Very professional until you move in, immediately after that they behave worse than any fraud roadside agent/broker.

No courtesy to inform property off-boarding to tenants until last moment.
When inquired regarding off-boarding rumors (for 2 months), they misguided us every time just to "trick" us to pay august rent. Himani ([protected]) had msgd one of the tenants on 26th Aug 5pm that "Things are settled and we can continue to stay in the same property". Same night 10pm the property owner bangs our doors and rudely asks us to vacate within 2 days. We called every possible number we had from nestaway but none responded or took any responsibility.

I had to take half day off from work and visit Nestaway office, Gurgaon to seek an answer. There we met the HRM manager Aditya ([protected]) who humbly apologized for the situation and pacified us saying things went wrong due to some internal miscommunication and he will personally see to it that our security deposit is refunded and we are adequately compensated by returning our august rent (or a fraction of it). We were given a couple of days more to vacate the property. I moved out on 30th of August 2017 completing all the formalities, Aditya promised that I will get the refund back within 48 hours.

Five weeks have passed since I moved out, aditya had stopped answering my calls immediately after my move-out, all his promises proved to be fake and hollow. No written confirmation is sent yet about any off-boarding, refund or compensation. Called customer care several times, they can only say that they will look into it and respond within 24 hours. (same comment expected below this complaint)

Nestaway is a doing dirty business, they deceived us and made us pay august rent, they did not care about how their tenants are going to find another place to stay within 4-5 days and pay new security deposit etc at the end of the month. They are not ashamed of their behavior and they are "purposely delaying" our security deposit refund so that we get satisfied for somehow getting back our own money and they can evade paying any compensation.

1. When am I getting back my money? Normally nestaway would charge Rs 2000+ as fine if i delayed rent payment for so long.

2. Does Nestaway take responsibility of all that we had to go through? What can I expect as compensation?

    Hello, my registered no is [protected]. I have been move out from a property from last 10 days and i have made request for move out and for getting refund for the security deposit on 25 september 2017. And now there no any feedback or reply from the nestaway team, apparently they are giving me notifications to pay the rent of month october 2017. Why would i pay as i have made the move out. Also i can see on my account of nestaway dashboard i can still able to see the previous property details also the roomies details. What kind of service they are providing? 😡 also they had charged me wrong refund details and for move out like they have charged me rs.6700/- from rs.10, 000/- deposits. What’s wrong with so many deduction, as if i called the customer care everyday their only one same answer wait for some days you will get your refund of deposit back. Please help to solve this big issue.. Guys i would say don’t ever choose nestaway.

      We have been complaining about the refrigerator not working from the day we moved in (2 months). Things have been postponed according to the nestaway convince but never have been sorted out.
      Srikanth who is the liason person for the owner and the nesties has not been productive in making the necessary repairs. Now since we asked for an update, he has told us that it was not his responsibility to sort it out. Nestaway has a weird number of people who keeps telling us it's not their responsibility to look into any of our issues at home. Please try to provide the right contacts who actually can sort things out for the nesties.
      We are a group of 7 people having the worst experience in this house and with the way nestaway.
      I need an immediate meeting with the contact of the person above srikanth.

        I am highly depressed by the services which is being provided by the nestaway.

        They dont have gud representatives as well and charge extra for everything are providing as facility.
        I have move out on 2/09/17, after 3 weeks they have deducted rs 5000/-
        For utility bill., but my monthly bill was just rs 500/- avg which i have already paid. No one response in mail and no detail has been given,

          I am highly depressed by the services which is being provided by the nestaway.

          They dont have gud representatives as well and charge extra for everything are providing as facility. False promises.

          They charged extra for cupboards which informing and also do not have updated records when the custoimer is moving in or out.

          I will not recommend anyone to go for # nestaway houses. They are not at all helpful and trustworthy. They only want money without providing of services.

              Its been more than two weeks i haven't received my security refund from nestaway they took 13000 rupees and now no authority is taking this responsibility of refunding back. I have raise complain tickets but they are not resolved. I have tried my level best of following them up and calling authorities and mailing my issues to them but i have not received suitable reply till yet.

