I have initiated the move out request on 19th of may 2022.

I saw a day later the move out request got erased on the application.
So i contacted the nestaway agent who showed me the flat for rent. He gave me support number and his nestaway managers number.

I contacted the manager and he asked to reinitiate the request. So i did on 21st may. I have the screenshots of it.

I sent the screenshots to the manager as requested by him. And i believed the issue he will resolve. I even contacted him for the move out inspection and he said they will come on 30.itself. on the move out date.

I have screenshots of this conversation as well.

Now they are asking me to pay rent of june month.

I somehow was able to get through the nestaway support after some.attempts of call and they said " the nestaway mobile application is useless. Nestaway agents are also useless. And i should have contacted the support team instead. Its my fault and i have yo pay the dues after he makes a new move out request today 5 june 2022."

This is complete cheating and fraud.

If rhe application and the agents are useless why mislead the customers by having them in the first place.

The way the agent talked and provoked me by using some words like its your fault none of our business kinda attitude led to frustration and harassment of mine.done by the support team.

This complaint is to highlight harassment and fraud done by nestaway.

Kindly look into it.
I can provide the screen shots of all the conversations and checkout requests made by me.

Now they have inititated move out and marked it as later date move out of 8th of june and applied unnecessary 17k repair and 5k extra move 9ut penalty. I lived in that house for just 1 month and hardly used it. What for have they applied 17k i have no idea.

      I raised a move out request on nestaway on 19th April following the 45 days period my move out was planned for 3rd June.

      I received a call from your team on 29th June to confirm the move out however upon confirming the same over call. My move out request was cancelled from your end without informing me.
      All this has been done in the last week of my move out so that they can forcibly charge me for next 45 days notice period.

      Why would I want to cancel my move out even when I have already relocated to a new city and have vacated the property?

      I would request you too kindly look into this concern as I have already vacated my room and the property is now empty and then too the rent has been charged to me. Please remove the rent and also please process my move out as planned before.

        Hi, My name is Varadha Reddy, I had stayed in nestaway property (Anasuya nest, Bangalore) hardly 45 days and vacated due to property got offboarded mutually by nestaway and the owner, and received mail on very short notice to vacate the property. And I haven’t seen anyone from nestaway during the stay. When I asked to waive off the charges, they said all are valid, hence can’t be waived off. I had asked for videos to share while move i n and move out, when I saw both the videos, i found that in move in video was only 1 minute and where as move out video was around 5 minutes. And the nestaway customer care is saying it’s valid.please do the needful and arrange refund.

          I am a tenant at Rakshita apartments, South End Road Jai Bheema Nagar, Malleshwaram. I am finding a lot of problem with the moveout option on nestaway app. The initiate button has been disabled and I am not being able to initiate any move out on the app. Also, the customer care service is very poor as none of the experts is available to take urgent calls and queries. Hence, I am sorry to say but I will move out on the given date irrespective of whether Nestaway accepts my request or not. Hope this issue is taken care of at the earliest.

            Recently, my rental agreement renewal was due and Aadhar authentication process was conducted at my place. I received ZERO communication about the updated rent amount and haven't received a copy of the agreement till date, even as I have now paid a month's rent to the new (increased by 10%) amount that appeared on the dashboard of the website.

            Then the owner messaged to ask us to consider a rent much higher than 10% (AFTER I have already paid a month's rent as per the new amount appearing on my dashboard). We denied and said that we will vacate if that's the case.

            Today, a person from Nestaway EVADED SECURITY at the society, and walked up to my doorstep with two potential tenants for this property WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION WHATSOEVER, literally I was having lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Neither have a issued a notice to leave yet, nor the owner has done that. Which means that officially, there's no guarantee that I should even vacate this property. I still haven't received an agreement copy (for which I'm already paying a 10% higher rent than last year).

            Multiple tickets, calls have been made. All efforts have proven to be futile. They even charged us 2000 rupees as agreement renewal charges when the rate in Pune (where the property is located) is 1180 rupees.

            Moreover, the 2000 rupees was charged TWICE for which also a ticket was raised and not resolved, which is why the rent payment was delayed by a day (i.e. not paid until the 6th of the month). A person who identified himself as 'Ajinkya' called me to QUESTION me why I didn't pay the rent, exactly how a goon demands money!!!

            It's a shame the kind of service Nestaway (doesn't) provide. All I have really experienced with Nestaway so far is immense inconvenience and absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional acts.

