I'm living in nestaway's property in gurgaon. The owner of this property asked is to vacate the property within 2 days as they got off boarded from nestaway and raised the ticket for off boarding 2 months ago.
The worst thing is that no one from nestaway emailed or called us in advance to leave the property forget about the 2 months notice period.
I am asked to raise the ticket now and nestaway people did nothing to extend my stay. It's pathetic the way nestaway treated us.

It is quite unprofessional on the part of best away and i feel very misfortunate being associated with nestaway.

    Hi,
    I'm living in nestaway's property in gurgaon. The owner of this property asked me to vacate the property within 2 days as they got off board from nestaway and raised the ticket for off boarding 2 months ago. The issue is no one from nestaway emailed or called us in advance to leave the property. It was me that raised the ticket and nestaway people did nothing to extend my stay. It's pathetic the way nestaway treated us.

    Apart from this, they informed that nestaway will deduct move out charges from my security. It's really a shameful behavior of nestaway's management.

      I am living in a hostel run privately by a owner. I wanted to shift to one of the nestaway house. So, i was creating account on nestaway. But i came to know that our hostel manager has already registered me on nestaway without any notice and consent. He had my personal details and he did this after few days of me joining hostel. So whenever i want to shift to nestaway house i am asked to pay move out charges. This is insane. He didn't told us this thing to us.

        I rented the house on 13th august and due to some irregularities at the room i raised move out request. The next day i got the call saying that they going to fix it and hence i revoked the move out request. Now, after 15 days from revoking the move out requests they are asking to vacate the room as revoke request was not available at their end. And further i called the nestaway taking this issue. They advised me to again pay the token amount of 6000 to book the same room until the issue is resolved.in case if i do not pay the amount, nestaway said they are not responsible for the consequences and can vacate me forcefully.

          You guys provided a worst ever service. When we have to move out, we need to give a notice of min 1 month. But you people have to heart atall. You don't give us a notice of 5days also. This is ridiculous.. I was asked to vacate the house within a span of 5days. Never notified before. One random day you guys come and tell we need to vacate in 5days??? Do you think it is that easy to get a flat in city like bangalore?? You guys expect us to stay in roads.?? Ridiculous.. People please don't take this nest away service. It is not worth the pay. No security and safety atall...

          I am getting looted by Nestaway . they are forcing me to pay water bill of other room. because its showing in my dash board.. for god sake never recommend this nest away to any one.. more than 100 times i called customer care no response.
          per tenant paid water bill every month more than the whole electricity bill..

            After leaving the house the amount refunded was 12, 500 rs out of 16, 000.
            Rest of the amount was deducted saying that i have not paid the utility charges, which i have already paid and have all the receipt of it.
            Concerned person ashwini at the time of leaving my house was present and there were no dues as i have cleared it and told him but still unnecessary amount has been deducted and nt being refunded and they are not answering my calls so i could clear my words with them.

              Mr. Faizul collected my home keys almost a month back (29th july 2017). He promised that the photo/video shoot will take place the next day and the property will be live within 72 hours.

              That was the last i heard from him. On my follow-ups he responds on whatsapp or on phone also and either he is busy or provides me false information that my property is live now and you will get your cheque as part of the agreement etc. However, nothing took place for the next 3 weeks or so.

              From 20th aug, now i am following up to collect my house keys back. Again, mr. Faizul, answers his calls, and even promises to return the keys soon. On one occasion he also said that i am reaching in 15 minutes (Yesterday). But no action. I am really stuck. Please help.

              You are absolutely right, even I had worst experience with Nestaway in the beginning itself when out of curiosity I came to this complaints board and found so many complaints.

              As an Owner, I needed to give 3 bhk flat on rent in Bangalore East, when I registered on Nestaway, I didn't get any call since 2 weeks, and I almost forgot about them when one Nestaway representative called SACHIN with phone number [protected], who called me and fixed a time to come and visit my 3 BHK Flat, and committed on a time, however he never turned up on time, and when I followed up, many times he didn't pick the call, and then in late evening he sent an sms stating, i would come tomorrow at around 07:30 pm, however even next day at round afternoon and around 7 pm, when I asked him to confirm whether he was coming, then again he made another excuse and said tomorrow, and even third time also he postponed thus spoiling my 3 precious evening times, where I could have gone out,

              NESTAWAY seems to be a company full of fake commitments, when in the beginning itself they have such UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE, then we all owners could imagine what would be the state of affairs, once they make FAKE PROMISES and convince you and take your keys and then ABSCOND for WEEKS together ?

