We were using nestaway from last 2 years now we left the room 1 month back but not received the deposit refund yet, we are following up daily but the cs team is not responding on ticket. Please help us to get the money back asap.

    I moved out of flat 2 weeks back and still no deposit refund is processed. No answer on tickets and no ca from nestaway side to resolve the issue. Twitter handle is saying that they are working with owner, but owner confirmed that never heard from nestaway. Complete fraud service. Never go renting a full house with nestaway.

        Its been 2 months leaving nestaway house but still, they are charging huge amount for painting and building up the house. They have already deducted 15000 from security amount for house painting and other things for which we were not liable. Its a normal wear and tear of the house but now after 2 months, they have again charged 20000 for the same thing. And after few days late fee will be applicable. Kindly take action against these type of companies who are fooling people around.

          Dear sir,. I have applied for a sbi csp from ur reputed organisation on april 2019. After waiting for two and half months in july 2019 when i asked ur representative of bardhaman mr. Abhay kumar viswakarma he misguide me and told my file was in sbi branch but unfortunately the file was not found in my local area branch. Again after some days he told me that my file returned due to manager not attached approval letter. He again push my file and till date i am not getting any positive response. Every time he told different things to me. So now i request u to plz refund my money or else i have to go for another option. I am attaching payment receipt for your reference. Thanking you.

            I have loved your services! But you can't leave a more sadder memory!

            I had been staying with nestaway since june 2018. Everything was perfect. But then they introduced auto-billing dashboard 100/day on no dues clearance. I even appreciated that. But charging me 100/day for 4 months straight after i left 2 calls (Post which corona hit), 8 emails to officers of various departments when i got calls from payment collection departments (See attached images for dates) with zero response, and when i move out, holding my deposit for more than a month now when the inspection guy neither showed up after i followed up multiple times with abdul, and even when my house fell under your 7-day guaranteed refund policy?

            What kind of customer support are you providing?

            Hell, i even left a support ticket response for you guys under various subcategories of your such 'nicely maintained' support but not a single query for miscellaneous and barred number due to corona?

            I even got your recent email mentioning the struggles faced by you and i completely empathize with you guys.

            It's just my sincere request to you guys to clear the undue fines amounting to 3k more than my deposit. I mean what are you guys upto?

            To make matters even worse, my dashboard has been destroyed and my move-out process has automatically been completed? How did you even do that without my permission?

            I would be happy to attach any documents you need.

            Please refund the deposit i paid.

              As per nestaway notice email, the electricity bill payment structure is changed. Where from 1st october, it will be not published on the dashboard. Then why, the august month's bill has been not published in dashboard. Because of your fault, the people cut our electricity and later i came to know that this is from this month. Your service is getting worse day by day. From last three days there was no water due to motor issue. It got resolved by the owner it seems, and then the next day this issue. Who is responsible to provide us the correct information. The main thing, between this all when we call our Area manager "Adil khan", he denies to support and doesn't pick calls and even block some of the numbers. He promises to reach our place for help, later he gets invisible. What kind of staff you have, who is not responsible nor he responds whenever needed. Its so hard for people like us to survive when there is no person to support. At the end of the day, he raises up his hand and gets out of the issue. It has to be handled by the tenants.. Can you atleast hire some people who is really bothered about your customers and tenants.. No wonder, because of this behaviour you guys are losing your customers and soon we have to do the same because your service is worst.. There are many complaints and request which are left unsolved

              The same email has been sent to nestaway, many complaints has been raised for there services which was never attended. I pay 10k for a single room which is too much and on behalf of that i am not getting the proper services . No responsible staff and the staff has the audacity to block thw numbers of he feels irritated by our calls when we need help..

                Hi team,

                Recently i did the offboarding of the house as a owner and offboarding team from nestaway not doing properly on the estimation of the house furniture replace / repair and not able to contact her after so many trials of calling her. Seems bit rude instead of listening my property condition after tenants vacated and am requesting for the amount for repairs and damage things from the tenants sd and she is not working on this lines.

                They are behaving like her own way rather than the company rules. Please help me in getting furniture repaired and instead of deducting the amount properly all those repairs, nestway asking to pay the security deposit and please sort out my issue with nestaway.

                  I have served 30 days notice period before move out as per the agreement, I have also cleared my rents and electricity bills. House inspection was scheduled 2 days before my move out but no one from Nestway showed up nor contacted, even my move out date passed, but still no communication from Nestway, every day I kept raising my concerns through their service/customer tickets but never got any proper response, I also visited their office at HSR Layout, but security gard did not let me in and informed their is no area manager or account available in office and I will be contacted within 24 hours, but that never happened and again no contact from nestaway, raised another customer ticket and after 8 days of daily follow ups got a call from nestaway person saying he wants to complete my house inspection and wants to collect my house keys, house condition was completely fine and everything was in a good condition and nestaway person collected my keys, after that he said I will be contacted by accounting team to refund my deposit amount, but guess what, again no communication from nestaway and I kept following up on my service ticket, after 5 days, I received a msg from my bank that nestaway has credited Rs 5127 to my account, this was really surprising as my house deposit was 30k and nestaway returned only 5127 and not move out settlement statement was provided and no break up of any charges or decisions were shared, after that I kept following up with nestaway again to see clarity through service tickets but still no response, this Saturday I have decided to fill a cheating and breach of agreement terms complaint in HSY police station and also file a case against them in the court.

