First, without prior information, the new area manager just come to the flat with tenants. I understand that we do receive a message from nestaway for a visit, but he can atleast give a call to any o[censored]s before coming to the flat so that we can take appropriate action even if we are not available. We informed the same to the previous area manager, and with him, we never faced such problem. Also, if something goes missing in our absence while he has visited with a tenant, we are not responsible in this case.

Second, even if a tenant has come for a visit, area manger just shows the room and don't even let us discuss the overall expenses with the tenant before moving in. We don't want that after she moves in, we face any further any consequences regarding the expenses as every expense is shared between all o[censored]s. Nothing is for free here, not even wifi, as wifi connection is on my name and not on nestaway's.

Third, one of our friend came to our address to see both of the flats and she was willing to book the room in the flat opposite to ours, she tried a lot to book the room via nestaway app, but she was unable to do so. We requested new area manager to not let anyone else book the room as our friend was willing to book the complete room, but he ignored our request and also did not help at all in resolving the issue of not able to book the room. He just got the room booked and blamed us for not giving any contact number. I mean, this is really unacceptable that he just ignored our request. I am sure, if previous area manager would have been here, he would have listened to us and helped us resolve the problem as soon as possible like before so that she could book the room.

Fourth, we don't want a tenant whose male friend/boyfriend visit frequently to our flat, especially after 8 pm. We faced this problem with our previous flatmate and we have also informed owner the same. If such incident occurs again, we will simply ask the new tenant to empty flat or else we will move out as we will not tolerate this issue again and the owner has also agreed with our point.

    I have moved in to 204 sai kishore residency, puppalaguda on 18/11/2016. There was an issue between apartment asociation and a girl residing in 203 flat just before i moved in.

    That girl has brought a friend (Who behaved very rude with watchmen it seems) who had a fight with the watchmen of the apartment. The apartment asociation has asked owner to come and discuss/solve this issue.

    Apparently owner hasn't show up even after few days of that issue. All of this happened before my move in. And once i moved in apartment asociation was angry that the owner didnt even show up when called but filling the apartments hence asociation has cut my water supply from 18/21/2016.

    From three days i had to stay with my reatives even after paying in full to
    Nest away.

    If a girl living in 203 has created a nuisance, how is it justified to stop water supply to 204?

    Representative raghava is trying to help me on this case but it doesn't seem to be moving anywhere. I am not able to speak with owner directly. Only hr representative will speak with owners it seems.

    But hr person vikram doesn't want to be disturbed by tenants it seems. So this issue really is not getting solved.

    Owner is not speaking with asociation. Only hr will speak with owner but hr doesn't want to be disturbed by tenants. And asociation is not going to provide water unless owner comes and speak with them.

    P. S owner just lives 100mts away from the apartment but is not ready to come to apartment to solve the issue.

      I have taken sharing room at rent through nestaway. From the past may days I was asking details about the owner and asking signature of the owner on the rent receipt which I had to submit for the Income tax benefit under House rent allowance. They provided the rental agreement which had some sign with no name under it and took many signatures of mine on various papers. On the first page of rental agreement the owner mentioned is "A Suhasini" but when I asked for the rent receipts, they told me that they cannot provide the signed copy of the receipts and the system generated receipts of online payment can be downloaded from my account. When I downloaded the receipts, the owner name mentioned on it is " Kalavathy". On asking who the owner is they are not able to provide the details and not helping properly. I am highly fed up of these things. They are just not helping and only automatically deducting the rent from my bank account. Indirectly they are faking the documents and fooling the consumer. I am highly frustrated, earlier also I have faced many problems. Please look into the matter. I am attaching the screenshots of the rent receipt and rental agreement showing the two different owner names and the page showing the sign of owner which is not clear whose signature it is as below it the name is not mentioned. I need strict action against them and compensation for this mental pain.

        I have booked a room in nestaway but they didn't provide me that again when i was asking to provide room then they told me give next month payment but after then also they didn't provide me room. When i was asking for money they told its your fault. Even i didn't checked in room due to nestaway they are not refunding money can you suggest me.
        Which product they are providing i didn't use single day then why they are not returning my money. Even i don't have sign any bond and agreement or submit any document and even i don't no policy, but they are saying about policy, due to policy you will not get single rupees.