              I am really shocked to see such kind o[censored]NPROFESSIONALISM from NESTAWAY Representative SACHIN with phone number [protected],

                Hi,

                I recently shifted to a flat at a-601, tarang orchids, sec 28 faridabad, haryana from nestaway and i asked for ac installation by the representative and they charged 1200 per month for the ac and they told me ac will be installed in 3-4 working days. Now it has been 15 days and still no clue of the ac installation. And now the sales represntative is also not taking my calls. I am frustrated with this experience, i am being charged for services which i am not even using and furthermore nobody is listening.

                Nestaway sucks.
                Do not consider it, they only entertain you untill you havent paid them, once the payment is made they dont even listen to you calls/complaints.

                  I moved into a flat on 22nd of july 2017 and on my very first day had lodged numerous complaint that still have not been resolved.

                  Complaints :
                  1. Pest control not done.
                  There were red ants and lizards everywhere in the house. I could not cook or eat in my house for 2 weeks! Ants were in the kitchen, on the dining table, on the bed, in the almirah, everywhere!
                  I kept a fresh packet of maggi in the kitchen and it had ants inside it the next day!
                  I had to call nestaway 3 times a day everyday to let me know when would they get the pest control done. I had to beg them to get this done. They care the least about you.
                  The only response i got was that the concerned team has been informed and will let you know in the next 24 hrs. Never got a call back until 2 weeks later!

                  2. Health faucet broken.
                  I had to literally beg nestaway and the vendor to please mend the health faucet and it was changed after 5 days of my move-in. I could not use my washroom for 5 days!

                  3. T. V. Set was present but not installed.
                  It took them 9 days to unpack the god damn t. V. And put it on the wall. It was hardly a 10 min job.

                  4. A/c remote not provided.
                  There is an a/c present in my room but everytime i have to get out of bed to turn it off or on. I cannot control it's temperature or anything.

                  5. The house wasn't cleaned properly.

                  6. Sub-meters not installed.
                  There are 3 o[censored]s in the house. And two more joining us soon.

                    Hello sir, hope you are doing well. I know it's strange to get an email from random person but i was one of the tenant in the nestaway house. Me along with my 2 flatmates were staying in nestaway house at flat no. 105, mokshagna castle, gachibowli, hyderabad. We were under the lock in period for 6 months, and yes i had been staying in nestaway houses from past one year. The experience had been great. But now nestaway asked us to move out of the house and gave us 10 days notice period. We moved out of the house. I kept messaging them that's when they gave me the refund but they charged me the notice fees and renovation fees that i am not suppose to pay because it's nestaway who asked us to leave. Your officials don't answer our emails or messages. We keep calling them and they do nothing. We had high expectations from your team but they did nothing. I am attaching the screenshot of the charges. Please be considerate and help me and my flatmates to get our refunds.

                      Deducted rs.2000 from deposit as utility bills after move-out.
                      No explanation whatsoever!

                      I lived in the same apartment for 8 months but no update on utility bill, charged all of sudden after move out.

                      Created a service ticket for explanation and details 3 days ago, also following up on call but no response. Only thing i hear is that i will get an update soon.

                      They are not ready to reply/respond on emails. God knows why?
                      Pathetic customer care and ticket system.

                        Ticket : sc00009361. I am an existing tenant in nestaway noida nd i raised a ticket regarding my rent payment on pro-rata basis. I asked them dashboard is not reflecting exact amount as per pro-rata basis so the executive of told me that you have to pay complete rent and that will get refunded. So i asked him to give this entire conversation in written. So he said he don't have such option to give in written. Since my move-out date is 16 aug, 2017 i will have to pay rent till that day only. And the executive said you will have to pay fine if you don't pay rent. I am ready to pay rent bt for 16 day only that is their system bug and that's why they are asking for full rent. When i said i need this in written they refused why should i pay full month rent if they can't give this in written for my money security reasons. They already had security deposit of 12k.
                        Nestaway asked for full rent and deposit at the time of move-in but at the time of move-out they refused anything to give in favour of tenant. What's the harm if you give this is written?? Highly disappointed

                        Hi Swati, please be informed that the system can only create invoices for the whole months rent, it is not enabled to create invoices according to the tenants move-out dates. That is the reason the tenants has to pay the whole moths rent. The remaining rent will be refunded to you long with the SD after your move-out. This is a common rule for all the Nestaway tenants, hope you'll understand and cooperate.

                        I have already paid electricity bill to the other Flatmates and that service charges doesn't have any bearing one because it was communicated to move-out manager that it was already damaged and he marked the file complete.
                        I have raised two tickets 6 days back and had conservative on customer support but no one is responding. And now Nestaway is not refunding my Rs1350.
                        No communication and band service.

