I have recently moved out from nest away house after staying for a year. The mattress quality was not good and i raised this concern a month after i moved in last year. But they said it will cost extra around 6000 for the new mattress.
So i did not ask for the new mattress and i continued using the same bad quality mattress.

Since i was staying for a longer time the quality deteriorated. And now when i moved out they deducted the amount from my deposit saying the mattress are not in good condition.

That is not at all the correct way and without informing they just deducted whatever amount they thought for. Its a huge amount for us as a tenant so i request you to consider my complaint and take action accordingly.

I have stayed in Nestaway house almost 12 months, i have taken the approval for lock in period charges before i move out, after i got the confirmation from them i did move out, its been more than 2months but still i have not received my deposit amount, when i called to customer care, i have been informed that i have to stay for another 2months.

I am the one who is staying in nestaway mahaveer Tuscan Mahadevpura flat from last 1.5 years, and my experience is so bad with this flat for many reason.where owner is calling me and giving me threatening from last 6 months if someone moving-out from my room and putting blame on me, where the reason is for their relocation, He is telling I have to give extra money to his a/c if someone will not come, I just want to ask to nestaway agency how dare the owner is who is giving pressure to me and giving threatening continuously for extra money. By anychance I am going to leave this flat very soon for those bad xperiances.I am fade up for owners behavior for making me feel unsafe again and again, where we expect nestaway is a organization where we can feel safe and comfortable because we all are bachelors and moved from other city, far from our family, and when I came here there was no such a policy where owner can ask for extra money to his a/c and asking one person to pay double rent.and now I am going to spoil nestaways name if any other threat or something will come to me without any reason, this is ilegal

    My move in date: 20th july
    Complaint: wrong commitment (Services not being provided as were promised.)
    Desirable resolution: refund of security+token (Inr 13, 000) deducting the rent for these 10 days of stay.

    So according to nestaway policy, once moved into a new property you have a time of 3 days to move out if you don't like your stay, but in my case, i was promised by the move in in-charge that the things would be taken care of within 2 days and no need to worry. That was a verbal agreement. He urged me to raise tickets and be patient, which i did, but now in this process of being patient i missed my window to move out. So now i'm stuck with a room where birds, mosquitoes, and insects have full access to come through a big window slot without any covering. I'm being charged for an a/c which is not working. On my move in day, the a/c wire was cut and no power supply was there. I couldn't check if it was working or not. So after raising service request, the power plug got installed but this took a time of more than 3 days (Missing out my move out window), at that moment i came to know that the a/c was not working. I've been raising service tickets and calling the customer support. They ask me to be patient and wait, i don't know if they understand that i've to sleep in a room where with a blow of wind the curtains wander off and the window passage is open for mosquitoes, at a minimum i wake up 4-5 times at night to cover up that passage with the help of curtains and weights.in my opinion, they don't give a rat's #, they just narrate the same replies with the same promises and yet i don't see any development. I'm attaching screenshots of the fines that i'm being charged. These screenshots are dated:27/07/16, but the customer care representative urged to wait until the end of the weekend, ie, today. As i don't see any development, i'm opting to move out.

    I had such high hopes with this startup culture that i rather chose them instead of any pg. I believed in their business model and was an admirer until i myself moved in. After the harassment i've been through, not only makes me feel that i've been cheated but also that this startup sounds pretty cool on paper but the operations and other loopholes make it pretty hard for the consumers.

    So after all this, all i seek is that i will go to an old school way of living in a pg nearby, and would like to move out without being fined. I. M being fined as if it's my mistake or fault. I would love to serve my lock-in period but not like this, that's for sure, and the time is up for being patient.

      Pathetic customer service they deducted 1500rs without any explanation in the name o[censored]tility and service cost i barely lived in that place for 10 days.
      It costed me 11000 in total
      Room rent was 4500
      Even after paying all the move out charges etc the deduct 1500 more horrible service.
      It has been 5 days when i raised a complaint for knowing these details no reply till date.

