I have lodged a complaint for my faulty telephone more than a months back an personally meet the officer named Tithe Mobile number [protected] . He assured that it will be done by tomorrow. The Officer in Vashi office also given a number of a field officer named Bahlerao Mob number-[protected] but both are irresponsible and even not bother to picked up their phone. They are taking salary from taxpayers money but without any accountability.
My telephone is not working since last 2 months and I have visited vashi office 3 times during last 2 months.
