I had rented a Flat in Noida and have vacated the same in August, 2020. I am yet to receive my security deposit amount. Inspite of various efforts, there is no response from them.

    Nestaway has looted about 23000 Rs from me in the name of bogus and unjustified fines and fake charges while refunding my security deposit.

    I stayed in Rajappa nest, 7th Cross Rd, Tavarekere, Balaji Nagar, S.G. Palya, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560029. My name is Pankaj Dhingra and my registered mobile number with nestaway is [protected]. I spent around 44000 Rs while moving in due to the information conveyed through nestaway's advertisement that full security refund will be disbursed after my stay in their properties. I have a copy of the rent agreement with me.

    During my stay, I was charged with exorbitant and unjustified bills on the name of water, maintenance, utility bills, etc. which I duly paid before time to avoid any penalties.

    When I raised a move-out request for 12th August, I got an email mentioning the settlement amount of 27600 Rs. PFA the screenshot. It was also mentioned that 5342 Rs was my august bill rent. I called the property manager named Mehul[protected] and enquired if this amount 5342 Rs had to be paid explicitly or It would be deducted from the refund. I was asked to pay this amount explicitly and I did. PFA the bill.

    Even after paying all my dues on time, I received only 4200 Rs after settlement which is completely unjustified. There was no damage whatsoever done to the flat. I took the photos of the flat on the last day to keep a record with me. I have ticket number CC_08444211 raised on nestaway. It has been over 2 months since my exit and no one from nestaway has responded whatsoever.

      Hi, I was a tenant in Noida for last 7 months. I have paid all my bills on time along with assurance charges. After paying September's rent I have received a mail regarding eviction notice as owner is planning to offboard the property. I have vacant the flat on time but after inspection my dashboard was removed from the profile. I am unable to see settlement report or raise ticket. The customer support desk is also not working due to COVID. I have mailed them but did not receive revert back. Attaching facts for clarification.

        i have stayed at a nestaway house for more that a year and mover out on 6th September 2020
        after i move out they conduct a house inspection, i have followed all the processes to book
        After all this my id on their online site displays that they owe me 29, 861Rs

        Its been more than a month and they have not refunded this amount to me,
        this breaches their rent agreement which states that this amount has to be refunded after 7-15 business days.

          Iam raising a complaint regarding the refund of our advance payment received by nestaway. The amount was promised to be deposited back with 5-7 days but it's been 20 days and we haven't received the amount yet.
          The paid amount was 45000/-
          And after deduction of painting charges we were supposed to receive 15000/- and we haven't received the above mentioned amount

            I live in bangalore. I was statying in one of nestaway property from last 6 months. 2 weeks back i got a mail from nestaway that they are going to offload the property where I'm staying and asked me to move out with 10 days. so i raised move out request and left property. Nest away guys came and did move out inspection on that day. But now they are not processing my request and saying inspection is still pending. They did the inspection already and i handed over the keys to them. now they are unnecessarily adding some bills. i can see 2 electricity bill for the same bill cycle. Even they are charging for early move out even though they only asked me to leave the property. when tried to call their customer care i getting the response its temporarily shutdown. so I'm not able to raise ticket also. I felt like cheated. its my hard earned money. Please refund my deposit and remove this unnecessary charges you are adding. I will never ever rent a property from Nestaway in future.

              I am living in pune, i rented an apartment in wakad area and stayed there for 3 years. Never missed a payment even for once. But now when its your turn to give my money back, you are continuously neglecting my requests, mails, and calls. I am feeling absolutely cheated with you. I am sure i wont stop here until i get my money back. Nestaway was known to be a good and only platform for me where we get the standard accommodation without feeling cheated. But you have proved that you are not even trustful.
              You representative called me once in 2 months and disconnects after saying "hello". This is really frustrating. Please give me my money back asap.

