I have made payment of Rs. 6200 as advance. Once I visited the house thought not move in to the house. Aggrement is already active. But I want to cancel the Aggrement and refund too. I am not move in to the house. Could you help me with getting refund.

    We have moved of the house on[protected] and handed over keys and completed all the move out formalities. We didn't received our security deposit even after multiple tickets were raised. Now its been 22 months and still we didn't received the refund. This company is not at all following any rules and they are manipulating customers money and making customers very irritating. Inspection is pending from 22 months this is how the company is working due to this reason they didn't refund to us. This is totally against policies. Please look into it and help us to get our refund back. I will attach the proofs we have.

      No water and electricity supply has been disconnected in my building as NEST Away has not paid the pending bills.
      Though we are paying our rent on time still our electricity and power supply has been disconnected.

      We are passing this problem from past six months. Area Manager is taking up our. Tired of calling to customer care, they are also not able to get our issue resolved

        This is regard to my security refund amount which nestaway has deducted due to their fault in app. I put my move-out request on 15'May'2022 but the app was not functioning well so after continuous 5 days attempt, finally on 20'May it started showing ongoing on my app. So I considered that my move-out is processed. ( this moveout I placed on 11th month of my stay in nestaway house) but on 1'June when I was supposed to pay rent of 12'th month, it showed agreement renewal charges which was not supposed to be implicated as I put move-out in 11th month of my stay itself.
        I raised ticket on nestaway app on which I got the call after 2 days and lady told me that your move-out is not processed yet. I told her that it is showing ongoing in my app on which she said she will check this with internal team and will get back.
        2 days over I got call from another person and again I had to tell the whole story and again she disconnected the call by saying the same statement as earlier.

        Now between 12-14 of June, I talked to the area manager- 'Abhishek rathore' for the same, on which he asked me to share my email id, he will check and resolve this. 10 days over he didn't provide any resolution neither he picked up my call.
        During this I put it on play store on which I got call from Tabrez from marketing team who conferenced the call with abhishek too and asked him to resolve my issue.
        Now again I raised another ticket on which another lady called, I told everything again and even over the call in the ticket I attached the screenshot also of my app where it was showing ongoing, again lady told me she will check with internal team

        So from 1'June till 28'june I talked to customer care people many times but no one resolved the issue, finally on 28'June one guy from cc team again called and he told me that he will place my move-out request manually in their system (mentioning start date from 20'June) and they will not penalize me for anything as it is fault from their app.
        even after this I talked to Abhishek Rathore also for confirmation on which he also assured me that no amount will be deducted.

        Finally the guy placed my move-out request manually from their end as 16'July end date as per my move-out end date but now when I moved-out from that place, nestaway people deducted all my amount saying that I didn't serve my notice period and all..and also they implicated 800 rs as cleaning charges without informing anything ( even though i left the room more clean than they given me in the beginning).

        From one week I'm again talking to these people and everyday they are just making excuses and today they are telling me that 800 rs will be implicated as these are standard charges and all, although no body informed me about this ever, neither it is mentioned on nestway website or app dashboard

          House ID "N237832"
          I rented a house from Nestaway situated at Flat no . 601, 6th Floor, Satyam Empress, Sector 10, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra – 410210 and also provided security deposit of Rs. 14000/-.

          Nestaway informed me that the said property has been delisted from Nestaway stating some personal reason of the Owner of the property vide Email dated 16/01/2022, hence I have to vacate the property because of the personal reasons of the owner of the property.

          At the time of vacating the property it was agreed between Nestaway and me that the security deposit will be refunded after deducting the 15 days rent i.e. 3500/- therefore amount of Rs. 10, 500/- need to be refunded.
          I have been requested several times to refund the security amount of Rs. 10, 500/- via various means but Nestaway failed to refund the said amount till date.

          My flatmates already received the refund of Rs.10, 500/- in February, 2022

            Hello,

            I have vacated the property which I have rented via nestaway technologies on 4th july. I have paid a sum of Rs.11000/ as security during the move in and now my security deposit is stuck with them, i have been charged wrongly for the damages and other charges which are not done by me and even during the inspection, no damages were found, they have adjusted my entire deposit for false charges and they are even trying to extract extra amount for baseless things

              Its been almost 2 years since I vacated the flat and I have not received my security deposit back.

              I vacated the flat on 21st october 2020.
              My owner had taken his property back, so I had to leave. Not my fault on notice period. The flat was in proper condition I have a confirmation mail.

                I recently rented a flat from Nestaway. They started getting rent from me from July 3rd for the flat. When I moved in, the house had many issue..Two toilets were not properly functioning. Showers were not functioning. Many other issues overall. I tried reaching the property manager to resolve the issue since I am paying rent for a non functional flat. The manager started ignoring my call. Not responding to my messages and calls. He just vanished. Customer care always give reply that they will ask property manager to contact me. But I didn't get single call from them till now..It's been more than a week that I am suffering from this poor response from Nestaway.

                  I have paid more money as nestaway one time comission i have to pay just 2750 and i have paid after getting the confirmation from the area manager that it will adjusted in upcoming months rent but he dint and now he refusing but I have the written proof of it but still they are not providing me the refund of it .

                    I have made a payment of 6400 as booking amount for property ID 6514 on Monday night Tuesday called agents after many times follow up they said Tuesday Is work holiday. And there is no proper customer support. Where I have not been served I want my money to be refunded. And in property details page no where it was mentioned that booking amount is non refundable. When I am not being served I should be given my money back. This amount is not small. The same day I asked for cancellation and refund when I was not shown house. Don't rob me this way, and kindly refund my money.

                      I stayed almost more than 1.5 years in nestaway property. They have added damage charges and I have asked for the move-in video they are telling me they don't have it now and I am asking for proof of damages they are not responding. Its have been 6 days since raised the ticket but no response from nestaway. I have attached proof in the ticket also.