          I stayed with nest away rented house (flat no. 115, lakshmi venkataswra nilaya, channasandra, bangalore) from 1 june 2016 to 3rd october 2016.

          Despite multiple calls to customer care and raising service tickets, i have not got my refund back.

          Infact my ticket was closed with out any verification.
          When i call cc, instead for giving the reason why the request was closed, they mention what is updated in the portal, which is always confusing and misleading.

          As per the payment status, i paid security deposit of 22000, out of 11000 has been deducted since i did not complete lock in period of 6 months which is valid but the complete rent of october is also charged which is not valid.

          As per the policy, i have paid 10 days notice, which was updated in the portal.

          Considering that only the rent of 3 days should be deducted from the security deposit.

          Please help in refunding the remaining amount.

            I was supposed to get rs.26250/- rent for the month of august but i received only rs.21875/-. When i raised a complaint with the zonal manager and clearance team they provided me an excuse as there are some pending transactions because of the non-payment from tenants. When i said as per the agreement nest away should credit the amount to the owner irrespective of the tenants paying the rent to nest away, they said that the balance amount will be credited in the september month rent which didn't happen till now. Whenever i call the excuse is there are some 47 lakhs transactions pending and the issue is raised to the ceo. Who cares about all that nest away is charging 12.5% as the service fee and they are not even providing 1% of the service. Very bad and pathetic service. It looks like it is a big time scam that is going on

              This was the worst experience with regards to moving into an apartment through nestaway... Date of incident 12 th oct 2016 onwards.
              1. Apartment not cleaned inside & overall outside.
              2. No water supply in the bathrooms.
              3. No representatives answers the call (Were very much available during the payment formalities-booking).
              4. No watchman (Security).

                Charges rent /late fees/ac rentals as &when wanted. No support from CRM or cutomer care. Nobody replies to the email / messages or calls. Their are so many issues happening and anybody calls us saying from nestaway and talks neusamce, I'm guessing their system and the database is not safe. I'd appreciate if some strict actions are taken against them.And somehow the money that they have drawn from customers other than the rent should be returned. I can show the complaints from consumers as well.
                The person is Mr. Karan Arya that I have been trying to contact this guy tells himself from the operations team whereas when searched on Linkedin is from CRM. I'd appreciate if this company is taken down since it had made a mess in the first place and then is a fraud since after taking the security deposit it adds enumerous charges at last without notifying and then easily tongs back that its mentioned on their databse.

                  Hello Nestaway,

                  On 3 October in ticket number SR No.129513 .I requested for hosting my brother with the specified date.

                  In ticket : SR No.129513 . I clearly got permission from Nestaway stating : you can host your brother with your co tenants' approval (nowhere permission from OWNER is written in policies as well as in support ticket).

                  Owner repeatedly came into the house and asked caretaker to not to allow host to enter in the property.

                  No tenant protection or safeguard system is in place so that we could had stopped the same.

                  Again when I raised the request against the harassment being suffered in ticket number : SR No.132247 . Nestaway clearly dropped us stating : Regret to inform we have not received necessary permission to allow host stay in the house. Hence I will be unable to process your request.

                  Q ) Why this permission was not taken earlier?
                  Q) Why there is no specific help provided to tenants who is being get exploited?
                  Q) Why policies are broken from your end?
                  Q) Why your advertisement say no owner will be coming in midnight or everyday when same is happening under your roof?
                  Q) Who will pay for the mental disturbance due to abusive slangs used against us?

                  Even after paying almost 48000, if I have to go through this much of pain its worthless and pointless to continue with Nestaway.

                  Kindly initiate my whole refund or help me in finding another home, so that I can move out .Otherwise I have to lodge this complaint in consumer complaints System of India.

                  This is total harassment of policies and the services Nestaway provides to their tenants.

                  Provided security to them but they are not refunding and charging absurd amounts.

                    Many times I have raised issues and ticket also but no response from your side...as same we are working on it..they have not returned the security..still asking for the next month rent ...they have added extra charges first they said it was tech fault they resolve it..but still it is pending..they didn't provided amenities what they promised to me.if they we call them they ask first raise Tt if ticket is raised they so politely ask for additional time n than our issues will be thrown in dustbin.

