I was staying in house id-N11786. on 26th Sep. 2020 i moved out and vacated my flat. Before moving out I had a call with the area manager Mr. Harish regarding the amount that will be deducted for painting and cleaning of my flat due to the move out. As per our discussion it was decided that i'll get the pain job and the cleaning work done for the flat before leaving so that the amount wont get deducted in the final settlement with Nestaway. The paint and cleaning was completed on 26th sep. 2020 and after that vendor inspection was also completed. I informed the vendor, the discussion that happened with the area manager Mr. Harish regarding painting and cleaning and he too confirmed that no charges will be claimed from Nestaway regarding the painting and cleaning.

When the invoice is generated I am seeing a totally different story. not only 15, 000/- is mentioned as painting charges also 2 more maintenance charges are mentioned as below-
MAINTENANCE_MOVE_OUT_CHARGES of 7, 500/-
MAINTENANCE_MOVE_OUT_CHARGES (moc-578_move out inspection_[protected]/-

This is really not expected from a reputed brokerage farm like Nestaway.I am attaching a copy of the invoice.

    Ticket id- CC_08458069
    It's already more than 6 months I have moved out from flat. I have only received 40% of my security deposit. They have disabled customer care number and don't reply on the ticket I have already raised (4 th time). I have mailed them also many times there also no response. Such a fraud company.

      I moved out of my flat on 25th October without no due left. But till now I didn't get back my deposit money. My monthly rent was 30000 and my deposit money I paid was 60000.

      No one is answering my questions from Nestaway. Please help me out. I need my deposit money back from Nestaway.

            I had moved out at the end of September as i was asked by the owner as he took the control of the building. Even then Nestway added early move out charges. They also added painting charges twice which i have already paid directly to the owner which they confirmed via phone call. And at the end they returned 4118/-rs out of 34500/-rs.

            Even after deducting maintainance charges i should be getting about 30000/-rs to 32000/-rs refunded to me.

              Recently got an update from Nestaway that they have offboraded my flat from Nestaway:

              It is sad to see you go and we hope that your time period with Nestaway has been satisfying. Offboarding your house N21876, has been finalized and HRM will inform you of further steps. You can reach out to HRM for any further query.

              However, they have not handed over the keys to me. So they keep the keys with them and call it offboarding completed.

              Also they have not transferred the rent amount (16000*4 = 64000) for the period Aug-Nov 2020 to me.

              The tenant they say they have moved out while offboarding, has not paid the society maintenance (2629*4 = 10516) and electricity charges (2491) for the period he has stayed in the flat, which amount to Rs. 13007.

              Further Nestaway needs to ensure that they offboard the flat in the same state that they had onboarded it. Nestaway has not shared any details on this.

              Also they have not shared the HRM contact details to whom they suggest to reach out to for further information and next steps.

              We are working with our lawyer on getting these points included in the suit which would be filed against Nestaway and Amarendra Sahu soon after Dec 2nd 2020, towards seeking compensation for causing mental and physical trauma and putting mine and family life to health and life risks.

              We see many more people tortured by Nestaway and would be glad if you all as well come together in presenting the Nestaway's wrongdoings in front of CBI, PMO, PM Narendra Modi, Bangalore Police, Media and different ministries to perform a deeper investigation on Nestaway's frauds and illegal activities.

              Nestaway has once again stopped responding to the calls. This whole company including the CEO (Amarendra Sahu), relationship managers (Saritha and Pradeep) and off-boarding team person Venkat behave in the same manner.

              Enough trying talking to them now firing police complaint and preparing suit against Nestaway and everyone else involved.

                  Nestaway is not refunding the deposit amount. Initially they kept the hidden charges in the contract and provided the contract only after move move in and now team is not returning the deposit amount. This service request has Been escalated to level 4 but the none of them has even returned the message or have given a courtsey call. Highly incompetent bunch .

                    I lived in house ID 59652 for almost an year and a half. Then I decided to vacate the property. I had an house inspection on 31Oct 2020 and handed over the key to the nest away agent. Since that day i have been chasing the team to return my security deposit but failed to get any proper response.

                      House id N72691.
                      I had moved out on 3rd nov 2020 and have not yet received my security deposit. Also want to know on the dashboard its showing a deduction of Rs1075 mentioned MAINTENANCE_MOVE_OUT_CHARGES (common bath commode and flush repairs - yes living light holders repairs - yes living doorbell repairs - yes)
                      When i shifted in the room the flush tank was already broken and i had put the request for same when i shifted, also the person who has come during my move in I had mentioned this and he had clicked pictures of same, I had also raise a service ticket for same which was never done due to Covid lockdown that time.Still it’s been cut from my deposit unnecessarily.
                      For living room doorbell repairs, when i was shifted the doorbell was already not in working condition, other tenants who were staying everyone knows when they shifted there was no working doorbell, owners too knows this, the whole building doesn't have working doorbell as owners don't prefer it and this has been told to me by owners staying on ground floor. Still that money has been cut from my deposit.
                      Also I had been told on call after moving out that deposit will be refunded within 7days, it’s been 25days now n no response and they are just updating money being cut on Dashboard. No one is calling or responding to service requests that’s been.
                      Attaching below the ticket raised for the already broken tank repair that I got when I shifted. And the requests that I had put which are not being responded. There’s no communication from nestaway that when will the deposit refunded.

