I'm frustrated owner with the nestaway. I went for agreement with nestaway assuming they will take care of my property (Fully furnished) and will look for tenants soon. As they said, they are taking care of my property for their personal use and my society folks complained that some people are staying in my flat with consulting me. Came to know from my neighbours and society association that nestaway area managers are using my property and staying every night having drinks, smoking etc. One day, they left one tap open in bathroom and water was wasted for 18hours and these area managers were not responding to none of the calls and they responded after calling them for 15hours. We have tried from 20-30 mobile numbers for more than 100 times but they dont feel responsible and wont bother whatever happens. I'm regretting now that i made a big mistake in my life. I have complained and escalated, but no response. Customer care will raise a request and update the request but no one will try to contact you or respond through email. They have provided escalation manager number and they number will be not reachable whenever we try.

Its a wake up call to all the owners who are staying from your property. Think before giving it to nestaway. Btw, my property is vacant from last 3 months.
NestAway Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I moved in a place in tavarekere road bengaluru where I was promised with proper maintenance and wifi installation at the earliest. I have been calling them for past one month and they have been postponing it everyday. Recently they have started hanging up calls every time I call them.

    Frivolous deductions penalties from my deposited security money leading to loss of Rs.18, 000 :Certain conditions on guests visit was clarified from my side. The person who facilitated my renting agreed to it. Later on, on owner's complaint who violated our privacy by peeking in our bedrooms on a regular basis, they asked me to not allow any guests of the opposite sex, including my fiance. When I responded that their executives prior approval was taken and my security and privacy is being hampered, they ignored that. In fact they asked to give them some time to resolve the issue. But, suddenly they emailed me to vacate house within 24 hours. I asked for the reasons and they said that the owner is offboarding the property with them (which later turned out to be untrue) and they will refund my security minus the 10 days rent and utility bills. Also, there will be no penalties since they have given me the termination notice.
    But, after vacating the property, they asked me to pay additional Rs. 18500 as penalty and referred to me some clauses in the agreement. I never agreed to the agreement also and had had asked their executive specifically for some these non agreeable terms. HE said those won't be enforced and hence there was no agreeement signed bewteen the two parties.
    I have the bills for the payment of security and monthly rent, and copy of termination notice. This could solve the outstanding security to be paid by Nestaway to me. No terms were agreed on the penalties.

    Harassment on daily basis to vacate the house: Apart from this there was constant harassment for 2 months for me to agree on their new terms after I have had already stayed for 1 month on our initially agreed terms.

    Violation of my privacy
    Mental harassment for 2 months, threats to vacate the house.
    Bucking the pass for negotiation.
    Termination notice of 24 hours on email.
    NestAway Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Complaints about nestaway rented accommodation and the harassment we are facing from there staff people.
      1. water problem – it takes 60 minutes to fill 15 ltr bucket in bedroom-1, and in bedroom-2&3 water doesn’t come, we have called society plumber various times but the problem is still intact. this problem is present in all rooms. earlier there was water available in kitchen but now drain water comes in kitchen, we have conveyed this message to nestaway but they are not willing to listen to us.
      2. fan – all fan regulators don’t work, there are 3 fans in drawing room out which only one works, rest 2 don’t work.in bedroom-1&2, fan makes high noise, in bedroom-3 fan runs at very low speed because of faulty regulators
      3. washroom for bedroom-3 is in awful state and there is also leakage in the pot, and after repeated complains still there is no action
      4. store room has junk of house owner - old refrigerator, geyser, broken wooden stairs many more things which needs to be cleared, but from past 6 months nestaway is not able to clear this junk
      5. maintenance charges are adjusted in our rent and all society maintenance charges has to be paid by the house owner, but the maintenance staff every week troubles us and we have conveyed this message to nestaway, but still the problem is still intact
      6.inverter backup - it runs for 3-4 hours only and 2 fans and 2 tube lights are on, it is always charging, which accumulates our electricity bill.
      7. almirahs – all almirahs can be opened with a single key, so where is our security and privacy we are still guessing that.
      8. bedroom -1 can’t be locked from inside as there is no lock provided.
      9. there is no mirror in washroom no.-3.
      10. there is no exhaust fan in kitchen
      11. there is no plenty of light in kitchen, drains are choked, even our neighbours have also complained to nitin (area manager) but still problem is still intact.
      12. ac in every room makes noise, windows vibrate
      13. there is no exhaust fan in kitchen.
      14. kitchen door, bedroom doors are damaged with termites, but still no action is taken by nestaway.
      I would also complain about the area manager mr. nitin, who always says “ we are in service industry and we are there to help you” but he never fulfils his commitments, and after repeated complaints from last 2 months not of our single problem is solved. we raise complain tickets but they close the ticket without solving our problems, they are not even concerned to ask whether our problem is solved or not. or do we have any feedback for them.


