On 30th March 2022, I was trying to place an order via netmeds app.
While doing checkout I selected amazon pay as payment option with jio cashback as part of my payment.
My transaction was successful in amazon pay. But in netmeds app order was not confirmed and items were still showing in shopping cart.

Bank reference id for Amazon pay transaction:[protected]
Amount Rs. 6430.92

I already confirmed with Amazon Pay team which confirmed that since Bank reference id was generated and transaction was successful money is successfully debited and credited to reliance account as shown in attached photo.

On repeated complaints to customer support of netmed app, I just get that we will get back to you as our payment team is checking.
And then I get mail from nedmed that money is not received. When I call them and explained that Bank reference number is generated, how you are checking if money is received or not. But again same repetitive answer that we are checking.

Because of this my 6430.92 Rs. are stuck.

Not sure who initiated refund. Whether it was Netmed or reliance payment gaeway. But I got my refund.

    Netmeds worst service i have ever used on april 1 i ordered meds from netmeds they delivered but one medicine was missing instantly launched complaint by email at [protected]@netmeds.com, automated replay got about complaint registered

    More than 3 days are gone still no feedback or any replay customer care center doesn't do anything except saying wait

    One thing more you netmeds isn't customer friendly company, i launched my missing item complaint on 3rd april, since then doesn't get a feedback from netmeds till today 12:27pm. 6 days you guys didn't provide a single feedback on my complaint. Till i launched complaint here in this consumer complaint forum...

        I had scheduled for nt scan of my wife on 5th Mar 2022.
        However no body contacted me or came for the test. when i contacted the netmeds they were not bothered about this at all. then i requested for cancelation of the order as i had to get the test done on time so I got it done from outside lab.

        Its been almost a month now since that i have called many times writen many mails ( Ticket No:[protected]) however their their response remains same as if its automated.

          Only the last Item, of value 45 after discount was delivered. We payed the full 1595/- The rest of the items didnt reach us and were marked as "returned" on website and after multiple attempts failed delivery, we cancelled the order and they asked for bank details for refund and we provided them multiple times. Still after more than one month, we havent received any updates on the refund.

            I have ordered dr.reddy's 1mg finax 30 tab on 2nd april 2022 at 9:45pm ordered not showing in netmeds app but order still in cart and asking me to proceed and pay again,

              Order id:[protected]M not delivered desipte several attempts of calling customer care. Just the blame is passed on courier company but no progress.

              Its ok with delivery delay on other products but not on medicines.

              If the courier is not responding to you for 4 days, you should have arranged an alternate courier to send the medicine

              Xpressbees is an unreliable service provider. To send from chennai to bangalore, they have routed from chennai to kanchipuram to bangalore and again to chennai.

                Netmeds choose not to reply to your customers email neither deliver them the products nor refund back the money..you are behaving not like company but extortionist..

                This is the final email..return my money or give me my order in 3 days otherwise i will file consumer complaint for not returning my money and ofcourse for mental harassment that is being provided you...They just keep on saying one thing we are looking, How are you looking, where the hell are you looking and till how much time you will keep looking ???... You guys harass customers by telling them it has been shipped when courier service clearly stated in below email the order was never handed to them..

                Half a month has passed and i have not received my order nor did i receive my money back..even your so called grievance matrix does not work..you choose to display wrong information about your customer service escalation matrix, wrong id for missing products([protected]@netmed.com is not a valid one)... literally befooling the customers..

                  I had ordered medicines in November 24th 2021. 7:19pm.
                  Order ID.[protected]M. Customer Name Glenn ARTHUR Demello. Estimated delivery November 28 -29
                  I have been a member since last year but have been ordering medicines for the past 3 years maybe more from Netmeds. I am a senior citizen and diabetic. My medicines are for my diabetes.
                  I wasn't informed about the netmeds cancelling this order till I realised they hadn't sent the meds on the due dates. When I went onto the site to track my order, it was mentioned the order was cancelled. So I started calling up the toll free number to which they told me it was cancelled due to some of the non availability of one of the medicines. I was told to reorder and the money would be refunded. To which I did. But sadly it was put into my wallet which I struggled to use when I reordered the following month. In January 2022, I contacted them and this time I was determined to get my money back as when I checked the amount of ₹2552/-, was expired. Mind you this is my money. Again after numerous attempts of calling Netmeds's I finally was assured of getting my money debited into my bank account, which never happened. From that time I have been following up. To all this they say they cannot do anything. Why, why should I let my money go to Netmeds. And I have my membership with the, m till July 2022. Can someone please help me. There may be others who are in the same situation.

                  Regarding my order, When I checked my wallet and saw that they had credited the amount, I did order again, but like I mentioned I could not utilise the said amount. I had to pay for my order again. And no help was even given when I spoke to netmeds customer support. This is unacceptable as I am still loosing my money which is my loss. As you can see I've ordered when I was in Mumbai and I have put the order on hold as I couldn't utilise my refund. When it was still valid. Someone from Netmeds should call or even a msg telling their valued customer, that the refund is in my wallet. Yes, I did get a mail stating the same about the expiry date but why should my refund, my money have an expiration date. Not justified at all. Please please, this is definitely unacceptable.. A dissatisfied customer...

                      I am netmeds first member and entitled for free medical check up. I booked for such service for Thursday 24fh and some one supposed to come for taking blood at 7 am.                               The amount is debited from my Amazon Pay Wallet but Netmeds app shows that the payment is failed. I have not got any refund till now.

                                      Hi this is Punitha,
                                      I have placed order on 11th March the delivery date I was given was 14th March.I ordered "3 quantity" of "Proanagen solution" from netmeds.
                                      I have received the order on 14/03/22

                                      When I opened it, I saw that the there was only 1 quantity of "Proanagen solution" i.e 1 bottle and the other 2 quantities were missing and I have paid full amount for all 3 quantities i.e 1969/-. Payment mode is CASH ON DELIVERY.
                                      The medicine that I ordered is
                                      "Proanagen Solution" and the order ID is
                                      [protected]A.
                                      I want missing items from my order
                                      or else please return my money of missing items
                                      Delivery man mobile number is [protected]
                                      When am I going to receive the missing items order??????????
                                      Not taking any action against my complaint!!
                                      Not responding for my complaint even after send messages and mails!!
                                      And netmeds is being very irresponsible towards their customers!!
                                      Please return my money back or give the items which are missing

                                        I have ordered important hypertension medicine on 9th, 10th of Mar 22, but till today they are not delivered, if I ask for cancelation and refund, they sent me false promises that order is canceled, but in status its not showing.
