I had ordered medicine on 17 March at 21.51 pm . I have paid the amount through Google pay and the amount got deducted from my account. When I checked in the app I am not able to see the order. When I checked in my cart the order is not yet placed and when clicked on proceed it is again asking for the payment. I want my amount deducted to be refunded immediately.

      I had ordered medicine on 14th March at 6.45 pm. I have paid the amount through Google pay and the amount got deducted from my account. When I checked in the app I am not able to see the order. When I checked in my cart the order is not yet placed and when clicked on proceed it is again asking for the payment. I want my amount deducted to be refunded immediately. I have been following up with the customer care twice they are saying that the details has been shared to the respective yeam and they will rectify it in 24hours

          Ordered Medicine on 26 Feb and prepaid for the 4 items via debit card however the pharmacy partners were not able to fulfill the order and only delivered 03 items instead of delivering complete order. Instead of the 04 th item wrong product was delivered. . The payment is not refunded yet and there is no response on the open complaint ticket on their portal. Being an urgent Medicine, it should be delivered on priority rather it has taken too much time. Waiting for speedy resolution. Very poor service being provided. Please deliver my product within 2 working days or refund my complete amount. Today my order history is completely blank. Unable to track my request.

            I have placed my order on 13th March 2022 and my money got deducted but order is not reflected in the app' order section.

                  Order no[protected]A. I have not received tthe medicines. Called up the delivery person who said he is in no mood to deliver the medicines. When called up the netmeds, the person who picked up the call kept repeating the lines like a robot. And gave wrong info over the call. The patients condition detoriated further because of the delay. This company never delivers the medicines and if they do they are always late. Their TV ads are so misleading, where they claim to be the fastest. Whereas they are the otherwise.

                    I was deducted an amount of 402.75 on 6.3.22 at 8.59 while paying thru my debit card. However the payment gateway threw up an error on submission of otp..now there's no option to even view this in the netmeds app.

                      I placed an order with Netmeds last week, usually orders are delivered within 3-4 days since the order worth (647 Rs) was not yet delivered I checked my account and found that the order was declined with no notification(app, message or mail). I then checked if I have received the refund for the same, to my surprise I DID NOT GET THE REFUND.

                      Then I checked few older orders also, and found that this has happened with 2 older orders also. One was of 166 Rs and other was 2040 Rs. This might have happened with more orders as well but I can't see my older orders on the app.

                      I have been using Netmeds for around 3 years. Earlier I never checked for refund and assumed that they will process the refunds like others shopping sites like Amazon/Flipkart. But to my surprise, they don't process the refund.

                      I talked to customer care they just asked for transaction details and were not at all helpful.

                      THIS IS FRAUD. I SUGGEST TO NEVER USE NETMEDS.

                          I order some medicine on 28th february 2022 and the payment through amazon pay of rupees 1280.87 was pait to netmeds. But the order was not reflecting on the app.
                          I fo complain to your customer support but they keep me telling that they are working on refund of my amount. Why its taking so long to refund my own money to me. Since its all your app mistakes why i have to waste so much of time to mail you so many times.

                                I Asha rani order I'd is[protected]A I was order minosilk 5% solution and morr pro serum on 28jan2022. I got a wrong item on 29jan22 . I am continously mailing to cs team and call them for return and refunds but non one taking customer serious now it's been 1 month still my broblem is not solved. Worst experience on netmeds and worst cs team that always say to me your problem will be solved in 48 hours we take u on priority, for me it's a joke because I am calling from jan and now it's March start. Close your company i[censored] can't manage the customers needs.

                                  I had ordered my medicine (Order ID:[protected]ASO4) on 30th November, 2021 and I have not received my medicines!! I already raised the issue several times with the customer care executives and escalation/Grievance team. It's been 3 months since my order was processed. Despite my continues efforts through telephone and email correspondence with ticket ID [protected] and [protected]. All I ask right now is for my money to be refunded back because I have already bought the required medicines from my local medical shop!!
