I was a tenant of Nestaway. After I left their flat, they are not returning my security deposit amount of Rs 54431
I vacated the flat on 13th July 2021. They were supposed to return the security deposit to me within a week of vacating.(screen shot of there policy attached)
They also made false status on their portal that the security deposit was with the owner. I also tried to contact the owner. But he is also says, it is pending with Nestaway, not with him.
I also raised a ticket with the Nestaway team on 26th June: https://www.nestaway.com/alpha/care/ticket/CC_08529141
But they are not replying since almost 1 month and are not returning the money.
Now, other than this amount, I also request to impose some heavy fine for the case of mental torture on NESTWAY.

Complaint marked as Resolved Issue resolve, when made complaint on https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/
Partial sum was received at one time. Then I putted another complaint, then no response.
Then After third complaint, they provided the full amount
NestAway Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