                          Dear nestaway,

                          I was supposed to move in yesterday i. E.[protected] at 5pm and a person named rajat khanna ([protected]) was supposed to assist me in that. Not only did he not contact me, but also when i contacted him, he disconnected the call and did not pick up again. I was furious to say the least.
                          But the misery had just started. I did not have the keys so i had to stand outside like an # waiting for someone to open. Now i enter the room which was supposed to be ready by then and apparently i have to pay 1000 rupees for the same. The brilliant room had:

                          1. Lights that did not work,
                          2. A t. V set which had half its screen broken,
                          3. An air conditioner which doesn't work,
                          4. A toilet with a broken flush,
                          5. A geyser which does not work,
                          6. Power sockets that do not work,
                          7. Dirty bed sheets and cupboards,
                          8. A bathroom with a broken mirror.

                          All that for just 1, 000 rupees and 16, 000 rupees in advance! I am thankful to you all for so many troubles. Please let me know when can i give you more money to not do your job at all.

                            This is in reference to my shifting to a flat [226, samudhara sawan, hoodi road. House id :333]. I was about to shift on 1st august but the house is still not yet ready.

                            Bed is not having matress
                            Wardrobe keys are not there
                            Cockroaches in refrigerator
                            Faucet is leaking

                            Is this the customer satisfaction you providing before i even shift? What service are you providing?

                            They send shiva (+91 [protected]) to look after the cleaning and all normal check ups. He is not picking my calls and its being 4th of august i am still yet to be shifted. For what service should i pay you rent??

                            I am not paying them to sleep on floors.

                            I am constantly getting message of paying rent of august but my flat is still not ready to be shifted. I was also not able to use your three day trial service. You already took those three days is setting up the flat. Even in that you failed.

                            I am also reporting this issue to higher authorities in nestaway.

                              I am a tenat of nestaway technology and living in gurgaon sector 39, i moved into the house on 19th june and company have to provide services when tenat moved into the house.
                              But they did not provide all services on time even after raising the service request and so many calls. From last one month they are harassing me by adding additional charges with rent whereas it should be free of cost.
                              I told them so many times that i will go for consumer court if you will do this with me again and again. But they are harassing me and restraints me for doing suicide.

                                I had the worst experience with nestaway. They are probably the biggest fraudsters of this decade. They lure young people looking for a place to stay and then they start minting out money for stupid reasons!!!

                                The house i was staying in gurgaon was off-boarded by nestaway without any prior notice. I was out of town for 3 months and when i returned, i was told by the house owner that the house is no longer available. On a humanitarian level, the house owner had kept all my stuff in her balcony!! When i confronted nestaway, they had no idea about the house being off-boarded.in a city like gurgaon, i had nowhere to go, but little did i know that my nightmare with this fraud company had just begun.

                                It's been 2 months now and i'm still fighting for the refund of my 3 month's rent! They returned my security deposit amount after much coercing. There also they deducted 800 rupees without any explanation. I let go of this 800 bucks because i was still waiting for the refund of my 3 month's rent.

                                They deducted 3500 rupees out of my refund citing that i had pending electricity charges. They generate false bills with false house ids and then try to mint money from people. It is to be noted that when this electricity bill was generated a few months ago, i was not even staying in that house and the house id mentioned was for some other house. After repeatedly bringing it to their notice, they did not remove those charges from my dashboard and now they are refusing to give me my money back. To top it all, they pretend to have so many systems, procedures, processes, approvals, this, that and what not when it comes to returning somebody's money.

                                After 2 months, i'm still awaiting the entire refund of 3 month's rent!!

                                The funny part is that i'm still getting updates and promotional messages from nestway, even though i'm no longer associated with them.

                                Nestway is a fraud company with illiterate people and buggy systems, procedures, processes and all other terms they use while fooling people.

                                I've been waiting for my refund since the last 2 months! I think that's enough time for you to look into this matter. Nestaway still owes me INR3, 500. It's high time people start switching to other reliable renting services. Atleast, they'll not get looted like this!

                                  I have recently moved out from nest away house after staying for a year. The mattress quality was not good and i raised this concern a month after i moved in last year. But they said it will cost extra around 6000 for the new mattress.
                                  So i did not ask for the new mattress and i continued using the same bad quality mattress.

                                  Since i was staying for a longer time the quality deteriorated. And now when i moved out they deducted the amount from my deposit saying the mattress are not in good condition.

                                  That is not at all the correct way and without informing they just deducted whatever amount they thought for. Its a huge amount for us as a tenant so i request you to consider my complaint and take action accordingly.