                This is a complaint on the previous complaint but no action yet when do you resolve it. Best part your team had stopped communicating any problems in doing so... Highly sick attitude. And unacceptable... Adding on mr. Aditya rana took the cheque on tuesday and still it hasn't been updated. I think this is a highly unacceptable behaviour on two counts... And actually speaking do you work on the complaints on the dashboard or its an eyewash

                    On 1st September I was trying to pay Nestaway bill. But unfortunately the payment did not happen and the amount has been deducted from my account. And I got payment failure message of payment. Still I have not received the refund of the amount. It has been communicated to me that within 7 days yr payment will get refunded. However I have not received the refund yet.

                    Am trying from last one week to contact you but am unable to.

                    Requesting you to please refund the amount ASAP.

                      This is to state that my ac in my room is not functioning for the past 5+days and i just came in to the property. According to the entry clause i should have got this as a fully furnished house with ac but the condition is not good. And now i may get into a health issue. There is a gentleman called krishna who coordinates in the issue sweet to talk to but good for nothing it seems. Even the owner has not been. Of any help amarendra he is non responsive rather i would say enjoying vc money. Service quality is pathetic. Hope some one looks into it and resolves...

                        I rented a place with nestaway considering them as a reputed company... I paid 28000 as security deposite... And shown executive and owner of the flat that the washroom and lights are not working at all... No water nothing... I shifted into the flat and conditions remain the same... I launched 4 service requests and called already 10 times and no one reverted... Now they are asking me to pay the rent which i do not owe them as the deal was with fully functional flat...

                          I have stayed more than 1 year in nestaway house. Last month i vacated the nestaway house, because we got notice from nestaway to vacate that house
                          As owner was not willing to extend there agreement with nestaway. So in that case notice period charge should not be deducted from my secruity money.
                          I also informed nestaway to take care this, and they insured me that notice period charge will not deduct. But i got my security money back after deducting thatnotice period charge and maintance for that month from my secruity amount. Nestaway was paying maintance for us as it has started 2 month back only.
                          I called nestaway customer care so many times, but that doesn't work.
                          So please help me on this, as i already vacated house 1 month back.

                            As my friend gaurav bodhare have complained "i am living in a hostel run privately by an owner. I wanted to shift to one of the nestaway house. So, i was creating an account on nestaway. But i came to know that our hostel manager has already registered me on nestaway without any notice and consent. He had my personal details and he did this after few days of me joining hostel. So whenever i want to shift to nestaway house i am asked to pay to move out charges. This is insane. He didn't tell us this thing to us.
                            Here are the details of hostel as uploaded on nestaway.
                            Location-hyderabad
                            Nestaway house - msr nest, kondapur", i am one of his neighbours.
                            We just got some random message on a night that we have been registered on nestaway. I don't know how they bypassed the otp but they somehow got us registered. When we enquired with the actual owner of the building informed us that previous management did these things and eloped with the money so they are not responsible for the security deposit and nestaway registration.

                              Even i had worst experience with nestaway in the beginning itself with the nestaway representative called sachin with phone number [protected], when out of curiosity i came to this complaints board and found so many complaints, which have opened my eyes.

                              As an owner, i needed to give 3 bhk flat on rent in a prime area in bangalore, when i registered on nestaway, i didn't get any call since 2 weeks after registration, and i almost forgot about them when one nestaway representative called sachin with phone number [protected], who called me and fixed a time to come and visit my 3 bhk flat, and committed on a time, however he never turned up on time, and when i followed up, many times he didn't pick the call, and then in late evening he sent an sms stating, i would come tomorrow at around 07:30 pm, however even next day at round afternoon and around 7 pm, when i asked him to confirm whether he was coming, then again he made another excuse and said tomorrow, and even third time also he postponed thus spoiling my 3 precious evening times, where i could have gone out,

                              Nestaway seems to be a company full of fake commitments, when in the beginning itself they have such unprofessional attitude, then we all owners could imagine what would be the state of affairs, once they make fake promises and convince you and take your keys and then abscond for weeks together?