      Electricity bill details :-
      A. jan – units consumed -1
      B. feb – units consumed - 59
      C. mar – units consumed - 3
      D. april – units consumed - 345
      E. may – units consumed - 540
      Arrears from nov-dec 2015 was around 12000rs, we have rented the flat from 10th jan-2016, but nestaway people - karamveer are pressurising us to pay that amount, or they will deduct this amount from our security deposit, more over for bedroom-3, 250 units bills has to be paid by nestaway as our roommate stayed with us for 40-45 days and his share has to be deducted from his security deposit with nestaway.
      Our question for nestaway is if we have rented the flat from jan-10-2016 we are liable to pay the bill after that date but they are forcing 20000rs charges on us.
      We have not received any positive response from nestaway till date, they always call saying your problem will be solved within next48 hours but for past so many months there 48 hours are not over.

        It was a pathetic experience which i had while move in to the flat (Flat no 710, block r, bharigati apartments) day before yesterday.
        The day i shifted (26thjune) the fan & lights of the room were not in place and i had to fight for hours to get the same fix and after that they done that. Not only this but also there are lot of problems which i'm facing from last 3days but no one is taking any initiative to get the same fix... Below are the issues which is there in the room:

        Leakage in washroom.
        Wardrobe lock.
        Wardrobe handle.
        Switch board of room.
        Window handle repair.
        Washroom cupboard needs repair.
        Washroom floor cleaning.
        Jet is not there on the toilet seat..

        Today is the third day and these people are not able to get these things done. Even after paying a huge amount to these guys, they don't respond and care.

        Different people called me up for the confirmation but no is resolving the issue. I have downloaded the app of Nestaway and raised the request through it only but nothing has happened as I said.

        I will never recommend Nestaway anyone.
        The issue is not yet resolved still it is marked as resolved..
        I will not recommend anyone to shift through nestway...
        From day one I facing the leakage issue, the flush is not working from day one and now been more than 15 days and now I'm not able to use the washroom properly...

          I gave a token money of rs 7000 to book a house through nestaway. but the house was not ready on time as promised by nestaway so i did not move in and requested for cancellation and refund of my token money.
          I had initiated the refund process since 15th june 2016 but it has not been refunded yet. the manager i was dealing with seems to have no idea nor the nestaway customer care.

