It has been 9 working days (Excluding sundays) since i have moved out from the nestaway property. Nestaway is liable to refund my security amount as i have paid all my dues. Since i have moved out, i have been incessantly following up for the refund of my security amount and nestaway is paying a deaf year to all my requests. The refund should have been processed within 5 days of moving out without any hassle as per the service contract. But here i am, begging again and again for my dues to an organization which claims to be a service based professional organization.

The stipulated time for my side of payment (Rent etc.) always has been a strict 5 days, but when it comes to them paying me back my own money, all of them are so difficult to catch. The person who claims to be the client relationship manager had the audacity to block my number today, and none of them had the basic courtesy to communicate the status to me. They did not even bother to pacify the concerns of mine.

    I am really angree with the people who are looking at the settlement process.

    I left house on april 30th and still didnot get any amount of settlement.

    I will raise this so many time to nestaway... They are charging huge amount and nothing is there in name of facility.
    Too bad.. I would never recommmend for nestaway to anyone...

    I need to close this asap...

      They have taken money on the name of room and different facility but did not provide any.

      They are not refunding my money.

      1.ac is not working
      2. Washing machine is not working
      3. Door and almira lock are not working
      4. Bed is noisy
      5. Inverter is not working
      6. They are asking me to sleep on the floor till bed is got fixed

        Hello. Im nestaway's tenant who stays at mirza manzil, hyderabad. In march ive got permission to stay for three months. They allowed me to stay until june. Im a foreign student who has done with my studying and its time for me to go back to my country. I want to get my deposit As soon as possible, because once i go back to my country i have no access to use indian bank. Please understand my situation. I have seen so many reviews about nesteway, saying they dont refund on time. If they do so i completely unable to get it.

          I have been a tenant of nestaway for the past 6months. I am planning to move out on 06 June 2017. When I moved in on December 2016 the apartment was not painted, cleaned and none of the service has been done. Even I haven't got the key of the apartment. We cleaned the entire house ourselves and we only fitted the extra lock. And now I have schedule a move-out now they are charging me for the keys which they provided last month plus the maintenance/service charges which they haven't done when I moved in. There were many other issues. We lived 3 days without electricity and water and nestaway people didn't even mind to check the issue.

          They are providing the worst service ever and charging money for the services which they haven't done in the first place.

          Please check into the issue.

            Dear,

            This is to acknowledge that nestaway has a term in order to refund the security amount with in 7 workings days after you vacate the house,

            I left their house by 23rd april 2017 since then i am following up with nestaway team but not bale to get my security refund.

            This company is fraud
            Nestaway owners - amarendra sahu, jitendra jagadev, smruti ranjan parida and deepak dhar

            Nestaway team - karan arya ([protected]), prakhar ([protected]) who promised to get my security refund within 7 working days and it is also captured in the rent agreement but still not able to get my security.
            Now its high time, this company is still in a chance to raise another rounds of funds form various investors - so i would request you to to not even give. A single penny to this company. Finally i am going to register a complaint to each and every website and social media to viral this out and even police station.
            Hoping that may be nestaway owners can be active on this front while grabbing money form tenants and showing it to investors while marking it as their revenue.
            It better to take a bowl and sit in fornt of a temple instead of snatching money form people and taking a opportunity to backstab.

              I moved out for more than one month (05/05/2017) and I am still waiting my security deposit refund (01/06/2017)
              I have been calling them almost every day and the staff say that they will refund me in 3 days but nothing happens.
              I have already sent a lot of e-mails but nobody answers. What is the problem with that company?

              My bank details are updated.

                NestAway rental agreement says "If Licensee causes the damage due to reasons other than natural wear and tear, the Owner or its Authorized Representative shall be entitled to claim the damage from the Licensee". Electric shot circuit issues are considered as natural wear and tear and still we are being charged for the fan binding when we are clear that damage is not done by us. First they charged us for the visit and now for the service. I believe we should not pay the amount as fan was pretty old and due to shot circuit it damaged from inside. It took a week to get it fixed and we were not provided any help during that one week of time where we ended up with torture and difficulties in this hot summer in city.

                  Hi, i lived in ridge residency, noida from 4 apr 16 to 15 apr 17. After vacating the room, i havent received the refund amount which was supposed to be refunded within 5 days when leaving the accomodation. Please i need this money urgently and it is stuck with nestaway.

                  Prior to the renting the room, they promised that there is 500rs penalty for getting refund delayed and now there is no condition in this matter, whereas they charge and never waive off any fine charged while paying the rent.

                  Nesaway sucks.

                  Hi ! I received the refund of amount which was supposed to be deducted from original amount, and instead of that Original amount is kept by Nestaway.

