I have ordered dr.reddy's 1mg finax,

I have ordered dr.reddy's 1mg finax 30 tab on 2nd april 2022 at 9:45pm ordered not showing in netmeds app but order still in cart and asking me to proceed and pay again,
my amount deducted i have payed from UPI phonepe i have try to contact customer care but its not working,
I want to deliver my order to me or give me my amount back....

Order not delivered and irresponsible response

Order id:[protected]M not delivered desipte several attempts of calling customer care. Just the blame is passed on courier company but no progress.

Its ok with delivery delay on other products but not on medicines....

Part Order not received

Netmeds choose not to reply to your customers email neither deliver them the products nor refund back the money..you are behaving not like company but extortionist..

This is the final email..return my money or give me my order in 3 days otherwise i will file consumer complaint for not returning my money and ofcourse for mental harassment that is being provided you...They just keep on saying one thing we are looking, How are...

Refund of my money

I had ordered medicines in November 24th 2021. 7:19pm.

I have been a member since last year but have been ordering medicines for the past 3 years maybe more from Netmeds. I am a senior citizen and diabetic. My medicines are for my diabetes.
I wasn't informed about the netmeds cancelling this order till I realised they...

Amount debited order not reflecting

I have placed an order on Mar 24, 2022 8.22pm and the amount was debited.
The amount was paid using Google pay, once the amount paid, there is no update regarding the order or money. Contacted the customer service, no regular responses.i have the transactionid with me....

Free General Checkup

I am netmeds first member and entitled for free medical check up. I booked for such service for Thursday 24fh and some one supposed to come for taking blood at 7 am. No one even phoned me abt this appt and no communication. I am a Sr citizen and netmeds playing with my life. Very shameless action. E K Ramadasan [protected]...

My money got deducted and order got declined.not got money's back

I ordered a item online payment with netmeds app of 442.08rs...they deducted money from Paytm wallet and now showing item declined..and not getting my money back ...i want my money back asap ..pls help.. attaching pic for your reference....

Money debited but order failed

I have purchased some medicine from Netmeds at 2:34 PM on 23/03/2022. The cost is ₹221.97
The amount is debited from my Amazon Pay Wallet but Netmeds app shows that the payment is failed. I have not got any refund till now.

Refund not initiated Even after two weeks

There were 5 items ordered amount of 1595/-, but the courier came with only one item of rs 45, but demanded to take the whole amount of 1595/-
after two attemts at delivering we opted to cancel and refund. Two weeks have passed but we havent received any update on the refund....

I have ordered on 15th March'22 for tooth pain. Still I didn't receive my tablets I have done my payment as well. Poor service felt bad....

Items are missing from my order

Hi this is Punitha,
I have placed order on 11th March the delivery date I was given was 14th March.I ordered "3 quantity" of "Proanagen solution" from netmeds.
I have received the order on 14/03/22

When I opened it, I saw that the there was only 1 quantity of "Proanagen solution" i.e 1 bottle and the other 2 quantities were missing and I have paid full amount for all 3 quantities i.e 1969/-. Payment mode is CASH...

medicines delayed by 10 days, and if i want to cancel, the executive of customer care saying not possible when shipment is in trans

I have ordered important hypertension medicine on 9th, 10th of Mar 22, but till today they are not delivered, if I ask for cancelation and refund, they sent me false promises that order is canceled, but in status its not showing....

Pharmacy

I had ordered medicine on 17 March at 21.51 pm . I have paid the amount through Google pay and the amount got deducted from my account. When I checked in the app I am not able to see the order. When I checked in my cart the order is not yet placed and when clicked on proceed it is again asking for the payment. I want my amount deducted to be refunded immediately....