                      Its been 15 days of moving out from Nestaway accommodations and still I haven't received the security. The concern has been shared to Karan (Employee of Nestaway). i have been regularly following up for the money. If this is the attitude in returning the money, then i shall never refer anyone to reside in Nestaway. I am seriously facing problem in residing to a different place as my money is stuck and I cant pay to them. Its a request to please adhere to the request.

                        Ticket no. 107058. Apartment was vacated on 7th august. Today it's 14th september and still i am waiting for them to refund the security deposit. Multiple phone calls, emails, service request tickets have been made in between but to no avail. They have one standard dialogue that the refund has been initiated and it would get credited in the next 4-5 working days. This is going on since last 1 month.

                        During the stay, there were lots of problems. Even after vacating i am facing issues. Completely fraud company and full of people who specialize in blatant lying.

                        When I moved out i was told that i will be getting approximately Rs. 11500 from my security deposit in a time span of 3-5 days. My moving out date was 10th Aug 2016 but till now i didn't get any money back. I called customer care 7-8 times and got same response everytime.

                          Point 1 : Nestaway people do not complete formalities before moving in people

                          i stayed with nestaway for 3 months. In 3 months, nestaway did not provide us cards. has given agreements after 1 month(after many reminders). Till the time we moved out, nestaway havent completed move-in form.

                          point 2: They do not care about poeple staying in their homes

                          Knowing nestaway is illegal, they should at east talk to community and make sure nothing goes wrong to their customers. but, nestaway on other hand says "Tell to poeple that you are bunch of friends staying together. Do not use nestaway name"

                          point 3: Awful communication system

                          The house is offborded 1 month before. communication is not done with Tenants

                          finance team doesnt know about the offboard issue and refunded 1/3 of the money

                          its been 2 weeks since we raised alarm to return our money. still, no progress (we are calling everyday)

                            Hello every one this is to bring to every ones notice that nestaway is a fraud and their services are pathetic to say the least. The whole experience of signing up my property in a posh location was pathetic . I had to visit their office 5 times and was made to wait for hours together.
                            Finally when the agreement was signed they took ages to fill it up and my tenants also had a very bad experience with this company.

                            Their concept is not workable and their customer service becomes active after a 100 phone calls and mails. And none of their executives have time to pick up calls and and very rude.

                              Only after 10 days we moved to nestaway flat we got notification to pay internet bill . We paid it but after 16th of August internet stopped working we called nestaway they told us to call Hathway then we talk to Hathway and we came to know that bill is not been paid by nestaway. So we raised a ticket regarding this issue and called them atleast 20 times but they never tried to do anything. Now after 9 days without internet I want my money back but nestaway is not doing so neither it is paying my bill to hathway . It is SCAM and now we all flat mate going to take legal action against nestaway . Please some one tell me what should I do to.

                                Dear sir,

                                I have rented a property from nestway on 10th may 2016 and had paid rs. 3000/- as advance to its local representative mr nirdesh kumar. I am following this matter with their, local team, mr. Nirdesh kumar and mr. Saurabh aggrawal. I have even written to their ho regarding the same but to no avail.

                                This matter is pending from last four months without any resolution.

                                Today two people from nestways recovery team visited my flat and asked to pay rs. 26000/- in cash or vacate the flat. When i showed them the proof of my rs 3000/- advance to them. They persisted to pay them rs 23000/- in cash without any receipt or proof. They even did not showed their id cards.

                                  Last month i booked a house for my family in nestaway (providers of rented homes in bangalore) and paid the whole deposit.
                                  I was supposed to move in that house on 31st of the july, 2016. meanwhile on 29th july i called the area manager of the aforesaid house for a visit before my move in but he didn't picked up my call. then i call their customer care and ask them to schedule a visit for that house but they were unable to do so.
                                  On the moving date i got a call from nestaway that somebody is already living there and they won't be providing that house.
                                  I asked them to provide an another house in the same location and they came up with a house with 1 bathroom with small size bedroom which was not expected.
                                  Now they are making continuous mails and msg regarding rent payable for the month end july, 2016.
                                  Neither they are refunding the money nor providing a proper house to live.
                                  I'm a family guy living with old parents it's not possible for me to make them travel on a frequent note.