        Dear sir,
        I have been making multiple calls and updates regarding the service requests. I would like to bring to your notice that the complaints are very ordinary such as
        - lush is leaking
        - washbasin tap is not working
        - handgun is leaking
        - geyser is not working
        - cupboard keys have not been provided
        - curtain rod is not installed
        - deep cleaning of my room

        I don't know what to say but these should have been attended to even before i moved in. I have been following this for the past 10 days now and still there are some requests for which i have not even been contacted.

        You should either not have the feature of service requests or provide the services. It is almost as if you are taking advantage of my situation where i have no options but to live here.

        I would like you to note that any company is big, especially a b2c company only when the customers are happy.

        Right now, extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Expected much more out of you.

          My washing machine is in warranty period still nestaway sent their own guy instead of godrej's authorized person.

          That guy replaced some hardware without asking me and gave me the bill saying nestaway will pay for it.

          I complained nestaway about this the same day but no proper response and now nestaway is charging me 2800 for this

          All the parts are covered in warranty still i am being charged

          Nestaway is also not providing me with the bill of the washing machine and are just resolving the request

            I recently shifted to gurgaon. I moved into a nestaway house id: (117*). On my move in day, i was not provided with what i was promised, but it was manageable for a day or two. Now it's going to be a week and at this point in my career where i have to commit even my free time in studying, i'm handling electricians and carpenters and the worst part is that the issues have still not been rectified. I thought the main concept of nestaway was to have a hassle free environment, no headaches for basic amenities. If on my move-in date, i can't find a clean room, then i guess i was under the wrong impression of nestaway's operations and shouldn't be keeping many high expectations for the lock in period i've committed to. This has been by far my worst experience till date, and i've been living on my own since 2011 (Either on rent or pg).

            I'm attaching photos of the house.
            1) broken window
            2) cleaning
            3) a/c
            4) bathroom shower

            These are all the things that would affect my day to day life. I've not been able to spend a night here cause there's litter all around and no cleaning has been done. The open slot adjacent to the a/c is a direct passage for the birds, insects, and whatnot. There is bird # on the floor and on the adjacent bed.

            I also wish they did but I will tell you what the reality is. The small problems like shower and room cleaning have been done and I don't know why but I should feel obliged as if some sought of favor has been done. Apart from that the big issues still remain unresolved and moreover, I see no progress. In simple words, I would state how I feel after all this! I feel like I've been conned and made a fool of. I've been asked to move in and now I'm supervising these issues get resolved, which in the first place was someone else's job. I'm taking care of carpenters, plumbers, and electricians and scheduling my day as per their ease and time.

              Choosing nestaway was the worst decision of my life. I moved in to a nestaway property on 1 may, and everything was supposed to be settled but guess what there was not even a separate single bed for me neither cupoard, inveter, the property was totally untidy and the area manager mr. Chirag malik told me that i should move-in to the property and everything will be settled in 1-2 days but you know what even after 2 weeks later nothing was sorted out so i chose to move out of the property but then the customer care convinced me to move to some other property.
              I still suffered with the incomplete house for 2 months raised millions of service requests but never responded. The house ceiling leaks in rain, invertor gives a backup of 30 mins only and we were asked from operations that we have to pay for new battery. Apart from it the sales team (Chirag and others) who always come to house for visits said that the house has been sold and their job is done.. Then started the blame game between internal departments and we the people are on the recieving end of service and this sales person mr. Chirag told me if i points the problems again then he will forcefully move me out of the house and had a heated argument on his attitude. And after a month got an eviction notice to move out in 10 days.
              Must tell that nestaway is nothing just a bunch of thieves, goons and the care center is the most pathetic service i have ever had..
              Guys never ever opt for this nestaway or you will suffer like never before. I should say the brokers are still much better for relocation atleast you will not suffer from your work by being in this online loop of pathetic services.

