This complaint against nestaway technologies pvt ltd. I had discussion with company representative mr
Mudassir hussain, zonal manager regarding my flat a-101, silver county, 210, kudlu, bangalore-95. Nestaway will take my flat on lease and sub-lease it. There was an agreement by nestaway of dated 28thjuly 2015 for the same. Nestaway also give 6 month guarantee as per discussion of rs 21000 per month. On 16th aug i had received a email saying that, they will take 2 month buffer period and no minimum guarantee. There is breach of contract with nestaway. Due to this i said to all prospective tenants no. I am going to have huge loss due to nestaway false promises. I need a compensation of 1 lac for wrong promises and mental tension.
Complaint marked as Resolved It is resolved now. They apologize for what they had done. So no more complaint with them.
They had provided me the compensation as one month Rent.
