My order id is[protected]M It's been more than a week almost 10 days, I did my order on 24th of January and till now I haven't received the product. I have made several calls and this is my second mail yo netmeds nothing yet received.
I called more than 4 time Customer representative picked the call and promised they deliver the parcel asap. It's been more than 10 days and I did not receive it.
This will be my last email to netmeds after this I will be filing a complaint against netmeds on consumer forum/court and will also spread this news socially because netmeds promises to deliver goods on the very next day.
This is very unprofessional and disrespectful that the customer is been waiting for the product eagerly. Moreover, I have also paid for the product if you guys aren't able to deliver my parcel return my money as soon as you get into this complaint.
