The worst Bus volvo service ever seen is Neeta travels between Pune and Mumbai. They are a pure private bus agency for their own moneymaking and not comfort of passengers. I had to board the train at 9.30. We sat in the bus at 3.30. But at 7pm we were in lonavla. The bus stopped for 35 mins dere in their own neeta hotels. and the filing of diesel for 20 Min. I reached Sion in mumbai at 8.50. Then i had to book a private taxi and reached at 9.20 at mumbai central. I would not recommend anyone to board dis fake volvo service

Neeta Travel, Pune — Using TATA bus in Place of VOLVO

Hi All,

Yesterday I came by bus from Mumbai to Pune by NEETA TRAVELS.
They boarded us in a TATA A/C bus, instead of VOLVO and charged me a Ticket amount of Rs 280 Rs/person.

The TATA bus could not make it on the lonavala ghat and thus it took us more than 4 hours to reach outskirts of pune.

Kindly help me in this regard.

Neeta Travels/ Volvo — Bad service

Hi,

I am a regular traveller and I travel from pune to mumbai and vice-versa for weekends but this morning it was really a bad experience and the worst one, the bus broke down just after the kamshet tunnel the driver did not even tell the passengers that the bus broke and it will not go further, then i had called up the neeta office in pune and told them to send another bus which will be empty as soon as possible, but the neeta office person just said we are sending the bus and it took them 2 hours to reach the place we were stranded at the highway in sun and the other neeta buses were full, there is no service provided at the lonavala food stop that is Neeta Inn we should have got a bus from there. Also for the bus to come from pune it would take only half an hour but the neeta people did not take action and they were trying to distribute the passengers accross the other buses as they were coming. I think the neeta charges us 250 for each travel they should maintain the buses in good condition and they should provide prompt service to the stranded passengers.

While going from mumbai (vashi) we usually take sumo and it just costs us 150 even the volvos that travel from vashi the charge is just 180.

Please take appropriate action againt them.

I must add that it is really time that " Neeta " scraps a number of its Buses . It appears that once the new vehicle leaves the Coach factory, no employee / owners from " Neeta Travels " even bother to look inside the cabin ; the vehicles are just " overused / over run " for money making at the comfort of the passengers . A 20 hour journey is painful for this kind of price ;
also the vehicles should not be used to transport goods, as transporting Goods is very disastrous for the cabin .
Vehicles should be regularly checked, and Drivers and Cleaners who are into such practises, should be penalized ... Ofcourse we understand their salaries are very poor ..

Neeta Volvo — worst service

I had booked 2 tickets for Neeta volvo from Pune ,jagtap dairy to Mumbai on 15/10/09 at 2.30pm as per Neetas Time , as per schedule I reached at 2.20 but I had to wait till 4.00 pm and there was no bus and the excuses were either the bus is cancelled to Dadar or "abhe nikla hai" etc etc

This was not the first time I have gone thru such situation it happened plenty of times

I am mailing the adresse with lot of expectaions which I hope wont go in vain

Request the concerned to take appropriate action again these cheaters ASAP

Even I faced the same situation thrice.
I have booked two tickets from Borivalli(Mumbai) to Pune of 5:30 bus. The bus came at right time but it took 4 hrs in mubai itself.
While the passengers complained about that to driver why he is stopping bus so many times, the response of bus staff was very rude. They stopped the bus nearly 45 min before vaashi just to fill a single seat without caring for other passengers.
I am suggesting all that its better to go by some other bus rather than Neeta Volvo.
This service is totally hopeless.
Shivneri is far better than these Neeta Volvo.

Travel — Worst service

They are cheaters. I called them on 20th Feb to ask for quotations. Thier temporary employee gave me false quotations. Thier manager VIJENDRA.
He is a Box. He does not know how to speak with customers. I need to postpone my program because of thier worst service.
I do not have time for dispute. Otherwise i would have called police to thier office. DO NOT PLAN YOUR TRAVELS FROM DEWAN.