                Nestaway has taken a security deposit of 2 months which was 46, 000 from me while moving in to a flat with a rent of 23, 000 which i have vacated in the month of august. They have assured me that they will return the security deposit post vacating, but now they have come back to me saying owner has not returned the security deposit when investigating we got to know that owner has already returned!! Post then i have approached them through nestaway customer service and twitter and everywhere no one is even bothering to give any update sadly. Instead they are asking me not to worry even after 2 months.

                Tickets cc_08443617 & cc_08549235 are just lying with customer care but nobody is responding on the refund!!

                It's still not resolved they @nestawaycare simply come back to me saying just allow us some more time that's all! Executive don't respond at all to my mails or even ticket I have raised.

                  Nestaway team has not refunded my 2 months security deposit of 24000/ INR even after vacating and paying all the rents on time from past 2 years. they donot even respond to the customer service request and keep tenants that are threat to other members of the house.

                    Rs 4800 got charged in my dashboard and being told by company executives not to pay as it was added mistakenly. Later they started putting fines .No one is taking the complains and respo ding .

                      I would like to inform you that I have rented room in E 80 ground floor, sector 52 Noida- 201301 and had moved out on 31st July 2020 and haven't received my deposit security money which is 8800 Rs. till yet. None of executive is responding for same after lots of call.

                      Please help as soon as possible.

                        Nestaway has provided me 10 day notice to vacate the flat I am currently staying in. Throughout their behavior has been unprofessional and they have no business ethics. Around Covid situation, how can a tenant find an accommodation within 10 days. Also, when I called Nestaway agent he always told me that I will be given 30 day notice to vacate the premises if the company and owner decide to offboard the property mutually. Just because they don't find enough tenants around Covid they are forcefully vacating existing tenants from properties that don't provide them profit. This is completely unacceptable and legal action should be taken on this company.
                        Also, through out they were lethargic in resolving issues with property and no action is taken in spite of multiple follow ups with customer care and service requests in their portal. Extremely annoying and fraud company with no ethics whatsoever.

                          During my move-in i did not took painting and was promised by Area Manager that will not be charged with any painting charges during moveout and confirmed in email as well. But during my moveout i was charged with 9000 painting charge and getting no response form Nestaway.
                          This is very urgent, resolve it asap.

                            We vacated the house in the month of May, 2020 and they haven't refunded the security depost yet. after so many follow up they have refunded a partial amount (nearly half, not even half). still waiting for the balance amount no response from Nestaway. we created a Customer service request Sr No. CC_08435305 on 19th August, 2020 and current Escalation level is 4 but still no response from Nestaway.

                              I was in lock in period but the property got delisted. I like this property so i dont want to take an internal transfer to any other place. I talked to the area manager and he assured me that not a single penny will be deducted from my security deposit if i apply for.move out. After i applied for move out, they charged me 5675 in the name of moveout maintenance. I am not the only person staying in the apartment then why am i the only one charged? I talked to the city head of Hyderabad. He said he will look into the matter but now even he isn't responding. I feel cheated and disgusted with the service.

                                It has been more than 6 months since I haven't yet received my Deposit Refund of Rs 50700 from Nestaway for the House ID - N4070 bearing Contact Number - [protected] and Contact Name - Utkarsh Kumar for the registered Bank Account Number[protected]. I had visited the Nestaway office several times but due to rising covid situations I have moved to my hometown but they haven't yet processed our refund.                                     I moved out of flat 2 weeks back and still no deposit refund is processed. No answer on tickets and no ca from nestaway side to resolve the issue. Twitter handle is saying that they are working with owner, but owner confirmed that never heard from nestaway. Complete fraud service. Never go renting a full house with nestaway.

                                        Its been 2 months leaving nestaway house but still, they are charging huge amount for painting and building up the house. They have already deducted 15000 from security amount for house painting and other things for which we were not liable. Its a normal wear and tear of the house but now after 2 months, they have again charged 20000 for the same thing. And after few days late fee will be applicable. Kindly take action against these type of companies who are fooling people around.