                                  Hi Roma, on checking your dashboard we could see that you had raised a ticket regarding mattress replacement on 4 Jun 2017. Our team had requested for a picture of the same, but we haven't received any response from you and hence the ticket got closed. In case you had raised any other ticket during your move-in please share it with us. We'll definitely help you.
                                  I have stayed in Nestaway house almost 12 months, i have taken the approval for lock in period charges before i move out, after i got the confirmation from them i did move out, its been more than 2months but still i have not received my deposit amount, when i called to customer care, i have been informed that i have to stay for another 2months.

                                  I am the one who is staying in nestaway mahaveer Tuscan Mahadevpura flat from last 1.5 years, and my experience is so bad with this flat for many reason.where owner is calling me and giving me threatening from last 6 months if someone moving-out from my room and putting blame on me, where the reason is for their relocation, He is telling I have to give extra money to his a/c if someone will not come, I just want to ask to nestaway agency how dare the owner is who is giving pressure to me and giving threatening continuously for extra money. By anychance I am going to leave this flat very soon for those bad xperiances.I am fade up for owners behavior for making me feel unsafe again and again, where we expect nestaway is a organization where we can feel safe and comfortable because we all are bachelors and moved from other city, far from our family, and when I came here there was no such a policy where owner can ask for extra money to his a/c and asking one person to pay double rent.and now I am going to spoil nestaways name if any other threat or something will come to me without any reason, this is ilegal

                                    Complaint: wrong commitment (Services not being provided as were promised.)
                                    Desirable resolution: refund of security+token (Inr 13, 000) deducting the rent for these 10 days of stay.

                                    So according to nestaway policy, once moved into a new property you have a time of 3 days to move out if you don't like your stay, but in my case, i was promised by the move in in-charge that the things would be taken care of within 2 days and no need to worry. That was a verbal agreement. He urged me to raise tickets and be patient, which i did, but now in this process of being patient i missed my window to move out. So now i'm stuck with a room where birds, mosquitoes, and insects have full access to come through a big window slot without any covering. I'm being charged for an a/c which is not working. On my move in day, the a/c wire was cut and no power supply was there. I couldn't check if it was working or not. So after raising service request, the power plug got installed but this took a time of more than 3 days (Missing out my move out window), at that moment i came to know that the a/c was not working. I've been raising service tickets and calling the customer support. They ask me to be patient and wait, i don't know if they understand that i've to sleep in a room where with a blow of wind the curtains wander off and the window passage is open for mosquitoes, at a minimum i wake up 4-5 times at night to cover up that passage with the help of curtains and weights.in my opinion, they don't give a rat's #, they just narrate the same replies with the same promises and yet i don't see any development. I'm attaching screenshots of the fines that i'm being charged. These screenshots are dated:27/07/16, but the customer care representative urged to wait until the end of the weekend, ie, today. As i don't see any development, i'm opting to move out.

                                    I had such high hopes with this startup culture that i rather chose them instead of any pg. I believed in their business model and was an admirer until i myself moved in. After the harassment i've been through, not only makes me feel that i've been cheated but also that this startup sounds pretty cool on paper but the operations and other loopholes make it pretty hard for the consumers.

                                    So after all this, all i seek is that i will go to an old school way of living in a pg nearby, and would like to move out without being fined. I. M being fined as if it's my mistake or fault. I would love to serve my lock-in period but not like this, that's for sure, and the time is up for being patient.

                                      Pathetic customer service they deducted 1500rs without any explanation in the name o[censored]tility and service cost i barely lived in that place for 10 days.
                                      It costed me 11000 in total
                                      Room rent was 4500
                                      Even after paying all the move out charges etc the deduct 1500 more horrible service.
                                      It has been 5 days when i raised a complaint for knowing these details no reply till date.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I have been making multiple calls and updates regarding the service requests. I would like to bring to your notice that the complaints are very ordinary such as
                                        - lush is leaking
                                        - washbasin tap is not working
                                        - handgun is leaking
                                        - geyser is not working
                                        - cupboard keys have not been provided
                                        - curtain rod is not installed
                                        - deep cleaning of my room

                                        I don't know what to say but these should have been attended to even before i moved in. I have been following this for the past 10 days now and still there are some requests for which i have not even been contacted.

                                        You should either not have the feature of service requests or provide the services. It is almost as if you are taking advantage of my situation where i have no options but to live here.

                                        I would like you to note that any company is big, especially a b2c company only when the customers are happy.

                                        Right now, extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Expected much more out of you.