                  1.WIFI - Why this has been charged when the connection is pre-paid and was already recharged by us for the month of Apr 17 ? The total amount to be paid is 900Rs, on what behalf this has been deducted Rupees 497 ? Nestaway has never took care of it all the time then why it has been deducted . This should be refunded .

                  2.Electricity - This is already charged from the deductions. I have paid more than 16k Rupees during the stay. And this has been charged twice within the same deductions.( THIS HAS TO BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY, AS I AM NOT GOING TO PAY A SINGLE RUPEE FOR THIS NOW ).

                  5&6- Ac not cooling/ AC/TV remote NOT found as it was not there at all = check my SR's raised by me long time ago and no action was taken - SR # 84727 + 84729 + 138529 + 166816 .

                  a)Tube light ok, it was not working. b)Shower is not working properly because there is no proper flow of water in the bathroom. This concern was already resolved because the water was not coming in the bathroom at all . c) Main door kundi I am not responsible as I was not the only one in the room .
                  Regarding kitchen stuff, there were several tenants came in and moved out, why such charges have not been covered on them, everything is charged only on me and that to after the 1 year of inception.

                  Points 5&6 were never discussed with me while vacating the room and there was explanation taken and no acknowledgement for this. This is total carelessness of yours not mine.

                  I request to re-fund my any amount which has been charged Miscellaneously

                    I ihave stayed in a nestaway apartment for more than 6 months. My rent+deposit worth 21000 is stuck with Nestaway since almost 1st May, 2017. They always mention a 5 day refund policy everytime i call them, but don't initiate the payment ever.

                    They never forward the calls to their finance team, nor do they refund such a lumpsum amount. They charge you huge amounts for no reason and never even resolve your issues.

                    I still haven't gotten hold of the amount, which is rightfully mine.

                    I can't come up up with a better noun than "Fraud" to describe them.

                      I left nestaway on march 2017, firstly i didnot received my amount within their time interval as per the policy. After that i received my amount but they didnot sent me my some amount saying it for utlity bill. I cleared my all dues with my roommates ealier only. I tried calling, mailing them eregularly but still they are not sending me my amount. The manager keep on saying that he will send but he donot and its more than 2 months. If they fine for late payment for rent shouldnt they do the same for this one also.

                        I shifted to a nestaway room on 28 March 2017and the property got off boarded on 18 April, and then I had to move out on 04 May 2017. They had 13, 000 rupees as security and they promised to transfer the security amount within 7-10 days. It has been 15 days already and the refund hasn't been initiated. On the top of it they did not let me use my credit points that I earned by referral program to waive off the sense less late rent charges, given that they did not provide me with working lights and I delayed the paying of rent for the same.
                        I am contacting Nestaway Customer care continuously for a week now and I am being promised my refund but I'm not getting my money back. It is against what they promised me- Refund within 7-10 days!
                        Such poor services they provide, they should also be charged for the problems that were caused to all the tenants due to sudden off boarding of property by the owner.

                          I raised multiple tickets and requests but still the company is least bothered. It's already been 48 hrs since I have raised the issue. But still these people keep on telling the matter will get resolved in 24 hrs. I couldn't be able to do Internal movement because of them. As my dashboard was showing wrong information. When I requested them to let me do the internal transfer first I will make payments afterwards as on weekends only we get time to shift. They still did not agreed. I am facing difficulties in my job because of these people. My co-tenant did not get the agreement yet and it is going to be a month after we moved in. I am not going to suggest anyone to go for nestaway, better use some other apps.

                            I am availing nestaway services the first time but the experience with them was so disappointing.
                            When I visit the room with area manager I saw on that on the same day that the bed was broken even I intimate manager as well to repair the bed before move-in.

                            Even I drop a request over portal regarding the same issue. They gave me the excuse that issue will resolve in very next day.Their SLA for the request is 48 hr. but still, I am facing the same problem after spending 72 hrs.

                            Guys Please don't trust their services, even I am not recommended to anyone for availing nestaway's services they are only making fool of their customers only money hunger you can say ...

                            Dear All,

                            Please try not to book room via Nestaway, they are unprofessional and fraud company. If you want your money to get wasted and you love yourself to put yourself in trouble then book a room via Nestaway.

                            It is better to give some amount to broker and stay comfortably rather than giving to such cheap people.
                            It has been 15 days since we moved in. The sub meters have not been installed, buckets, dustbin, doormat not provided.

                            Also the penalty charges have not been waved off as promised.

                            I feel sorry to say that the quality of service nestaway is providing is distressing and we have made multiple complaints but nothing has been done so far.