                                    I have rented a shared room thru nestaway (house id: n776). as per booking date i was planned to shift on date : "4th june, 2016".
                                    I am feeling being cheated here and feeling stuck “my hard earned money”. the area manager had shown me the house with no electricity at 8:45 pm. i booked a appointment at 8:00 pm to see the place he came after 8:45 pm and he himself was surprised that house didn’t had electricity (he was clueless about the house situation).
                                    I was shocked to see the house the date i shifted (6/4), when it had light. its status was horrible complete house was stinking full of garbage, bottles and cigarettes. even not a basic cleaning was performed.

                                    On 6/4, they offered me an option to leave the house in 3 days if i dint like. i tried my best to look up a good and peaceful house for 2 days. but on this short notice it was not possible for me. they then assured to resolve all the existing issue of the house and hence i decided to continue there.
                                    It’s been 2 months, they have not yet resolved all the issues.
                                    What they promised on internet is absolutely different than what they are actually giving.
                                    They only call me when they need rent. i have 13 tickets (for this house) to resolve the issues, they just close them without any solution.
                                    More unexpected situation was:
                                    1. the house had due amount of water bill of rs 5000 (2 years bill). the respected department persosn daily use to come and ask us to pay the bill. they use to turn off the water regularly.
                                    2. same case was with electricity. two times we received electricity due bill due to which the respective department has disconnected electricity number of times. we have been mentally tortured.
                                    3. sofa they provided are stinking with dog and cat pee.
                                    4. they have not yet provided wifi.. giving wrong excuse that there is no network here. when i told them that i ll not pay rent then they got active but still router is not provided.
                                    5. i am facing mental trauma here with their daily issues.
                                    Due to these worst situations i was not able to stay here.in june i mostly stayed at my friends place.in july i went to my home, and was surprised when i came back and got to know that the issues are still not resolved.
                                    I want:
                                    1. return of my rent whatever i paid.
                                    2. i would pay them 100% rent from the day they will provide me 100% service.
                                    I am tired of doing follow up with them. if they are not ready to give their promised service, i want my deposit and paid rent back. i want to get rid of this mental torture. i shifted here to leave in peace not to tolerate their worst service. please help.

                                    ist been years, i havn't got my eithe rmy securiyt deposit or my advance. please help to get refund.
                                    they do not expect any star.
                                    how come the the issue is changed to Resolved.
                                    What is resolved here, u took the from me and forwarded the same to Nestaway. I am doing the same since last 2 months. since I didnt got any solution thats why i posted the issues here, and surprisingly it is marked as Resolved without any solution.

                                      Hi,

                                      I had scheduled a visit to the nestaway house named 'shree ratnakunj' house id - n664 at 8:00 p. M. Today.

                                      Since i had already had a bad experience regarding bed availability, i had called nestaway customer care to make sure that the bed is available. As per the website and the app, it showed that 2 beds of rs. 5500 were vacant.
                                      To make sure i had made a call to the customer care, they said that they have checked it internally and confirmed me that the beds are available.

                                      Since it takes me too long to travel from banashankari to koramangala, i had made the confirmation call. After reaching koramangala, i had called the area manager and he told that those beds were not available because some girls didn't pay their rent.

                                      In case of any of such issues what i suggest you is either you throw those tenants out of the house or make sure that your app stops giving stupid information and stop irritating the customers again and again. It takes us a lot of time to make a visit, i had missed my classes just to visit the house. Also, please change your customer care people who are never bothered to give fake information. They always make a check on the website, then with the tech people and then internally. Are all of the employees this misinformed? None of the customer care people seems to be of any help.

                                      This is not the first time i'm facing this issue, i already had the misfortune to schedule a visit to 'darshan castle'. After those customer care people confirmed that one bed is vacant, i went to visit the house and was told by the tenants that there were no rooms/beds available.

                                      Please make sure to put a halt on such bad management/mis information

                                        I have recently moved in to a nestaway flat on 15th of july and it has been more than 15 days now that there is no electricity in the house. Since i am the only one who has moved in they are least bothered about the issue. I have been calling different persons for the issue but they never provided any resolution. They gave me numbers of certain managers who never respond over the phone. I have also raised a ticket over the portal bit never heard from any customer associate and on the contrary whenever i call the customer support i have been asked to wait and they will revert back and when i ask for any onfloor manager the reply i get is some time they say that the mangers are on lunch and sometimes busy in meetings. I have been really struggling to get this issue resolved. I am really disappointed by their service i have been paying my rent since last 15 days but never have shifted to the flat as it doesnt have any electricity.
