shailesh pathak not want to send my money and dealy day by day intensaly. shailesh pathak is a froud and cheater. then i get lot of try to get may money and he send my money after 16 day late. i cancel the tour at 15-6-10 and he return me at 2-07-10. deu to shailesh pathak behaviour i suffer lot, mental stress during that day due to his answer. i decide to not travel again in nita travels.
                        I agree with Mr. Renuka becuause I suggest him for neeta travels for enjoying trip. As I found good during my trip of mahabaleshwar. But in case of Mr Renuka due to heavy rain he cancel trip but person of Neeta's boriwali office Mr Pathak's behaviour like fraude.

                        I suggest to Neeta travel to remove person like this for customer's satisfaction.
                        date 24/4/2015 neeta travels r the worst they do not care about their customers, r rough in talking and leave their customers on the highway much far away from city. Today my wife n my small daughter were left alone on the ahmedabad highway with all thier luggage no consideration for ladies member .

                          1. Very unprofessional behaviour of Neeta Volvo staff
                          2. Mis-behaved with old passenger who enquiry about the bus later from Pune to Mumbai, 5:30 services (suppose to but leave at 6:30).
                          3. I was allocated seat D on paying extra money but asked me to seat on last seat and seat allocated to someone else I couldn't able to speak as they were very rude as if they are carrying sheeps from pune to Mumbai that too for free.
                          4. Physical dragging of passenger to ticket counter - I assumed gone are those day but suprise to see it still exits.
                          5. Denied to play movie ( rather switch on tv) on request eventhough we pay charge for that also.

                          If these types o[censored]nprofessional gundgiri goes on, then no one knows what next.

                          I am suppose to do complain on appropriate forum as sincere client to improve on services, if none is ready to take actions then its their wish. Anyway best of luck to Neeta Volvo travellers, I am off and set for our old railways (which even sucks but its govt and anyway we pay less fare anyway)

                            Neeta volvo, one of the largest operator of inter and intra state buses is misleading the customers, over charging, mis-behaving. I am traveling from pune to baroda in one of the buses. I have paid rs 1200. The bus is filthy. The driver harassed fellow travelers. Its causing agony and unnecessary delays. Company fails to take any responsibility and does not make any instant refund.

                              i seemed to travel from malad to pune from this useless bus service on 12/4/2010.my bus no.3557 was in very bad condition at first.the bus started at 1.30pm.the bus was not full,the driver stopped the bus on every stop asking for people going to pune.i booked the ticket from office at RS.300 but the staff member took RS.200 from these people.the bus was about to go via kothrud bt in the mean time the driver decided to go via aundh.mens what the hell,who is the stupid driver to decide the route of the bus.then some people including me were told to get out of the bus at aundh which is 10km away from kothrud.in between at the end of express way one st bus was broken down.the driver stopped there and about 20 passengers came in and they took RS.100 from each.
                              i just wanna say who the [censored] are these drivers to decide the route.they behave as if they own this bus.in between they took about 35 passengers which were not given any ticket.the staff member took all this money and put directly in his wallet.he must have earnd at least RS.7000 in all this.
                              dont ever travel from this bus service ul regrette it.the condition of the bus is worst,ac dont work properly.
                              No doubt we as consumers want people to post their complaints so that others may benefit from their experiences, but in my opinion you should also complain in writing to the owners of Neeta Travels. I'm pretty sure that they may be unaware of this fraud and will not be pleased since they are losing money as a result.

                              Maybe they will stop this illegal act and consumers will gain.

                                Choosing Neeta Volvo ( http://www.neetatoursandtravels.com ) was the worst mistake I could make for my Hyderabad-Mumbai journey on 5th April 2010.The bus started a full one hour late from Lakdikapul
                                Stop (8:45 PM as opposed to the promised 7:45 PM) and reached a 2 hours late in Mumbai (11:30 AM as opposed to the promised 9:30 AM).The seats were all cramped with no foot rest.Bus was extremely smelly and they were playing loud blaring music and a pirated move ( De Dhana Dan) till 12 midnight making it impossible to sleep.They pay no heed to customer complaints on the sound.
                                They were stopping frequently for picking up courier and the halts used to be for 30 minutes sometimes.
                                They stopped twice for food, and both times the dhabas/restaurants were extremely bad and pricey.The dinner halt was at 12 AM at a joint where the toilets and the food were comparable in quality.The halt at Lonavala for breakfast ( which was at 9.30 AM) was owned by Neeta travels and they charged us Rs.40 for 3 stale and miniature Idlis.The toilets here were badly maintained too,surprising that they were owned by Neeta Travels.
                                The staff was extremely rude especially with lady passengers and were not informing the passengers,especially new visitors to Mumbai who had requested for stop announcements.
                                And I paid Rs 1000 per ticket for this service whereas other operators provide better services for the same price.This time I had to book at the last hour and Neeta was the only provide to have tickets available on redbus.in ( no prizes for guessing why).
                                I was also surprised to find that two other passengers had been double booked and were allotted the same seats (13,14) as us, but since they alighted later , the conductor Imran ( [protected]) "conveniently" seated them further behind on seats 15,16, much to their protest.