                        Hi,

                        I moved out of your property on 30/04/2022 after successfully completing move-out formalities which includes handing over of the keys and house inspection.
                        They have deducted as much as they can for washroom fittings, they will give old fittings after doing some basic repair when you moved in but when you vacate/move out you will be charged for complete new fittings.
                        Addition to that owner took extra money doing all kind of drama through security guard saying he doesn't have security money with him.

                        That's a big lie but when you about to leave already cab standing at door step, they started doing drama and took extra money and later deducted most of amount from deposit in the name of repair.

                        Hoping that's common in rent scam market knowing people will not spent money on lengthy legal formalities and will get at-least rest amount
                        But after all the deduction also I have not yet received any refund, it's going to be 2 months.
                        They will charge you 500 per day if you delay a rent payment for one day after 5th of month but it takes months to get refund of your money.

                        I have also raised a ticket to which received a mail to owner looping me asking him pay and he's not answering to their calls which was about 15 days back.

                        I will definitely wait response to this complaint or later I have to complaint through governments website:-https://consumerhelpline.gov.in and hope government will listen to consumers issue most of them face in Bangalore due to refund of deposit amount.

                          I booked house ID : 25513 and was scheduled to move in at 10 am, 15th June. I have not vosited the property and used the online video consultation feature.

                          When I arrived at the property @ 10am, there was nobody to greet me, I was not even given the details of the property manager as you guys mentioned. After struggling and getting into your backend team, I got hold of a number and when I called him, he didn't even have the idea that my move in was scheduled today and worst part he didn't even have a key for the property.

                          He got the key maker, got the room opened and oh god you should see the room (refer to attached pictures and videos), stinking like hell, looking like a dumpyard and when asked why was it not cleaned prior to my move in since you guys have charged me in so many ways, he said the room is in this state only from last 2 years, i cannot do anything, even a cockroach would feel ashamed to stay in such a property, I went to my office, dumped the luggage in a hotel room and opted for internal transfer.

                          I didn't even step inside the property, so why am I being charged with rent, onboarding charges and move- out charges.

                          your customer support sucks, everytime it is hardwired to say we will get back to you, we are looking into it. from SM team i was asked to get the statement in written and all charges will be refunded, you guys have only given me pain every time, spoiled my day 1 at office, lured me of extra charges and gave me false promises

                          there is still time to undo all of this, if all these charges are not refunded in next 2 days, you guys better see me in police station

                          Mistakes committed:

                          Listed an abandoned house on your platform
                          house not readied for move-in
                          Property manager not at property (not even assigned)
                          looted me in form of different charges ( how do you push move-out, onboarding and rent when the property is not even suitable for civilization and because of you guys)

                          Spoiled my first day at office, extra charges incurred because of stay in hotel, no valid alternative provided and assisted with.

                            I'm a resident of Nestaway -
                            Padmavathi Nest, The initiate button has been disabled and I am not being able to initiate any move out on the app. The customer service nor the property manager will respond to my calls. I need a solution immediately as this is very urgent.

                              Owners-don’t deal with NestAway. They are Fraudulent and irresponsible.
                              I’m the owner of a building in Banaswadi. The tenant in my apartment (77710) has paid the rent to NestAway, but NestAway has NOT transferred the rent to my account. I have made repeated follow ups with the property Manager, Hussain, the Area Zonal Manager, Ganapathi, and the accounts person my mails, calls, Watsapp messages, but none of them have responded to my concerns. I’ve even given them a warning that I will discontinue the contract with them, but they don’t seem to bother. I will now ensure that I lodge an official complaint/case on NestAway.
                              If it was possible to give them a negative rating, I would be the first to do so.

                                Have rented 1 BHK at Chandhana Residency (House ID:48782), Kudlu Bangalore.
                                I Moved there back in 2019, April 1st and paid 30, 000 in advance, I moved out this April 14th 2021 and it's been almost 48days no response for my deposit refund.
                                Despite of making multiple calls and rising compliant no one response to any of the request

                                  Today marks the 11 th day after my moveout and I still haven't received the refund. I am not sure if Nestaway has embezzled my money. This entire company is a sham. I am definitely taking a legal action today on. This complaint is just a heads up.

                                    I want to let you know about the experience of my NestAway : -

                                    First time, I am using NestAway Services, Booked a room in a 2 BHK flat.
                                    I moved on 28th May, 2022.
                                    From the time of Move In only, Fridge is not working, Everyone knows that.

                                    I have informed the Move In Assistant, Area Manager, Property Manager at the time of move in only.

                                    I created many tickets for the issues I faced during Move in.

                                    1. Fridge not working
                                    2. In Bathroom, Tap flow is very slow, Commode Seat screw is not there.

                                    These tickets were created long ago, its been 12-15 days, no update on them

                                    Tickets have been escalated till level 4, still no updates on them.

                                    For Fridge, vendor was assigned, they repaired fridge 3 times, it will work for 4-5 hrs, again it will stop working.

                                    I keep telling Property Manager, Move in Assistants, other Managers, raised Customer Care Requests
                                    I keep writing mails to [protected]@nestaway.com, reply I get is - we are working on it and we are closing this thread.

                                      I had initiated a moveout on the 1st of June and have left the property on the very day expecting a refund of my deposit amount within the first week. However, to my utter disappointment, there has been no refund received. What is more, there have been many unreasonable charges added on my account. The charges existed even when one of the roomies had exited and had not been fixed since then and the same charges have been applied on me. It's the 10th of June and my refund is still stuck. I have talked with the owner of the flat but came to know that the finances are handled by Nestaway. The entire company is crap and I will make sure I will take it to the legal authorities if no action is taken on this part.
