There was no one at the property when i booked my first visit. Thankfully the neighbors helped me take a look and i liked a house.

I paid all of what was needed (Token, rent, sec deposit etc) and my move in date was 10/13. I checkin with the assigned agent 4-5 days before the move in date to make sure cleaning and rearrangement is on schedule but nothing was. I had to tell the agent a list of things i need in order to be able to move.

I visit the property on my move in date (Failed to do any planning to move my stuff from other property since they didn't care about my planning at all) with literally no progress at all on any front.

Imagine if i trusted nestaway and planned to get a truck load of stuff to the new property which is not even ready to stand in a corner, i would've been doomed. So i canceled the booking on the same day as my move in day since the house wasn't even close to getting ready.

I canceled the booking on 10/13 and waited till 10/24 till i start following up on my refund. Since then till date i've been calling everyday to get an update on what's happening and they keep giving me a new story every single day. This is super frustrating and getting to my nerves every day.

    Neswatay is pathetic in terms of service. I would never recommend people to book a house on rent with nestaway.
    Incident - 2nd oct 201
    I had so much problem with the move in and there was very less/no support after i paid token money for booking, sec deposit, onboard charge (Which nestaway says is agreement making, house cleaning and all one time charge) and sept rent.

    I was supposed to move in on 2nd oct, however my rent agreement was not done as my address was not corrected even i had updated long back. Also on 1st oct move in manager called me and said move in cannot be done as 2nd oct was holiday for nestaway as well. To my surprise i had already raised long back that i am moving in on 2nd oct, but at last moment i was told cannot move in cannot be done. I was moving from bangalore to gurgaon and had no where to go.

    Clearly so unresponsive people, even customer care told they will help me within 1 hr, but no one called up, even after calling up so many times. Clearly there is no concern even after paying up for services.

    Following were the payments made by me :

    1. Invoice id: m7tvg6boyptuibk-token amount paid - on 16 sep 2017-rs 2600.0

    2. Invoice id: 2gnebwfffgksyfq-date paid on 22 sep 2017-reason-security deposit amount paid-rs 7500.0

    3. Date-paid on 22 sep 2017-reason-onboarding charges-amount paid-rs 3000.0

    4. Date-paid on 25 sep 2017-rent september-rent for september from[protected] to[protected]amount paid - rs 2020.0

    After all these things i was so depressed and decided to cancel booking, so i raised cancelation on 2nd oct on nestaway portal, to my surprise i am still did not get my refund, even after so many days, even if nestway business states it would refund the money within 7 days clearly its almost month.

    I raised the ticket for refund but nobody looked into it, escalated till level 4 nobody looked or commented or bothered me to help me out or call. Calling up customer care, they would give stupid reasons that it would be done in 1 day or 48 hours, don't worry and all. Its pending with some or other department. Every time different versions of answers, but the don't hesitate to say it would be done with 48 hours.

    Customer care level 1 make excuses that manager is not available and he is gone for lunch and sometimes colleagues act as manager and talk to you and assure you will get refund. You have to talk harshly to talk to manager, who is no different from his junior subordinates.

    Everyday i have been calling nestaway, even tough the give me answer it will be done with 24-48 hours. Fed up of lies.

    A big problem lies in nestaway is no co ordination with there teams, be it customer care, accounts/finance or techincal or ground time.

    Even i am moved out i still getting mails for oct rent. I highlighted this so many times and they tell me that it will be taken care by technical team, but for last 1 month my dashboard is still not updated.

    Nestaway is not simplifying living but shelling out pockets of people and not helping them. Big fraudsters.

      There are several services that are promised and mentioned but are not provided

      1. No free service or cleanup
      2. No inspection once anyone leaves.
      3. No service tickets resolved
      4. Hidden charges not specified while staying
      5. Hidden charges while vacating the home
      6. No verification of roommate dues once anyone leaves.

      Nestway has very very bad in customer care and they do not care. I strongly do not reccomen it for anyone.

        We have rented a house in noida. We were told that the house is fully furnished and rent was charged as per the furnished house. When we visited the house geyser was not installed. Nestway promised us that geyser will be installed within 1 month of our move in, but it is still not done after 3 months now. They are taking full rent from us but not providing amenities. They have stopped taking our calls. The owner who lives in the same building has also stop taking calls. The owner is harassing us as she has used her registered number in everything like dth, gas cylinder, wifi and we are not able to recharge our dth and will not be able to book gas cylinder.