                I was tenant in a nestaway property and moved out on 30th june 2017. At the time of moving out a manager is assigned to do inspection of flat for wear and tear and damages. At the time of my inspection nothing came wrong and only electricity bill was pending (Because we had not received it at the time of my move out). He took my signature on that report, signed himself and took signature of a flatmate present there as well. Now at the time of refund of security, i saw that they deducted rs. 2000 towards utility bill payment and wear and tear charges. On calling customer care i came to know that these charges are for geyser breakdown and lock handle of flat. Also i started getting calls from my flatmates to pay electricity bill. I suspect the manager has done fraud and added comments to report after i signed and left. I had taken a snapshot of that report. Please find it attached.
                After calling their customer care they refused to address my grievance and said that whatever charges they have taken are correct. On request with a supervisor or a senior manager, the representative refused by saying that he cant transfer the call.

                First of all my move-up was scheduled at 10:00 AM on 18th October 2017.Had followed up with the customer care executives multiple times and few other persons but no proper response.At last the move out person named Vishal Arora came at around 1:00 PM and he inspected my room for nearly 1 hr 30 min and I was getting late as I had my flight in the evening.

                The issues that he has raised : Total utility bill cost : Rs 8195 ( what a joke )

                AC not cooling properly : The issue was when I moved in. Have been following up with the owner since I moved in but not resolved till move out date.AC remote missing : was not provided to me
                5 Water bottle cap missing : Please recheck
                Cupboard lock not working : Its working ad little lock issue was there when I moved in only
                Notice period charges : Rs 1600 ( Had raised the move out request around 15 days before )
                Main door lock not working : This was broken by one of your sales agent
                Out of Rs 20, 000 security money only Rs 5000 was credited to my account.Kindly share the complete break-up of deduction !!!

                  Hi,

                  Nestaway as per their policy has taken 2 months advance in beginning.

                  I am staying with them from last 1 and half year and i am very pleased with the whole concept. But now they started adding some random expenses in your dashboard.

                  And when you tell them why you charged, they simply say those can't be reverted and if you don't pay it will be charged from your security.

                  6 people staying in house, they added 950 for pest control for me which is not done for my room and it's not been charged to others (But you have to pay, otherwise we will take it from security)

                  I think it's an open case of misusing the security deposit.

                    While i was staying in nestaway, by mistake i took internal transfer to the flat that i didn't want, for which charges are applicable if you do not cancel the transfer request on time.
                    I made the request for cancellation on time still nestaway charged me 999 for transfer after that i decided to move out.
                    Its around 45 days of my move out i haven't got my refund back.
                    And nobody is responding properly and the customer care is the worst i have ever seen.
                    There are policies for only tenants to follow.
                    Nestaway itself is not following her policies.

                      I have moved in on 3rd July...my roommates are not following the rules..they are having parties everyday with lots of smoke everywhere an d visitors at night..why should i pay 999 if i want to move out because of such reasons...nestaway customer service is not helpful at all..the most third class services they provide, , ..unrealistic policies...and such pathetic response..i want someone to resolve my issue they are not even giving their bosses email ID to escalate..what nonsense..

                        I am planning to move out by 12 July 2017 but when I see my dashboard I find so many charges been attached, it's pathetic and ridiculous...what is wrong with you guys??is this what you call home away from home.
                        I also want you to deduct my July rental from my security deposit, I call up your customer care and request for the same but they tell me that a fine of Rs 500 will be charged for late payment-- this is absurd. I am telling you to take the rent before due date but even then you will charge fine ? What kind of service is this?
                        You need to take care of these issues on priority and get back to e with a proper and positive solution..

                        Hi Deepak, please be informed that the system cannot create invoice for 12 days. So you have the pay the whole months rent, however the rent for no.days live d will only be deducted during move-out refund.
                        After the previous tenant moved out in May, Property was not live for months. HRM gurgaon says it was due to technical issue. Why I am going to bear the loss for Nest Away's Technical Glitch?

