Nestaway not refunding my deposit

Its been 45 days that i left house from nestaway, nestaway is not refunding my deposit of amount 29000.
After several followups calls no action taken. They are not taking my calls nor replying on service request.
I am in dire need of that money as i have to pay rent next house.
Please help to get my money back.
They have turned off customer care call also....

I had rented a flat using nestaway app, and the submitted the security amount of 14000. On the day I was moving out, which was 7th august 2020, they conducted a house inspection to check if there was any damage which needs to be adjusted from the security and the guy told us that the inspection report is 100% fine and there's no damage or deduction needed from the security amount. After that I spoke to Nestaway customer care multiple times...

Refund of my deposit

I'm at the same end of my patience now. Vacated the property on 28th July. It will be 2 months soon and we haven't got my deposit back. Have had multiple conversation with the Nestaway shop that I have right next to my area but they are useless. You owe me 20k+ and m here waiting for it. During this pandemic, money is something which is very important and coz of you guys I have missed my payments at different banks as I have dependent on...

Fraudulent charging of charges

I have vacated the house in the month of July, I got my security deposit back.
But still my dashboard is getting populated with various kind of charges. what sort of ethics is this. I want my account to be deleted by removal of all charges.

I have no relation with nestaway I got my security deposit back after various fradulent deductions and now this .

Do you have any customer support or work ethics...

Charging for cleaning without giving service

They are charging Rs 200 For garbage collection and Rs 400 for cleaning common are but I didn’t found any service has been provided.

I have raised ticket complained about mentioned issue in there portal where they replied “checked with internal team they have provided service so charges are valid “

After including their “Area sales manager” in conversation they waived off Rs 200 because he said there...

Incorrect charges and fines

Nestaway has charged me incorrectly. My dashboard has visit cost, other charges (Garbage charges) that have been billed to me. Due to this there have been fines that have been building up. Now since the time i have moved into this house i havent visited any other house and i have not agreed for my other charges to be billed to me. As per the agreement there was supposed to be no maintenance charge however the owner collects it regularly also...

The security deposit was not refunded and they have imposed unfair maintainance charges and inspection charges. Also they have imposed early move out charges which is against the agreement, as I have given a proper intimation of 10 days. Need my money back...

This is roshani shukla stayed at 970, sector 29, noida with contact details +91-[protected]. I vacated the apartment on 31st aug 2020 and got the reimbursement of rs. 9, 700 /- instead of rs. 24, 600 /-. I have been chasing with nestaway but no response from their end. Please help me in getting the remaining amount....

I've vacated on 31st jul 2020 and i've yet to receive my deposit refund. I've got mail mentioning that refund has been processed from your end and whatever remaining amount is there owner has to refund it to you, which you'll refund it to me. I've spoken to owner, he said you haven't given deposit amt to him at all. House id 129918. Even sr cc_08429952 says owner has to refund it, so we're closing the sr since its resolved. Refund amount and extra charges

As per the instruction from nestaway move out was initiated. However extra charges have been applied to me.
Nestaway has not reaching me to resolve the isse from last 01 week....

security deposit pending to refund

I have vacted in June and my security deposit is not yet refunded. They tell owner have to give, partial amount refunded, i havent received any deposit yet. no response for mail or call. Also they have deactivated my dashboard....

Nestaway is a total fraud. My room ac wasnt working and then lockdown came. I tried to reach nestaway helpline a lot of times bit it was off due to lockdown and there wasnt support. I went to my hometown and ac is still not in working condition till now. Haven't received the deposit.

I have vacated the property since june and its been 3 months i haven't received the deposit yet. And in faq its clearly written to get back the deposit within 7 days.

Partial refund provided

I have vacated the house on 31st August 2020 as per move-out date, and as per their rules I should get full refund in 24 hours but it's been more than a week I have not received full refund they have deducted one month's rent from my deposit, while placing move-out request there were no charged added but while returning the refund they have added September months rent unnecessarily.

Unnecessary charges on dashboard

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have already paid the rent for month of July and again they're harassing me to pay the rent for another owner. They kept my certificates with their area managers and insist me to pay money and also fine of 100 per day up to 1500. I have raised the service request on same they have closed the request without any action....

Didn't receive security deposit

It's been over a month since i moved out. I haven't received my security deposit yet. It was expected to get my deposit back till now but still I didn't get, expecting reply from your side @Nestaway Please initiate the payment asap.

Mattress Replacement

I've been staying in a flat through Nestaway. They have not been responding to my request for a change of mattress for about a year now. I am paying a high rent of Rs.16050 every month for a single room along with Rs.250/month for their Assure services(repairs and fittings). However, they have not bothered to replace the mattress despite repetitive complaints raised. I am suffering from constant backache due to this negligence on the part...