          My name is supriya. I took a shared flat for rent that costed 7000/- in august 2017.
          Flat id: 1313
          The room they have provided me costs only 6500/-. Nestaway must change my agreement to 6500/- rent.
          I raised the complaint in august in nestaway website to change the agreement - there was a house verification done based on complaint, where they confirmed that the room i stay charges only 6500/-.
          The complaint to change agreement is open for 3 months now. No action has been taken. All they ask is to wait patiently. I spoke to floor manager, still the same response.

            I don't know how my previous complain have been closed when i have not received the money yet. House is 12292 deepmala roy started staying on 1st of april but due to room shifting 1st of may i moved to other room with a different name as nestaway rep suggested you can't book with sane name.             I used to stay with nestaway house id n12292 as deepmala roy with email id kiara. [protected]@gmail.com on 1st of april then i put my room on upgradation and then my room got allocated to someone as my bed got release they asked me to shift on the other room where in one bed was available with kajal mishra. That was on 3rd of may but as my name was already in use they ask me to book under diff name and email id. I left the house on 18th and is eligible to get some 8000 after deducting rent of october till 18th but now they are saying my 6 months is not completed and they deducted some penalty charges and move out charges but actually if you see i have completed 6 months from 1st of april and the id i used for both the accounts is same. Later on i was staying as munmun roy under email id [protected]@gmail.com. Customer not responding properly as i left the home area manager also not responding. I had the worst experience of nestaway in this coming 6 months

            Trust me your team is not even responding last msg I got on Sunday that your move out charges will be waive off after that inspite clearing my account they added 1000 more as key charges. Here I am fighting why even I am paying 3000 as owner charges then 3000 as move out charges here they are adding more . O have my 12000 out of which I am only suppose to pay rent of October till 15th and 2 late fee charges which were pending so 3000 + 1000 rest 8000 I should get back. No body is answering me on that . I escalated so many times . I called customer care they are not helping I called area manager he is not picking

              They bill me for random utility bills and not giving proper response after raising service request. No one has any sense of responsibility here. I have paid all my electricity bills through bescom and showed receipt to nestaway but then also they are charging for electricity and most important the receipt they have attached in that account number is different, someone else bescom account id. Regarding this i directly spoke with my owner and he told on behalf of that account's id he already paid and that will be paid by owner not tenant. Why then nestaway is charging unnecessary. And on the month of september they have attached april month's bill, suddenly why nestaway is starting to charge without any information and noticed and that too someone else bescom account id bills. They are showing unnecessary charges to extract as much money as possible.

                I had scheduled an visit, for 1bhk full house gnr nest in parappana agrahara on calling the area manager he asked me to come at a different time, i agreed and reached the location. After which i called him to check the exact location he said its not right location and asked me to come to sri sai enclave on central jail road. I though my be the location of site may be wrong and hence he is asking me to come there. After reaching sai enclave he said the flat is g - 07 it turned out to be a shared room, i had travelled from jp nagar 12 kms to reach here and turns out its not even a full flat its a shared flat at different location, what kind of service is this. I think after the diwali discounts on nestway they dont want customer to buy and avail the discount or the area manager are least bothered for there area and prospective customers.

                It is really disappointing.

                  I was an tenant in one of the nestaway house in bangalore. When i raised ccomplaints on mansi gupta (Claim to be an ibm employee and having fake id for gurupreet gour) bringing a/many males (Param, jaspreet singh) and stay at the house for more than 30 nights, they wanted me to vacate. Is nestaway doing illegal activities forecasting themselves as a house sharing? I have been raising complaints for longer but no response was taken. When i moved out of frustration from the house due to male staying in the female apartment, nestaway denied to return my deposit back. I hope this forum will help me in getting my money back and save many other girls from staying in a pr*tion supporting service nestaway.

                    I anshu priya had moved out of the flat no. 504 house id - n5932 jubilee cyber grande, madhapur, hyderabad on 30th september 2017. But i did not get my refunds till now as it has been 20 days after that. I request you to return my refunds as soon as possible. According to the nestaway policies, the refunds will be made within the 7 days after the move out. I called custom support and they said the refund process had been started on 5th october, 2017. I don't think that it takes so much time like 15 days for that. Now they are ignoring my calls.