Neeta Travels — Rude behaviour of conductors and drivers

Hi, I was to go to Mumbai from Pune for some urgent purpose.I opted Neeta Tours & Travels buses for this.While asking the details about the arrival time the behaviour of bus conductors and drivers were very rude.I advice people not to opt Neeta Bus Travels due to this.

    My 70 year old mother started Journey from Bangalore to Aurangabad on neeta Volvo at 5.10 PM and expected arrival time at aurangabad at 11.30 AM on 06th July for which i paid 1500 Rs .
    Neeta changed bus in middle of Journey (AT night) because BUS passing issue (This was known to Neeta operate) Puting all passengers in trouble. I feel this is pure fraud and cheating and irresponsible Behavior as you broke trust of people who believed neeta. This is forth experience i have with Neeta

    First of all I want my money back at any cost.
    Second .... Responsible person should apologize who want to damage name of Neeta.
    This time i am extremely angry and upset and I will start mass campaign against your service on social networking sites and try to alert end consumer about this.

    I suggest you to stop your services and sale tea on street.
    This time i am damn serious. Either responsible person apologies and pay our money back or ready to face consequence of feedback on all the sites.

    Volvo bus service — service

    Earlier volvo bus would reach in 2 hours from mys to bang but now though we pay 1:3 charges the service is very poor it is taking almost 4 hours now very poor service

    Dear Authority,


    I am really very obsessed with the rubbish behavior of the employee who attended the phone calls on no:[protected] on 12th April 2012 at 6:05 pm.
    As i was inquiring about the Volvo bus schedule he even answered me properly,instead he cut off the line in between and engaged the phone for some time.
    after a while when i called up again he started annoying me with saying stupid things instead helping me out.
    Is this is the service you are providing to your customers. I must say nobody want to call again on that no. or want to avail your services after having such experiences.

    I need urgent reply to this complaint or I will sue him for dishonoring the customers.

      On 18/06/2013, I had booked an online ticket from Pune to Mahabaleshwar (10:30 AM) by travel yari.com. When we reached the boarding point (Wakad, near Hinjwadi Bridge) the guy there told us that the bus has been cancelled and there is no bus. And your seat was transferred to 9.30 AM bus (As they inspected in there system).

      After, hearing this we just shocked. Event we didn't get any call from Neeta for this change. We have told those guys to arrange any other alternative way but they didn’t help us. They are just telling us that you will get refund. Don't know i will get the refund or not.

      Our whole day was spoiled for such behavior of Neeta. In future, I will never travel by neeta and will encourage other not travel.

        I had made an online ticket booking for travelling from Pune to Kolhapur.

        Ticket Details as below:
        Boarding Point: Nigdi
        Boarding Time: 6.00 AM.
        Date: 22.05.2013.
        PNR:9354011
        Booking ID:GOBUS5499d[protected]
        Vehicle Number- MH04 G 4142

        1. I reached Nigdi at 5.45 AM and was waiting for bus till 6.15 AM. Bus didn't arrive. I called up head office who in turn gave me driver's number. On calling up driver, got to know that he had already left without picking me. I called up head office again to inquire why Bus left without picking me. But the person behaved rudely. No alternate arrangement made.

        2. I called up driver again at 6.30 AM. He told me to come near Wakad, 9kms from Nigdi. I said Okay and reached Wakad. After coming to Wakad, got to know the bus had again left without waiting for me. I again called up Head office. They didn't even bother to respond. Driver started disconnecting my calls. Irresponsible and hopeless people.

        3. I again called some other head office. This time they asked me to come to Swargate which is 18kms from Wakad. I went to Swargate and reached there at 8.00 AM. To my utter surprise the bus had already left. I argued a lot in Neeta Office, Mitramandal Chowk,Swargate to make an alternate arrangement for me. After a lot of heated exchange they finally made an alternate arrangement for me.