              Really bad service. Since yesterday gas cylinder regulator is not working.and fridge condition is so bad. No help is given from area manager or customer care.really bad service we are getting.ur area manager says I hv many things to do .ur not the only customer pls help

                On Saturday, some of them from nesaway visited the flat without any information when we are not there in flat.
                They have shared a vedio to us and mentioned that your property is not clean so pls vacate the flat immediately.
                Some one in that vedio mentioned that we will remove them and will block the advance amount very rudely .
                Withing a minute we have received a mail from nestway legal team regarding termination of agreement. You have to vacate within 30days and reason for termination is space occupancy but we didn't use any other rooms or property except what alloted for us.

                I have called the person and asked for reason, he said we are going to renovate so vacate within 5 days and after 1 hr, same guy telling your property is not clean but i replied we are cleaning every Sunday since we are working professional we can't clean on daily basis. Also in agreement not mentioned as for cleaning we will termination the agreement.
                They said owner want the flat so you guys vacate but later same guy saying you and your colleague staying in different room, if both of them staying in same room you don't have to vacate. But am paying more amount thn my colleague due to attached bathroom and big size room, he don't want attached bathroom. Also in nestway app thr is a option we can stay where ever we want, on the basis of that we booked the room. No rules saying that of we are colleague we have stay in same room and am paying for that not staying in free.
                Every month thy giving mentally torture like that .. cant able to sleep peacefully. Why we have to as stay per thr wish everythough we are paying rent and for my comfortable.
                No one visited the flat for 6month even moving time also No one came. Also if something missing who's responsible.?
                Pls take action against nestway.

                  My registerd mobile no is [protected] due to owner delist his property i have to move out from the property but it have passer 2 months but i do not my deposit its my last try to connect with you otherwise i will go for legal action .i will show you waht customer can do when you try to cheat

                    I have took sharing pg from nestaway and they have given a flat where owner has to pay more than 1L maintanence bill and due to that the apartment admin said that they might remove the water supply for our apartment. Rajatha greens apartment flat number 802 .

                      Nestaway has listed a fake house on its platform which does not exist in the location and based on a fake online video tour I have paid a Token amount of ₹3000 which they are not refunding

                      This particular house is not in the mentioned location and also the online video shown on the app is fake, The concerned property manager of nestaway of Kormangla section (mno:[protected]) suggested another property which does not have the facilities for which we had booked the house looking at the online video tour and no offline visit was available and neither a mobile number was given for contacting during payment of token amount on nestaway platform
                      Now nestaway is telling the token amount cannot be refunded, this is breach of trust and I would request nestaway to return my token amount of ₹3000 to the source

                        It started from September 2021, House owner comes to house and asks me, i need to vacate the house by December 2021.
                        I checked with Nestaway, they confirmed the house is still on Nestaway contract. Ticket No. #cc_08565863
                        For next three months owner was asking me when you are moving out, or was asking to transfer rent to him directly instead of Nestaway. I refused because Nestaway sending me rent request every month.
                        In End of November, Nestaway confirms me that I have to moveout or take internal transfer within 15 to 20 days. I could not find any suitable or clean property in Nestaway, so I opted Moveout on 23rd of December.

                        Nobody from Nestaway contacted me for moveout process or moveout inspection, it is still pending in my dashboard after 4 months.

                        In order to get deposit and prepaid rent back, I am following up with them for last 4 months, raised 9 tickets over last four months, all escalated to Max Level, But still no response.

                        This is really unfair treatment, I didn't have issue with house, But Nestaway and owner forced me to moveout. After forcing me out, they are releasing deposit.

                        What should I do?

                          Hello,

                          I moved in through Nestaway and from day 1. I am facing some or other problem.
                          1) I was not informed by the Area Manager about MoveIn and MoveOut charges payable to society before booking the house. Still, I paid the amount.
                          2) After paying move-in charges, I was not given my society pass as a previous tenant some move-out formalities were remaining. I was not allowed to use society's amenities.
                          3) My room's window was broken and the light was not fixed, It took nest away almost 45 days to get the issues resolved.
                          4) He sends visits without informing us and if I and the other flatmate are not at home, he has the audacity to unlock the flat and our rooms for visits without informing us.
                          5) Now, he is asking me to shift to another room, and if I do not shift he is saying I have to vacant the house and he will not give any accommodation. I have to see a new house on my own,

                          This is a mental torcher.