                      I stayed in cm-2/301, supertech capetown, sector-74, noida from nov'16 to oct'17. I have deposited two months security while booking the room with nestaway. Now when i left the house as per the process i should receive a refund of ₹12485 after all the settlement. But they transferred only ₹7485 to my account and rest ₹5000 they deducted by saying pending utility bills and after asking clarification they are not giving any. I have followed up with them by e-mail, phone, service requests.
                      I already cleared all my dues and bills with my flatmates. Now they are charging ₹5000 on the name o[censored]tility bills. Which also not providing details.
                      Customer care is saying they don't have any information about this. And they are unable to help me in this.

                      It has been more than a Week I provided you the information you needed. I didn't hear back from your side. No one contacted me regarding my issue. I didn't received my refund yet. Very poor customer service. Not at all recommended to anyone.

                        I am from chennai and new to bangalore.

                        I hopped nestaway as an online home renting brand will help me, as my friend referred me to book home with nestaway and since i don't know the local language.

                        Early this month 6/oct, i booked room no. 19 jp comforts at munnekollala, maratahalli, via netsaway mobile application. I have paid security deposit rs. 20000, on boarding charges rs. 3000 and oct month 15 days rent rs. 5484 totally rs.28484.

                        You have fined me 6145 rupees, since i booked online paying the entire money including rent and advance, before i get the key from you. You made me to wait in front of the home which i booked by paying 28484/- for 2 hours and the agent was not picking up my calls. I called your (Nestaway) customer care and complained about the same. You were more interested in fining me than giving the service for which i have already paid.

                        Now please let me know why you have charged me rs 6145/- with out providing any service not even the key to the home.

                        I waited infront of the home (Which i booked paying entire money) for 2 hours with out the keys, and for these 2 hours are you charging me rs 6145/.

                        "if i would have gone with broker, i wouldn't have lost single rupee with out getting the key for the home."

                        Please let me know the split up for what you have charged me for rs 6145/- and do you have any legal justification to deduct this money as booking cancellation.

                        I would like your response to be notified with my 'entire chennai/bangalore facebook' community so that they wont face this online renting trap.

                        i have received a call from nestaway just few minutes back regarding this issue but Nestaway telephonic conservation was not good and made me frustrated again and again since Nestaway team is co relating this issue with some other service request which is not at all related to this issue.

                        I struggled myself a lot to find a new home in Karnataka Since I don't know anyone in Karnataka and local language as well but I trusted Nestaway and got good feedback from colleague and booked the same. But is it the right way you are dealing with your customer that what you did for me. I am very much frustrated and disappointed with your dealing on me in nestaway home booking.

                        27, 839 Rupees out of 28, 484 has credited but 645 Rupees has been deducted for 2 days rent. Can you tell me without getting house Key how you deducted two days rent for me and also give me the Split up for that?

                        do you have any legal justification fir the deducted 2 days rent Rs 645 without getting house key?

                        It looks like you forged and did fraud on me and I have mentally frustrated and got a lot problems because of MNestaway.

                        You have not provided any split up for the amount you have charged so far. Can you tell me the reason for that you deducted me Rs.645 for two days rent even I did not get the home key and entered into house at all?

                        Can you give me the legal justification of Rs.645 deducted amount?

                        I requested you to provide legal justification for 645 Rs deduction without giving house key to me. If you are not providing this, i am going to file a case in consumer court for forgery complaint against nestaway.

                          I have 2 properties, one in pune and another in noida which i have signed up with nestaway. They are far from what they claim they are. My pune property had all sorts of illegal activities going on till i discovered and forced them to evict the said tenants. More than agreed people were staying on my property and had opposite gender people staying with actual occupants, against the rules agreed upon between us. My noida property was in a inhabitable condition when i made a surprise visit to them. Nestaway acted only upon complaint by me and warned the tenants to clean up. The noida property continues to be partly occupied causing me a loss of rent as promised. The sales team of nestaway is only interested in signing up properties without bothering to fill up the beds. I have incurred huge losses by signing up with them and my properties are also spoiled and misused.

                            I had moved out from nestaway house id n 11215 flat no 301 ramsri residency journalists colony gachibowli hyderabad on 29 september 2017 but i didn't get my refund amount till now as it has been 13 days after that. I request you to refund my money as soon as possible. According to the nestaway policies, the refund will made with in 7 days after the moved out.

                              I'm writing to ceo of the company. I'm tenant of 7 silver oak apartment, bengaluru. When i visited the place i was given false information that my room has a washroom. However, i discovered after moving in that there is no washroom for my room. Till now i was staying in another room where one bed was vacant. I even told them to change my bed. Today i got a message that someone else has booked that bed. Now the problem is there will be three guys sharing one washroom. I would suggest you to offer another place to that tenant and transfer me to that bed. There is no way that i'm leaving that room.