        My questions is, why was I made to suffer for their mistake ? The ticket cost to Kolhapur was 410 and I had to shell out 500 bucks to reach the new Boarding point from Auto. I would like to get the refund of my amount.
        Also,some strict action needs to be taken against these stupid people for causing such an inconvenience. This would ensure that the same mistake wont be repeated with other customers.

        4. Here is one more thing which added to my frustration- In bus, there was a nice board which read "For any complaints and suggestions contact: [protected]"

        Why the hell do they put up such statements when they dont even bother to help.Useless people.

          False commitment given by the bus no MH 04G4748 mumbai to goa. The bus has to reach sion by 3:35. However the bus reached late by 4:20 almost an hour late. When asked the pick up man nandeh he was rude. And after waiting for the bus for and hour in the hot sun no water was provided. We had to get off at the next stop to buy the water. No water provided.

            This is Manish here, I have booked the bus ticket from redbus portal (Neeta bus), from Pune to Bangalore twice, last time it was scheduled by 8:15 and came at 1:30 PM at Hizawadi stop, this time same schedule and till 9:25 PM bus still not came, so just want to register complain for same.on Red bus booking website neeta bus was rated good raiting and due to that only I have made booking for this and even after that also I have not got any correct schedule, where I have spent 2000/- for sleeper where others charged 1300 only.

              Today two bus tickets by Neeta Bus for travel from Mumbai to Goa on 14th of Feb., and return journey from Goa to Mumbai on 16th of Feb.,were booked.
              The payments were made by ICICI credit card no.XX0408 for Rs.3260.
              The transaction was not completed and tickets were not issued while online payment was deducted at 11.36 AM .
              This requires to be refunded as services were not provided.
              Kindly confirm refund ASAP on e-mail [protected]@gmail.com.

                THE NEETA TICKETING AGENTS/STAFF SITTING AT TICKET COUNTER AT RESTAURANT ENTRANCE IN NEETA VOLVO POINT, LONAVALA ARE RUDE, ARROGANT AND NOT INTERESTED IN SELLING TICKETS/ENTERTAINING CUSTOMERS. I HAVE GONE THERE ON OCCASIONS EARLIER AND NOW TODAY AGAIN I WENT THERE TO SEE OFF MY BROTHER IN LAW. THERE IS NO CHANGE/IMPROVEMENT. THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN EVEN ANSWERING WHEN BUS WILL COME OR WHERE IT WILL DROP AT PUNE. IT IS ADVISABLE TO TAKE A CAB MAY BE IN SHARING TO PUNE BUT JUST DO NOT GO TO NEETA. IT IS NOT WORTH GOING THERE. RIDICULOUS . EVEN THE STAFF ON THE BUSES IS NEARLY THE SAME. OTHER SMALLER OPERATORS ARE BETTER AND ARE SENSITIVE/HUMAN TOWARDS ONE AND ALL. TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY TO AVOID ANY BAD EXPERIENCE.

                  I started my journey from Aurangabad to Mumbai in a Volvo AC Sleeper of Neetal Tours and travels on 26th Nov'12 night for mumbai and in between at arround 01:15 am I have asked the driver to wake me up at Nerul stop and he started talking to me in a very vulgar manner. He even used very bad language I dont know what was his problem but it is very wrong. I am a very frequent business traveller and use Neeta Travels services very frequently but I think this would be my last trip in any of the Neeta travels buses. The driver was behaving like he is not doing is job but doing some favour on us.

                  Travel date - 26 Nov '12
                  Origin - Aurangabad
                  Destination - Nerul
                  Journey starrt time - 10.30 pm

                  I dont know what Neeta Travels management can do in this but Its just a complaint and my mind set for not to go with Neeta Travels in future.

                      We travel yesterday in neeta volvo from pune to vadodra. during this journey drivers behivaour was very bad with all pesenger he was using bad words no respect for ladies. for this neeta travels owner has to take some action on this otherwise this travel company will not survive longer i will not travel with neeta volvo again.

                        A)Travelled on 20/9/12 Pune to CBD Belapur on bus No MH 04 G 8955 boarded at Bremen Chowk in Pune at 0550. Paid Rs 600/- for 2 tickets before boarding. Despite several requests no tickets were issued.

