I'm staying in one of the nestaway property, this month ending I'm vacating the flat, now they are charging me 15000 as painting charges, but I didn't opt for painting during move in time, they promised me that they won't charge any painting amount of I didn't opt for painting....

I have vacated the house on 13th June 2020 and i have yet to receive my deposit refund. I got mail mentioning that refund has been processed from your end and whatever remaining amount is there owner has to refund it to you, which you'll refund it to me. I spoken to owner, she said you haven't given deposit amt to him at all. I have raised many service requests(ex: CC_08450038 and CC_[protected] and those were updated owner has to refund it...

I have owner confirmation and old ticket with nestaway with details of rent deduction.

But even in after 20 days of ticket creation they said we don't have ower confirmation. But in last service request I have confirmation from Nestaway team itself....

Hi as I'm facing a big problem with nestaway off board and recovery, as i was staying at nestaway Rangoli house jp nagar 2nd phase, my rent was due, because of that reason somebody from your company have broked the house door and taken all our belongings like furniture, crockery, our important documents and gold which was there in the lockers cupboards, without giving any kind of intimation to us.. and now from 2 months I'm trying to get...

I had moved out of the apartment on September 20th 2020 and have received partial amount of my security Deposit. I am still yet to receive 41677 and am not getting proper response from Nestaway. I have raised service request and sent several emails, but now response. Hoping to get some action take to get my money.

We don't wanted to do this but there's is no option now, the guy sachin who took the gaurantee of returning the deposit is denying now, I have got the proofs of all this. As per the first step we're heading towards consumer...

Hi, Its been over 2 months and i have not received my refund amount still, Its highly frustrating and un professional.
Provide my refund amount asap....

We had vacated our flat on Oct 28th (Brigade Gardenia)
It has nearly been over 20 days and we have not recieved anh notification on when and how much of the security deposit we are going to recieve. Also no one is caring about phone calls or messages or service requests from our end. This is a very big problem. Will need to go to consumer court if this continues...

It has been nearly 2 months since my moveout from nestaway property still they haven't provided the security refund which was promised within 7-14 days.
Tried every possible way to contact them - calling customer care, over mails and even raising tickets but there is no response.
Kindly help me getting my refund back.

I stayed with nestaway for more than 1 year in bangalore, indiranagar, I moved out on 28 october 2020. And requested for refund of the security deposit. First i got reply that it will be refunded soon. Now i got the response from nestaway that:

The rental agreement is between you and the owner and as per the agreement, the deposit resides with the owner during your stay - we collect it and pass it on to...

This complaint is in regards to my return of deposit. Nestaway has still not returned my deposit money. Moreover they have deducted 15000 for charges which was told that wont be deducted from my deposit when I took the house. I have still not received any e-mail regarding the settlement. I have raised a complaint with them regarding the same and escalated it aswell but still no response from the company....

Owner of my building has decided to offboard the house from NestAway, as guided by NestAway we have raised move out request and with owners confirmation we decided to stay in same house.
As per NestAway we have to provide them owners approval on email to stay in same house post that they will not charge us the painting charges and they will refund us the full deposit. We followed the same and given them all required things whatever...

I moved in to nest away property on 1st Oct and the house is like garbage so we moved out from nest away on 2nd Oct and asked to return my money
they said they will hold 8k and return rest today is 12th Nov till I haven't received the money. Please, someone, suggest who to proceed with further
action to get my money back...

I have vacated NestAway flat on 31st July 2020 and and Today is 11th Nov 2020; I am yet to receive the Security Deposit back. I have done multiple follow-ups and no update from NestAway. Attached the supporting documents....

I Have vacated nestaway premises on sept 2nd 2020 and Even after multiple emails I am unable to receive my refund back. I spoke to them on phone amd sent multiple emails but no response.

I need my security deposit back...

I was staying with nestaway in Kandivali (Amar residency, 1001) from february to april.
I have moved out of the house. The lock-in period of my stay was 4 months and i was assured that if i move out before completion of 4 months, i would have to pay a penalty of 50% of my rent i.e. 6000/-
However, the amount deducted from my deposit is 12, 000/- and i was told that i would get 50% refund i.e. 6000/- I've already raised a ticket...

Hi, I have not provided a move in since April and till now nobody showed up to hand me over the keys of the property. The room is broken. I asked for the room there was no response. I had mailed and talked to people at Nesta way too, they assured of action but nothing turned up. I was evicted from a house where I never moved in. And when I filed for return, our of 25000, I go 700 as a final amount. That's just wondering that at how many levels...