                          My move in date selected was 18th of june, but when i went there, the house was not good condition. On calling the concerned person, i was intimated that it will be done within an hour. Even after waiting for long 6 hours no one appeared. I asked them clean it maximum by next day, still things remain the same.in the light of all the things that were happening, i decided to move-in on 24th of june and informed them too. Also informed the missing as well as non-working utilizes inside the house. By that time i had already paid the rent, staring from 18th of june but due to their unprofessional behavior and untidy house, i have to move in on 24th of june, but from their side no concern initiated, neither verbally nor in written. Although some of my friends insisted not to go with nestaway, still i did it anyway. But i realized my mistake on very first day, still feeling the same, because a lot things as promised either are missing or not in in good condition if provided. I made up my mind of moving out as their customer care is so bad. They all are fresher and they don’t even know how to talk to clients. Actually thing is that everyone here in nestaway thinks they can just take investors’ money and everything is going to happen magically. You have to provide service to your clients in order to retain them but this is worstaway we are talking about. They don’t care they think their pathetic schemes of luring customers will work but this is the era of social networking if don’t change their attitude soon they are gonna shutdown.

                          What they promised me:
                          1) lights, fans, curtains rodes and others mandatory things in house
                          2) geyser (Even there site showing this)
                          3) will do any home maintenance promptly whenever requied
                          4) manjeera water
                          5) working lift
                          6) 24x7 water
                          7) rent agreement with pan card
                          8) on call support with area manager for any issue
                          9) working condition of bathrooms with all required things
                          10) cleaned house on move in date.

                          What i am getting :
                          1) there is no geyser in my bathrooms, shower, toilet seat not fixed, continuing water leakage and even after 100 calls to area manager, call center and concerns team members, still not yet fixed.
                          2) trust me, they don't know what exactly that means.
                          3) still lift is not working, bathrooms are not proper working, and water pressure is so low in kitchen.
                          4) electric wires are not installed properly and switch board are in open state.
                          5) one fan is missing in hall.
                          6) door bell, door peep hole and door stoppers not yet installed.

                          7) i am waiting for things to change for good here for more than 10 days and still no solution from their end.

                          Some blunders:
                          1) no one came to visit your house and handover keys during move in date and they support on phone as unprofessional way.
                          2) i am not getting cleaned house on moving date and i paid from my checking date without living in it.
                          3) customer care? Sucks, they have a standard reply i) please raise the ticket ii) we have escalated to concern department and issue will be sorted out asap.
                          4) there website is made as per your own way, they close tickets without your issue resolved and customer need to wait for 24 hours to raise any new ticket.
                          5) after so many calls, someone come to your house and noted down all concerns and again he need 3 or 4 days to discuss with higher management because he is not authorized person then why company send that person.
                          6) service after move in isn't great. If you face any issue, it won’t be addressed immediately. You will need to wait for a week minimum or more.
                          7) most importantly, rent agreement not yet received. That also had a mysterious story of wrong building name as well as wrong house number on their webpage.

                          Nestaway : don't promise if you can’t do it and please close your company and do not waste time of any one.

                            I moved in to the Nestaway property on November 5th 2016. Since then they have shown continuous failure on their part to provide/ fix the basic services & operational failures. I have been making allowances for the occasional misses, but this continuity cannot be tolerated anymore. Hence, this has pushed me to a point where I must move out of this place. As a really frustrated consumer, I deny to pay any penny to Nestaway for this property.
                            I declare that all the expenses related to operational failure in the room or house has to be compensated suitably by Nestaway. and since as a consumer I and my roommate feel really harassed and we have jointly decide to take the matter further to court of the law.

                            Below mentioned is the list of concerns and expenses covered by us due to failure in services:

                            1. Electricity charges that reflect on our dashboard does not have proper allocation based on our period of stay and room wise usage.