                        B) Travelled Vashi to Pune on 21/9/12 on bus No 9107 boarded at 1630. Paid Rs 250/- no tickets were issued despite several requests.

                        My question :1) Why were no tickets issued ? Is it not mandatory to issue tickets ?. Would a passenger be able to claim compensation had an accident happened ? & he had no ticket to prove that he was on that bus.?

                          i had neeta volvo tickets booked from pune to bangalore where in the halfway my bus met an accident and the very next moment driver ran off leaving the helper behind badly injured and other passengers too..after some moment the helper died and all the passengers were standing in the middle night not knowing wat to do now and moreover it was raining heavily dat nite..anyhow we all managed to take lifts in slots and cover our rest of the journey bearing extra expenses..after all this we been through we dint even got a call from neeta to apologise or ask how the pasenger are or whether any of them had any injuries due to accident.

                          so..this was my frn's and mine experience with neeta travels..

                            I booked my ticket from Mumbai to Pune on 08-Jun-12 at 10.00 PM in Neeta volvo. And due to some personnel reasons, I had to cancel it. I cancelled just after an hour of my booking. Journey date was 09-Jun-12 at 8:30 AM. Ticket fare was Rs.300 and I got a promotion code of Rs.50. So the ticket cost me Rs.250. But when I cancelled it, it was written that the refund cancellation amount is Rs.225. So I should get Rs.25.00 as refund amount. But now travelyaari guys are saying that the refund amount got adjusted with the promotion code.

                            If person had to cancel a ticket only after an hour, then they will deduct whole money..

                            Is this policy right?

                            Neeta Bus — Refund for cancelled ticket

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have booked 2 tickets of neeta volvo from mumbai to satara with the following details.
                            ticket number - ntt2004204
                            amount - Rs 2400
                            date of booking - 7th october 2011
                            expected date of journey - 25th october 2011 (9.30 pm)
                            date of cancellation - 15th october 2011


                            15th October 2011

                            When I cancelled the ticket from website then I got the message that "your ticket has been cancelled". By looking towards the message I got assured that my ticket has been cancelled and I don’t need to worry about my refund because Neeta is a standard company.
                            There is also no reason for me to doubt whether ticket has been cancelled on my instruction or due to rescheduing of bus.


                            25th October 2011 (10.13pm)

                            On 25th night I got the message giving the details of my journey. Immediately I called the customer care and asked them the status of ticket, then they told me that we know that your ticket has been cancelled and normally we use to take 7 to 14 working days for refund and sms use to be sent in bulk, hence you may have received the sms. Once again I got assured that my ticket has been cancelled and I will get refund.


                            04th November 2011

                            I called customer care again to enquire about my refund. They surprised me by saying you have not cancelled the ticket hence you will not get refund.

                            According to them - Bus was rescheduled, hence when you try to cancel the ticket on 15th you got the message - "your ticket has been cancelled". This is not the actual cancellation but it was the rescheduling of bus, hence you got that message.

                            For me "your ticket has been cancelled" - means it is due to my instruction on their website.

                            If they have rescheduled the bus, then it should have shown me the message - "your ticket has been rescheduled". Further there is no reason of not giving the facility of cancellation on internet. This is the miscommunication from their website as well as from their customer care.

                            Now when I am explaining - I am getting the reply : "You should have called us for enquiring - why my ticket is showing the status that it is cancelled" - But, I think there is no such need because I got the message that your ticket has been cancelled and for me it is on my instruction, hence I don’t need to take any action.

                            I want the strict action against for misbehaviour and cheat by Neeta Volvo.

                            I cannot comment on either side party in this case since the sale/cancellation/refund would be subject to terms & conditions specified at the time of sale. However, It would not be appropriate to point this complaint on name of Neeta Bus. It should be only towards travelyaari and hence must not defame Neeta Bus. You may surely review the offer you had availed and do needful followups with travelyaari customer care accordingly.