ITS MY MONEY i am trying to get back. Had to take personal loan with an interest of 14% as i did not have funds while shifting to new city.

                              I have moved recently to nestaway house[9468]. Its been more than 15 days now. There are move in issues which has not solved yet. I had raised a ticket[protected] on 10th April and no one contacted me till today. I have called customer care twice and no proper response was received from them. Is this the ways customer care works?
                              Below are the pending things
                              * sofa deep cleaning
                              * no chairs in flat, in photo there are 2. Need to get that in.
                              * pressure cooker missing which was there while flat visit.
                              *fridge not yet repired after 16 days of move in
                              *hand shower in washroom broken

                              I have payed 8k+ as move in charges and payed full rent which includes all these missing things. If these are not fixed what is the point of paying all these? Is it ok to not to pay rent till all these are fixed?

                                I am in this property from 20 days and also I want an internal transfer for the other room as one tenant was leaving the property i decided to take an internal transfer as there was AC IN THAT ROOM. But the next time technology is ask me to take the Wholesome room instead of one single bed but there are two beds in the room so I can take one single bed but they are saying that you have to take the whole room for alone as it is a private room if and I am arranging a guy for the same room 2 like I will be arranging my partner and I both want to shift in that room and their asking me that only one person can take that two bed. they also asked . And the pretend that you have to make a new agreement for that room but as per the government rules the agreement is made on the house not on the room right so they are making me totally fraud like I have screenshot for the same like he is mentioning that you have to pay the on boarding charges and the rent agreement is to be made again for that particualr room are but they are just bluffing every time because we want to shift in new customer in there so they get more profit so please help me .I want an internal transfer and their website mentions that its 999 for internal transfer no other payemnts required.But they are totally making their rules everytime.

                                  I am the co-owner of a property which is registered in your document in the name of Dhritiman Bhattacharjee ( house id 246986).
                                  I am writing this letter as we sre facing some payment issues which was not clearly clarified by your staffs.
                                  In the Nestaway app we have seen that our tennant has moved in on 19th March, 2022. But after a direct conversation with the tennant and also the apartment residents we came to know that they have moved in on 7th March, 2022. So, we called one of your staff who told that since the tennant made the deposit on 19th March, and due to some technical issues the date is showing like this. He also assured that this will updated very soon. But after 10 days when I called him he told that he will not be able to clarify this.
                                  Now, on 5th April when we got the payment we saw that the payment has been calculated from 19th March.
                                  Now my 1st question is if the tennat is stayning from 7th march then why tge amount has been calculated from 19th March?
                                  2nd question is if the tennancy start from 19th march as mentioned in the app because the deposif has been collected on that day, then why the tennat moved in the property on 7th march and why the key has been handover before collecting the deposit?
                                  For clarification of the above questions J contacted one of your staff Archana, but she is not clarifying it. Why this kind of lying is going on?

                                    Dear Sir I lived with Nestaway at Bangalore Tata Silk farm Anushya Homes .Property manager is Mr. Subhash Area Manager. Move out Manager Mr. Abhishek. I describe as below I moved out from property on 21st March. When I moved in 6 months ago to Property how its same condition when I moved out. During these period Nestway not engaged anyone to clean the Property or Maintain. Room clean I use to do my self with buying own materials for cleaning. Washing machine is the only one I use to use which is old. From the move in their is no involvement of nestaway to clean the property or to provide any service. Now When I moved out they cut almost near month rent stating move out charges as house clean, kitchen clean, exhaust machine etc etc .Trust me When I moved in property was in mess .i did clean no one came to clean. You can imagine they simply over charge and cut our advance money paid .Please near 5 rupees they cut from me as move out charge. Managers are hopeless and no service .Its better stay away from Nestway. Worst guys no service. You end up paying more money for no service.

                                      I was staying at a property which was lent to me through NestAway. I rented the entire 2BHK flat and stayed at the property for 2 years 11 months. I vacated the property, got it cleaned, painted and clarified all the charges with the owner. After all the closure, I was supposed to get a refund of Rs 50, 000. I received an amount of Rs 26, 574 and was told that I will receive the remaining amount in 3-4 days. Its been a month now and I have not received the remaining deposit amount from NestAway. I have tried reaching out to the Help team, support team, the CEO of Nestaway, but have not received any response from them.