                                  Myself taveled from ahemdabad to Pune on 08 March 2010.I have booked ticket from neeta volvo franchisee Aditya Tours and Travels Ahemdabad. I had paid Rs 2000 for two sleeper seats No 6A / 6B bus no 5510. A cofimation was taken from the franchisee that the bus will go till pune and no change of bus inbetween from sleeper to seater. But on reaching mumbai the bus driver halted the vehicle and said to sit in the seater bus at appx 0400 hrs in the morning. On asking why so he said this bus will not go till pune and u have to go in the seater bus. I told him about the confirmation drom the dealer then he said "I[censored] have to go hen go otherwise stayput here only and bus will go".

                                  pl take corrective measures against the dealer and i want full explanation and reimbursment from the company for the dicomfort caused to me my family and my kid.

                                    neeta volvo bus service is dominating major routes in india . specially mumbai,pune,nasik,shirdi etc.
                                    therefore the service should be atleast 'ok' .but it is horriffic to travel in these buses.
                                    1- rude attendents
                                    2- dirty buses
                                    3- countless delays
                                    4- a/c always a problem
                                    5- no regard for passengers

                                    is this the future of luxury travel? can someone please tell me if there is any point in writing on this forum?how can action be taken against neeta volvo?

                                      I would like to highlight one instance of Sunday 14-Mar-2010 from Shirdi to Mumbai by Neeta Volvo bus.
                                      I have reached the designated source at 12:30 pm to come from Shirdi to Mumbai, however looking at the bus condition i was horrified and the pathetic condition. The A/c was not fucntioning. We all were told the A/c will work once the bus starts.

                                      The bus waited toll 1:30 pm in shirdi itself and all the passengers were boiling inside the bus till that time.
                                      some how we moved from there and had to stop at 2 location between shirdi and Nasik. The support by the Neeta fellows were totally unethical. After multiple complaints and no postive feedback from the travel agents we all passengers decided to finally halt the bus at Nashik Police station. After nearly one hr the agents told us that the part payment will be given to us before Kalyan. However the same storey repeated againg at kalyan and no agent / owners were ready to pay us the extra amount charged.

                                      Lastly at 9: 30pm we have got the part payment Rs.400 was charged from us and Rs.200 was returned.
                                      We have also came to know that the bus was also not original Neeta but a duplicate on (not sure what is original Neeta and which one is duplicate)

                                      Time taken from Shirdi to Borivali - 10 hrs.

                                      I would appeal please stop using the sevice of Neeta so that the above is not repeated again

                                      I agree with the complaint regarding Neeta person's behavious.I travel Pune-Mumbai frequently have seen their hoorrible ways.they should be dealt in theTaliban way by hanging them upside down and publicaly flogging them.Bloody scoundrels they are. have backing of politicians and so act funny.All their old buses should be burnt doen
                                      I am one oh those who travelled in the same bus from shirdi to mumbai. even going from mumbai to shirdi dt 12mar2010., (bus no. MH 04 G 4388) boarding time 11.30 p.m., we boarded the bus at 12.20 a.m. to my surprise when i entered the bus, it was so dirty with seat covers look like not washed for 100 yrs. I was feeling cheated. I paid rs.400 per seat. It was not worth even to pay 100 rs. One of my journeymate booked the the bus from www.redbus.in to travel from konduskar travels but accomodated in neeta. All these humbugs with blessings of crooked politicians take undue advantage of our situation. But we all united fought against all neeta travel's delaying / adamant techniques and got back half amont back.
                                      I request MSRTC why can not they, inspite of having infrastructure, start multiple services to such destinations where all crooked private travel services plying theire buses. Jago grahak Jago. I have decided not to travel by any private travel services atleast NEETA TRAVEL.
                                      Even I had same experience with Neeta bus service while going mumbai to shirdi.
                                      I agree with the above complian & EXPERIENCED the same this sat while travelling to Shirdi

                                        I have been a regular commuter of Neeta Volvo (From Dadar to Pune) and was extremely satisfied with the service on this route and thus had recommended by parents to travel from Thane-Pune on Neeta Volvo instead of taking the Train/Taxi. But i am very dissapointed and sorry to say that the service from Thane-Pune is hopeless, pathetic and does not live upto Neeta Volvo's reputation. My parents were to board the 5pm bus from Teen Hath Naka-Thane. They were at the stop at 4:45. But the bus started from the stop at 5:45 which is almost an hour delay. This is the initial inconvenience they had to face. The bus had only 5 passengers due to which the conductor just for money sake and filling the bus took a stop at every place, shouting "Pune" where there were group of people. But this was not at all the action to be taken since the bus was already late. There should be some punctuality in your service. The passengers get so frustrated due to hunger and the delay for a halt. The 5 pm bus from Thane should have reached Pune by 8:30 maximum. But it finally reached at 10:30 pm. After speaking to some of our others friends i came to know that they also had similar experiences on the Thane-Pune route esp the evening bus.

                                        The Bus No by which they were travelling is MH-04 G 3441 and the conductor's name was Pankaj.

                                        From now on i would never recommend Neeta Volvo to anybody and instead ask them to take Asiad or Train service.

                                        I am not sure if my e-mail would be read or any action would be taken on it but in any case giving you the feedback on your Pathetic service.