                              I am really shocked to see such kind o[censored]nprofessionalism from nestaway representative sachin with phone number [protected], don't suggest any owners to deal with them as nestaway is full of falsehood and fake promises and commitments in the beginning itself

                                Hi,
                                I'm althaf roshan, ex-tenant of nestaway. Would like to inform that i've found an outstanding balance to be paid even though i have vacated from the house a month after i've checked in. Since i was not holding a phone number at that point of time, my brother had to book from his account. Now when he tried to book from his own account for himself, he lost his money, along with that an outstanding balance of 16k was found.

                                I had lot of troubles dealing with this for the period i've stayed in. I've paid the advance amount and one-month rent for the time i've stayed for.

                                Please sent me a complete break-up for me to understand more clearly. Attaching a soft-copy of the signed rental agreement would be really convenient.

                                  I lived in nestaway home 2 months and then i switch to another place and today i compleated 1 months 10 days and tryed to call more then 30 times in customer care but they dont want to refund my money. They are cheater and they are deduct amount from my security for foolest reason like movement charge-6000₹, cleaning chare-1000₹, and fine -1000₹ for what i dont know but what can i do my money is already submited to nestaway. We was lived 2 persons and this amount only for my side nestaway cheats with me and deduct my amount 18000/- fron 24000/- and rest amount 6000/- is not refunding me last 1 months and 10 days i called to customer care more then 30 time they say me it will refund me with in 2 days but days never come now so please be awayer by this conpany *nestaway technologies* any body want to ank me any thing can call me - [protected]

                                    Greetings!
                                    I'm very disheartened and exhausted with the services of nestaway which they've offered me so far.
                                    I'd started living with nestaway since may' 2017 in one of their building on rent on mutual agreement.
                                    This is to intimate you that from the beginning only people from nestaway were not in approach even after calling them 100 times in a day, chasing them, had been to their gurgaon office situated in spaze it park, gurgaon. But they never responded on my emails, on my calls of which i'm having all the proofs. I was always on time while paying rent however their services were deteriorating with each passing day.
                                    I was living in one of the building of nestaway named the no.1 guest house, islampur, sec-38, gurgaon since may month. Owner of the building mr. Naresh chaudhary & nestaway had mutual contract for letting people to stay in the building on rent. Since last one & half month we were getting pressurized by the owner to leave the building as he had sold his building to someone else.
                                    However we were not having this information as were not intimated for such information of leaving the building.
                                    They didn't even give us the notice as per agreement and had given time of 5 days to leave or to do internal movement in some other nestaway's property.
                                    Since i was not given chance to look some other property even after asking them. They'd shifted me in one of their property stating that this property is in very posh area and having good locality as well.
                                    Right now i don't even have proper house to live. The only option they've given me is this of which i've captured pictures. All the commitments which they'd made were fake. Like a dog they've given me this property which is dirty, untidy and uncleaned. Not even enough spacious for one person.
                                    Taking it forward now, i've spoken with my lawyer to take this case forward and to make strict case on the base of all the proofs.
                                    I'm marking copies to this mail of mine to other special cell also so that i can have compensation and movement in some different property at earliest by 01/09/17.

                                      After my move-out nestaway has refunded the security deposit but nestaway deducted rs 1000 as electricity charges and rs 350 as damage charges.
                                      I have already paid electricity bill to the other flatmates and that service charges doesn't have any bearing one because it was communicated to move-out manager that it was already damaged and he marked the file complete.
                                      I have raised two tickets 6 days back and had conservative on customer support but no one is responding. And now nestaway is not refunding my rs1350.
                                      No communication and band service.

                                        They are charging for repairing an out of warranty washing machine which had its drum mount broken while one of the tenant was using it, they have applied these charges on 3 instead of 4 tenants even after they had agreed that nestaway would bear the charges not tenants. They are charging me on the last day of my accommodation there for something i have not broken.
                                        Since there is no resolve am escalating.