                              The whole house was a garbage. Day by day, i've alone cleaned the whole house, have spent hours scratching dirt all over the house. Still maintaining it!

                              I would've never booked the room if i had known that my room doesn't have a washroom. Now what do you expect me to do? Should i take #, piss and bath on the terri's!

                              For your reference, i'm at room 1. The newly booked bed at room 3 is the issue. I want that bed as soon as possible. Please provide that tenant other place as he will be moving by 28 october.

                              I cannot leave this place. It's like home to e now!

                              Refer to this ticket and provide a resolution. U guys are forcing me to move out when I'm already settled in this home. Have u gone mad? When u are able to waive off my movement charges then why can't u waive off for the new tenant. He's not even moved here! Neither my roomies are happy about this. We 4 are living like a family. U want to separate a family member? If I don't get my resolution than I would need a compensation of 20, 000 for this inconvenience apart from free internal transfer you guys want me to bear. My address is registered with my office, bank. See, I'm not going to move out from this house. I will not not leave that bed. U provide that tenant a new property or we 4 tenants everyone is going to move out.

But i did not get my refunds till now as it has been 11 days after that. I request you to return my refunds as soon as possible.                                 Hello there. It has been 2 weeks and nothing happened. How much time will it take nestaway guys? When it was you asked for me for the security, you wanted to deposit in one take at the right time. Now when its time to pay back, what are you doing. If you demand everything from the customer to be right on time why not you guys can do the same?
                                I need the money . otherwise i would have waited for even a month. But not now.
                                Please do something.
                                I don't see any effort form your side. Atleast do update me what is going on.

                                Hello NESTAWAY guys, Can you please tell me what is the issue regarding refund of my security? You are not telling about the issue. Will you do refund it as soon as possible ? or I try something else to raise a complaint.

                                  I m staying in pune wakad in nestaway apartment. They deducted 2000 extra for nothing on the name utility bills and renovation charges when i was leaving the apartment.

                                  My account is from mobile number [protected].

                                  1) 999 for renovation charge (No renovation required in that room)
                                  2) 1000 utility bill (I have already paid all bills)

                                  They have take taken 12000 as security deposite and said they will refund all after six month they returned only 10000.

                                    1. On 6th of oct i moved in sriya serenity apartment and i was assured by mr. Sanjay that he will look after all the issues but the very next day he is not even picking my phone and not replying.

                                    2. I was not aware of that there is charge for shifting the bed even in same room so i made an internal transfer. Now when i called customer care and told them to cancel it, they are refusing to cancel.

                                      I am taking a house through nestaway in kothrud pune in a society in april 17 when i had done the formalities they told me that our executive came along with you for your move in but no body came. After 4 months they send me the mail you have to vacate the house as society don't want bachelors in there premises and also owner had cancelled the agreement with us but when i had checked on there portal again same house i was found on there portal and for bachelors it self. Then i taken a internal transfer to another property of nestaway in kothrud it self again they told me our executive is help you for your move in but again no body came i only received a call from executive. Form here my horror story starts i had booked bedroom 3 on there portal and i got bedroom 1 because the bedroom 1 tenant moved to bedroom 4 and bedroom 4 tenant moved to bedroom 3 which i had booked and the nestaway answer is very funny they told me that these all are very old tenants near about 2 years but when i checked there portal i found that only 2 tenants who are completed 1 year this month itself and another 5 are new to the house. Also when i moved in bedroom 1 i found that cot (Bed) is broken and i had made the requests on portal of nestaway to sorted it out but they all are busy in making money and make people fool. The images which they are showing on there portal all are fake you only got to know when you are moved in to the house and after your move in no body from nestaway to bother to see you if you are facing any problem because there rent meter is start and they steal your hard money on the name of rent. So it is my urge to all of you to don't take nestaway flats on rent otherwise you will experienced a bad experience.

                                        I have moved out on 14th sep 2017. Nestaway deduced rs 7268 as utility bills where as house owner have confirmed on email that there are no dues pending on me. All bills were paid and cleared already. Have raised so many tickets. One of them is sc_00067527.

                                        Have called them 100 times, everytime they say it is pending with finance team.

                                        Can you please help here in getting my pending refund amount of rs 7268.