                        Tenants moved out on 31st Oct. Post move, I have realized that extensive damages are done to the flat. Since tenants vacated premises, there has been no actions from nestaway. Neither they inspected the house nor they did any repairs. No news on who is having the keys of the house.
                        Cost of repairs would be way more that the deposit I hold. Plus they did not settle the accounts and last month (Oct 2020) rent was not paid.

                          I moved out of the nestaway property on 4 nov. I initially paid 36000 security deposit. And today I am getting 14000 in return. Let me elaborate: they have deducted 11000 for utility move out charges in the name of operator tsspdcl (telangana electricity board). And 8000 rs is deducted for maintenance charges (4000rs for painting the house, 2000 for bathroom paint). when the property manager came to see the property he said everything is fine only exhaust fan is not working for which they have charged me 900rs and extra 8000 for other false maintenance that they never do.
                          The customer service is not responding. they do no resolve the matter and just make false promises. the CEO amarendra sahu is looting people in this manner.

                          I need a strict action against this fraud company and my money. Along with heavy compensation from these fraudsters

                            Hi,

                            I have an agreement with Nestaway to manage my 2BHK flat in Bangalore.

                            They have moved in a new tenant in Aug 2020 and so far have not paid me any rent towards it.

                            On complaining them for it they kept on giving false promises for months and now have stopped responding to my calls and emails.

                            I even reached out to their CEO Amarendra Sahu with this issue but he is also sitting silent on this issue and allowing his company to act as frauds.

                            On asking for rent and tenant move out they had told me in Oct 2020 that the tenant has moved out and handed them the keys.

                            When I reached Bangalore to occupy my flat they told me otherwise. I had to travel in the middle of the pandemic all over the places with my family, along with a one year old kid.

                            Now they are showing tenant as moved out in their app and website when the tenant is still staying in the flat without paying any rent and society maintenance.

                            I have already given them 30 days deadline and asked them to vacate the flat by Dec 2nd 2020. However, they have not responded to me yet.

                            I am considering sueing them for fraud, poor service, lies, causing health and life risks if they do not fix this issue before Dec 2nd 2020.

                            Please assist me with this fake company and help resolving the issue.

                              I've moved out of Shivaganga Dwarkamai Apartment Sai4 G03 on 29th october 2020, But still I haven't got my deposit refund. I've raised customer care request too and tried reaching out from all possible ways but didn't get any reply. Please refund the deposit ASAP.

                                I moved out of Nestaway House at Hyderabad on 20th November 2020 and still have not received the deposit refund. Interestingly the house was entitled with 24hrs instant refund. I don't what that means but I tried to contact the property manager Amar Reddy - [protected] and he is not picking my call ever since I moved out, neither Nestaway is replying on the ticket created with same regards - CC_08474362 . Is this your professionalism Nestaway ? Please resolve the issue.

                                  I'm staying in one of the nestaway property, this month ending I'm vacating the flat, now they are charging me 15000 as painting charges, but I didn't opt for painting during move in time, they promised me that they won't charge any painting amount of I didn't opt for painting.

                                    I have vacated the house on 13th June 2020 and i have yet to receive my deposit refund. I got mail mentioning that refund has been processed from your end and whatever remaining amount is there owner has to refund it to you, which you'll refund it to me. I spoken to owner, she said you haven't given deposit amt to him at all. I have raised many service requests(ex: CC_08450038 and CC_[protected] and those were updated owner has to refund it and there is no progress from last 6 months. Please consider this request as a priority and resolve ASAP

                                      I have owner confirmation and old ticket with nestaway with details of rent deduction.

                                      But even in after 20 days of ticket creation they said we don't have ower confirmation. But in last service request I have confirmation from Nestaway team itself.

                                        Hi as I'm facing a big problem with nestaway off board and recovery, as i was staying at nestaway Rangoli house jp nagar 2nd phase, my rent was due, because of that reason somebody from your company have broked the house door and taken all our belongings like furniture, crockery, our important documents and gold which was there in the lockers cupboards, without giving any kind of intimation to us.. and now from 2 months I'm trying to get in touch with your area manager and his executives to settle this and return our belongs back, but no body from your team is responding to us. Kindly look into this and kindly sort this thank you