            I have leased my house: a-601, svs silverwoods, whitefield, bangalore with nestaway technologies. They have said, that i should quote low rent then they will be able to get me tenant much faster within 1 month. I was given the understanding that if nestaway is given to take care of all the furnishing details then getting the tenant will be much faster. For this they additionally charged me and agreement was that nestaway will take 30% of the rent. But then started the real pain, i had to keep calling them repeatedly spending huge amount of time and having immense mental tension as they couldn`t find any tenant even after 1 month. I was not given any minimum guarantee and when i asked for minimal guarantee clause to be added in the agreement, they plainly denied it by saying we cannot give it for your apartment. Now they are giving reasons that they have plenty of vacant house that needs to be filled. Which indirectly means they will take their own sweet time and as owner you cannot do anything. Its almost 3 months and i have still not got all the tenants. Now when i have asked for agreement cancellation, they are saying 2 months notice period is there. Which means that after losing 3 montsh on rent, i have to again lose 2 months on rent. Almost 1 lac of loss in 5 months due to rent loss couple with huge mental tension. Still i have not got any compensation even after repeated running after them. Please don`t go with nestaway & save yourself from mental tension and the losses incur trough rent loss.
            Nestaway Team has promptly acted on the complaint and addressed the issue to my satisfaction .
            Management has been quite understanding of the owner`s issue and took prompt action to resolve the issue amicably.

              Booked a room on Nest away and paid whole money in advance. The house was dirty to core. no water no electricity. Even after complaining to nest away. no action is been taken. I have moved there on 10th of june and till to day no water, no electricity and completely dirty house. When asked for the reason found out that they haven't paid the bills. One guy say that the bills are payed, other person say that thee is a problem with main, another person say that we are not able to locate the account number and wants my help to pay the bill. No proper response. When I booked the appointment to view the house. no one showed up. didn;t even pick my calls or even tried to reach me later. called them more than 30 times during the given appointment time.
              they just provide advertisements, not bother about how the property is and are all the amenities in proper condition as described in the advertisement.

                Being a startup enthusiast, i always appreciate the way startup guys thinks and then execute their thoughts. on the same lines, i opted for nestaway accommodation in sarita vihar, delhi, though i had multiple options for getting a room on rent. i paid for ac room but the company is not providing ac at all. even after so many complaints these guys don't have the courtesy to contact me. still paying for ac but no ac in room.

                  Hi,

                  I have taken a house on rent from nest away. i paid token money well in advance so that the can ready the house before actual move-in date (which was supposed to be 7 march). but when i reach there with all of my luggage the house was not ready, gas, water taps, shower, cupboard lock, wifi, tv etc nothing was working. plus house was very dirty.

                  The condition of house is still the same, i am living out of my bags.

                  They are still telling, they will do it by the end of day today but not actually doing much about it.

                  I have faced so much of inconvenience:
                  Daily i unpack and pack my bags.
                  Take my valuable stuff with me to office.
                  For the first 2 nights didn't have dinner, as they said they will fix the gas by night but they didn't.

                    It has been been since i lodged my complain with nestaway and still i have not received a solution of my problems, they have even stopped replying on mail.
                    my last complain is given below

                    Once again, I am disappointed with nestaway, they promise something and after days of followup they neglect us. They have promised us wifi home, but after sometime they there is no feasibility of internet near your area so we can’t help you, when we find a dealer to provide us the service they say we will reimburse you your bill so we go ahead with the installation and when we send them bill they say we can’t pay you, or we can pay you only 50% and for that too we have to wait for weeks.
                    And I would also like to complain about their account person (manish parmar), he doesnot know how to speak with the customer. He says we can give you only 1000rs for router and wi-fi connection, I am still confused how a person can get an internet connection, router, installation in 1000 rs.
                    Last time they say we will solve all your problems just take back your complain, we will give you router and pay your installation expense but know they are saying we can’t paymore than 1000 Rs and that too without router.
                    I have lodged complain with them regarding this but I know they will atleast 48 hours to read my mail
                    And won’t even worry to solve the issue.
                    The more I try to trust them more they break my trust.

                    nestaway have even stopped responding to my complaints, i only received a mail saying we will resolve your complaint in next 48 hours, but it has been more than double the time, but no result.

                        I was promised neat and clean house, but its totally opposite, dirty house, no mirror in a house, electrical and plumbing problems, every time promise that we will resolve your issues in next 24 hours but it has been 1 month since i have shifted but still my problems are pending... i dont know whether they are even concerned about my problems are not.

