Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have already paid the rent for month of July and again they're harassing me to pay the rent for another owner. They kept my certificates with their area managers and insist me to pay money and also fine of 100 per day up to 1500. I have raised the service request on same they have closed the request without any action.

    It's been over a month since i moved out. I haven't received my security deposit yet. It was expected to get my deposit back till now but still I didn't get, expecting reply from your side @Nestaway Please initiate the payment asap.

      I've been staying in a flat through Nestaway. They have not been responding to my request for a change of mattress for about a year now. I am paying a high rent of Rs.16050 every month for a single room along with Rs.250/month for their Assure services(repairs and fittings). However, they have not bothered to replace the mattress despite repetitive complaints raised. I am suffering from constant backache due to this negligence on the part of Nestaway.

        I requested for move out from nestway on 31st August and i was initially charged for early move charges and after the movement, suddenly there are so many unnecessary charges have been imposed on me. this is a illegal method of not refunding the deposits. in the first pic, they fined me 8645 for early move out charges which fine but later they have imposed 9000rs extra for painting without even inspecting the house.

            I was a subscriber of Nestaway and I rented a flat in Bangalore from Nestaway. After staying there for 11 months I vacated the flat and i was suppose to receive the refund 25000 approx. Its been 3 months i am struggling to get in touch with them. They don’t reply back nor they have customers care facility due to COVID situation so there is no possible way where i can reach them; even after visiting there office they will ask as to reach customer care supporters and there is no support for customers. This has been a very bad experience with nestaway and till date i am trying to reach them.
            I have attached all the screenshots below where i have tried to raised complaints but it was of no use.
            Hoping for your help and will look forward to required actions.

              I have moved out on Aug 15th.

              The flat I stayed in eligible for same day refund..It's been more than a month, refund has not been initiated . Customer care does not respond or close service requests with out any proper resolution.

                Hi nestaway team,
                This is kumar annaluru, was staying at flat 301 shashwati enclave, vacated the house on 1st september 2020 after serving one month notice period from 2nd august 2020.

                House inspection is completed on 2nd september 2020 and still i see it is not updated on the dashboard.

                Please make the settlement at the earliest.

                  Charging entire maintenance money 15k on 2 of the tenants only. There must be 6 tenants but due to covid, 4 of them left. So the entire maintenance amount is being dumped on 2 o[censored]s, we have asked them see we can only pay 1/6 of maintenance amount.
                  But nestaway said, based on occupancy, we charge, you have to pay. If only 1 tenant is there, you should pay 15k, my god. Doing all these during corona crisis is very bad.

                  Please check this.

                    I have rented my flat through nestaway (Houseid: 24270).
                    But since march 2020 i have not received rent. I thought due to covid-19 there may be delay but i came to know that nestaway is receiving monthly rent from the tenants. Now they told me that the rent is adjusted against the security deposit. Now the security deposit also exhausted but still they are not paying the rent and instead of paying me security deposit they are retaining rent received from tenants in the name of security deposit.
                    Ideally nestaway should pay me sd instead they are taking sd from me.
                    I am trying to contact representative but nobody is picking up the phone.
                    It seems it is a new type of fraud.
                    I want pending rent till date to be credited.

                      I own an flat at mysore in sirisinchana apartments. I have signed contract with nestaway for leasing the flat for rent. The support service is so horrible, no one responds to my call, if at all they respond the complaint is not resolved. I have been trying for past 6 months to escalate the issue to their managers at bangalore but the information is not furnished to me.

                      I would like to press charges on nestaway for not resolving my issues.

                        I shifted on 7th of August and yesterday i got a mail saying that the owner has off boarded the property. I can't move to any other property and since i am still in lock in period i cant apply for move out as well. I wanted to clarify things regarding my security deposit. Customer care services are disabled, area manager isn't lifting my calls, zonal manager isn't responding. What am i supposed to do?

                          I moved out on 31st august. I am yet to receive my security deposit. I raised a request for getting the deposit back. I haven't received a call. I sent them an email regarding the same, no confirmation, no reply, nothing has been done on their end.

                          They were supposed to return the deposit in 7-11 days. I waited a long time. Same with the request, they were supposed to resolve it within 48 hours. I guess, when you are not part of nestaway, you are not on the priority list.

                          I don't know what to do, hence i am writing this.

                            Hi, From March i have received enormous amount of water bill, i lodged a complain on their dashboard, i never got resolved it and they it delayed for a 4 -6 months, i have paid the water bill despite it never got resolved, now they are charging fine for their late fine

                              Charging more money unnecessarily during covid time. They are saying we want to paint the house etc etc and taking our money. Worst people, trying to make money during covid time also, we are suffering here and these people are looting our money,

                                Forget about getting your Security Deposit Back from Nestaway after move out. Try hard as you may you will end up forgoing your security deposit.
                                This is the most fraud company I have ever encountered.
                                DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT ever rent a room from NestAway.

                                    I had vacated the house on 31st July 2020.

                                    Still I dint get my refund of deposit amount. I have raised the complaint but no one is responding. No customer service contact.

                                    After inspection its showing 16k in dashboard that needs to be paid.

                                    As per the agreement this amount will be deducted from my deposit and my deposit amount is 87k, if they deduct 16k from this deposit still I have to receive 71k . I tried to reach them but no response.

                                    requesting to take very strict action regarding this company

                                      I am one of your tenants with House Id - 43442, flat no - 201

                                      This is regarding the charges on water tankers and electricity bill. I have already raised several tickets on these issues(SC_01649476, SC_01653849, SC_01653874, SC_[protected], but I didn't receive any clarification on these. All my tickets were closed without my consent. Finally we had to send people to your office. This ticket was raised at NESTAWAY office- ref:_00D6FDugR._5000K25JTCT:ref, where they claim to waive off the amount. but that amount has never been waived off for me instead they started charging a fine of Rs100 daily during this pandemic.

                                      I have tried several times to contact nestaway customer care, called at nestaway office but there is no body to respond. There is no proper option to raise these kinds of issues in the Nestaway dashboard. I tried to contact through the feedback form but still there was no response.

                                        Nestaway Scam not refunding my deposit

                                        Nestaway is a scam company and is not returning customer deposits. It's been days I have been trying to reach them through twitter, Facebook, mails, Nestaway app but they are not responding and refunding my deposit. They are just mentally harrassing from a long time. A strict action needs to be taken against this scam company....