                    I have been trying for so long... I have raised tickets so many times... I have contacted area manager so many times... M seriously frustrated now
                    I have got electricity bill thrice for same month... That too triple of what i usually get... No one is helping me... Now you will start putting fine... What should i do?.. Whom should i contact thn... This is seriously so annoying.. Neither you r taking calls.. Nor you are replying to my requests... Last month also i got bill around 3000 for one month... After complaining it was found that i was charged according to commercial line... N at the end it came as 144rs... Do you understand the difference between 3000 and 144??? How m i suppose to pay so much???

                      I raised the ticket to move out from the property & was charged with rs. 3300/- as a maintenance charges without the inspection. Since march i haven't stayed there, duration of my stay in nestaway was just 7 months & then after due to lockdown i came t my hometown. So i raised a ticket on 18th sept 2020 & i was charged with rs.3300/- as maintenance charges for repairing shower taps, tube holder, sofa repair and what not all #, even when all the things are fine.
                      After calling the property manager, he's trying to avoid the calls & asking me to call me after sometimes. Once he shared the mail id of nestaway for raising my issue
                      I asked him to give his boss' number then he said he's not working in nestaway anymore (Within 2-4 hrs?).
                      I want my money back.

                        I gave the apartment flat for tenants search ., it’s been 2 months no leads happened and no one visited the house. I asked to return the keys and no one seems to be responding properly and they want to do off boarding process for no reason . I am afraid they will come back and demand money for holding the key ., Such a shame ! I want the key ASAP

                            I left Nestaway house on 19th April but nestaway team rescheduled the move out date to 19th May and said that their system did that and when i tried to call them to correct the date they said that i have to raise a ticket on which they are not doing anything.
                            They cut my one month rent which was 13000 rs.
                            Please help me to get that money.
                            I am not able to paste all the snaps i have as proof

                              Hello there,

                              This is yogananda. I was residing in bangalore due to covid -19 i have vacated house where am stying in nestaway in august 29th 2020. Now it’s been more than 20 days i haven’t get my money from nest away department. No customer care number is working. No one answering my calls. If by mistake they pic the calls from other mobile they were giving false statements (I have proof). I went depression du to this issue. I want to raise a complaint on nest away and i want to get my deposite money. Please help me

                              i got a message like your bank details are not correct 😟. Is this is they it processing the tenet deposite money . If the Bank details are not correct how these many years am paying the rent with same bank details ? Okay but still i try to update the details but link which provided in message not working . Still how many months i have gave this mental torcher from nest away ? This is more dangerous to life . Still am struggling like anything to get “MY DEPOSITE MONEY “ both snapshots attached

                                Hi, My name is Anirudh Banerjee

                                I was staying in a nestaway house in Bangalore, I had the vacated the house on 4th of June 2020. Since then the company has not given back my Security deposit stating that the amount has not been received from the owner of the house. While contacting the owner of the house I got to know that the company has not been giving rent to the owner of the company for several months while I was religiously giving my rent on time.

                                I have only received a mere 7000 rs back, whereas i had given around 27800 as security deposit on which nestaway has implemented additional charges

                                I hope this goes to the company customer care which is also non responsive and not interested to act

                                  We have stayed in Nestaway property with House Id:59798. The Address of the property is:
                                  Flat No.402, Ravi Prakash Nest,
                                  1st cross road, Belur nagasandra,
                                  challaghatta, Bengaluru,
                                  Karnataka - 560037

                                  I have moved in the month of October 2019.I have paid a fully refundable security deposit of Rupees 32, 000/-.(Thirty Two Thousand only)before Moving Into the property. And I have paid my Rent with in Time without fail all the time.Although Nestaway says they are zero brokerage they have charged one time brokerage of Rupees 7400/-.

                                  I have Vacated the House on 9th August 2020. and Nestaway has not refunded my deposit yet after multiple followups and calls we didn't get any proper resolution and deposit amount of 32, 000 is not refunded to me. It been more than one month and I have been calling Nestaway multiple times and following up with customer care tickets which they have not provided any response.Ticket No./Sr No. CC_08437812 which I have been following from more than one month.

                                  Request you to help me in getting my refund back from Nestaway.

                                    I had vacated my nestaway flat on june 30th 2020. They have not refunded my security deposit of rs 31000 for 2.5 months now. I have been actively following up through calls, tickets on app and email but failed to receive any response. This fraudulent company has also deleted my dashboard on their app and now it's become next to impossible to keep a track on my security deposit refund

                                      My agreement was not renewed since june 2020 (Since i have not been living in the flat for 6 months due to covid-19), and i moved out on september 10, 2020. I paid the rent for all 6 months for which i wasn't at the flat and have also i paid the rent for september till my move out date (I. E. For the number of days i was staying in sep). Me and my roommate moved out on the same date and we have also joined on the same date. After moving out, out of my security deposit of rs. 20, 000, only rs. 8346 were refunded. There were no repair and maintenance charges or maintenance move out charges. But rs. 11654 were deducted as "other charges". On the other hand, my roommate received rs. 13752 back and rs. 6248 were deducted as "other charges". When i asked for clarification, i didn't receive any reply nor did they responded on any social media platform. I tried to raise a ticket but the site didn't allow the process.

                                        I moved out 18 days ago, i have still not recieved refund.
                                        Incorrect charges keep showing on my dashboard, showing 50k deductions.
                                        Customer care is not reachable, my call is disconnected
                                        All my service request tickets are automatically closed.
                                        I am helpless, never expected this from nestaway. I was with nestaway for 4 years