                              Most Horrible bus service with no ethics of cancellation of Bus route Mangalore to Mumbai.

                              My PNR no. 2600456 booking was done weeks prior and cancellation is done today 3 hours before the travel.

                              Why cant the travels provide another bus.

                              Passengers are subjected to forceful traveling or cancellation leading to unwanted money hiking business by Neeta Bus Operators.

                              These guys should be taken to court and Licenses of tourist permit should be cancelled.

                                Route: Mumbai to shirdi

                                The ticket that I booked was of AC sleeper coach, but when my parents boarded the bus they found its a AC seater bus.
                                On asking they got a response from the bus conductor that, this is it and that is how they have to travel.
                                I don't understand how they cheated on us, by commiting the sleeper coach and charging for that but ended up providing us a seater coach.

                                I hope this complaint goes to the right person and these people who gives false promises should be banned to operate.

                                  Drunken driver drive of Neeta bus and crew members stolen Digital Camera!!

                                  As popularly known as Neta Travels brand line says world class but my experience of travel with 2 year old son and wife has been very bad. Ticket was booked from Mumbai to Nasik on Neeta Travel bus (PNR No 2220904, Ticket No 27824) thru redbus website. The bus was to reach at 11:30 and we were on boarding point at 12:00.

                                  My luggage kept by Neeta bus service crew members and when I reached to Nasik and bus service crew members handed over Zip of my luggage was open and there was no sign of Sony Digital Camera.

                                  Several times I called Neeta bus service at Mumbai and Nasik office but no one listen and also not registered my complain.

                                    The worst service is provided by Neeta Volvo.

                                    Agents don't know how to speak to there customers let it be female or male they have same rude attitude for everyone. One seat number is alloted to 2 or 3 passengers at a time and if they questioned they will just say
                                    go to office and complaint or otherwise will ask to sit anywhere.

                                    Ac will be a issue always, they will charge for AC and ac will be out of order.

                                    They have one more major issue ... bus getting out of order in between anywhere then have to wait for another Volvo to come, if you have a flight from Mumbai forget it that you will get it.

                                    Always ready to fight and are ready to charge more.

                                    I will suggest everyone avoid traveling by Neeta Volvo and go for Shivneri.

                                    I am tired of complaing and no serious actions have been taken yet.

                                    I travel once in every month from Pune to Mumbai but nowadays always travel by Shivneri and will suggest everyone to do so.

                                      I traveled on 25th March,PNR No.1738085 using Neeta volvo services from Pune to Bangalore.While booking the ticket on makemytrip i was shown the boarding point as Hinjewadi at 7.30 pm.
                                      But on the day of my travel,I got a call from Neeta customer care that you have to board the bus at 7pm from Jehangir Hospital,so i went there but the bus arrived at 7:45 pm.Then again to my surprise the bus went towards wakad and then to Swargate and then to Katraj. It left Katraj after 10 pm.It reached Bangalore at 11:30 am next day,delayed by more than 3 hours and I had to skip one of the important meetings in my office.
                                      Worst service in terms of punctuality.
                                      I would never travel with Neeta again and I have already sent a mail to all my office colleagues in Infosys and other friends in TCS,Wipro etc.
                                      Worst bus service after paying more than Rs. 1000/-.
                                      Many people missed their office because of your service.

                                        Had booked a ticket with Neeta Tours and Travels on[protected] from Borada to Pune. The bus was supposed to start at 10:30. Was made to wait till 12:30, when finally was told that the bus was canceled with no alternate arrangements. They did not even refund the money saying it was booked online. I was asked to contact their booking website (www.neetabus.in). None of their mail ids get a response.

                                        The call center guys had no clue what to do. After following up for 4 months, i contacted their office in Mumbai. They made me follow up for some more months. Till date (9 months and counting), i am still made to believe that booking online was a bad idea and i should wait for some more time to get the refund.

                                        I think dragging them to consumer court is the only option. Pathetic service. Advice everyone to stay away from these CONers.
