I had made an online ticket booking for travelling from Pune to Kolhapur.
Ticket Details as below:
Boarding Point: Nigdi
Boarding Time: 6.00 AM.
Date: 22.05.2013.

1. I reached Nigdi at 5.45 AM and was waiting for bus till 6.15 AM. Bus didn't arrive. I called up head office who in turn gave me driver's number. On calling up driver, got to know that he had already left without picking me. I called up head office again to inquire why Bus left without picking me. But the person behaved rudely. No alternate arrangement made.
2. I called up driver again at 6.30 AM. He told me to come near Wakad, 9kms from Nigdi. I said Okay and reached Wakad. After coming to Wakad, got to know the bus had again left without waiting for me. I again called up Head office. They didn't even bother to respond. Driver started disconnecting my calls. Irresponsible and hopeless people.
3. I again called some other head office. This time they asked me to come to Swargate which is 18kms from Wakad. I went to Swargate and reached there at 8.00 AM. To my utter surprise the bus had already left. I argued a lot in Neeta Office, Mitramandal Chowk,Swargate to make an alternate arrangement for me. After a lot of heated exchange they finally made an alternate arrangement for me.
My questions is, why was I made to suffer for their mistake ? The ticket cost to Kolhapur was 410 and I had to shell out 500 bucks to reach the new Boarding point from Auto. I would like to get the refund of my amount.
Also,some strict action needs to be taken against these stupid people for causing such an inconvenience. This would ensure that the same mistake wont be repeated with other customers.

4. Here is one more thing which added to my frustration- In bus, there was a nice board which read "For any complaints and suggestions contact: [protected]"
I called up that number , after listening to my complaint the person didnt even say anything and disconnected my call.
Why the hell do they put up such statements when they dont even bother to help.Useless people.

My complain is regarding the pathetic Neeta Bus service which we have experienced.
We were travelling from pune nashik & back with the same bus no : MH04 G 9083, Whose first of all seat no 1 & 2 does not work properly. In a journey of 5-6 hours you can not adjust your seat according to you 7 I got the same seat & same bus both time.
It was really a test of your patience while coming back to pune. Due to some emergency I was about to miss my bus from the pickup point although i was continously in contact with the bus service provider[Mr.Nitin Gunvant -[protected]] whose no was given to me through message.We stopped the bus after follwing few kilometers.But the driver & the conductor lied that this bus is going to shirdi [We already had the bus no in our messge].After confirming again with the bus service provider, followed the bus again & stoped .Instide of apologizing bus driver started shouting & using abusive language.After fews mins of fight he told us that he has already sold the seats to other people.We called the service provider & asked him to get our seats back otherwise we wont let bus move.Then only we got our seats back.
It was over all a very bas expereinece with Neeta bus serice as we did not expected this at all.
Want to take serious action againt this as if we will not do this these local bus drivers will not understand what harm they are doing to such a reputated name of Neeta.
