Hi,
I had scheduled a visit to the nestaway house named 'shree ratnakunj' house id - n664 at 8:00 p. M. Today.
Since i had already had a bad experience regarding bed availability, i had called nestaway customer care to make sure that the bed is available. As per the website and the app, it showed that 2 beds of rs. 5500 were vacant.
To make sure i had made a call to the customer care, they said that they have checked it internally and confirmed me that the beds are available.
Since it takes me too long to travel from banashankari to koramangala, i had made the confirmation call. After reaching koramangala, i had called the area manager and he told that those beds were not available because some girls didn't pay their rent.
In case of any of such issues what i suggest you is either you throw those tenants out of the house or make sure that your app stops giving stupid information and stop irritating the customers again and again. It takes us a lot of time to make a visit, i had missed my classes just to visit the house. Also, please change your customer care people who are never bothered to give fake information. They always make a check on the website, then with the tech people and then internally. Are all of the employees this misinformed? None of the customer care people seems to be of any help.
This is not the first time i'm facing this issue, i already had the misfortune to schedule a visit to 'darshan castle'. After those customer care people confirmed that one bed is vacant, i went to visit the house and was told by the tenants that there were no rooms/beds available.
Please make sure to put a halt on such bad management/mis information