                          Hi,
                          I took a bed from nestaway in a 3 bhk house in gurgaon. The home have care taker which lives 27* 7 in the house. He bring his friends in the house also and they watch TV whole day sitting in the living room and all. Its a security concern and is a violation of agreement. As per agreement there is no mention of care taker in house and he will bring his guest and control the living room and TV. Girls be Aware...

                            I am Sravan, i have shifted to a Nestie flat, in the month of Nov 12th 2015, in Kormangala NGV. The room had no ventilation the furniture in the flat was completely 2nd hand with a broken chair. I said there for a month and hald and i had to shift back to Hyderbad on urgent basis.

                            I requested the team to give a refund of my depoist or atleast allow me to shift to a new shared flat, as my friend was also looking in for a single room and my friend. After repeated requests their denied the refund and stated that there have to pay the rent to house owner. I informed them i know the house owner personally and speak to him and explain him my condition and get approval for the deposit amount refund, which rejected saying that i cant speak to the house owner regarding the same.

                            Later i have checked with 15 other nesties from their Facebook community, who have stayed for around 6 months and moved without a notice period and Nestaway has refunded the deposit amount.

                            When i have checked the same nestaway there say their have some rules and regulations which their cant break on request and everyone has to serve the notice period. How can there have a rule for someone who has stayed for 6 months and different rule for someone who stays for 2 months.
                            Please give me my security deposit back. It has been 4 months. Ideally you should also pay me with interest.
                            They are not returning my money either - such frauds
                            This is fraud company 😡 I also didn't receive my security deposit and they are not reply my email and phone

                              Nestaway provides false promises to engage customer to accommodate in its home stay. this can be really consider as a forgery case, day one nestaway have provided good furniture - sofa set, cot, dining table with in few days of stay, nestaway changes to very cheap quality of furniture – sofa set, cot, dining table without informing the guest/customer on the same.

                              Snapshots attached of normal quality furniture and also cheap quality furniture.

                              I have launched a complaint in the nestaway dashboard.
                              If I wont get reply soon I will also launch the complaint against them. At present i am looking for consumer forum like Mumbai grahak seva, if something like that present in bangalore please let me know.

                                I had booked a house at nestaway on 12th september, flat no 301, first floor, a block, springdale apartments, pattandur agrahara, house id: n131. due to certain issues i changed my mind and cancelled the booking on the same day. Rupees 3000 had been deducted as a booking token by nestaway. However, if the cancellation is done within 3 days of booking, nestaway promises a 100% return of the booking advance (3000) as mentioned on the site. It is 8th october now and i haven't received that refund yet. Whenever i call the customer care number, most of the time they dont receive and when they do, they ask for the ticket id and then hang up.

                                I have booked a double bedroom flat in NESTAWAY my scheduled movein date is 11th of december. But till today 19 December they did not provided me the KEY of the house.

                                More over I am afraid that If I cancel now what amount of money they are about to deduct.

                                They are giving worth less service.

                                Booked house is JHEEL residency. Bilekhali road. First floor.

                                Since 8 days Daily I am calling to nestaway but very frustrating

                                  This complaint against nestaway technologies pvt ltd. I had discussion with company representative mr Mudassir hussain, zonal manager regarding my flat a-101, silver county, 210, kudlu, bangalore-95. Nestaway will take my flat on lease and sub-lease it. There was an agreement by nestaway of dated 28thjuly 2015 for the same. Nestaway also give 6 month guarantee as per discussion of rs 21000 per month. On 16th aug i had received a email saying that, they will take 2 month buffer period and no minimum guarantee. There is breach of contract with nestaway. Due to this i said to all prospective tenants no. I am going to have huge loss due to nestaway false promises. I need a compensation of 1 lac for wrong promises and mental tension.

                                  It is resolved now. They apologize for what they had done. So no more complaint with them. They had provided me the compensation as one month Rent.
                                  Nestway is big fraud company.
