Netmeds choose not to reply to your customers email neither deliver them the products nor refund back the money..you are behaving not like company but extortionist..
This is the final email..return my money or give me my order in 3 days otherwise i will file consumer complaint for not returning my money and ofcourse for mental harassment that is being provided you...They just keep on saying one thing we are looking, How are you looking, where the hell are you looking and till how much time you will keep looking ???... You guys harass customers by telling them it has been shipped when courier service clearly stated in below email the order was never handed to them..
Half a month has passed and i have not received my order nor did i receive my money back..even your so called grievance matrix does not work..you choose to display wrong information about your customer service escalation matrix, wrong id for missing products([protected]@netmed.com is not a valid one)... literally befooling the customers..

My order was on 16 Mar meant to be delivered on 18 mar but a part of it has not been delivered even after a week (medicines were urgent).
You guys say that the order has been shipped and acc. To courier service it has not been handed over yet..Are you people trying to fool your customers by lying to them and giving false hope (i was very close to choose NetMeds First Membership but now i will think 100 times before )..if you cannot deliver it even after week then pls tell so i will cancel my order and never go back to NetMeds and will make sure nobody from the persons i know order from here for befooling the customers like anything.
