I am Sravan, i have shifted to a Nestie flat, in the month of Nov 12th 2015, in Kormangala NGV. The room had no ventilation the furniture in the flat was completely 2nd hand with a broken chair. I said there for a month and hald and i had to shift back to Hyderbad on urgent basis.
I requested the team to give a refund of my depoist or atleast allow me to shift to a new shared flat, as my friend was also looking in for a single room and my friend. After repeated requests their denied the refund and stated that there have to pay the rent to house owner. I informed them i know the house owner personally and speak to him and explain him my condition and get approval for the deposit amount refund, which rejected saying that i cant speak to the house owner regarding the same.
Later i have checked with 15 other nesties from their Facebook community, who have stayed for around 6 months and moved without a notice period and Nestaway has refunded the deposit amount.
When i have checked the same nestaway there say their have some rules and regulations which their cant break on request and everyone has to serve the notice period. How can there have a rule for someone who has stayed for 6 months and different rule for someone who stays for 2 months. Was this information helpful? |