                              Hi,
                              Written communication regarding various issues like:
                              No key provided for almirah for safe keeping of valuables.

                              Highly defective washing machine being provides which have been repaired earlier, takes 3 hours minimum for a wash, now again needs to be repaired which will take approx 3.5k for which tentants have been asked to bear the repair costs.

                              Highly defective noise generating fan which worked for some months and finally stopped working and tenant is being asked to pay for repair and A/C doesnt cool either.

                              Sliding glass door of bathroom collapsed while closing it, faced servere injury due to glass pieces, being rushed to hospital, owner was informed.Had to leave for Egypt next day and get a mail from NesrAway executive stating that Owner had found the broken glass door on a surprise visit. Been 45 days, glass pieces not yet cleaned from bathroom even after owner's visit and several mails to NearAway executives. Now that I have returned back, I cant stay in a room where fan, A/c doesnt work in this hot summers, with glass pieces strewn all over the room and bathroom.

                              Complained to NesrAway executive about the unacceptable behavior of security guard washing his clothes in girls only NestAway premise, been asked to contact society sectretary with valid proofs against the security guard. NestAway executives are not even concerned regarding the safety of women tenants.
                              When raised issues, the exeutive replied taking his own sweet time that Tickets have not been raised by me. Had to tell him that without the tickets obviously I wont be escalating the issues, email has been changed so tickets can be seen with previous old id.

                              Even after telling about 4 5 employees that I would be coming back on 14th May, and to get atleast the glasses cleaned, no revert has been sent by any of the executives.

                              Have been a tentant with NestAway since 2016 March, but this much carelessness, insensitivity I have faced here only.

                              Glass pieces have been cleaned recently. Fan is not not repaired, nor the A/c.
                              I have been asked to pay 500 rs for repair of fan and rs. 8200 for the new glass door which would be fitted.
                              I have been staying in a hotel since the day I came back from abroad. I had to bear the charges for the hotel despite having a NeatAway home for which i am paying rent of 7k without even staying there and for treatment of my bruises which I got due to the breakage of glass door.Who is going to reimburse for that.
                              Why should I be paying for the glass door when it collapsed on its own.kindly get the fittings and furnishings inspected and you will find how old these are.So why should I bear the charges of all these.

                                We have complained that our bathroom taps, shower, wash basin taps were not getting water. We have raised service request. They sent plumber and after checking he told that the problem is with the internal pipes. According to the service agreement any internal pipe problems should be repaired on cost of owner only. But they closed the service request without resolving it. After that we have raised the service request around 4, 5 times. Every time they have done the same. I pay the rent of Rs.6000 every month and i am not getting water in the bathroom taps since last 3, 4 months.

                                Without giving proper service they are collecting full rent from me since last 4 months. I want demand a penalty from the management for doing the same.

                                  It is 25 days from the date i have moved out... but i didn't get refund amount. People are not picking up phone calls or either they are busy and saying they will call later which never happened bdw...
                                  There is 800 extra cut is visible in payment section in Nestaway app. (AC charges), the point is i never had AC in my room.
                                  Really dissappointed with the service quality.

                                  Worst cleaning process ever seen...just sweeping with broomstick while giving rooms(not even properly)...Too costly...Cheating house owners(who gave house to that company)...is that enough?!

                                    As i was living in the nestaway property. I had left the property on 31st march. So i asked them to refund my security. So the said we will refund you in 2 days sometimes 3 days. Sometimes they said give us time. By giving them time its been more then a month, they didn't refund me back. I used to call them again and again and mail them again and again but in return no response from them. I want you to help me out from this. I will be very thankful to you. They also charge useless and worthless which is not meaningful.

                                      I rented a property through NestAway on 03.04.17 and cancelled it within 3 days because of various issues which were promised to be solved by them but were never solved. I vacated the property within 3 days (06.04.17) of the agreement. Due to which, they owe me Rs. 16133, 100% refund which they promised me on call but declined when I asked about it. The amount ended up to be Rs. 14401 after deductions. As per there policy they had to refund the amount to me within 7-10 days but It has been almost a month now and I’ve been chasing them every minute for the same amount. I’m a single working woman new in Bangalore with very little money in hand and I feel harassed and frustrated as a customer by them as even after constant chase and multiple warnings my issue has not been resolved. On top of that they have already deducted May’s rent which I specified them not to. Need help.

                                        I had a visit scheduled today. The area manager called and confirmed the visit 3 hrs before the visit. When I reached the place, neither the area manager nor any of the existing tenants showed up. The area manager kept his phone busy and did not even answer the phone. After waiting for one hour he still did not​ come and just messaged to come the next day. This is so unprofessional on his part. This was really disappointing.
