On 3rd March 2022 at 9:54 pm i have orderd some medicines from netmeds, During the orders payment confirmation suddenly the order has been declined but the payment has been deducted from my Bank account.
I have used my debit card to do the payment

I have contacted the customer service through their chat option, after that they have emailed me, that my refund is processsing and will be refunded within 9-10 days
