Complaint unresolved from last 15 days

Ticket No:[protected]
Ordered Medicine on 26 Feb and prepaid for the 4 items via debit card however the pharmacy partners were not able to fulfill the order and only delivered 03 items instead of delivering complete order. Instead of the 04 th item wrong product was delivered. . The payment is not refunded yet and there is no response on the open complaint ticket on their portal....

Order placed but not reflected in order section

Address:95 Dhapa Road Utkal Para Kolkata 700105

I have placed my order on 13th March 2022 and my money got deducted but order is not reflected in the app' order section.
The order details are as follows:

1. Order ID:[protected]A at 11.00 pm of Rs. 2308.64

2. Order ID:[protected]A at 11.28 pm of Rs. 2843.41

It is very difficult to track medicine if this is the case....

Money deducted but order not reflect

On 8rd March 2022 i have orderd some medicines from netmeds, During the orders payment confirmation the order not reflected but the payment has been deducted from my Bank account.
I have used Google pay to do the payment.
I have complained many times but still not responded from Netmeds.
The amount was 2625.17

Did not receive medicines

Order no[protected]A. I have not received tthe medicines. Called up the delivery person who said he is in no mood to deliver the medicines. When called up the netmeds, the person who picked up the call kept repeating the lines like a robot. And gave wrong info over the call. The patients condition detoriated further because of the delay. This company never delivers the medicines and if they do they are always late. Their TV ads are...

Amount deducted from my account but not reflected in seller's portal

I was deducted an amount of 402.75 on 6.3.22 at 8.59 while paying thru my debit card. However the payment gateway threw up an error on submission of otp..now there's no option to even view this in the netmeds app....

Order declined after successful payment and no refund given

I placed an order with Netmeds last week, usually orders are delivered within 3-4 days since the order worth (647 Rs) was not yet delivered I checked my account and found that the order was declined with no notification(app, message or mail). I then checked if I have received the refund for the same, to my surprise I DID NOT GET THE REFUND.

Then I checked few older orders also, and found that this has happened with 2 older...

Payment was successful but order not reflected.

I order some medicine on 28th february 2022 and the payment through amazon pay of rupees 1280.87 was pait to netmeds. But the order was not reflecting on the app.
I fo complain to your customer support but they keep me telling that they are working on refund of my amount. Why its taking so long to refund my own money to me. Since its all your app mistakes why i have to waste so much of time to mail you so many times.

Order declined but amount has been deducted from bank account

On 3rd March 2022 at 9:54 pm i have orderd some medicines from netmeds, During the orders payment confirmation suddenly the order has been declined but the payment has been deducted from my Bank account.

Cheating customers by selling near expiry medicines

displayed on website expiry April 2023. Sent strips expiring in september 2022. best part - bill says expiring in april 23 but package says septem . CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING AND FRAUD. WITH FULL VERIFIABLE PROOFS. NOT RESPONDING TO CALLS AND MAILS AS WELL.

LOOKS LIKE THRIVING ON CHEATING AND LOOTING CULTURE....

Complaint of cs team

I Asha rani order I'd is[protected]A I was order minosilk 5% solution and morr pro serum on 28jan2022. I got a wrong item on 29jan22 . I am continously mailing to cs team and call them for return and refunds but non one taking customer serious now it's been 1 month still my broblem is not solved. Worst experience on netmeds and worst cs team that always say to me your problem will be solved in 48 hours we take u on priority, for me...

Undelivered Medicines, Need Refund

I would like to raise a complaint against an order which is "[protected]W".

I have not received multiple medicines on that order while it shows that the order has been delivered which is not right. The medicines that I have not received are -

Soframycin Skin Cream 100gm
Finpecia 1mg Tablet 15's
Dolo 650mg Tablet 15's

Also, I have received only one file of Tugain 10% Solution...