                            2. Due to frequent failure of pressure pump followed by delay in fixation I had to buy a 12ft water pipe of Rs 1400 to reach my room through balcony. However, the water I used to get was muddy hence, I suffered from internal infection and my fellow roommate had skin allergies. The wiring is fixed but the pump stops functioning every 10 days leading to waterless taps for next 3-4 days.

                            3. Our ACs stopped working because of the circuit failure that happened during the crisis days as mentioned in our tickets. I raised several tickets but no one came to fix it. I had to get it fixed for Rs 1250.

                            4. Cleaning is promised in our rent agreement. Our cleaning vendor stopped coming and therefore, I had to assign a lady for Rs 500 to clean my room, balcony and washroom.

                            5. As promised washing machine was not provided and this was the key attraction for me to stay at this place. Later, I realized it was a false promise. My monthly laundry bill shot up to Rs 800 approx.

                            6. During the crisis day, as there was no water and no electricity for 2 days, we were asked to vacate the place for atleast days by the Nestaway employees. We had no choice but to shift to nearby hotel by paying Rs 1300 per night. I would like to Nestaway to cover the food expenses during our stay in the hotels.

                            Below mentioned are the random bills attached to our dashboard (only to trouble us more):
                            · Baseless electricity bill

                            · Wardrobe charges

                            · AC charges

                            · Utility Charges

                            · Cleaning Fee

                            · Other Charges

                            The property is claimed to be a home away from home and all we got was an unattended property where the caretaker was not paid from 4 months. We were left with no guard and security. Due to this our caretaker left for 15 days and meanwhile some outsider had tried to break the glass and enter a room at the ground floor. This left us really scared and shocked. We tried to complain and request an investigation and proper security in place but all our requests were unheard. We felt deeply harassed and unsafe throughout our stay. We even requested for a small CCTV but nothing was done.

                            After the traumatizing experience of our stay, we demand a suitable compensation to cater all our expenses and the mental harassment we have gone through. Also since we were here to stay, but due to inefficiency at Nestaway's part we will have to move out and hence the movers and packers expenses should also be borne by Nestaway.

                              I recently moved out of a NESTAWAY house in sector 37 Noida. My pending bill as told was 1404 which wasn't collected. Now, they have incorrectly cut 3600 from my security and are refusing to return the balance amount.

                              The exact BREAKUP of the bill is attached. It is 1404 which they never collected. Now when they have refunded the security AFTER A MONTH, they have cut 3600 as bill. The breakup of the 3600 is given in the other pic. THEY HAVE CHARGED AN UNFAIR amount without informing and are refusing to resolve this.

                              I want them to REFUND the balance amount AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. They are highly unprofessional.

                                We have rat problem - yes we have there are lot of rats in home i have captured the pic for proof
                                Rat damaged washing machine before i joined nest away i raised a request after i joined in but no action till date recently some body came and repaired it and asking 1533 rupees for the respire charges it completely in correct i never used that washing till i need to pay all these 3 months i suffered with this issue now i am moving out i need to pay with no reason.
                                Water problem : yes we have owner wont pay maintenance to association so that he will cut down water for 1 week in month then they will settle the issue
                                Have power problem : yes same reason association and owner has issues so that they will take the fuse for 2 to 3 days.

                                  Hi,

                                  From the day one you guys have not provided me the proper services. I shifted to the nestaway property (S 27/10 br 1 first floor, gurgaon) on 9th january 2017 and since then the problems have not ended.
                                  The day i shifted the geyser was not working and it took you guys 1 week to solve the same problem and i took bath from freezing water for that 1 week. There was dampness and seepage on the washroom ceiling and my washroom used to stink. It took you guys 4 months to solve the same.
                                  Since the time i’ve shifted, the water motor has broken down 5-6 times and i had to live with negligible amount of water. Which also i had to fill every day 5-6 times by taking the bucket down stairs. Because of holding and picking 20 liters of water every now and then i am now facing severe back issues. Even after that and putting down several complains no proper action has been taken.
                                  The pressure pump is still broken and we have spoken to every possible person from nestaway to sort this out. It’s been more than 3 weeks that you guys have not sorted this out. Because of this water doesn’t come in my washroom most of the time and i again have to fill water from other rooms.
                                  It’s been more than 1 month where i’ve been asking for proper clarification on the electricity bill and i still haven’t got it. You guys can’t just ask for rs. 5672 without showing me the electricity bill for 3 months consumption. When you people didn’t pay the electricity bills for the past 7-8 months, electricity department had cut the electricity and almost 2 days we were without water and electricity. After threatening you people that we will call the police then you guys paid the pending electricity bills.
                                  Also, there was no cleaning person coming for 3 months and now when you guys have appointed balram (Caretaker), he’s not been given proper cleaning amenities. Hence again the task has not been fulfilled. I, myself have to clean the room and the washroom.
                                  I also asked for my agreement and you guys have still not been able to provide me with the proper copy of the agreement. It’s been more than 5 months and i really don’t understand how difficult it is to provide a proper bill.
                                  Nestaway has harassed me mentally and no one at nestaway is providing me with any clarifications. I would like to move out of the property by 22nd july 2017. But as i haven’t paid the pending amounts you guys have taken the move out option removed from my dashboard. It is my utter request kindly put back my move out option on the nestaway dashboard so that i can move out of this place peacefully.
                                  I want my money back from you guys for harassing me. Kindly put an end to the torture you guys are doing on me and let me move out by 22nd july 2016 and refund me my complete security amount.

                                    I was living in madhapur hyderabad nestaway home. I had given a deposit of 17000 and was tokd upon inspection that 16000 rupees will be given back. However i was given only 13500. 2500 rupees was deducted saying its for geyser repair. First. I wasnt the only one in the room so it makes no sense to charge me 2500 alone for a geyser. Second attempts had been made to ask someone to come and repair the geyser. Nobody came. Third. 2500?? For geyser repair?? Also till the time i was there no body came to check for geyser. Another room in my apartment had an entire ceiling fallen. Not one person came for reapairs for months. Even after inspection i was told i will get back 16000 rupees and then very slyly the amount was deducted. I registered a complaint with nestaway on my third trial. Post which i was told the matter will be resolved within a few hours. However when i called after 3 days nothing had been done. I was asked to give all the details again and was told this matter would be sent forward. I lost my cool and they disconnected the call and no response was recieved there after.

                                      I moved into a rented ac room through nestaway on 1st may, 2017. From the first, the ac is in worst condition. It was repaired and then it worked with less cooling for few days but then it again stopped working. Now, 11 days back, it was found out that the compressor is required to be changed but nothing has happened in the last 10 days. Still, i and my room-mate are suffering in this hot weather of gurgaon. Even after paying for a ac room, we don't have a ac workng properly. Just to inform you, the age of the ac is atleast 15 years. It would not have been a matter had the ac been in working condition. We want the ac to be in working condition as soon as possible. We have been suffering ridiculously even after paying a rent for a ac room. Nestaway is not taking enough care. We want them to be sent a notice regarding this.

                                        Nestaway has the worst service being it the sales team, after sales or whatever.
                                        I have stayed in one their property, so will start with their sales team first. I took a complete room and i was told i would be getting the complete room including furniture, cupboards, etc at the time when i was shown this property but later when i moved in all the cupboards were locked except one by the landlord. When i complained and raised a ticket i was told the owner has his own stuff lying there and my complaint ticket went to resolved after giving this message.

                                        Also i was told the lock-in period for this property is 4 months and when facing all these issues when i decided to move out i gets to know that the lock-in period is now 6 months and just for the sake of saving my 2 months security deposit i had to stay there for another two months.

                                        Finally after i decided to move out on 28-may-2017 and i was told i would be getting my security deposit within 5–10 days of my move-out. I am still awaiting my security deposit after numerous calls and emails to nestaway, still couldn’t get a confirm date on which i would be receiving my security deposit.
